Morning Prayer Summary for Wednesday, July 18, 2018

Ms. Annie led us singing We Are Standing on Holy Ground

Pastor Ray shared…

We can still stand on Holy Ground while we are joyful. When we are standing on Holy Ground, we must be joyful (ha, ha, ha).

Ms. Annie…

Nehemiah said “Sorrow not, for this day is Holy unto the Lord.” Whooa! “The Joy of the Lord is your strength! And “send portions to those for whom nothing has been prepared!”

Ms. Annie continued singing We Are Standing on Holy Ground

Pastor Ray…

When we are singing that we are saying “I know there are angels all around.” And what do we do with our angels? Tell them “Go! Why are you standing around?” We can stand around in His presence and tell them what to do so they are not just standing around (ha, ha, ha).

Ms. Annie…

Go get “so and so” and bring them back into the fold and then all the angels can rejoice along with us! Today! Amen! There is more joy among the angels of God over one sinner that repents. So, angels “Get busy!” (ha, ha, ha)

Pastor Ray…

Well, I had to have a little Andrew Wommack this morning. Sometimes you just have to have some (ha, ha, ha). I love how he ministers, what He ministers. You will like it.

The Following excerpt is from The Balance of Grace and Faith by Andrew Wommack:

This is the reason a lot of people go through what ‘s called a “honeymoon ” period when they get born again. As a sinner, they’re told, “Regardless of what you’ve done, God loves you by grace. It’s unconditional. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done. Come, accept Jesus, and you’ll get all of your sins forgiven.” The person says, “That’s good news,” and they believe. They receive salvation and are just so in love with God. Colors are brighter, sounds are better, and smells are nicer. Everything is wonderful because they believe that God loves them.

Then the new Christian goes to church. He hears somebody testify that they were healed of something and they think, Well, I have something. I’d like to be healed too. The Church prays for them, but they don’t instantly see a manifestation of their healing. So they begin to ask, “What’s wrong?” The Church answer, “Sin.” Confused, the new Christian says, “I thought God had forgiven me.”

And here is the answer they get from these well-meaning church people: “Oh, yea. He had back then. But you’ve sinned since then. You’re going to have to start studying more. You’re going to have to read the Bible an hour a day, pray in tongues, and go to church. Have you been paying your tithes? God won’t bless you unless you pay your tithes.”

All of a sudden, the feeling they once had that God loves them unconditionally based on grace is replaced with, Uh-oh! I’m going to receive from God, I need to start being holy. I need to do all of these things or God won’t bless me. They stop putting faith in grace, and they’re now trying to merit and earn God’s favor instead.

Romans 5:8 reveals that God loved you so much that while you were yet a sinner Christ died for you. Romans 5:9 says that much more now are you saved from wrath through Him. You may have come to Christ while you were living in adultery. You confessed Jesus as your Lord, believing in your heart that He was raised from the dead, and instantly you were in relationship with God. Adultery couldn’t keep you from God. You may have lied and stolen. You may have been a drug addict or an alcoholic. You did all kinds of things, yet you came to the Lord. You believed and confessed Jesus as your Lord, and instantly you came into relationship with God.

But now that you’re born again, you feel guilty. You know you ought to be studying the Word more. You’ve made a promise to have daily devotion time, but you haven’t kept it. You got mad at your spouse on the way to church, or you had an argument and haven’t been home. You didn’t go to your kid’s ballgame, and you feel guilty. God accepted you when you were an adulterer, liar, thief, addict, and murderer, but now, if you don’t read your daily Bible reading and pray He’s liable to let you die of cancer.

As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him. Colossians 2:6

In order to receive the Lord Jesus Christ, you had to first hear about the grace of God. God commended His love toward you. While you were yet a sinner, Christ died for you. Two thousand years ago Jesus bore the sins of the world before you were even born. When you heard the good news of the grace of God, your faith just reached out and appropriated it.

But now that you’ve become religious, you’ve started trying to earn things. You may be doing “good things” like fasting, praying, and studying the Word, but your motive is to merit God’s favor. Your faith is no longer in the unconditional love of God that made everything available to you by His grace. Your focus is on how holy you’re living. Your faith is in you, not grace.

