Morning Chapel Prayer Playlist
Morning Chapel Prayer Today

Pastor Ken…

Morning! Well, hello everyone. Happy Wednesday. Good to have you with us for yet another opportunity to pray and to let the Spirit of God guide and direct us in what He would have us to do this morning.

Excerpt from E.W. Kenyon’s book, “In His Presence…”

I want to read something from a book I go back to from time to time by E.W. Kenyon entitled “In His Presence.” I want to read a couple of excerpts. In his chapter, “What He Is or Jesus Is to Us.” He writes…

“You can see what He is to us and what we are to Him. Nothing is impossible to Him, and all His ability is ours. What an opportunity to bless and help by our prayers.”

And then another excerpt he writes…

“Jesus believed in Himself and in what He did. He believed that men would respond to it, would accept it, and would receive eternal life and the nature of the Father. They would then become worthy sons and daughters of almighty God. The Word can’t lie.”
Aren’t you glad? The Word can’t lie, right? It’s good news to us even today, no matter how long you’ve been a believer, His Word is good news. Amen! It’s saturated with hope. It’s filled with His goodness. It’s imbibed with His power and divine DNA. The Word that is. His promises are imbibed or engineered with supernatural heavenly DNA to reproduce the outcome that God intends.

Interrupt the enemy’s plans by His Word…

You want to interrupt an enemy’s plans? Get ahold of His Word. Get ahold of the promises of God concerning your situation. Let them filter through your thought processes. Let them enter the sanctuary of your heart. Let your life today as a pray-er, as a believer, as a leader, wherever you find yourself, be sure today to carve out time, to make it a priority to be saturated with the Word of God. He holds all things together by the Word of His power. The Bible says He’s exalted His Word even above His name. His Word! Amen.

We overcome by the blood of the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. Our word is His Word. So, just know that, that is our fuel for prayer and our fuel for living is His Word. Because His Word can’t lie. It is part of God Himself.

Partaking of His Word is partaking of Him…

So you could say partaking of His Word is partaking of Himself… His life! Jesus said, “My words are spirit and they are life.” And He didn’t even claim that His words were His own. He says, “The word I speak is the word I hear My Father speak.” And it’s spirit and it’s life. It’s prophetic of your future. That’s how we can overcome challenges and how we can change the trajectory of what’s going on, not only in our lives, but in the future of our nation and situations. In the Word is the great interrupter of what the enemy is doing.

So when we get a hold of the Word that speaks victory, that speaks healing, that speaks of deliverance, that speaks of the promise in a particular way for our future, that has the power to interrupt, that has the power to shut down and thwart every enemy device and every weapon formed against us.

No weapon formed against you will prosper…

Remember a weapon the Bible says in Isaiah may be formed against you, but it shall not prosper if you stand on His Word. Because His Word, once again, is spirit and its life. Hallelujah! I’m already stirred up. I’m already excited about what God is doing and how He’s at work in the earth and in our lives and in the church and in this nation.

We are called to function in His ability…

We are called to a supernatural status. We are called to function in His ability. As we’ll read here shortly, all things are possible to those who believe. I believe God that He is faithful. I’m not sweating or concerned about the timeline as far as what God is doing. The timeline is in His hands. My job, our job is simply to believe, to grow not weary in well-doing. Let me remind you this morning that you have fuel for not growing weary in well-doing and standing and believing and persevering. What is that fuel?
It is His Word.
The Bible says that we’re to be nourished on words of faith. Remember, His Word is part of who He is. He’s put Himself in the Word. It’s chock full of heavenly DNA and substance and sustenance. Jesus thought so because He said that “I have sustenance more than you know, Disciples. And that sustenance is to embody and to do the Word of God for my life.”

So I encourage you today… really every day, but some days the only thing God’s asking us to do is to be strengthened and refueled and refreshed in Him through His Word, through His presence.

So E.W. Kenyon goes on to say…

“The word, once again, can’t lie. It is part of God Himself. We act on the Word. God will make it good.” Well, somebody can say “amen” there. You can take that to the bank. God will make it good. God is making it good. He’s not a man, the Bible says, that He could lie. He is truth. The Devil himself is defined as a liar and a stealer and a deceiver. By his very nature, he is the father of lies.

But our God, in Him is no shadow of turning. He’s not changed His mind regarding you, so you can get your expectations up. While the world says, “Don’t get your expectations up, you’re going to be disappointed.” Oh no, you’re not! If you are leading into something that is described as Himself, His Word. He’ll make it good. He’ll follow through.

And what you don’t understand, even in that, you can trust Him, because you know He’s a good Father. He’s a faithful Father.

