Morning Prayer Summary for Tuesday, October 20, 2020

Pastor Ray…

Hallelujah. Good Morning. It’s a good day.

Father, thank You so much this morning. We welcome the manifested presence of Your Holy Spirit. Thank You that each one of us are anointed because You said so. And by faith we declare it all the time, “I am anointed.” We say it because You’ve said it. We believe it and therefore, we know we walk in it. It’s the anointing that breaks yolks and removes obstacles.

Whatever You say, whatever You want us to say, whatever You want us to do, whatever You want us to sing… We just worship You. We honor You. We bow our hearts before You this morning.

Thank You for the precious holy blood of the Lamb. In that blood and through that blood, we always overcome. Thank You for it this morning.

Thank You for Your Word. That’s our foundation. In Jesus’ name. Hallelujah.

Scripture focus…

(1) [Oh, I know, I have been rash to talk out plainly this way to God!] I will [in my thinking] stand upon my post of observation and station myself on the tower or fortress, and will watch to see what He will say within me and what answer I will make [as His mouthpiece] to the perplexities of my complaint against Him.

(2) And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision and engrave it so plainly upon tablets that everyone who passes may [be able to] read [it easily and quickly] as he hastens by.

(3) For the vision is yet for an appointed time and it hastens to the end [fulfillment]; it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry, wait [earnestly] for it, because it will surely come; it will not be behindhand on its appointed day. Habakkuk 2:1-3 (AMPC)

That lines up with all of the words in which Brother Hagin would say, “It will surely come to pass.”

(4) Look at the proud; his soul is not straight or right within him, but the [rigidly] just and the [uncompromisingly] righteous man shall live by his faith and in his faithfulness.

Pastor Ray…

There’s is a really old song, “The name of the Lord is a Strong Tower.” You know, the name of the Lord was Habakkuk’s high tower.

I like how the Amplified says, “in his thinking,” or we could say, in his faith, he’d take his place or position in that a high place.

The high tower was the truth of the Lord. He stood on the truth that he knew from the Lord and it was faithfulness. Faithfulness and the power were the foundation of his tower. He continually escaped into the tower where he could look up to his God, look out over the land, and listen to what the Lord would speak to him. We could describe the tower like grace and mercy. They were the doors, the walls, the windows, the stairs. And God’s sure foundation was salvation and it was like a shining roof on the tower.

One commentary on this scripture put it like this. When he wrote the vision and put it out there for people to see, he actually put up signs around the village that said, “The just shall live by faith.” So, they’re walking through the village seeing the signs “The just shall live by faith!” just in case they weren’t walking in faith and they didn’t know it was by faith.

There is so much more to the vision that when we maybe might think. There’s a vision for us individually. There is a vision for this church, Living Word. It’s written out. We know what it is and we’re directing everything to walk out that vision. It also works for our country. There’s a vision for this nation. And there are words that were declared way back. This is one nation under God. And that’s the way it is. That’s the vision. We shall not be a divided nation. We should have those signs up all over (laughing). We could put them around Minneapolis.

He would get up there and declare that by faith. And that’s what we’re called to do, too. Get up and get in our tower of faith and know that His Word is true, that God is grace, that God is mercy.

We’ve got His Word. That’s what we’re standing on. That is our foundation. We don’t stand on a foundation that some man told us we stood on. We stand on the foundation of His written Word and the word spoken by the Spirit through men and women. Some are years and years ago and some are right up here in these days that we’re living in.

We stand on the Word, that way we can keep looking up to Heaven, speaking forth, keeping our eyes on the vision which is victory in Him.

I don’t have a tower where I can crawl up into but I do believe to get up in that place every single time and operate through the anointing not operate through my own strength. We always say it in our own selves, “we’re nothing. But in Him, we’re everything.”

We can do all things in Him and through Him. Amen. Hallelujah.

Ms. Annie…

In Matthew 7:24-25 Jesus said, “Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because its foundation was on the rock.”

His Word is the rock we stand on, the rock we hide in. His Word is the rock that holds up our house. That is what was going off in me when you were reading.

Pastor Ray…

There are all kinds of things we’re saying. We’re looking at our country. We’re looking at the election. We’re looking at all these natural things. We can see that. We know what’s going on, pretty much. We know a lot but there’s a lot that we don’t know. So, we just get in the center of the Bible and keep our eyes focused on what He said.

We all have opportunities to look too much at natural situations.

So, what is our fight? It’s a fight of faith, believing His Word is the truth. And we keep moving ahead believing we operate in His strength. We have His strength. His joy is our strength. We keep ourselves stirred up, fired up in Him.

Yesterday we sang about it, the fire, oil, wind, and rain of the Holy Spirit. That’s us. The blood of Jesus is over us this morning. Right now, Lord, we plead the blood over the body of Christ that she will rise up so straight, so strong in You and declare, this is the way it shall be. This is the way it is even though we haven’t seen it yet, we haven’t felt anything. And maybe sometimes our prayers seem so inadequate for what the situations might be in the natural but we know when they’re based on Your Word and You said You’ve anointed each one of us and You’ll not take that anointing away… Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

Just for a few minutes, let’s pray in other tongues. The Bible says to stir ourselves up by praying in the Holy Spirit. Thank You, Father! Thank You, Lord! Hallelujah. (tongues)

I just keep hearing this. “You better lean on Me, sayeth the Lord. You ‘ve got nothing else to lean on.”