Perhaps you are deflecting what I’m sharing and saying to yourself, “That’s not me.” Be honest with yourself before the Lord. This is where most people live. They are in works mentality, which is why they aren’t experiencing a greater relationship with God and manifesting their salvation benefits. They feel they have to earn God’s provision, so they are constantly trying to perform instead of just receiving God’s love by grace – putting faith in the unmerited, unearned, undeserved favor of God. God’s love for you has nothing to do with how good you are.

Imagine that you’re in one of my meetings right now and someone just fell over dead. I’ve seen three people raised from the dead, including my own son. He was dead for over five hours, but was raised up completely healed. I’ve seen blind eyes and deaf ears opened. I’ve seen cancers, AIDS, diabetes, and many other diseases healed. If I said, “All right, how many of you believe that God can raise this person from the dead?” you would be right there with me. If I continued saying, “I’m going to pray for them and we’re going to see this person raised from the dead,” you’d be excited, getting up out of your seat, and moving toward the front for a better look.

But I would probably lose you when I said, “All right, If you believe it, you come up here and pray for them.” All of a sudden, the excitement would drain right out of you. Your faith would turn into unbelief and your anticipation into dread. It’s not that you doubt God can do it. You doubt God’s willingness to use His ability on your behalf because you don’t feel worthy.

You haven’t yet understood that all provision is totally based in the grace of God. You think you have to do something to merit and earn it. That’s why you have more faith I my prayers than you have in your own. If you knew me as well as you know you, you wouldn’t have any more faith in my prayers than you have I your prayers. It’s true! You think that preachers have it all worked out and we live holy all the time. Talk to my wife. She loves me in spite of who I am, not because of who I am.

The problem is, you know you so well you bear a sin consciousness. You feel unworthy because you don’t fully understand that It’s all by the grace of God. God hasn’t even had anybody qualified working for Him yet. I’m not qualified to do what I do. God doesn’t use me because I’m qualified. I’m not holy enough in myself to be used of God. I have to stand up and believe in the goodness and grace of God.

This is the number on truth I’ve received from this revelation. I’ve applied it to my relationship with God, and I now know His love for me. I’ve experienced it. That day I realized how ungodly I was and confessed all of my sins was the first and greatest revelation I’ve ever had of God’s love. It wasn’t based on any wort or goodness of my own. It had nothing to do with me. God loves you completely independent of you. You don’t have to earn or deserve this love; it’s the grace of God.

God, by grace, loved you before you were born again. (Rom. 5:8) Now that you are born again, he loves you much, much, much, more. (v 9.) Even if you are the sorriest saint you know, God loves you infinitely more than He ever loved you before you were born again. God’s love for you is unconditional. It’s unending and unchanging. Since you didn’t do anything to cause God to love you, you can’t do anything to cause Him not to love you. God’s love for you has never been tied to anything you’ve done.

God love you. If you could grasp this revelation, it would solved all of your problems. “But you don’t understand. I’m dying. God’s love wouldn’t solve that problem.” Yes, it would!

…faith…worketh by love. Galatians 5:6

If you understood how much God loved you, your faith would shoot through the roof. You’d be overwhelmed! God loved you enough to bear your sins, suffer the shame, and die for you.

He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Romans 8:32

Prayed…

Thank You Lord
We receive, we received it but we keep on receiving
Oh, Thank You Father that it’s not up to how great we are, how holy our lives are
We know who we are, we know ourselves personally – hallelujah
We know what we’ve done, what we have been cleansed from
We know that You are our provider, our way maker –You make a way where there was no way
We refuse to take care about anything!
We remove wherever the care tried to attach itself to us
Could be mental – whatever – thoughts that bring care, anxiety, doubt or lack – whatever it would be!
We refuse it
Just like that picture where FedEx shows up to your door “Cancer” is being delivered to you
Nope! No, no, no – you got the wrong address, you got the wrong body!
My Father, My Father in heaven through the power of the blood that was shed by His Son, made me to be healed, free, victorious, overcoming in Him
Not in us, not in me, not in our greatness
For we are not great in us but we are great in Him
We can do all things through Christ Who strengthens us
Thank You Father for Your supernatural strength right now
We remind ourselves about Who You are in us and about what is happening through us and that when we lay hands on the sick, there is recovery happening!
We bring it to heaven Father, we remind You of what You said in Your Word about us
That we could do all things in Your Son!
Thank You for the ministry of Your precious Holy Spirit that is always, always, always showing us, revealing unto us, lifting us
Oh thank You Father, that by Your Spirit You are lifting us this morning up out of any kind of touch of darkness, or doubt, questions about how it will turn out
Thank You Jesus that You died for us, You set us free – forever we have been made free
We are victorious now, tomorrow, next week, next month – glory! Glory! Glory to God!
You are lifting us, lifting us, lifting us up! Hallelujah
For we have overcome by that blood because You did – You did it for us
The blood of Jesus is working for us today and it is lifting us up
We are being lifted – that is how… it’s just for real!
We are being lifted up! Out of the debris, out of the questions about how…
We are being lifted up! We are free! We are not bound! We don’t have chains attached to us!
Holding us out, holding us down, we will not walk around with a frown
Things have been turned upside down, we became when we received, we become FREE!
We are free! We are victorious! We are overcomers in every area! The joy of the Lord is our Strength!
We have strength – hallelujah, glory, thank You Jesus! (ha, ha, ha)

