Good morning, everyone. Well, it’s good to be back with you on this Wednesday. My name is Ken, if you don’t already know. It’s so good that we can come together and pray in this hour.
Earthquakes are a sign of the end times…
I don’t know about you, but I feel such a sense of destiny and purpose on the church at this hour. There is a destiny and a plan that rests on each of us. And one of the aspects to that assignment and that plan is prayer. And I can’t help but kind of sit back and look.
You probably have heard a number of earthquakes that have struck in various parts of the world in just recent weeks, in the last month. Numerous large scale, like above six on the Richter scale; some of them above seven on the Richter scale, earthquakes. And somebody recently pointed out that according to what Jesus said in the Gospel of Matthew, it appears we’re in the beginning of the birth pangs, or we’re in the birth-pang period of time at the end of days, when we’re seeing earthquakes as prevalent as they are around the world.
Prayer starts with surrender…
So that should be an encouragement to us. It shouldn’t strike fear but encourage us to lean in all the more when it comes to praying and to yielding and surrendering. Prayer starts with surrender. And so the fact that you’re here, the fact that you’ve joined us online shows that you’re surrendering. You’re making yourself available to God. You’re yielding yourself to be used by Him. And I can guarantee that’s what He’s going to do today.
Your prayers are working so don’t back off…
And I would add one other thing, too, when it comes to your personal things that you lift up to the Lord. Stay with it. Refuse to relent. Refuse to back off. Know that the Bible says that we’re to pray always, that we’re to pray without ceasing, in fact. It says that for a very good reason, because the enemy doesn’t want you to know, nor will your senses reveal it much of the time, that your prayers are making progress. Your prayers are going out ahead into that situation, even into your future, to prepare a way where you don’t necessarily see a way with your eyeballs, with your five physical senses. So…
Know that things are shifting.
Know that things are changing.
Know that the enemy is reeling.
Because you opened your mouth and praise.
Because you open your mouth and pray.
Because you make that faith decree based on what you’re sensing in your spirit.
Prophecy about end times by Kenneth E. Hagin…
I want to read a couple of things before we go into some worship. I want to share a couple of things with you this morning. This is something I’ve read a couple of times, but I’m going to read just a small excerpt of a prophetic word brother Kenneth E. Hagin gave shortly before he went on to be with the Lord. Under the Holy Spirit, he said on this particular occasion and meeting…
“Many are concerned about the future. They wonder what will happen. Will darkness overtake or will light shine bright? ‘Yes,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘remember that you’re in My hands.’”
Somebody just needs to say “amen” to that this morning.
“You’re in God’s hands. And remember that I know the future better than you know your past. And all is well. I will alert you concerning that which will affect you. I will show you the way to go, and you’ll walk in it and be blessed. Above all the people of the world upon the earth, you shall be blessed.”
Grab ahold of that this morning.
“Above all the people upon the earth, you shall…” Say, “I shall be blessed today in Jesus’ name.”
“For thou art My people, and My people shall rule and reign.”
We shall rule and reign in life…
Isn’t that what the Scripture says? Let’s go back and look at that. It says they will rule and reign in life. The Bible exactly says you’ll rule and reign in life by one Jesus Christ. Oh, there’s so much more invested in you than you realize. Oh, my goodness! While we get so caught up in our distractions, in our failures, in our missteps, and what doesn’t look like it’s going to work out, and where we don’t think it’s going to happen for us, God just sits in the heavens and He laughs. And He says, “Church, sons, daughters, you have no idea what I’ve done for you, do you?”
It’s so far greater and more all-encompassing than we realize. The victory that has been assigned and delegated to you and me to walk in. We’re not delegated to walk in death. Yes, we shared and we identify with the death of Jesus on the cross, but according to the writings of the Apostle Paul, we also shared in the resurrection. That in the mind of the Father, when Jesus was raised, God saw you and I raised with Christ…
To a new place of victory
To a place of dominion
To a place where we have the right to the use of the family name—the name of Jesus
To the right of the use of the Word of God, that we would dictate conditions within our given realm.
The definition of spiritual authority…
That’s what spiritual authority is defined as: to dictate the conditions of your given realm, your life, your household, your situation. Whatever God has assigned for you to pray about, you have the right to transform those situations, to affect atmospheres, to pray over nations and see nations come to Christ.
Brother Hagin goes on to say…
“For thou art My people, and My people shall rule and reign and the blessings of God will fall upon them.”
