Morning Chapel Prayer Playlist
Morning Chapel Prayer Today
Pastor Folu…
Saints, I believe the Lord wants to heal and deliver this morning. One of the things He’s been telling me more and more of late, “Son, I want there to be healing in My house. I want there to be healing on the streets. I want there to be healing and deliverance everywhere.”
There’s healing in the house…
And, saints, He has been doing it! Oh my goodness has He been doing it! A week ago at Healing School, all kinds of people got healed. Some of you might know Miss J–. When you get healed, you don’t care, man. You jump up. You run around. She was full of joy in this place. Because when you walk into a place and you are just having pain all over and God touches you, it makes a huge difference.
And then this weekend, I got called into the sanctuary at the altar. Somebody was getting delivered. A lady was on the floor. I mean, you could tell that God was touching her deeply… healing and deliverance.
So if you’re here right now, or those of you online, the head of the church is here by His Spirit. The Bible says how Jesus went about doing good. The head of the church is here this morning doing good… healing all that were oppressed of the Devil because God is with Him.
So it doesn’t matter what the illness is, what the challenge is, what the disease is. And for those that are here and those that are watching online and those that will watch this later on, the head of the church, the healer, the deliverer is in the house!
Mix your belief with faith…
So this could be for you. Or it could be for a loved one. Whatever it is, just go ahead and receive that healing afresh this morning. And if you are here physically… When I say physically online too, just go ahead and receive whatever it is that you’re standing for, believing God for. Mix your belief with faith this morning. And it doesn’t matter how long the challenge has been there. I’m standing for a few things myself. It doesn’t matter how longstanding it’s been. The head of the church is here right now. We’re singing, “give Me Jesus.”
I’ll give you Jesus then. Because Jesus is healing. Jesus is deliverance. So go ahead and receive it. It’s yours. Thank you, Father.
Prophetic word…
2024 is going to be a powerful year!
There are going to be some marvelous things happen. It is like the old saying: it will be the best of times and the worst of times. There are some things that will settle down during 2024. There are some things that will speed up. This outpouring of My Spirit that has happened is happening all over the world and will get more intensified. It will be stronger… and stronger… and stronger.
The Devil will get all upset, but who does he think he is? I took his power away from him in his own domain. I embarrassed him in hell, right in front of all that served him and destroyed his power and brought him to nought and brought him to nothing. He has nothing left but the lie. And he’ll lie… and lie… and lie. He will upset a lot of people.
There will still be wars and rumors of wars, but there are coming victories that you are going to be so thrilled about. There are going to be financial wars that you are going to win.”
Financial wars…
Saints, I want to start this morning by talking about financial wars. And we’re going to pray about it because the Lord has already told us we are going to win. We already have won, actually. So if you’re here this morning and you’re dealing with some kind of financial war or wars, take heart… because God almighty will see you through those financial challenges.
When something is at war, it’s intense. It’s like, “What is happening already. I’m doing all that I know to do. I am tithing. I am giving. I am doing what I see in the scriptures. But why is this happening to me? Why now?”
So we’re going to pray about it, saints. And as we pray in the spirit, some of us are going to get solutions to those financial wars. The Spirit of God Himself is going to impress you with a game plan, with some divine guidance, and for you to take heart because that financial war that you are going through right now, just like he came in for some of us… suddenly, it’s going to leave. Suddenly!
We’re going to decree some things today about these financial wars that has just crept into the church of Jesus and is handicapping some of us from being able to do what God has put in our hearts to do. That stops today! We have the Word of the Lord on it.
So let’s jump into the Spirit.
And if you are not dealing with a financial war, you know somebody that is dealing with it, so as we’re praying now, just begin to lift up their names.
And we go into this prayer praying with confidence because we have the word of the Lord that we win this financial war. But it is a war. So we have to get into it.
Some of you already are being quickened.
Some of you already are being given an answer.
Some of you are being given a word already right now.
Just even as we are beginning this prayer, you are already sensing, “Oh, this is what I need to do. Oh, this is my way of escape. Oh my goodness. Thank you, Lord Jesus.”
Pastor Ken…
One decision away…
I have been sensing in this in my heart that some of us, maybe all of us in certain ways, are simply one decision away from a totally different situation. Or one decision away, one act of our will away, from a changed life or a changed atmosphere in our home. Or as Pastor Folu is talking to us about, changed experience in our finances.
Don’t hold back…
And I feel like the Lord’s saying, “Don’t hold back. Don’t be reticent. Don’t hang out in the middle ground in your thinking, in your will, in your decision making, in your department, in your calling. But give yourself permission. Leverage your will and make a decision to give yourself to the call of God that I’m all in.
