Morning Chapel Prayer Playlist
Morning Chapel Prayer Today
Sister Kay…
Good morning and welcome to Wednesday Morning Prayer. What an amazing opportunity to come and worship and pray together. I’m Kay and I’m one of the prayer leaders and staff members of Living Word. We are so pleased to be able to join with you in prayer.
Worship leader shared…
Before we begin to sing this morning, can you please open with me to Psalms 65. I’m reading from New King James’ version.
Psalm 65…
“Praise is awaiting You, O God, in Zion; and to You the vow shall be performed. 2 O You who hear prayer, to You all flesh will come.”
He’s the one who hears prayers. Hallelujah. He hears prayers.
Hebrews 11:6…
“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” He’s the one who hears prayers. He hears prayers.
Ps. 65:4 –
Blessed is the man You choose,
And cause to approach You,
That he may dwell in Your courts.
We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house,
Of Your holy temple.
5 By awesome deeds in righteousness You will answer us,
O God of our salvation,
You who are the confidence of all the ends of the earth,
And of the far-off seas;
6 Who established the mountains by His strength,
Being clothed with power;
7 You who still the noise of the seas,
The noise of their waves,
And the tumult of the peoples.
8 They also who dwell in the farthest parts are afraid of Your signs;
You make the outgoings of the morning and evening rejoice.
9 You visit the earth and water it,
You greatly enrich it;
The river of God is full of water;
You provide their grain,
For so You have prepared it.
10 You water its ridges abundantly,
You settle its furrows;
You make it soft with showers,
You bless its growth.
11 You crown the year with Your goodness,
And Your paths drip with abundance.
12 They drop on the pastures of the wilderness,
And the little hills rejoice on every side.
13 The pastures are clothed with flocks;
The valleys also are covered with grain;
They shout!
I want to go back to verse five…
“By awesome deeds in righteousness You will answer us, O God of our salvation, You who are the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of the far-off seas…” By awesome deeds in righteousness…
Imagine what God will do for you…
Can you do something with me this morning? Can you close your eyes and imagine, what will God do for you? What will be done for you and you will see it as an awesome “deed in righteousness.” Just take a moment to think about that. Take a moment to imagine that awesome deed. What is that amazing thing?
Now keep that imagination in front of you and let’s worship from that place of seeing God as the one who does “awesome deeds in righteousness.” The one who answers. He has not called the house of Jacob to seek Him in vain.
Psalm 126:1 –
When the Lord brought back the captivity of Zion,
We were like those who dream.
2 Then our mouth was filled with laughter,
And our tongue with singing.
Then they said among the nations,
“The Lord has done great things for them.”
3 The Lord has done great things for us,
And we are glad.
Say that with me this morning. “The Lord has done great things for us and we are glad.
Sister Kay…
We just praise you that every name will have to bow its knee before you, Lord.
Every knee will bow and we will be there and we will see it.
Every sickness, every disease, every plague, every stress, everything that has caused this problem, we will see it. We will get to be there and bow our knees and see Jesus exalted as Lord.
Every knee will bow.
Our future is so bright. It is so bright.
I command right now all stress to bow and let us just take a moment and worship God our King. It is the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords. Let us just worship Him. That stress will be there later, and you can pick it up later. But right now, worship Him.
Time can be a stress…
Do you know that one of the names that stresses us out is “time”? We’re always short of time. I mean, maybe not everybody but time can stress us out. I may not be on time. I may not have gotten this done in time. But you know that is a name and it will bow its knee to the King of Kings, the one who created time. He is outside of time. And if you will get in the flow in the river of Him, He will cause all things to come together in its time.
Cindy and I were talking about this yesterday. There is a time for everything under heaven. And we will see it. We will see it done. He is the author and the finisher of our faith. We can ride stress free. He’s made everything beautiful in its time.
Sister Cindy…
There’s a time for everything under the sun. And the Bible says that our times are in His hand. And I love God’s Word because He just wants us to agree with Him and look to Him because He’s working. And align ourselves with what He’s doing in time. He said a real time right now. He said He created this day and that we are to rejoice and be glad in it because He’s done good things.
We were singing that He’s done great things, good things, and we rejoice. And thinking about the things He’s done, but He’s already done it all. Today is the day He’s prepared for you to walk in what He’s already done. He’s prepared and made it ready that you would just enter in.
So we enter into the timeless things of God. He prepared them outside of time. Before time was, He knew you. He knew your days. He wrote down in His book the good works, the good things that He has prepared for us to walk into.
And I think when He prepared those things, they would be great happenings that would occur.
When the Devil comes in, he tries to get you out of that timing, get you distracted, get you looking at other things that are only peripheral. He’s central. He’s causing us to get with His grace, alluring us out of the ways of the world, but into His wonderful grace. Which says, only believe, keep your eyes on Me.
