Morning Chapel Prayer Today
Pastor Tim…
Good morning, everybody. Welcome to morning prayer. We’re excited to have Pastor Ray Kelly with us this morning. Pastor Ray is in the house! Pastor Ray has served faithfully in this ministry over 30 some years, and we’re just really, really privileged and honored to have you lead us in prayer this morning. Thank you.
Pastor Ray…
Thank you. It’s good to be here, for sure. It’s a little like the Twilight Zone. Because, it’s probably three years in June that we left to go to Florida. In a way it doesn’t even seem like that much.
Just coming in this morning… I’m staying at our son’s house in Wayzata. It’s so different to come back where you’ve been and you’ve been gone quite a while. But it’s not a big deal really, because it’s right. It’s just the right thing.
So I’m honored to be here to lead prayer this morning. So, one main thing I’ve always felt is when we have a manifested presence of the Holy Spirit, we can do everything. And so it’s so important to recognize the leading of the Spirit and then always say “yes.” Maybe inside, but just be directed by Him. Whatever it is that He wants to do today, that’s what we want. Right?
So, it’s good to see all of your faces. And good to be seen. So anyway, let’s just welcome Him a little bit. Tim, do you have something just to kind of welcome the Holy Spirit’s presence in here?
Pastor Tim…
As Pastor Ray was sharing, we just want to invite the presence of the Lord in this place this morning. We know that we have His abiding presence in us. But we’re looking for the manifest presence this morning. So can we just lift our hands up as a sign of our surrender to Him? And as a sign that we’re welcoming the precious person of the Holy Spirit in this place. We’re so dependent on Him. We cannot do anything without Him. So, Holy Spirit, we invite you in this place this morning. Come be with us, move on us. Touch us, heal us, deliver us, set us free to be more of what you created us to be… to do what you have called us and mandated us to do for such a time.
Pastor Ray…
Last night, in the middle of the night, I kept hearing this: “There’s more power.” There’s more power! And there was a whole lot more that I heard and that I saw. I won’t go into that, but just in these days that we’re living in, and just because what took place on the fifth, it’s opened up. We may as well just accept it. It’s opened up! Breakthroughs that have never ever happened before. And I felt like you can actually sense it in the atmosphere. There’s more power for the church, and it’s not that the power was not there. But there’s more revelation concerning the power that’s within us in these hours.
And absolutely on that day and throughout the next day… what a victory. What a victory! And you know, there’s so many people praying and believing and expecting.
It’s a victory for the world…
And I had a text message from France, one of the pastors there. Like a congratulations to America, you know, kind of like that. She said, “Congratulations to America, da da, da, da.” But she said it’s not just a victory for America. It’s a victory for the world. And let’s just be sure we expect that we just stepped into new days. It’s all Him. There’s more power in us where we’ll have a greater revelation of what that power will do.
It’s not time to take a rest…
It’s not time just to sit back. I remember several years ago, one of the awesome meetings we had here at Living Word. Kenneth Hagin was here for a couple weeks. So many awesome things happened. So many great things by the Spirit. The Spirit was moving. And then we had a staff meeting the next week and we’re all on like cloud nine. And lots of people worked so many hours, did so many things as far as serving in the ministry to help bring about what took place.
And I remember Pastor Mac getting up and saying, “It’s not time now. There’s been a great move of the Spirit. Great things. It’s not time to sit back now and take a break.”
I’m not taking a break!
It’s time now to press ahead. The way the church pressed for what took place in the United States. We need even a greater press because do you think the enemy’s going to sit back? There’s already been someone, I think it was from New Jersey, said, “I’m going to fight this.” Fight against everything. That’s the Devil, for sure.
This is an open door…
Oh, anyway, I just have it so big in me that this was an open door. This is an open door. But we’re going through. And we’re going to go more into things that we’ve desired in our hearts for years. I’m just going to declare it. The things that we’ve been waiting on that the decisions we’re looking for people to make are something … We all have things that we’ve been believing God for and we confess that. I have things. Sandy has things. We declare it every day. We just speak it. Speak it out there.
These are the days that were prophesied about…
I’m just going to prophesy this morning. These are the days that were prophesied about, all throughout Kenneth Hagin’s ministry on this earth. I have a stack of prophecies. These are the days that we’ve stepped into now. How’s that going to look? Wonderful! I mean, wonderful… awesome… great. Things that we’ve never seen. Bodies that were broken, just needing change. It will begin to change. Bodies will be being rearranged. Body parts will begin to be healed and whole. Financial situations that we’ve believed God for, they’ll begin to happen.
And not just a little bit… not just a little trickling… not just a little tiny bit.
There is more…
These were the days of more! And Pastor Tim was singing about it. I just was looking through here. I had some notes on more. There is more! And we’ve got to be expecting more.
I wanted to go through a couple things. In Psalm 63:1–2, “Oh God, you are my God. Earnestly…” We’ve got to be earnest. “Earnestly, will I seek you. My inner self thirsts for you. My flesh longs and is faint for you. In a dry and weary land where no water is. So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, in the chapel, your power. We will see…” This is how it says it. “I have looked upon you in the sanctuary to see your power and your glory.”
