Well, it is Monday, once again. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to morning prayer. Good to have you with us. My name is Ken, and we are going to pray this morning.
I thought I would share Psalm 118…
1 Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.
2 Let Israel now say,
“His mercy endures forever.”
3 Let the house of Aaron now say,
“His mercy endures forever.”
4 Let those who fear the Lord now say,
“His mercy endures forever.”
5 I called on the Lord in distress;
The Lord answered me and set me in a broad place.
6 The Lord is on my side;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?
7 The Lord is for me among those who help me;
Therefore I shall see my desire on those who hate me.
8 It is better to trust in the Lord
Than to put confidence in man.
9 It is better to trust in the Lord
Than to put confidence in princes.
10 All nations surrounded me,
But in the name of the Lord I will destroy them.
11 They surrounded me,
Yes, they surrounded me;
But in the name of the Lord I will destroy them.
12 They surrounded me like bees;
They were quenched like a fire of thorns;
For in the name of the Lord I will [a]destroy them.
13 You pushed me violently, that I might fall,
But the Lord helped me.

Bind the sacrifice with cords to the horns of the altar.
28 You are my God, and I will praise You;

29 Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!

How’s that a reminder for Monday morning?
Read prophetic word…
Let me just read a prophetic word that came just recently. See if this doesn’t resonate with you.
The word of the Lord came and said…
“I hear the clock striking the hour in heaven. And I hear the angels crying out, ‘It is time. It is time. It is time.’ The bowls of worship and intercession are being poured out and what has been prophesied for decades,” the Lord is saying, “It is time. It is time, the time of harvest. It is a time of demonstration of My power. It’s time for mass breakthrough. Cities that have been dark…”
If you live in a dark city, receive this, because this particular prophecy said…
“We’re coming from San Francisco, California. And I want you to know that God is writing a new narrative we have never seen before. The harvest, as ripe as it is, is ripe now. Understand the darkest places are the greatest setup for a move of God.
Let me read that again…
“Understand the darkest places are the greatest setup for a move of God. Cities that have been dark, I heard the Lord say, will now bear My light. People that have been cold will now carry My fire. This is a time of the opposite…”
Now catch this…
“This is a time of the opposite. What was no longer is. Bodies are being healed. Marriages are being restored that felt impossible. I heard the Lord say, Reputations are being changed. What someone once was known for, they will no longer be known for that thing. We are in the days where Saul’s will become Paul’s.”
This might be a lot of repetition, but I want you to know that God is sometimes the author of repetition so we catch it. So we get it. So we dial into it. So we lock into it.
Prayed…
And so, Father, we thank you for this word this morning.
We thank you, Father, that you are pouring out the bowls of worship and intercession.
We thank you, Father, that the time is now. Not tomorrow, not last week, but now. Now!
Your movements, Father, are discernible.
Your actions are truly resolute.
For the time of awakening is now.
Now for our families.
Now for our circumstances.
Now for the hopeless situations that we might find ourselves in.
The turning point is now.
Breakthrough comes now, in Jesus’ name.
For America, for this house, for your house, breakthrough is now in the name of Jesus.
Not another day, not in another age.
Now is the time.
Lord, we are the people. If not us, who? Send us, Lord.
Do in us what you have designed to do.
Let us be fully awakened, we pray, Lord.
Let our hearts be wide open and our spiritual senses tuned straight into your heart and what you’re saying now.
We pray, Father, right now where there is darkness, where there is dullness, or an indifference or a wrong attitude, we decree and we declare, Lord, may the hand of God right what’s wrong.
Order what is crooked.
Bring peace out of chaos, in hearts, in lives, listening right now, in churches, in homes, in situations, even in cities across our nation today.
We speak peace over our cities.
We speak hope and help to those who have been affected or potentially could be affected by weather patterns, such as the hurricanes that have been heading the direction of our southern shores.
Lord, we declare peace be still to those weather patterns.
We speak peace over those tumults and that upset atmosphere.
We command calm today.
We dispatch angels today to be set in motion to stand on our borders to say, “No, you’re not coming America’s way.”
For peace shall rule and peace shall reign on our shores, along our borders, within our cities, in our churches.
We declare peace today over America.
We declare a certain, new way become established in America that arouses us from our darkness and slumber, and causes us to be awakened, one and all across this land.
Throughout our population, Father, we pray and we unite and contend for this great land that there would come a Great Awakening once again.
Oh, we’re grateful for what we enjoy as Americans and what we’ve seen spiritually.
But, Lord, we intend that there would be a far greater work and move of God that will even wrap up the end of the age.
And set our nation up for what is yet to come.
Open up. Open up. Open today in Jesus’ name. Cities now open.
You said in this prophetic word, Lord, that places of darkness would become places of light, and so we pray, open up our cities, Lord.
Open up Portland, Maine, and Portland, Oregon.
Open Seattle, Lord. Open San Francisco, Lord.
Open Los Angeles, and even Hollywood, California.
We pray for a great opening and a grand entrance provided for the King of Glory to come in and invade our cities and invade our land.
And Lord, we pray, invade this midterm election. Have your way, Lord.
Turn the tide. Shift the momentum and the trajectory in the direction of what you have in mind, and what has been prophesied, and what your people have prayed, some now for generations.
Oh, turn, turn, America. Be reshaped now. Be remade now.
For the time of the coming of the Lord is at hand.
And so we lift up our land, Father. We lift up our nation, Lord.
We lift up the people and the whitened fields of wheat that we can see each day we go about our business.
We pray, Lord, send laborers now. Activate your people now.
Let there be a fire that rises on the altar of our hearts that causes us to not stay where we are.
But to begin to step forward and move in to those new territories, those whitened fields of wheat that are ready for harvest.
We pray, Lord, thrust in the sickles. Thrust in the threshing instruments.
Your Word says that you are able to transform your people into a new, sharp threshing instrument.
So we pray, thrust in those new, sharp threshing instruments, Lord.
Let there be a sudden turn of events that causes salvations one at a time and in mass to take place across our nation.
