Prayer Summary for May 20

Scripture Focus…

(6) “That is why I would remind you to stir up (rekindle the embers of, fan the flame of, and keep burning) the [gracious] gift of God, [the inner fire] that is in you by means of the laying on of my hands [with those of the elders at your ordination]. (7)For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control.”
(2 Timothy 1:6–7 Amp.)

(14) “But as for you, continue to hold to the things that you have learned and of which you are convinced, knowing from whom you learned [them]”
(2 Timothy 3:14 Amp.)

“I charge [you] in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, Who is to judge the living and the dead, and by (in the light of) His coming and His kingdom: (2) Herald and preach the Word! Keep your sense of urgency [stand by, be at hand and ready], whether the opportunity seems to be favorable or unfavorable. [Whether it is convenient or inconvenient, whether it is welcome or unwelcome, you as preacher of the Word are to show people in what way their lives are wrong.] And convince them, rebuking and correcting, warning and urging and encouraging them, being unflagging and inexhaustible in patience and teaching. (3) For the time is coming when [people] will not tolerate (endure) sound and wholesome instruction, but, having ears itching [for something pleasing and gratifying], they will gather to themselves one teacher after another to a considerable number, chosen to satisfy their own liking and to foster the errors they hold, (4) And will turn aside from hearing the truth and wander off into myths and man-made fictions. (5) As for you, be calm and cool and steady, accept and suffer unflinchingly every hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fully perform all the duties of your ministry. (6) For I am already about to be sacrificed [my life is about to be poured out as a drink offering]; the time of my [spirit’s] release [from the body] is at hand and I will soon go free. (7) I have fought the good (worthy, honorable, and noble) fight, I have finished the race, I have kept (firmly held) the faith.”
(2 Timothy 4:1–7 Amp.)

(12) “Fight the good fight of the faith; lay hold of the eternal life to which you were summoned and [for which] you confessed the good confession [of faith] before many witnesses. (13) In the presence of God, Who preserves alive all living things, and of Christ Jesus, Who in His testimony before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I [solemnly] charge you (14) To keep all His precepts unsullied and flawless, irreproachable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Anointed One)…”
(1 Timothy 6:12–14 Amp.)

“O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever. (2) Let Israel now say, that his mercy endureth for ever. (3) Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endureth for ever. (4) Let them now that fear the Lord say, that his mercy endureth for ever. (5) I called upon the Lord in distress: the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place. (6) The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me? (7) The Lord taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me. (8) It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. (9) It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes. (10) All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the Lord will I destroy them. (11) They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: but in the name of the Lord I will destroy them. (12) They compassed me about like bees: they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in the name of the Lord I will destroy them. (13) Thou hast thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the Lord helped me. (14) The Lord is my strength and song, and is become my salvation.
(Psalms 118:1–14 KJV)

(19) “So [as the result of the Messiah’s intervention] they shall [reverently] fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him and put him to flight [for He will come like a rushing stream which the breath of the Lord drives].”
(Isaiah 59:19 Amp.)

“Arise [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you—rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you!”
(Isaiah 60:1 Amp.)

Prayed…

We will continually keep moving and looking up to You, Father
The Devil has been defeated, and we will stand firm on the Word of God
We take our seat in heavenly places with You, today, Lord
Thank You for the wonderful presence of Your Holy Spirit
Without You, we can do nothing!
We take a drink of Your Spirit right now
It is all about You, Lord
Thank You for the anointing of Your precious Holy Spirit, today
We will keep stirring up that anointing and praying out the plan You have for us
Praising and magnifying You, Father, today!
Thank You for Your leading, for the direction of Your precious Holy Spirit
We cover every detail and plan, the known and the unknown
Lifting every care and anxiety and we give it all to You, Lord
We don’t question Your power, Your way, or Your will
Giving You all the glory, praise and honor
Even a touch of Your presence can change us, Lord
Praying that the presence of God would be over each and every one of us, today
No weapon formed against us would prosper, in Jesus’ name!
Calling for an increase of more of Your presence today!
Pleading the blood of Jesus over each member of the body of Christ
Declaring that every bump be smoothed out, every hindrance would be removed
There will be a leveling out, a clearing out and a clearing up in Jesus’ name!
Praying that the finished work of the Holy Ghost would be done, today!
Thank You for the victory, Lord
You take the impossible and make them possible!
Those things that the Devil meant for evil—You turn them around and use them for Your good
Every evil attempt of the enemy would be turned around right now!
Praying for healing, wholeness, endurance upon each one of us, today!
Limitations get out of the way and clear out!
The Church is marching forward and the Church will accomplish what it was called to do
Nothing compares to You—You are so faithful
Our eyes are fixed on You—You are never changing
Thank You for supernatural strength, today!
You are always with us—You never leave us or forsake us
All of our hope, trust, and faith is in You
Drawing our strength from You—You are where our help comes from
For every part, nothing missing and nothing broken
We are saved and redeemed from the curse and the effects of the curse
Redeemed unto You, Father!
Looking and believing and trusting in You, O Lord
Our hearts are expectant for the fullness of You
Gates, be removed, and Doors, we command you to open in the name of Jesus
There is a complete turning around, Father
Our feet are set upon the high places, in Christ Jesus
There is a changing and a rearranging
Adjustments are being made today!
No, it is not going to end that way!
Your arm is not short in performing that, Father
We are looking for that in a new and fresh way
That will not come to stagnation—but will keep moving in the direction of Your spirit
Supernatural aid and assistance, Father
Stability, stable, and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty
Stable in our thoughts and in our bodies
We will finish the race that You have planned for us, Lord
Let the peace of God and the comfort of the Holy Ghost encompass each and every one of us
Declaring that the Church would begin to rise up and the world would begin to see the light
Thank You, Father, for the laborers
We will continually stir ourselves up in the Holy Ghost
Thank You for the wind of the Holy Spirit
It is time for the church to rise and shine bright!
Declaring a rising up of those low places
We call this day blessed and thank You for it, Father
Your word never changes, and we put our trust in You, today

A Word of the Lord came forth…

“It seems like time is moving even more quickly. What looked like a week is like a day, and a day is like a minute in time. And where we have thought, ‘Some day, some time….’ No, no! Today is the day,” saith the Lord. “This is the hour of My power to be actively working in the Church, for I have called the Church to walk in power. I have called the Church to walk in My anointing. I have called the Church to sing songs. I have called the Church to lift up its voice in one accord. I have called the body of Christ to be a body. I have called every part in its right place. In these hours, I am calling the Church to lean on Me. I am calling the Church to trust in Me for the answer. The answers, the revelation, the understanding, and the wisdom—they are from My place, My heavenly place. I have the plan. I have the purpose. I know the way. I see the plan and the picture on a big screen—in a big way, the big plan, the fullness of the plan. So just continually yield upward, yield out, go further than you have ever gone before. And do not turn around and look back, but keep looking out ahead and keep the blood of Jesus actively working through what you say. Don’t even go there,” saith the Lord, “don’t even go over that,” saith God, “but keep ministering life, help, health, direction, increase, and peace. My peace that passes all understanding, the world does not even know about it, but I have brought it forth for My children on the earth to finish their race, to finish their call, to go all the way through, and to keep at My pace. Yes, time is moving more quickly. It’s not just that it seems like it is, because things are picking up, there is momentum and there are changes. But look unto Me, trust in Me, rely on Me, and your joy, and your strength, and your peace will get you through what you have been called to go through. No question about it, no doubt about it, even the crooked ways will be straightened out if you keep coming to Me.”
