Morning Chapel Prayer Playlist
Morning Chapel Prayer Today

Sister Jeannie…

Good morning. How is everybody? How is everyone just this morning?

We had the goods the whole time…

I was talking to my friend, Lisa, yesterday. We were talking about the state of affairs, and I said, “Even people like the real seekers, the people that have taken a real look at what’s been happening in our country, they used to be heathens. It’s occurring to them that it’s all spiritual warfare. It’s literally coming out of their mouths.”

And as we were talking I said, “And we’ve had the goods the whole time. The whole time!”

Thank you that we’re alive during this time. We thank you that victory is ours already. Every time. God, we thank you that you set a table for us in the presence of our enemies.

Let’s for a minute, just imagine what that must be like for our enemies. Can you imagine coming to God’s table and God’s like keeping you from any of the goods and then watching the one you oppose just consume and consume and consume and consume and laugh.

He sets a table for us in the presence of our enemies…

Thank you, God. You set a table for us in the presence of our enemies. And in your presence is fullness of joy… joy that strengthens, peace that passes understanding. You know, we can be tempted in times of endurance to believe that this is ethereal. It doesn’t matter how it looks. Because how it looks has to submit to His Word. So how it looks matters to Him. It matters to Him. And His Word changes how it looks. I mean, even in the middle of just a cloud, just like a mess of darkness He created the earth with His Word. He didn’t go by how it looked. So we don’t go by how it looks.

We don’t go by what it looks…

Think about what was going on in our country when last Easter, it was like transgender celebration, whatever day. If we would’ve gone by how it looked versus enforcing the goodness of God and the Word of God and the plan of God, the way it looked wouldn’t have changed. So when we say it doesn’t matter how it looks, we can be encouraged because the Word influences and changes the way it looks—on earth as it is in heaven.

We are not a slumbering church. We are awake, and we command the blessing just like the Father does. On Minnesota, on Minnesota, on Minnesota, on Minnesota, on Minnesota, on Minnesota! A turning is taking place in Minnesota. Turn, turn, turn, turn. In the name above all names, in the name of Jesus, every other name is under that name. And we speak Jesus over Minnesota. We speak Jesus over every decision being made right now. Every decision in every courtroom and every school board and every vote… Jesus, Jesus, Jesus.

Every time the win manifests…

If you read your Word, there have been times like this before. And every time, the win manifests. I love what Jonathan Cohn said last night. And I’m not going to say it perfectly, but when he talked about how we already have the victory, we don’t fight for victory, we fight because we already have the victory.

Thank you, Father. We have it today. We have it already. We have it right now. Victory! We are made for bread in the morning, bread at lunchtime, bread in the evening, and it’s called giants. We’re made for it. We’re made to be on the offense.

Father, we thank you for protection. Protection and not from a defensive stance, but offensive. The Gospel going out, going out, being heard, ears to hear… You know we have a minister affiliated with Billye Brim. His name is Max. He came here to do harm. Remember? He was of a different faith, as I would recall. And he is in Minnesota. [Max was a Muslim that converted to Christianity.]

Remember how God told Michelle Bachman to repent for speaking death over Minnesota? And she’s even in the thick of it. Father, we thank you for the changes that are taking place right now. We thank you that we are seeing your goodness today in Minnesota. All things are being exposed.

I did say to Him one day, I’m like, you know, we can’t have all this exposure and that’s it. It’s discouraging. And He’s like, “Jeannie, I only expose things to heal them.” Everything that’s being exposed to Minnesota right now, it’s up to us to declare it healed. You know that, right? We’re the ones with the authority. I’m just here to remind you that we’re the ones with the authority. We enforce the goodness of God in this land.

Okay, He’s changing plans on me. We’re going someplace new, I guess. I kind of love it when He does that though because that means it’s going to be really good.

We’re going back to Damascus. That’s where we’re going. You know what? This is going to be a blast. Yes! Imagine if you had the cheat sheet before you went in to take a test. We have the cheat sheet. Jesus broke the law all the time. Now take that within context. But He did. He was a rule breaker. Some of you “rule followers” don’t love when I say that. But when you read your Bible, you can’t get past it. It’s just how it was.

Saul before he became Paul…

Okay, we’re going to go to Acts. What was Paul doing when he was Saul? He was a nightmare. Was he a nightmare? Even when God said to pray for him. He said, “You want me to pray for that guy? Don’t you know what he has been doing? He kills everybody. He’s a murderer.” Yeah, I do. I want you to go pray for him. That’s what we’re doing.

