Morning Prayer Summary for Friday, May 29, 2020

Pastor Ray…

Good morning. It’s Friday and it’s a good day in Him. Thank you for tuning in this morning. I’m sure everyone all over the earth has seen the video and knows what is happening and happened in Minneapolis/St. Paul. There are our cities and we love our cities, the people. The cities are people. So this morning we have been watching over these things in prayer, calling for things to calm down. We’ll continue to do that this morning. But first I want us to be sure that we  don’t, so much, stay in our own opinions about what has happened, what’s happening and how we can watch it and watch it and watch it and it takes us out of or away from the spiritual authority that we have. We’ve been given authority by Him in the earth. So we’ve been lifting the Lord up, declaring things are getting better, and they are through Him. In Him, we’re up. We’re not down. This morning, we take our seat in heavenly places, high above. So our first desire this today is to “look up” from where all our help comes from. In our own strength, we’re nothing. But in Him… that’s why we have to be so strong on His Word. And we’ll go through some of the Word also. But first we’re going to lift Him up and magnify His name. Thank you for joining with us in agreement.

Pastor Tim…

God, I look to You… You’re where my help comes from… You give me vision to see things like You do… so we look to You… You are where my help comes from… Lord, You give us wisdom… because You know just what to do… so we look to You…

Father, we look to you this morning because we know that You are where our help comes from. We don’t look to any man. We don’t put our hope or trust in man. Or in princes. Or in governments. Man’s ways. Father, You said man that man makes his plans but You always have the final say. So we look to You because we need Your godly, skillful wisdom, knowledge and insight and revelation. We need You this morning.

so we look to You… You are where my help comes from… Lord, You give us wisdom… because You know just what to do… so we look to You… give us vision, Lord… to see things like You do…

He is a shield round about us. His favor surrounds us like a shield that goes before us and makes a way where there seems to be no way. Makes the crooked places straight, the rough places smooth and plain. Opens doors that no man can shut. Shuts doors that no man can open. He’s our shield, this morning. Then He said He’s our rock. A rock! That we could stand on, a firm foundation, a mighty fortress is our God. We can anchor our lives into Him because He’s unmovable, unshakable. When everything around us seems to be shaken, He’s unshakable, unmovable. Thank You for that, Lord.

♪ You’re our strength… we will love You, Lord… You’re our shieldall our days, we will love You, Lord

Pastor Ray…

Pastor Tim, when you sang “we’re waiting, we want to hear, Lord.” In my spirit, right then, as soon as you sang that, I heard Him say, “I’m waiting to see what you will say.” It gives me goosebumps. I’m waiting to hear what My Church will say. I’m waiting to see what My Church will do. I’m waiting, saith the Lord, I’m waiting… for My Church to rise up in Me and take Your place that I’ve predestined for you to take and to call. Are you calling the things that are not as though they were? Are you commanding and declaring and standing and pressing forward in Me, saith the Lord? Not your strength. My strength which is in you. Are you walking in the anointing I put within you? Are you using My authority in the name that is above every other name? Jesus! All authority was given to that name and through that name and by the power of My spirit. So we declare it this morning, Lord. Thank You for reminding us to do what we’ve been called to do. Not sit by the side. Not find a place where we can get out of the way, but get up and get in the way and stand and call those things that we see in the natural to continually turn around and be shut down, be denied, be sent away. We speak to the enemy today in Jesus’ name and we say as representatives of the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords “Stop in your maneuvers! Stop today! Not just here in Minneapolis/St. Paul, but across state by state by state… all of the states. In Jesus’ name, we resist you in the name that is above every other name.” What’s that name? Jesus.

Pastor Ray…

Victory is in and through that name that’s above every other name. I’m reminded right now as we enter into this weekend, we’re reminded of Pentecost. It’s Pentecost Sunday. And that group of 120 in that upper room were told to go there. First, they had to obey. We know there were some that didn’t go or stay. But 120 took what they heard, got in that upper room, and did what they were told to do which was wait. Wait for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit of the living God. Not even knowing exactly what that would look like or how it would be. But then… suddenly! Suddenly there was a sound. And it was a sound of victory. It was a sound that was heard all over the city. A sound. So that the city came running. Hallelujah! Suddenly there was an outpouring and the only fire they saw was the fire on the top of their heads. And they were set on fire! So today, we take authority over illegal fires in the natural that are trying to burn up our cities, in Jesus’ name. We call them down and out. We extinguish them. We come against them and declare for our cities concerning an outpouring, a move of the Holy Ghost in the last days, concerning revival, an awakening. Along the Mississippi, 35W in that area, right in the center. Right there between the cities. Minneapolis and St. Paul. These things will come to pass. No weapon formed against our cities will prosper in Jesus’ name. We will see fire, but it will be the fire of the Holy Ghost which will burn brighter and stir up the body of Christ.