Don’t be embarrassed by failure…

I was telling my daughter this morning… I’m always trying to impart wisdom without preaching. And she’s great. She listens. But I was saying to her, “You know, one of the keys that’s really helped me through the years is as I’ve made a decision to not give up, to not be embarrassed that I failed at something or messed up or screwed up to not just stay in that funky place of just feeling bad and beating myself up… And what will people think? I don’t care! I’m going to get up and I’m going to go again today. Wiser. Smarter. More determined because He’s in me. He’s for me. He is working through me.

Failure is part of the process, learn from it…

Many are called, but few are chosen, the Bible says. Many are called, but few are chosen because few continue to show up day after day on God’s radar screen and say, “God, I believe you. I stand with you.” Failure sometimes is just part of the process. Learn from it. Let it fuel you and challenge you and fill you with determination to go again tomorrow. Wiser and more dependent upon Him.

When you sense weakness, when you don’t know how to deal with a situation in prayer, just use that as an opportunity to be prompted with the fact and the reality that, “Okay, I feel weak and I’m incapable, but Lord, that’s a good thing. That means that I’m going to be utterly abandoned and dependent on you.”

And that’s good because that creates greater bandwidth when you’re dependent on Him. When you recognize that you’re weak, that you’re incapable of producing results in prayer, it just demands something, a greater dependence on Him. And God loves that. That’s all He is looking for. He’s looking for hearts that will open up and create more bandwidth and more opening, more entrance for God the Holy Spirit to rush in and do what He wants to do. And He’s able to do it.

We don’t have to be perfect, just trust and rely on Him…

We can’t do it. He understands our frame and what we’re made of and what we’re dealing with in this earth realm. He understood that that’s why He sent His Son. That’s why Jesus volunteered in the eons past and said, “I will go and I will be the one who will put in a perfect performance on humanity’s behalf, on yours and my behalf, so that they won’t have to be perfect, but instead they can trust and rely on and find relationship in Me, the one who is perfect, the one who has paid the price, the one who has dotted every I, crossed every T, and made provision for all things that pertain to life and godliness, that we might simply become recipients of the fullness that Jesus accomplished and paid for us.

Receive what the Holy Spirit is depositing in you…

So just exhale this morning. And receive what the Spirit of God is depositing in you. What He’s saying to you, He’s got you. He holds you in the palm of His hand. I challenge you. Trust Him on a new level today. He’s not going to let you down. He’s not going to fail you or abandon you like maybe someone did, or a situation went wrong. Shake that off. Process that with the Holy Spirit as you need to, talk it over with Him. But then endeavor to lift your eyes toward Him and toward what He stated in His Word.

Heaven’s flow is renewed…

The Bible says that His mercies are renewed toward us each and every day. His energy, His strength, His wisdom, His staying power is flowing… Heaven’s flow, in other words, is renewed and resupplied to you and to me, to our hearts, to our lives.

You might say, “Well, Ken, that’s great. That’s all spiritual though.”
Well, guess what? When you learn to yield to Him and trust Him, that spiritual flow converts into practical wisdom and strategy and energy and enablement to cause you to be able to face the challenges that are at hand in your lives. The enablement and the empowerment that the divine energy, even physically to step into a new role, a new assignment, a new season, a new challenge, a new prayer directive that He’s given you.

The outcome of His Word and the outcome of God’s presence, it’s not just some far off ethereal, spiritual thing. It is something that produced tangible tactile energy and power and strength and hope to do what God has called us to do until our lives are to expire or the end comes in some way.

E.W. Kenyon quote continued…

E.W. Kenyon goes on to write, “What a foundation is this for a prayer life.” In other words, the Word. “We have God’s own Word to back us. No word from God can fail. We can have real assurance in our prayer. When we pray “in Jesus’ name,” it is as though He prayed.”
Ooh, aren’t we in Christ? We’re in him. Oh, hallelujah!
So it’s as if Jesus is praying. He’s the head. We’re the body. We’re one. Isn’t that good? We don’t even have to have the plan or figure it all out. We just need to be connected to the Head.
We just need to be get connected to the Head, the real Head. Not your head. He’s the Head. Jesus. Spiritually speaking. He has the answers. He has the wisdom. He knows what needs to transpire today in your life.

We can have real assurance in our prayer when we pray “in Jesus’ name.” It is as though He prayed. It is answered.

The believer is a child of God, a new creation. His spirit has been recreated. He or she has come into the family of God. He is in the realm of the supernatural. He is in perfect union with the Master. The believer and Jesus are one! He is the Head and the believer is the body. So he says, “all things are possible to him or her that believe Him.” Mark 9:23. That means all things are possible to a believing one.”

Do you believe today?

“One who has come into the family of God, who has become a new creation created in Christ Jesus. This is not hyperbole. This is just a statement of fact. Just as all things were possible with Jesus, all things are possible to you, to the believer through the name of Jesus.