Praise God. He’s so awesome. Let’s just laugh about this whole story. I mean, if you think about the hilarity of this whole story… Here the enemy thought he had a crusader. Do we have a few crusaders that the enemy’s using that definitely believe they’re on a crusade in Minnesota? Yes. Is St. Paul our capital? Yes.

Here we go! Okay, Acts 9. “Saul still breathing threat and murder among the disciples of the Lord.”

Is there an anti-Christian agenda in Minnesota? Is this encouraging? Yeah, it’s massively encouraging.

Are we going to keep this vision from this day forward? Yeah, we are.

Are we going to enforce the Word?

Do we have precedent set in the Word based on the name of our capital?

I’ll say it again. That was once Pigs Eye, named after a saloon owner blind in one eye. Was Saul blinded? It’s just too good. It’s like God’s riddle for Minnesota.

“And Saul still breathing threat and murder among the disciples of the Lord when he went to the high priest, asked from him letters to the synagogues in Damascus.” He wanted permission to do more evil. Are people being given permission to do more evil from the higher ups? So are you talking about Saul or are you talking about Minnesota? Which one?

BOTH!

“To the end that if he would find any who were of the way, both men and women. He would lead them bound to Jerusalem. And it happened while he was going. As he drew near to Damascus, a light from heaven suddenly…” Come on! A light suddenly shone around him and as he fell to the ground… the murderer. Do you hear that? The murderer who had permission to keep murdering… Do you hear me? The highly educated official who is killing Christians and completely against the ways of God went to get permission from the higher ups. And he got it. And he goes, “Hey, now I’ve got even more permission. I’m going to keep doing it.”

And what happened? A suddenly.

You know, these words are not just like a bedtime story. They’re a weapon. It’s a weapon that wins. When we declare it, when we partner with it. If we don’t declare it, we don’t partner with it. You know, he requires co-laboring. He loves that. So we’re co-laboring with the Word.

And it happened… and it happened while he was going as he drew near to Damascus, a light from heaven suddenly shone around him. And as he fell to the ground, he heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?”

And it happened.

We declare “And it happened.” And it happened. And it happened. And it happened. And it happened.

So that would indicate that he truly believed he was doing the right thing. You know, the degree of conviction is astonishing to me.

We can declare suddenlies…

But we don’t need to be astonished by people’s deception in leadership. We can declare suddenlies. And eyes opened. And ears opened. We can declare those things. We already have the precedence of the Word, but it’s been happening. It’s happening here.

And it happened!

“Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? And he said, Who are you, Lord?” See, this was a religion for him. He cared deeply about what he was doing. He truly believed he was going the right way. And he had the approval of those in greater authority.

Yet it happened.

I told you this. This was a few years ago now. We’ve been declaring this for a while. And my sister-in-law goes to the cathedral and she told me that the Archbishop of Damascus came to the Capitol. I’m going to say it again. So we’ve been declaring this. She didn’t know. She just wanted to let us know that the Archbishop of Damascus came to St. Paul to pray.

Oh, okay.

And it happened.

I don’t normally do the “repeat after me,” but can we just say it? “And it happened.”

And it happened.

And it happened that while he was going, as he drew near to Damascus, a light from heaven suddenly shone around him and he fell to the ground. He heard a voice saying to him, Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?”

God engaged him. And he answered. I love that He answered, “Who are you, Lord?” God got his attention and he inquired of the Lord.

I thank you, Father, that those in power right now that are under ridiculous deception are inquiring of you. They’re inquiring of you. Just like Max. He turned to you, Father, because you knew his name. [That’s part of Max’s testimony, is that God called him by his name.] You called Saul by his name. And you’re calling them by their name.

And, Father, I thank you that the gift of repentance is being offered to them over and over and over again. And if not, remove them. And, God, I thank you for that, that all of the exposure that’s taking place is for healing. Anything that’s being exposed, we can say, “Yep, you’re about to be restored.”

Did Jesus even look like a man when He called it finished? And then He came back and He gave us His name. We’re really in a good place. We’re in a good place. I just have to say it again…

“And it happened!”

“And Saul said, Who are you, Lord? And he said, I am Yeshua whom you are persecuting.” So God gets his attention, calls him by name, and then he says, Who are you, Lord? And he’s like, “I’m the one you’re persecuting.”

He knew what to say. He knew how to get through to Saul. God knows how to do this. He’s already doing it.

“But you must now rise and enter the city and it will be told to you what is necessary for you to do.” That’s what God told Saul. So here all along, he’s been rebelling and now God is saying, “Okay, now you’re going to listen to Me.”

Father, I thank you right now, that’s what’s taking place in St. Paul, in Minnesota. Those that have persecuted you are now receiving your instructions. I thank you for your mercy. I thank you for your kindness. I thank you for the severe kindness you showed to Saul on the road to Damascus. It was a kindness of severity… saying “time to repent.”