Pastor Ray…

The first thing that came to me this morning is Ephesians 6. It tells us some things about what to do. Beginning in verse 10.

Verse 10, “In conclusion, be strong in the Lord.” We’re to be strong in the Lord. We’re not strong in our selves, but we are strong in Him. When this word is our foundation, we’re strong in the Lord. When we trust Him and rely upon Him and look up. We’ll see the things around us change to His ways.

“Be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides]. 11 Put on God’s whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil. 12 For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.”

Here it is in the Message: “10-12 And that about wraps it up. God is strong, and he wants you strong. So take everything the Master has set out for you, well-made weapons of the best materials. And put them to use so you will be able to stand up to everything the Devil throws your way. This is no afternoon athletic contest that we’ll walk away from and forget about in a couple of hours. This is for keeps, a life-or-death fight to the finish against the Devil and all his angels.”

Who wins? We win, based on the Word. We’ve already won based on what we’re heard in the Word and what was done on the cross at Calvary when that blood was shed. It was finished! Done! Completed!

Verse 13 “Therefore put on God’s complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place]. 14 Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God, 15 And having shod your feet in preparation [to face the enemy with the firm-footed stability, the promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news] of the Gospel of peace. 16 Lift up over all the [covering] shield of saving faith, upon which you can quench all the flaming missiles of the wicked [one]. 17 And take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the Spirit wields, which is the Word of God. 18 Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty.

I keep hearing one word: advance! Do not lean to your own understanding but trust and begin to see, begin to expect an advancement of the power from heaven above annihilating the power that the enemy tried to bring against this nation. That includes a virus. That includes every other evil plan. That includes businesses that were shut down. That includes people that were locked in their homes. An advancement today. We declare it and speak it forth. An advancement in the power from heaven. An advancement in signs and wonders and supernatural outbreaks of the Holy Ghost. An advancement in breakthroughs. An advancement.

The last part of that verse says, “To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God’s consecrated people).”

A divine Holy Spirit brought restoration in these days. Right now! A turning around. Hallelujah! There’s a shifting, a breaking. A change in direction. An advancement. A breaking.

Pastor Ray…

Heaven’s ways. Heaven’s plans. Heaven’s words. The power of the Holy Spirit. Great supernatural changes. Shifting things like they never were shifted before. In that turnaround and in that breaking over and into, there is a mission. There’s a race. But there’s a plan that we must take. And there are steps that we must walk out. For we should and will continually know in Him that we can go through. And we shall go through all the way in victory. Victory! We’ll take our place. Run our race. Speak what You tell us to speak. Go where You need us to go.

We lift up the whole body, Lord. All over the earth. Nation and nation. Your Church, we declare a strengthening this morning in the body of Christ. No matter what stream of ministry they’re in, were Jesus is Lord, the body lifting You up, standing up. When you’ve done all, stand.

Pastor Tim…

When you’ve done all, just stand… when you’ve done everything you can, when you’ve done all that you can, when you done all that you can, just stand

Pastor Ray…

We bind spirits of strife and division and every other evil work of the enemy. Civil wars, and tumults, hostility and lawlessness, we bind it. Every fire from hell, burning in our cities… we take authority over all these things as we declared this morning, we’re standing. And moving. And occupying and speaking and believing and we are receiving change. Change in every area. We speak grace and peace over America. We pray and believe for the voice of truth, salvation, revival, restoration to be proclaimed across our whole nation. One nation under God, indivisible. We will not be divided. One nation under God.

Thank You for boldness, Lord, and a strength that we’ve never walked in before. Knowing Your Word is true and working today and changes are taking place. Then we can always go back and sing, “Every day is sweeter.”

Pastor Tim…

Every day is sweeter… every day gets better…  ♪