I am just reminded of Mark Hankins – Ha! Ha! Ha! Whoo Hooo!
Sometimes it takes a while to get our motor started. Sometimes it takes some turning over, turning it over and turning over until the ha, ha, ha turns into HA! HA! HA!
An overcoming joy! that brings internally a supernatural strengthening to contend, to go, to move, to flow, to grow – hallelujah (ha, ha, ha)

Ms. Jeani…

So I see the enemy knocking on the door of every believer and we answer that door and we say “Return to Sender!”

We are not leaning on our own total brain understanding. Let’s set our brain aside. Let’s move out of our thinking, out of our minds, get out of your mind! Ha! Ha! Ha! Hallelujah! Thank You Father!

Ms. Annie led us singing Hosanna, Hallelujah – I’ve Got the Joy of the Lord!

Pastor Ray…

You know sometimes we need a little assistance like some new wheels. (Pastor Ray starts riding a bike around the chapel as Ms. Annie continues singing about joy!)Pastor Ray…

In case you think we are just messing around, we are not messing around. The joy of the Lord is our strength. So, whatever we get to do to stir up the joy… Like I said sometimes you just have to turn the motor over – turn the key, use the Word. What does the Word say? What have we heard? Is the joy of the Lord our strength? Does it put a spring in our step? Yes! Does it bring us on over out of where we’ve been? Yes! Does it set us free? Just wondering… Yes! Praise God!

Ms. Annie sang…

♪ If the devil doesn’t like it, he can sit on a tack, sit on a tack, sit on a tack
And if the devil doesn’t like it, he can sit on a tack, sit on a tack today
And I’m so happy! So very happy! I’ve got the love of Jesus in my heart
And I’m so happy! So very happy! I’ve got the love of Jesus in my heart (ha, ha, ha) ♪

Ms. Annie…

I am good at dancing around the kitchen with toddlers; singing and jumping up and down! (ha, ha, ha)

Pastor Ray…

With this little joy burst, let’s pray over our nation for some joy. Let’s lift up our president and speak some joy over him. Let’s lift up his family and speak some joy into them. Let’s lift our nation up and speak joy into it! Revival, an awakening – the joy of the Lord, that it would be so strong

The following is a prayer for our nation by Pastor Lynne Hammond:

Father, in the name of Jesus, and according to your Word, we pray for those in authority in our nation. We lift up and declare over our president that the joy of the Lord is his strength! Hallelujah! We lift him up, come beside him, pray over all the staff and all the cabinet members. Let Your Word cling to them and let them not depart from your plan.

What is Your plan Lord? We know there is a plan for this nation. There is a plan to lift our nation, to make our nation be the nation it was called to be. We know there is plan to set this nation free. We know there is a plan that this nation would walk in victory! We know there is a plan for strength and that strength is in You!

Strengthen them with mighty Holy Ghost power with answers and solutions by your Spirit to stand against wickedness, lies and deception. Guide President Trump’s decisions; let Your light shine upon his path and show him the path to turn everything around, a paradigm shift, a complete total turnaround, a reversal of every evil way. Continually surround him with godly men and women who impart wise counsel to him. Cause the way of the wicked to be set to confusion and come to nothing. Deliver us from the traps and snares the enemy has laid for us, and let the wicked be caught in their own devises and be brought to shame.

