The following excerpt is taken from The Revival Study Bible:

In Him All Things Consist
Colossians 1:17

The most important thing that we can do for our children is for us to get closer to the Lord. The culture of the Church the way that it is supposed to be can be appealing, but we are not called to convert people to the Church, but to Christ. As appealing as the culture of the church can be, it will never be as appealing as a relationship to the Lord Himself.

There is nothing in the universe as appealing as the Son of God—when He is lifted up, all men are drawn to Him. There is nothing on earth as contagious as intimacy with the Lord, and there is no one on earth who is as attractive as someone who is truly close to Him. Besides this, we will only live in the kingdom of God to the degree that we are intimate with the King Himself. Even the kingdom of God would be a boring and empty place without the presence of the King.

Prayed…

Father, we thank You for this time together
You said for us to come boldly before the thrown of grace
The blood of Jesus is protecting and making a way today
We yield spirit, soul, and body to the Holy Ghost
Father, You are here in our midst
You are walking among us and touching each one of us
Lord, You raise us up
It is Your power that is at work within us
We choose to walk in Your joy even in the midst of darkness
You loved us with perfect and unconditional love
We praise You for Your greatness!
There is no name above the name of Jesus!
You make all things new, Lord!
Thank You for drawing us into Your secret place
Help us to continually come to You

Scripture Focus…

(2) “And he went out to meet Asa and said to him, Hear me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin: the Lord is with you while you are with Him. If you seek Him [inquiring for and of Him, craving Him as your soul’s first necessity], He will be found by you; but if you [become indifferent and] forsake Him, He will forsake you. (3) Now for a long time Israel was without the true God, without a teaching priest, and without law. (4) But when they in their trouble turned to the Lord, the God of Israel, and [in desperation earnestly] sought Him, He was found by them.”
(2 Chron. 15:2-4 Amp.)

A word of the Lord came forth…

“There are gifts within each one of My children and I’ve come in this presence to unwrap the new. They have been placed within each one of you. Each one is a different color and a different size, but every gift inside has been planted, predetermined to be opened by Me. You cannot open it; you cannot operate in it without Me. I’ve created you, I’ve put within each one of you gifts that are to be opened at a particular time and hour. And this is the hour today,” saith the Lord, “where the gifts in My children are to come forth and bring forth change in the world around. You call it revival. I call it revival. To be revived, to be re-stirred, to be re-fired where My anointing can come through. And your voice will be a voice from heaven. And your words declared by faith will open doors that no man can open. Man doesn’t even know they’re there. But in the spirit and by My Spirit, I’ve given you utterance today in the opening up of these gifts, for them to come up, come out, go forth, and bring the earth My way.”

Continued Praying…

Lord, You are beautiful to us!
We reverence Your presence
Today, we take a step of faith knowing and trusting that You will lead us
Your Word is a strong foundation for us
We desire for the Church to be revived—men, women, children to be restored
Father, we bring the body of Christ before You today
She must rise up
For positions of authority to begin to proclaim Your Word!
These are critical hours!
Jesus, be Jesus in, through, around, and on us
We come under the covering of the precious blood
Lord, we need and want You more than ever before
You are our strength!
We want to be revived, invigorated, and set aflame again for You!
Father, we thank You for Your Word and Spirit!
