Morning Chapel Prayer Today

Prayed…

Father, we thank You for Your presence
You are alive, well, and on Your throne
The blood of Jesus speaks victory, speaks of ability and resource
You have provided every supply, all wisdom and power, Lord
We stand with You, and we will stand firm on what Your Word says
Praying in agreement for Your presence to fill this place and our hearts
Yes, we are reporting for duty, Father
You are orchestrating our time, what You want us to declare, pray, and intervene about
Have Your way in and through us, Lord
Let there be a sound of intentionality and Your purpose rising up from this place
We pray that You would gather us in the unification of Your Spirit
Yes, we will advance Your purposes, and we will cause the enemy to stand down in Jesus’ name
Father, we worship You, and we bow our hearts and minds before You
Thank You, Lord, You are the way maker
Break it now, open up those gates, Lord
There must be an increase of Your glory, an increase of Your will and plan
We call for the miraculous, declaring for an increase of signs, wonders, and miracles
Praying out into the future, for there is no time or distance in the spirit
Make a way in Jesus’ name, make a way for America and for Israel
Yes, it must open up now!
Calling out into 2024, we see Your plans and purposes unfolding in these days
We declare a shaking off of all that would hinder and all that would slow
Be shaken off in the name of Jesus
Those things are being pruned back, and it is time for the church to rise higher
We lift up the nations today; we lift up the nation of Israel today, Lord
Yes, we stand and unite with them in a united stance and posture
Father, we stand for the peace of Jerusalem
We pray for the peace of Israel in each and every city and village
Praying for peace to move throughout the land of Israel and to cover those people, Lord
Raising up the standard of the banner of the lion of the tribe of Judah and over Israel
Calling for angels from heaven to stand side by side of each member of the Israeli military
Father, we ask for a supernatural supply of wisdom and grace to cover them
Declaring that the light and truth to penetrate the people and those leaders
We pray for wisdom, grace, and divine assistance to come and equip those leaders
No, it will not go the way the enemy intends, but we pray for Your will do be done
Casting down all demonic forces that have aligned themselves with the enemy
You must stand down in the name of Jesus; we will raise up a banner with the blood of Jesus
No weapon formed against the land of Israel will prosper
Stand down, no purpose from beneath will advance any further!
We speak grace to the mountains and the valleys of Israel
Pleading the blood of Jesus from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv, Lord
Speaking grace, mercy, and divine assistance to the borders and to every region
We pray for a supernatural release of Your plan and purpose for Israel
They are Your people; You have made a covenant with them, Lord
All of Israel shall be saved, and they shall be held in the palm of Your hand
Calling for a supernatural dispensing of heavenly, angelic forces
Yes, there is a release of Your Spirit all across that land
We will yield to You and to Your Spirit; we pray for a dispatching all across this land
Father, we pray that You would release Your troops in the angelic and earthly realm
You have given those leaders everything they need to fulfill Your call and plan, Lord

Scripture Focus…

May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble; May the name of the God of Jacob defend you; (2) May He send you help from the sanctuary, And strengthen you out of Zion; (3) May He remember all your offerings, And accept your burnt sacrifice. Selah (4) May He grant you according to your heart’s desire, And fulfill all your purpose. (5) We will rejoice in your salvation, And in the name of our God we will set up our banners! May the Lord fulfill all your petitions. (6) Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven With the saving strength of His right hand. (7) Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the Lord our God. (8) They have bowed down and fallen; But we have risen and stand upright. (9) Save, Lord! May the King answer us when we call.
(Psalms 20: 1–9 NKJV)

Do not keep silent, O God! Do not hold Your peace, And do not be still, O God! (2)  For behold, Your enemies make a tumult; And those who hate You have lifted up their head. (3) They have taken crafty counsel against Your people, And consulted together against Your sheltered ones. (4) They have said, “Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation, That the name of Israel may be remembered no more.” (5) For they have consulted together with one consent; They form a confederacy against You: (6) The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab and the Hagrites; (7) Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre; (8) Assyria also has joined with them; They have helped the children of Lot. Selah (9) Deal with them as with Midian, As with Sisera, As with Jabin at the Brook Kishon, (10) Who perished at En Dor, Who became as refuse on the earth. (11) Make their nobles like Oreb and like Zeeb, Yes, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna, (12) Who said, “Let us take for ourselves The pastures of God for a possession.” (13) O my God, make them like the whirling dust, Like the chaff before the wind! (14) As the fire burns the woods, And as the flame sets the mountains on fire, (15) So pursue them with Your tempest, And frighten them with Your storm. (16) Fill their faces with shame, That they may seek Your name, O Lord. (17) Let them be confounded and dismayed forever; Yes, let them be put to shame and perish, (18) That they may know that You, whose name alone is the Lord, Are the Most High over all the earth.
(Psalms 83: 1–18 NKJV)

The following excerpt is taken from Contact with God by Jeanne Wilkerson:

Time and again throughout the Old Testament, the nation of Israel fell into the sin of unbelief. But there was something else, another sin, that helped to create this condition: a lack of prayer.

Likewise, the lack of prayer has been a sin of the church for a long time. It hasn’t always been this way, however. The Bible describes the early church turning their world upside down with their prayers (Acts 17:6.) Had the church remained strong in prayer until this present day, we would be performing the same feats the early church did and watching God move in incredible ways.

The early church knew how to move cities and even nations for the kingdom of God, but through the years, the power of those miracles has diminished. Somewhere along the way, the church began to take the gospel for granted, failing to act on it in faith and thus missing many of the blessings God had for her.

It is important to never take this glorious gospel for granted! You may think that you will always have the bright light of God’s Word available to you, but darker days are coming. You can’t just sit in the seat of ease in Zion after you have been saved and filled with the Holy Spirit. You must maintain your spiritual life and keep yourself sharp in the Word. You must allow the same source that produced that life – the Holy Spirit – to sustain it.

The Gospel can be compared to light. It is like the moving of the sun, which rises on one horizon, crosses the heavens, and sets in another horizon. While we have the sunlight, the Gospel, it is day. But the Bible says the light, the darkness will overtake us. (John 12:35.)

According to Romans 15:19, Paul took the Gospel to a place known as Illyricum. After he did, the churches and the people were so blessed by the beautiful light of the glorious Gospel that signs and wonders followed.

Today that same region is known as Albania. It is the place where Paul performed so many signs and wonders in the name of Jesus, and the glorious Gospel was proclaimed with all of its beauty and power. Through Paul, the people of Albania saw the Gospel manifested through powerful signs and wonders.

But notice the more recent history of this nation where so many miracles had been performed. Albania is the first nation in the world to declare herself totally atheistic. Today it is a communist nation, and more of the people are Muslims. In 1967, after a fiery speech by Albania’s ruler, two thousand convents, monasteries, mosques, and churches were taken over to be put to use for “better purposes.” The ministers and priests were assigned to hard labor, and since 1967, the practice of Christianity has been totally forbidden. Bibles were collected and burned, and even the mere possession of a Bible warrants one’s being shot by a firing squad.

It is hard to believe this is the same place that once saw such mighty signs and wonders!