I thank you that that gift of repentance is being sown. I thank you the harvest of repentance. Father, even of the churches, even when Living Word pushed back on tyranny regardless of the price. God, it’s harvest time now. It’s harvest time now. It’s harvest time now. Tyranny turns. Tyranny listens to you and receives your instruction and repents. Or they’re thrown out.

It’s time. It’s time.

So He said, “I am Yeshua whom you are persecuting, but you must now rise and enter the city and it will be told to you what is necessary for you to do. And the men traveling with him had stood speechless.” So their fellow crusaders had nothing to say. “Hearing the voice on the one hand, but on the other hand, not seeing anyone.” Okay. I never realized this until now. So here Saul traveling with his entourage, and his entourage was speechless because they heard God’s voice. I mean, it startled them! So it wasn’t just Saul that was affected. It was his entourage too. It was those that were working with him, his cohorts.

We are declaring that! Cohorts, become speechless, become transformed by the Word of God and by the Lord Jesus Yeshua.

“Then Saul got up from the ground, but when he opened his eyes, he was not seeing anything.” Huh? Blind-in-one-eye saloon owner… What were we before we were St. Paul? Before we got a name change. Pig’s Eye… Blind in one eye. Blind in one eye.

And then it says here, “But when he opened his eyes, he was not seeing anything.” It’s too good not to believe. You know, if we receive this as a child, we expect it now.

“And taking him by the hand, they were leading him to Damascus and he was without sight three days. And he was neither eating nor drinking.” Three days. Jesus didn’t even look like a man. Three days later, here I come. Right?

“And then there was a certain disciple in Damascus named Ananias. And the Lord said to him in a vision, “Ananias.” Here I am, Lord. Then the Lord said to him, “When you get up, you must be going to the street called Straight, and you must at once seek in the house of Judas someone named Saul of Tarsus. For behold, he is praying and he saw a vision a man named Ananias who had entered and after he laid his hands on him, then he would regain his sight.”

So I love this because how many times have we done this? God sets it up. He says, “Look, I want you to go do this. And by the way, they’re already expecting it.” By the way, the Promised Land is already yours. But you’re going to go and take it, right?

“But Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard from many about this man who did evil to your saints in Jerusalem and here he has authority from the high priest to bind all those who call on your name.”

We are in such good company. When we look at what’s around us and we get tripped up by it and we say, “Yeah, but that law passed and evil has permission here and evil has permission here. And God says continue to declare My plan and My purpose. I’m doing things behind the scenes. I’m already setting it up. The way’s already been made.”

Ananias, even when God told him, Ananias said, “Yeah, but don’t you know he has permission. Don’t you know the laws have been passed? Don’t you know what he’s doing to your people?”

So he’s telling Ananias again that Saul saw a vision of a man named Ananias. Okay, I’m going to read this again and think about this too. Think about the chronology of this. Honey, will you come up here. [her husband, John.] Okay? So here’s Saul blind.

To husband: Just be blind. I don’t know how you’re going to do it. Just be blind.

Yeah, he’s blind. Can you see anything?

Okay, so he’s blind and a vision is coming to him and saying, who’s going to pray for you and restore your sight? Who? Ananias. Who’s going to do it? Ananias. Okay, I’m Ananias. And God tells me, “You’re going to go pray for Saul.” And I say, “No, I’m not.” But God already told, Ananias. Isn’t that amazing that God already knew that Ananias would come through, even though he acted like a big doubting dork? He already knew that Annanias would do it. He knew what was in his heart. He knew that Ananias was busy looking at the laws that were passed and all the ridiculous-ness that was going on. He even knew that Annanias would respond that way.

But what did he tell Saul? “No, I already told Saul you were going to do this.” So if an Annanias didn’t obey and someone else came to pray for Saul and it wasn’t Ananias, that could have messed up. That could have given Saul permission because he knew how theological and educated he was. It could have kind of messed things up.

So even when we’re total doubters, God knows our hearts.

So like my friend, Lisa, when we came to see Michelle Bachman, she was in the thick of things politically, like massive. And when things started to turn, she struggled. And I did too. But I had just this deep conviction. I knew things were going to turn. And so after the Michelle Bachman thing, she cried. She’s like, “I doubted.” And I’m like, “No you didn’t. You stayed in the fight. You were just beat up.”

Ananias was just in the fight. He was just in the middle of it. He just experienced the weariness of battle. And God knows that about us. He knows that about you. So when He’s telling you to do something and facts start bombarding you, He already knows you’re going to do it because you’re in relationship with Him. Because you’re in the Word, because you’re still talking to Him.
