Ms. Annie led us singing Let Your Will Be Done in Me

Pastor Ray…

Nothing can separate us from that love. Also, nothing can separate us from the power that’s in that precious blood that He shed on the Cross. We have to know we have authority, power, coverage, whatever we need, in and through that blood. We have to use it.

Scripture focus…

And they were all singing this new song of praise to the Lamb:
“Because you were slaughtered for us,
you are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals.
Your blood was the price paid to redeem us.
You purchased us to bring us to God
out of every tribe, language, people group, and nation.” Revelation 5:9 (TPT)

The following excerpt was taken from The Blood of The Cross by Andrew Murray:

The price was paid and we’ve been redeemed. Thank You, Lord. Thank You, Father.

When the Israelite had sprinkled the blood, he knew that he was safe. God had given him a promise of protection, and he was able trustfully to await the terrible visit of the destroying angel. He could listen peacefully to the great cry in the streets around him. His safety lay in God, who had said: “When I see the blood, I will pass over you.”

How much more may we, who now have not the blood of an earthly lamb but that of the Lamb of God from heaven—how much more may we be assured of our redemption? You who read this, give, I pray you, an answer to the question I now ask: Have you this assurance? Are you truly sheltered from the day of wrath, under the protection of the blood? Have you the assurance that you also have been redeemed by that blood? If not, hasten, without delay, to receive this blessing. The danger is so terrible—the redemption is so glorious. The conditions are so full of grace. Let nothing keep you back from obtaining a share in it. You must be sure about it, or you will have no rest for your soul.

It is recorded that on the Passover night, there was an old grey-haired man who lived in the house of his firstborn son, and he himself was the firstborn son of his father. His son also had a firstborn son. Thus, there were three firstborn sons in the house who all must die if the destroying angel entered the house. The old man was lying on his bed sick, but he heard with interest everything his son told him about God’s command to Moses. Towards evening he was often restless, as he thought of their danger, and he said: ‘My son, are you sure that you have done everything that has been prescribed? “His answer was: “Yes, father, everything. ‘ “For a moment he was satisfied. Then he asked again: ‘Are you sure? Has the blood been sprinkled on the door?’ Again the answer was: Yes, father, everything has been done according to the command. The nearer it came to midnight, the more restless he became. Finally, he cried out: ‘My son, carry me out if you please, that I may see it myself, and then I can rest.” The son took his father up and carried him to where he could see the blood on the side posts and the lintel. “Now I am satisfied,” he cried. ‘Thank God! Now I know that I am safe!’

My reader, can you say that ? “Thank God, now I know that I am safe. I know that the blood was shed for me and has been sprinkled on me”?

Pastor Ray…

That’s just a good question. We can’t ever be casual about it. “Well, I just plead the blood.” But in the same way we honor the name and we don’t use it casually, it’s the same thing with the blood. We overcome through it. The Bible tells us so. They did overcome by the blood and I love that it included in there that they kept speaking about it, or declaring, testifying about the power that’s in the blood.

We do that this morning, testify of the blood of Jesus. We believe it. We believe that it works. It’s working. It has worked. We believe that what was done on the Cross on Calvary when Jesus’ blood was shed…

We get a mental picture of that, the things that Jesus went through, the blood that was shed as it went down that Cross. His body was covered in blood. But today, we know that we are safe, protected in and through that precious holy blood.

Ms. Annie led us singing Because of the Blood

Pastor Ray…

We plead the blood of the Lamb this morning. We apply it over this family. We had a huge funeral yesterday and it shows the importance of family. We cover every person with the blood of Jesus this morning, and we pray, and declare just like this old man that wanted to be sure that that blood covered the door posts, we do it this morning and we believe there is protection and safety in and under the blood. We plead that blood over our church—everyone that calls this their home, their family, and place of worship. We plead the blood of Maranatha Christian Academy, cover every student, all of the teachers, Pastor Brian Sullivan, all those in positions of authority there at the school. We walk the halls, walk through the doors, in the atrium, in the sanctuary, the chapel. We cover this whole church with the blood of Jesus and believe that things are stopped. The enemy’s ways, we know they are defeated. And we want to do what we can do which is, first of all, believe in the authority of the blood and then use it.

All authority, all power first of all is in the name that’s above every other name. Jesus be glorified and honored! And what You did for us when You went to that Cross. Thank You for the blood of Jesus today.

Thank You that it was already finished because of the blood.

Ms. Annie led us singing There Is Power in the Blood

Pastor Folu….

Everywhere we go, Victory in your down sitting, in your uprising – Victory. What do you see everywhere you go? You see the victory that was won for you. So we all receive it by faith and every day of our lives. What a joy! It has been done and it has been won.

No more complaining. No more back biting because the victory has been won in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pastor Ray…

It’s a victory day and we are walking in the victory way and there is a plan that’s been made clear for us to walk through. So, that blood just like back then, there’s a supply of that blood when we use it that covers not just the doorway but covers us when we step through and we go on over into the new. And we’ve stepped over now and it’s into the new, new days, new ways, new plans, new changes, new restorations, new finances, new healings—covered in the blood!

Before we get there, we plead the blood here today and we put it out front. We plead that blood of Jesus out over the steps we will take. We’re going somewhere to happen. We’re moving in authority under the blood and when we say, declare “the blood is covering us!” then the blood is covering us!

Oh, thank You for it, Lord. Thank You, our president is covered in the blood, protected by the power of the blood of Jesus.

There is the secret service but then there is the supernatural service. There is the power of the blood! And so today we apply that blood over him, over the first lady, over all those in positions of authority in America. Every lie will come to nothing.

Covered in the blood of Jesus from shore to shore, north to south, east to west—covered in the blood of Jesus, every state!

Ms. Annie led us in worship…

Ms. Jeani…

Jesus was never a martyr. Jesus is the victorious One. He finished it. Anyone that is keeping Jesus as a martyr, in a place of suffering, in the place of death, we thank You right now that they are lifted up into the finished work. The name of Jesus is truly the only name that is above every other name. He finished it. The Cross is empty because it’s finished. We speak the name of Jesus. We know that it is done. We know that it is already finished.

Ms. Annie led us singing Hallelujah, He Has Conquered Death

Pastor Ray…

Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God Almighty! Whoo! (ha, ha, ha) Thank You for it, Lord. We give You all glory and honor, thanking You that You are reigning, the blood is applied, is working not just today but definitely today in Jesus’ name. Amen.