Fall upon you! May it fall upon us, Lord, today! Hallelujah.
“The latter rain shall be poured out, yes, upon nations that are now barren and void.”
So in other words, God’s got more yet to come. He’s got more to come for America. Can I just prophesy that today? He has more to come for your nation in the UK, in Australia, in Germany, and the nations of Central and South America, in Africa. There’s more to come. He’s pouring out His glory. Revival is happening now.
Say what you want to see…
Oh, you didn’t catch that? That was a prayer and a decree and a prophetic utterance all wrapped up into one. And the one thing you must know is that’s what you are to be doing all the day long. As you go throughout your day, in your everyday business, say not what you see, but say what He has said in His Word. Say what He has said to your heart. Say what you want to see.
Whosoever shall say…
Jesus said, “Whosoever…” The last time I checked, all of us qualify as a whosoever. “Whosoever shall have whatsoever he or she says. If he believes in his heart that what things you say will come to pass, you will have what you say.” You have a blank check as you step into this Wednesday. Every day, there is a fresh blank check before you, a spiritual blank check that is waiting to be written by the hand of faith, by the words of your mouth. Amen? Hallelujah. Glory to God.
Aren’t you glad we get to live by faith today and not by sight? We get to live by not what we’ve been through or what didn’t work out or what someone said or what CNN is reporting. We get to live by the good report of the Lord.
What’s your report?
My report is good. My report is I’m going to see, you’re going to see, Living Word is going to see the goodness of God open up and thrive and flourish in the coming days like we have not seen it all together combined up until now. It’s going to be greater than that. Come on now! Glory to God.
This is the hour for us to shine.
This is for the hour for us to step out and be bold.
This is the hour for us to be prolific in our faith decrees, in our worship, in our prayers, to pray without ceasing.
Because prayer transforms atmospheres…
You’ve heard me say it before, prayer assigns angels to go to work in whatever situation needs to be changed. Prayer opens up a portal, a doorway for heaven to invade earth. How many of you know that before heaven invaded earth back 2,000 years ago, about the time of Pentecost, before heaven invaded earth, earth invaded heaven for 10 days up in the upper room with prayers, with persistence, with waiting upon God in response to the command of Jesus.
You’ve got a blank check…
And when earth invaded heaven, it wasn’t long before heaven invaded earth. God is looking for what you would have, what you would say, what you would pray today. You’ve got a blank check in front of you. Will you fill it out, or will you leave it on the table? It’s up to you.
I don’t care if it pertains to healing. Oh, I don’t care how many sob and sad stories you heard about people who didn’t receive their healing and graduated and went on to heaven. Praise God they graduated and went on to heaven. Let’s just celebrate the fact that they’re in heaven, and they received a level up. They received a promotion. And they’re in glory. I can tell you they’re not sad that they’re not here anymore. But as far as you and me, we’re here because there’s a fight to fight. And it’s a good fight—
The fight of faith
The fight to stand
The fight to believe
The fight to say, “Lord, this sickness is not for me. This injury, this pain, this broken situation I’m looking at…”
You have been designed to release the power of God…
Whether you’re related to it or not, you have been assigned to transform it. You have been designed to release the power of God. Prayer assigns and releases the power of God into situations that change might come. You haven’t seen it come into reality, maybe the plan of God or the promise of God, because you’re not done yet. He’s not done yet.
So stay the course. Stand your ground. Say again what God said ought to be so about you and yours and your ministry and your business and your nation.
We need a wakeup call…
Oh, we need to wake up because this is the hour of consequence and the hour that we have been assigned to make a difference. Prayerlessness allows the negative status quo to become the norm and to stay the same, in other words. But history, it has shown, has been shaped by ordinary people praying simple prayers that produce extraordinary results.
Come on now!
All things are possible to him or her who will believe. Not just mentally assent, not just have a faith in your heart. Yes, we know that the law of faith states faith must be in your heart. It also says it must be in your mouth. It must be articulated into the atmosphere and the realm around you. Your confession releases the substance of faith so that the substance is made available to angels and God Himself that He might latch hold, partner with you in taking that substance and creating the reality of His promise.
Brother Hagin said…
“The latter rains shall be poured out, yes, upon nations that are now barren and void, but the rain will be poured out. The seed will be planted. The harvest will come.”
The harvest is coming to us today in Jesus’ name. Let a sense of urgency rise up in your spirit.