So I wrote out a couple of just different things that glory means. And it starts with wealth. It’s all laid out on that table before us. Commerce, power, wisdom, promotion, superiority, dignity, authority, nobility, splendor, valor, and magnificence.
So when the glory of God… just as we started this morning. It kind of gave me goosebumps. His glory, His manifested presence in our lives brings about all of these different things. If we expect and if we believe it. By faith, we believe it. By faith today, we accept it.
So when the glory of God begins to come in a more fullness… Let me put it like I think Pastor Tim said it. We have these things, but we have to have a greater revelation of what they are in us or who we are in Him.
Expect greater…
Sometimes we have a lower expectation than we should have. We should expect greater than we’ve ever seen before. What about right now? What about today? Friday would be a great day. Today would be a great day for more! For more glory.
I forget who said this. There was a pastor I was listening to and he said, “When the glory comes, stuff begins to move. Things begin to move when the glory’s there.” We need the manifested glory. We need to be so open. Anyway, extraordinary privileges. That’s another thing. Advantages, all kinds of good things.
I had this happen when I was flying here. The lady next to me… the election is on the screen and nothing has been decided. And so I was trying to find out what side she is on. You don’t want to go, “Hey, so who are you voting for?” So I didn’t say anything. I didn’t say it, but she was in a seat that had no screen. It was the weirdest set up. There were three seats. I had a screen. The lady over at the window had a screen. This lady sat there with nothing. I don’t know why that was. So she could either watch a movie over here or she could watch the election results on my screen.
And I hadn’t mentioned anything about the Lord. I hadn’t mentioned anything about anything spiritual. Nothing. And I was really careful to approach what was being shown on the screens and talk that over with her. And she goes, “Are you a pastor?” I was like, “What is a pastor supposed to look like?” I mean, I guess white hair. I was like, “huh?” She actually opened up the door and she was actually probably lived 10 minutes from where we lived. And I started to describe this couple that I know, and they go to this Catholic church. It’s very, very popular. Lots of people go there and it’s not very far from our house. But the pastor is Polish and so he believes in salvation. And so this lady is saved. She’s born again. And as we kept flying, she got more able to speak about what she believed. And so we’re in agreement. I just thought that was so interesting.
But you know what? I’m not lifting me up. I didn’t even say anything about it. But people should be able to identify us as children of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
By the way we speak.
By the way we act.
By the way we smile.
People should be able to recognize we are children of the King…
We don’t sit around with a frown. And so I think we should recognize more we are children of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. And He’s put us here for a purpose. He has a purpose and a plan for us. And today, here in the chapel… I love being in here. I’m thankful and grateful for all of you that came this morning and come every morning. I can see some of you. I can’t see all of you online.
I do right now feel there’s something about being here together today, and I’m just going by what the Spirit’s kind of saying.
So we’ve welcomed Him. He’s manifesting Himself.
Why don’t you just close your eyes for a minute. I know there’s something else that seems like the Holy Spirit… We know He’s always present. But it seems like He’s always wanting to do more. He’s wanting to get us to do more. And it’s not just work more, work more, work more. But it’s to yield more and yield more and yield more and yield more to Him, to more of Him. And just let Him do what He was sent here to do, which was to lead us and guide us.
So I’m getting a picture of America, and I’m seeing buildings, churches, church steeples… churches that actually have steeples and have bells. I’m seeing what we’ve prayed for, for year after year after year after year… where denominations will not be such a big deal. But the presence of God will begin to be such a greater, greater welcome and that that move of the Spirit. We’ve prayed for it for years, that the move of the Spirit would begin to move more across this United States of America in the way that we always prayed for, always believed God for, even here in Minnesota.
Minnesota…
You know, Minnesota moved a little further the way we always prayed. We prayed, “Minnesota is moving to the “more right” ways of God.” It did move! There’s still more things that need to move, but let’s let our expectation be that the Holy Spirit will be more enabled to do what He was called on to do here on this earth. And that churches, ministries, this ministry right here, Living Word Christian Center, would begin to just… We’ve seen it. A lot of us have experienced so much here in this ministry. I’m so grateful for Pastor Mac and Lynne, for all of the guidance and the yielding and everything that they’ve done by the Spirit.
So let’s see that in our spirits. The Spirit of God moving like the way we always desired He would move. We desired so many times for America to move and it’s moved. You can see it on the whole, on the map. It is moved. And it’s not just a little bit. It’s being called a landslide. The people’s voice is speaking… has spoken. But like I said, let’s be sure.
Prayed…
We’re going. Yeah. We’re moving in that way. Things are moving in that way. Glory. We are seeking. We’re knowing. Closer. Closing in on some things. Keys… doors… walkways… passages… entrances. Stop. We stop some things right now by the blood. Oh, we plead the blood of Jesus.
