Morning Chapel Prayer Today
Brother DJ…
Father, we thank you for the precious blood of Jesus Christ which was shed for us. Your precious blood cleanses us and makes us whole.
When I apply the blood of Jesus… You know, I was thinking about when we take a can of paint and we want to do a sample, usually we take the brush and swipe one way and another, not realizing we are making a cross. I was meeting somebody at the house for painting. First thing he did was he took the brush and he goes, “Is it matching?” He didn’t know he was making a cross. And when I see the blood, He said to apply the blood of Jesus on the doorpost.
Father, we plead and apply the blood of Jesus Christ on the doorpost of the Living Word Christian Center… one door, two doors, three doors, six doors—all the entrance doors. The blood of Jesus Christ covering Living Word Christian Center.
And we plead and apply the blood of Jesus Christ on our houses, our cars, our children, our grandchildren, our brothers, our sisters… The blood of Jesus overcome, and the blood Jesus Christ said, “No, to sickness, no to the enemy to come in.”
You remember fire extinguishers? They are made red… quench the fire. That’s the blood of Jesus Christ. Quench! It keeps the man or woman out of the house of fire, embraced the blood of Jesus and the blood was applied.
We say, “Devil, no access… no entry. This is the no-fly zone. The blood of Jesus says no.”
We plead the blood of Jesus Christ in your eyes… my eyes, your eyes.
Cleansing the blood of Jesus, washing in the blood of Jesus
We apply the blood of Jesus Christ on your conscious and the brain, the mind
The blood of Jesus washes, cleanses… the feet, the hands, the cars, the buildings, the blood of Jesus protection…
What can wash away my sin? Nothing but the blood of Jesus…
And what can make me whole again, nothing but the blood of Jesus.
We are talking about the blood of Jesus. What can wash away my sin? Nothing but the blood of Jesus. What can make me whole again? Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
We apply the blood of Jesus on your doorpost… front door… back doors… eyes… ears… hearts…
There is power in the blood of Jesus. There is no one else like you.
Father, we cover all the airplanes coming in… all the airplanes going out in the precious blood of Jesus.
We cover all the borders: north, south, east, and west in the blood of Jesus.
We cover and plead the blood of Jesus Christ over all of America.
We plead and apply the blood of Jesus Christ over the White House, and your houses, and my houses in the blood of Jesus.
We cover our church, Living Word Christian Center, Brooklyn Park in the blood of Jesus … and other churches in the blood of Jesus.
There is power in the blood of Jesus. Hallelujah.
When He took the bread, He said, “This is my body broken for you.” He did the same with the cup. He said, “This is my blood shed for you.” His body was broken and His blood was shed.
His blood washes us, cleanses us, makes us whole… His blood overcomes the enemy of our soul.
His body was broken so our body could become whole.
Father, the blood of Jesus Christ stops the work of the enemy.
We plead and apply the blood of Jesus Christ over our sons and daughters
We plead the blood of the Jesus on our minds, our thoughts…
Oh, Father, I thank you for the precious blood that washes minds and hearts … their thinking.
Their mind and brain hold nothing but the blood of Jesus.
Let the blood of Jesus Christ wash and cleanse…
There is power, power, wonder-working power in the precious blood of the Lamb.
He said to apply the blood of Jesus on your doorpost.
So we apply the blood of Jesus to our eyes, in our minds and brains, our hearts, our kidneys, our feet, our bones.
Therefore, no evil, no virus, no sickness, no disease, no accidents come near cuz we are covered in the blood of Jesus.
I was reading this morning about putting on the whole armor of God… put on the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the sword of the spirit.
And above all… “above all” means that it’s priority above all… Take the shield of faith… I have to do it. I told God “You’re going to do it for me.” He said “You got to do it. You got to take the shield of faith.”
So we are going to be taking the shield of faith and we are going to pray.
Sister Cindy…
We stand and having done all to stand and what you’ve done, what you said, it is finished.
We decide, Father, we make a dedicated declaration of our faith—We stand for the Word, the precious promise of salvation, restoration…
Everything that you have given us exceeding great and wonderful promises, that by those we can escape the corruption that’s in the world through lust and develop in the light when we wait on you…
Having come to a final conclusion, therefore, we stand, even though we might have some divided factors… like, “Lord, I believe, but help me with my unbelief.”
It’s a wonderful prayer. He’s willing. He’s able to help us when we stand…
It’s kind of like training a dog. Our flesh we say “heal” and we say, “do not move.” And as we stand and wait on our Father for the faith that comes, it breathes through us and then out of us.
Father, I thank you that you give us the words to say when we confront everything and anything.
And if we find ourselves at a loss, we stand and wait on you to reveal…
We are not moved by fear… the spirit of fear is not our companion. It is not our mediator. It does not dictate where, how, anything that we would react in a way that isn’t to our benefit.
For we gratefully recognize, Father, all the benefits that you’ve bestowed upon us, exceeding great and precious promises that you breathe in us and out of us in a timed-released fashion, according to everything that is necessary for the moment.
There are things that are necessary, but we don’t lean to our own understanding.
But in all our ways, we acknowledge you, which simply means to be intimate with you, to wait on you, to know you’re there. You never leave us or forsake us. You are closer than our next breath. And you have the answer.
We lean on you. We rely on you. We refuse to fear because fear is a mediator and a servant that is unprofitable and it is not our lot.
Father, our lot is to walk by faith… the faith that the Son of God, the faith that is alive and active and breathing through us even right now, the faith that is in time, on time and right within reach every moment. It doesn’t matter what it looks like… we stop the world and we melt with you, Father.
We walk in those rhythms, Lord, not afraid, knowing you’re with us.
And if we suffer, Father, we suffer for righteousness’ sake.
And then, Father, we know that there is a spirit of glory. It’s not for naught…
We humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God. And there is a lifting, there is an exalting, and we wait for it.
We say our help comes from the Lord. The battle is the Lord’s. We don’t fight circumstances.