Sometimes it’s like do those things He’s leading you to do. But every time we do them, there’s a greater, greater alluring grace because it’s our faith and action which produces knowledge and understanding. And we understand this, that God shows up in happenings. Things that we wouldn’t be able to think or imagine or dream when He’s leading us in those currents of time, outside of the timeless realm or in the eternal realm, that He prepared time. He created time. We have authority over time, so when time is feeling like it’s driving us, we point our finger at it and we say, “Get under our feet.” You work for the King who already prepared everything ahead of time, that it would work. In time, on time and well within reach.
So we walk in the light as God is in the light. It’s the eternal. Eternity. And we are redeeming the time, redeeming the time with our agreement with God… showing up in that place and that space… and it’s effortless and it’s organic and it’s working for us. All things are working for us. Because why? We keep our eyes on you, Jesus. You are the author and the finisher. It’s already been written down.
And we get the privilege and joy of walking it out. Great and mighty things that you’ve planned. Let them unfold. Let them come out in your beautiful time.
There is a time for everything…
A few weeks ago, I had the Lord to highlight that in Ecclesiastes. And I came up, it was probably three minutes to the end of the hour, but He was like, “Oh no, you have to release this Word. You have to release it.” And there is a time for everything. And everything is beautiful in its time. Which means it’s blossoming and blooming and fruiting all at once.
Now, faith is… Now according to the power that is at work within us. There’s power working within us! But we have to put action to it.
Now by in consequence of the action of the power that is at work within us, we’re able to do those things that He has planned, things that eye has not seen, and ear has not heard. And hasn’t even entered into our minds. We step out like Peter on the water and we simply at His beckoning come.
And let fear fall off because He is God. Even when Peter was looking at the waves, He raised Peter up and He was pleased because Peter was stepping out. He was putting action to his faith.
And James Tan the other weekend was talking about all the other disciples in the boat and how they were pleased just to have Peter go out. None of them thought, “Well, why don’t I get out of the boat?”
So we stir ourselves up this morning. How can we please you, Father, in responding correctly to your promptings?
Lord, we ask you to give us ears to hear. Not dull ears, but ears to hear what the Spirit is saying. Time does not dictate our schedule today. But you can interrupt us anytime today, Lord, because we know you have prearranged and made ready great times, great times.
I have piles of things that I’ve collected throughout the years of being in morning prayer. This is a prophecy by Kenneth Copeland who talks a lot about time. From 2021.
BRANSON VICTORY CAMPAIGN
KENNETH COPELAND – APRIL 9, 2021
“Times are changing, and the winds of change are blowing. Things in the earth are moving so rapidly now. Time has been put in a place where it’s… in a way, time is shorter so it’s moving rapidly and things are changing rapidly. By the time something is produced and put on the market, it’s obsolete. These times are times that confuse people and people wonder, ‘What do I do now? What can I do? How can I make it in this? I don’t know what to do.’
“Listen to Me” says the Lord. “I’ll walk with you and I’ll talk with you. I’ll show you things. I’ll show you patterns in your life, and I’ll unconfuse, de-confuse and decompress things for you. And you will come into that place where it will look like things have just seemed to have slowed down for me. And I have time to think where I didn’t have time before or thought I didn’t. And my motives have changed, from motives of my own to motives of love and faith. I’ll continue to do that for you and through you and in you. And My purposes become your purposes, and the things that I desire, you desire. And we will walk in this together.
“And there are people that will notice the difference in you because you see, there are those that have known Me and walked with Me as their Savior. And those that have found close relationship with Me, in the infilling of the Holy Spirit and walked with Me and they’ve known Me as the great planner and the great financier. And they’ve known Me as the healer, and they’ve known Me as their very own grace and life.
“BUT VERY SOON YOU WILL KNOW ME AS THE GREAT RESURRECTION. AND IT’S TIME!” GLORY TO GOD! “It’s time, it’s time! Put more expectation in My coming. Look for Me. Watch for Me everywhere. Look for Me at all times. Look for Me in the clouds. Look for Me in the nighttime. Look for Me in the daytime. Look for Me. Listen to Me. Walk together with Me.
“Practice My presence and we’ll talk and visit all the time. And I’ll show you things to come and I’ll reveal Myself in you, and around you, and for you, and through you. And then, you can become a beacon of life, not only to your own family, but in the area wherever I have called you and placed you. People will begin to follow your lead. And you’ll see many, many, many people come into the kingdom of God. And you’ll see many people that you didn’t understand and didn’t have any idea that you even knew how to win souls, but all you have to be is a winning personality and help people and talk to them and understand them. Listen to Me and I’ll tell you what to say and what to do. And it will work, and you’ll say, ‘How in the world did I ever live before today.’
And I’m coming so soon, you’ll be glad you began to watch for Me, for I am in the present place now. I’ve stepped into the room concerning the end, and it’s very close. So rejoice, again I say rejoice. And understand that the time of great blessing is at hand, in the land of the living,” saith the Lord. Hallelujah, glory to God! Glory, glory, glory!