You remember that in 1st John 4:4 reads, “You are of God, little children, and you have overcome them.” What’s them? Parenthetically. Demonic forces. Evil. Every strategy of the enemy. You have overcome them because greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. Do you grasp it? Your heart knows it. You are of God born from above. God Himself recreated you, imparted to your spirit His own nature. Now you stand before Him as though you had never been weak, as though you had never been a failure, as though you had never been under condemnation.”

Again he says, “Nothing shall be impossible unto you.” Ooo, hallelujah!

In John 14:12, we read, ‘he that believeth on me, the works that I do, shall he do also and greater works than these shall he do because I go unto the Father.”

Evidently, those are God’s plans for you and me, that we would do greater works.

He goes on to say, “He went unto the Father to become the mediator, intercessor, savior and advocate and Lord of the church. He is now at the right hand of the Father. He’s going to enable us to take His place and do the same kind of works that He did before He went away.

“In the next verse, He gives us power of attorney to use His name. ‘Whatsoever you shall ask in My name that will I do.’ This is not prayer to the Father. This is dealing with demonic forces as illustrated in Acts three, where we see the man lying at the gate of the Gate Beautiful of the temple, evidently with infantile paralysis. And Peter fastening his eyes upon him with John, look on us. Then he said, ‘in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.’

What kind of authority has He invested in us?

So ponder that for a moment this morning. What kind of authority has He invested in us that we could speak to the deaf, the lame, the halt, those struggling in whatever way, and that whatever has a grip on them from the enemy would respond and obey us? Because we aren’t just little old you and me and us. We are in Him and He is in us. We are part of something greater than our individuality. We are part of the body of Christ. We are part of the Head. We are connected with Him through His Word. Of course, through His blood, redemptively speaking. But through His Word and through prayer and His Spirit, we are connected with Him. That’s why it’s so vital that we abide in Him, as John 15 says. Abide in Him. Let His words abide in you. Because it’s that connection, once again, with the vine, with Jesus through the Spirit and through His Word that makes you a part of something so much greater than yourself, makes you so much more powerful than yourself.

Our voices carry weight…

Not so that you can strike out on your own and do your own thing, but so that we can follow His leadership in this day, so that our voices carry weight, so that our voices in prayer and in faith decree, shift the very foundations of enemy strongholds out of the way, so that like John the Baptist declared “We speak and a way is paved for the Lord to make entrance and to come and to execute his Father’s plan in a nation, in a church community, in a neighborhood, in a life.”

That’s why we want to be connected with Him daily in the Word and in prayer because we assemble with Him. We’ve become a part of something greater. And we are able to draw upon all that He paid price for. Our authority, our privileges, the right to the use of the name of Jesus, His blood. Even the very faith of God to believe when we speak that we receive.

Prayer for hurricane…

Mark 4:39 says, “Then Jesus arose and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, peace be still, and the wind ceased and there was a great calm.” But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith? And they feared exceedingly and said to one another, who can this be that even the wind and the sea obey him?”

So we believe and expect this morning that as we speak, our words carry supernatural weights to deal with problems and situations, and that have the capability of even diffusing Hurricane Milton in Jesus’ name.

We speak to the wind, we speak to the waves, we speak to the storm surge this morning, and we say “you will not have your way. No, no, no, no. We speak to the entirety of Hurricane Milton. We call you by name and we speak ‘peace be still’ in the mighty name of Jesus.”

We loose angels to do what must be done to either defuse that storm or redirect that storm out of the way out into the Atlantic and out of the city centers and the population… we divert it.

Prayer for revival, awakening…

In Jesus’ name, we pray for a great entrance of revival and an awakening throughout the populations of Florida, up and down the Atlantic, up and down the West Coast along the gulf today, up into the panhandle from Orlando to Miami, from Naples to Tallahassee.

We contend and pray for awakening in Florida, for changes in Florida, for holy fire to erupt in Florida.

We pray for a holy stirring sent by God to stir revival, to stir awakening in Florida

Sister Sandra had word of knowledge…

I’m going to be obedient to the Holy Spirit. This is for somebody online and I just saw in the spirit that you have like a spot in your left side. And the Lord says that shall be removed today. You will not see that any longer.

Also somebody from India who has a sister and she was in a car accident and the Lord says she will recover in Jesus’ name.

Lower back discs… The Lord says even that is going to be removed and He’s going to put flesh in that place.

Father, we thank you because you are a miracle worker. Your Word does not go in vain. And today you are operating miracles in our lives. And we are going to hear testimonies. No more back pain! No more things in their neck! No more pain in their bodies! You heal us from the top of our head to the sole of our feet. We praise you and we thank you in Jesus’ name.