We take authority – the authority that has been given unto us, and hold it over every plot, every plan of the enemy that is trying to come against our nation. Let prideful, that’s a big one, and lying lips be silenced in Jesus’ name. Stop it! Stop it in Jesus’ name! Slanderers will not be established in America. We pray for our Congress, our Supreme Court, our Military leaders and our intelligence agencies. Let the wisdom that is from above reign in this nation and be constantly speaking to our leaders. We exercise the authority you have given us to tread down all the power of the enemy. We cast down and demolish imaginations and arguments that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God, and we bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. We bind spirits of strife and division, civil wars and tumults, spirits of hostility, lawlessness and blasphemy, and fires from hell that have burned in our cities.

We speak grace and peace over America – the presence of God over America. We speak it over every state, every leader – peace into the nation of America, into the Whitehouse, in our congress and senate, the judicial men and women, peace and grace. Despite in the nature what somethings look like, they are moving. They are turning and they are changing. Things are being rearranged even now as we speak. Hallelujah, lips are being silenced in Jesus’ name – a turnaround, a paradigm shift.

We pray and believe for the voice of truth, salvation, revival – revival is breaking out all over America and restoration – completely restoring things that were broken up, plans that were made to go in the wrong way. Grant unto your servants everywhere that with all boldness we may speak your Word. We pray for a mighty outpouring of your Spirit with signs, wonders and miracles. We expect the wisdom of this world that is earthly, sensual and devilish to depart and vanish until Your, mighty work in America becomes a beacon of hope for all people everywhere. We expect the voice of rejoicing to be heard in our nation for your goodness, mercy and prosperity, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Oh, we lift these things up over our country
We pray over our nation from one side to the other – we plead the blood
Praying around our borders and declare no weapon formed against our country will prosper
Every form of transportation, air, ground, water in Jesus’ name we cover these in the blood of Jesus
Take authority in advance – call out, call down, declare hidden things will be revealed in Jesus’ name
Come against, hold the blood of Jesus against any form of terrorist activity in the name of Jesus in this nation
We cover the nation, cover state by state by state… all of the states in Jesus’ name
Covered in the blood!
Thank You for the precious power that is in that blood
Thank You that there is joy in America – there is happiness in America
Things are changing in the right way
Thank You today and we declare “Keep on changing America!”
Keep moving in God’s way and God’s will
Hallelujah!
We pray over our major cities: New York, Atlanta, LA, and all of the larger cities
We pray over our own cities: Minneapolis, St Paul – they are moving in God’s way and God’s will!
We pray over our own state: Minnesota – You will continually move more in God’s way in Jesus’ name
Moving! Moving! Moving!
What ever happened in the past, it’s over!
We pray over the new days, new ways, new operations of the Spirit of God

We pray that those words that were spoken, some many years ago, over these cities, Minneapolis/St Paul, here at the uppermost part of the United States
You said Father, through Your servants, that there would be a revival that would break out up here at the norther part of the country and it would spread on down south
We pray that that would come to pass in these days we are living in
Now would be a good time! Now would be the right time! Why not now! Hallelujah!
Thank You, Father

We hold up and lift the believing church in these cities – believing in the Savior, believing that they were saved, believing in the blood of Jesus – oh thank You!
We lift up Pastor Mac, Pastor Lynne, pastors of other churches in Jesus’ name for divine utterance
To speak forth You plan, speak forth Your will, speak forth Your Word – the truth that is in You Word
That we would stop ever going back to where we were
We take authority over a religious spirit that’s tried to work its way into the body of Christ
Not just in our own cities but all over America
We say “Religious spirits get out! Leave now in Jesus’ name”
We take hold of our freedom; we will not let it go in Jesus’ name

Ms. Annie led us singing Lord Send the Rain

Continued praying…

Revival, it’s a continuing thing
We as believers receive it, we believe to walk in it
But we also believe to give it out, to spread it out, to let it go through us and minister on behalf of those that need it too that they may be reinstated, revived, restored
Where they have been down, to Bring them up! Lift them up!
Thank You, Father, for reviving us, restoring us, just re-filling us all the time
A steady, complete overflow so we can’t help just keep giving it out to others

Hallelujah, we thank You for it!
You receive all of the glory for every good thing that has happened, every good thing that will happen for the future, for the days and weeks and months that are to come
Thank you that Your joy in us, is strength to us
Thank You for it Father in Jesus’ name, Amen
Thank you for coming this morning – hallelujah
