Prayer Summary for November 1

Prayed…

God is faithful, He is a good, good Father
We thank You for Your plans and Your purposes
Thank You for the bigness of God
Father, we surrender care, worry, and discouragements
We give You all the pain, depression, and past regrets
Yes, we cast every care over on You, Lord
Praying that You, Holy Spirit, would be welcomed in this place
You are helping and leading us today
Open us up, Lord, open up our hearts Lord
Awaken America, we send help to our nation’s capital
It is the time, it is the hour!
Move us forward, position us strategically now!
We speak to those things in our church and churches, and we declare a shift today
There is a move in the church, it is time to move, it is time to get up and go!
Calling for upgrades, calling for transitions to take place today, Lord
Casting down all distractions of the enemy in the name of Jesus
We are abiding in You
Open up, we lay hold of that and we grab hold of that now
It is time to come up and time to go
Help us to see, the opportunities that have been brought before us
Doors are being opened, doors of freedom, doors of breakthroughs
We cast down every arrow of the enemy!
Father, we ask that there would be a healing of the heart
Declaring that there is wholeness and healing of every dream that has been broken
Thank You for a great refreshing in each and every one of us
Supernatural healing is taking place in our bodies in these last days
Father, You are alive and well and You are doing all that You said You would do
You are so kind, merciful, and worthy of our praise

Scripture Focus…

And in a similar way, the Holy Spirit takes hold of us in our human frailty to empower us in our weakness. For example, at times we don’t even know how to pray, or know the best things to ask for. But the Holy Spirit rises up within us to super-intercede on our behalf, pleading to God with emotional sighs too deep for words. (27) God, the searcher of the heart, knows fully our longings, yet he also understands the desires of the Spirit, because the Holy Spirit passionately pleads before God for us, his holy ones, in perfect harmony with God’s plan and our destiny. (28) So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together for good, for we are his lovers who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose.
(Romans 8:26–28 TPT)

Quote from John G. Lake:

“God has been seeking a habitation a long time. God found a habitation in Jesus Christ and He became the dwelling place of God. Christ’s purpose for the world was that men, like Himself, should become the dwelling place of God.

It was not purposed that Jesus Christ was to be a particular or special dwelling place of God. It was rather purposed that mankind should be just as much a holy and desirable dwelling place of God as Jesus Himself was.

The purpose of the Gospel of God was that through Jesus Christ His Son many sons would be begotten of God should be begotten of Christ. Christ’s undertaking was to save mankind from their sins and transform them into the sons of God like Himself. That is the purpose and work of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