And that doesn’t look real, sometimes, spiritual. It’s just simply leveraging your will to say, “I am going to get up and go with God today. I am going to respond to what I’ve been feeling for maybe days or weeks or months even, or maybe even years in some cases. And I’m going to deploy my obedience. I’m going to be willing and I’m going to be obedient that I might eat the good of the land and the good that God intends for me to receive because I step in to the fullness of His plan and His will for my future.”
His will, whether it looks easy or not to you, His plan, His next step even… let’s just start there. That next step, that is the place God intends for you to receive and experience His fullness and His goodness.
Let’s be reminded this morning that His plan has always been that we would see and experience and enjoy the goodness of God in this land of the living. David said, “I’m encouraged that I will see the goodness of God in the land of the living.”
And so refuse to give the Devil a foothold. Refuse to give the Devil an entrance, whether it’s your finances, your emotions, your area of leadership and responsibility, your calling. Don’t give him even one point of entrance or one place in your life. Choose to occupy. Choose to step into what you know He is asking you to do. And maybe that’s the simplest of steps, like get your house in order or choose to get behind your pastor fully.
The call of God is calling us today…
Wherever you find yourself in the world or in the church or in the plan of God, the call of God is calling you.
Will you be aware of it?
Is it Jeremiah where God proclaims prophetically, “I’m doing a new thing.” Will you be aware of it? Or will you be obsessed with your distractions? Will you be obsessed with what’s comfortable and what’s convenient and what is acceptable to still be called a Christian?
No! God calls us to a revolutionary lifestyle as pray-ers, as believers, as staff, as people called by His name, a revolutionary countercultural lifestyle of surrender and yieldedness to Him. But make no mistake about it, He gave us a will for a reason…
That we would choose Him day by day
That we would choose not to rest on our laurels
That we would choose not to disobey
That we would choose not to focus on the past, but rather choose life.
Choose Him every day.
Give yourself to prayer…
It says of the early church, they gave themselves to prayer. That didn’t sound real spiritual, but they had to get up and give themselves to prayer. You better believe when Jesus was on this earth, it was not real great looking or maybe real exciting to think about when Jesus had to get up, perhaps three and four in the morning to go to a desert place, a mountainous place to pray. But that was the will of God.
The Bible says this is the work of the kingdom in the New Testament. It says simply this: this is the work of the kingdom that you might believe. Well, if we believe, then we must obey. We must leverage our will and make that decision to give ourselves to that next step, to that prompting in our heart to simply believe that we’re going to see the goodness of God in the land of the living… that we’re going to step into the fullness of God’s plan in these days. Because as Pastor Folu shared that prophecy, I believe these will be the best of our days ahead of us as the church.
But for some, not so much.
Prayed…
And so, Father, we thank you this morning that you are encouraging us, that you are speaking life over us. Jesus, you said in your Word that your words are spirit and they’re life. And so we thank you, Lord, that we can receive your words of life today. Words, yes, with a tone of urgency, but words with truth and words that are meant to benefit us and profit us even right now.
Father, I believe that you are whispering, you are prompting, you are nudging, you are queuing each and every one of us saying, “Hey, my son, my daughter, this is the way. Walk in it.”
You’re prompting us, Lord. So we pray right now, Lord, a prayer of repentance. We repent where we have relented, where we’ve given up, where we’ve failed you in some way, where we’ve stopped expecting, where we’ve adopted the status quo, where we’ve begun just to cope with what we’ve been in for so long thinking it’s not going to change so I better reevaluate my expectations.
Lord, today we repent for relenting…
We repent for backing off. We repent… let’s just call it… for being lazy in whatever way we’ve been lazy. We repent and we humble ourselves because your Word says if we’ll humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God, that you will grant us more grace, more divine empowerment, more supernatural energy to step into the opportunity that’s before us. So, Lord, we repent and we just say we’re sorry, but we are so glad we can receive your mercy and your forgiveness and your supernatural grace right now.
That there’s new grace toward us, available for us each and every day. May the grace of God be poured out upon the church in this hour upon us in this hour, Lord, to open our eyes and to help us to see the profuse opportunities and the exciting things that you have planned for us in these coming days.
We pray right now and we agree, Lord, that you would just pour fresh oil and fresh wine spiritually speaking into every heart, into every life, Lord, that you would cause a fresh kindling of the call of God and the purpose of God and the dream that you once dropped in our hearts.