Okay! (ha, ha, ha) Hallelujah! We lean on You. We trust in You. We rely upon You. We got nothing else to lean on. We can lean on one another but we lean on You, from where all of our help comes from. Hallelujah! Thank You, Lord!

Miss Annie led us singing I Will Exalt You

Pastor Ray…

We’re free. That’s just the way it is and the way it will always be. We are free and in victory.

I don’t know why this came up. It’s amazing how many different memories we have of things that have happened in the past. When you were singing that, I was reminded of something that happened years ago when my children were younger.

We had an art business and a lot times we’d be outside at art festivals. There was a huge one here in Minneapolis that we always worked. In order for our sculptures to look better, We had them up against black felt walls. They looked like they were really strong but they were just 1×2 frames squared all around. And so we’d have this big square all the way around us.

Then I had a little door in the back where I kept pre-made duplicates of each sculpture we had on display. So that’s how we were making our living, believe it or not. God was so faithful. And we needed to have the weather cooperate otherwise the sales would go down. And we would use all the money from that three day art festival to put our children through Maranatha Christian Academy for the year. Thank God.

During the festival there would be another booth next to us on both sides and across from us, a whole row of booths. If any clouds came up, we would hear what those people were saying. They didn’t think we could hear because it looked like a big black wall, but it was made of felt so we could hear everything they were saying.

“Oh, I tell you what. It is gonna storm. It’s gonna rain and we’re going to have to leave. We’re going to lose the whole day.”

We’d be on the other side of that felt wall saying, “In the name of Jesus it is not going to rain. We rebuked those words. We take authority over those words. We’re here for a purpose and that’s to make a living. We’re blessed. We’re prosperous.”

We would just refute every word that they would speak. We didn’t shout at them. They would think we were some kind of religious freaks, which we were. But we were so blessed! We would do business that would make other people jealous. They were wondering, “what on earth are they doing?” Because people loved what we did and were willing to buy it.

All the time, when we hear words spoken… Take it for our country. There are people speaking words right now that are so full of lies, inaccuracies. I don’t want to get political but Russia is not controlling our election.

We’re declaring, those that are not willing, those that are absolutely speaking falsehoods and lies, they shall be removed because this nation is going more in God’s perfect will and ways. Hallelujah. It’s the way it is.

We’re praying today and we’re getting in agreement with all of the other people that are praying. I know there are people praying in other nations because they know this nation has to go God’s way. It’s not just about us as a nation. It is the earth and what needs to happen. God said his glory would cover the whole earth.

America has sent more missionaries, has sent more Word all over the earth than any other nation. And we are connected, and we do support the nation of Israel. We’re together.

When that embassy was moved to Jerusalem, something great happened there. But it happened here because our president stood up and said, “this is the way it will be.” Other nations were saying, “Don’t do it. It’s not going to work out well for you or for Israel. Don’t do it. Don’t do it. Don’t do it.” What did he say? “We’re moving the embassy to Jerusalem period!”

Sometimes when we take a bold step like that, it shuts the voices of the enemy and makes them be still. Praise the Lord!

We’ve overcome and we’re overcoming and we are electing godly leaders in America, state after state, after state, after state, after state. The States that are supposed to be swing states, they’re swinging, they’re moving, and they’ll continually move right up until the election day, November 3rd. They’re moving more in God’s way.

It’s over for many that have made decisions to come against what God had said and purposed for America. Amen.

Scripture focus…

(1) Woe to those who legalize injustice and write oppressive legislation!

(2) You rip away the rights of the poor and prey upon widows and orphans!

(3) What will come of you on your day of visitation when disaster comes from afar? To whom will you run for help? And what will you do then with all your great wealth?

(4) You’ll have no option but to cringe among the captives or fall among the corpses of the slain! Yet despite all this, his anger has not subsided, and his hand is poised to strike.

(24) So hear what the Lord Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies, has to say: “My Zion-people, do not be gripped with fear over the Assyrians who oppress and abuse you, as the Egyptians did long ago.

(25) After only a brief moment, I will end my indignation against you, and it will fall upon them to their destruction!”

(26) The Lord Yahweh, who commands angel armies, will wield his whip against them, as when he struck Midian at the rock of Oreb. And once again he will raise his rod over the waters, as he did in Egypt.

(27) In that day the Lord will remove the heavy burden from your shoulders and break off the yoke of bondage from your necks because of the heavy anointing upon you! Isaiah 10:1-4;24-27 (TPT)

Pastor Ray…

It’s all about the anointing. We can say things without the anointing or not under the anointing and have them not be effective. But it’s the anointing that breaks those bondages and yolks, removes obstacles, removes opposition. And where does the opposition come from? The devil.

We’re not warring against people. We’re not coming against people but we know who’s backing up those people. It’s the enemy.

Here are some notes from the Passion Translation:

because of oil (anointing).” Oil is a frequent symbol of the anointing of God. Although the meaning of the Hebrew text of this clause is uncertain, some scholars see the imagery of an ox who grew so fat that it shattered the yoke over his neck. Assyria’s yoke of bondage will be broken off Judah because they will grow fat, heavy with the anointing of God’s restored favor.

Pastor Ray…

The favor of God goes before us. It prepares a way for us. The favor of God, the anointing that is within us, breaks yokes and It breaks bondages.

What about chains? What about disease? What about all of it? It works all the time.

Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Father. Not in our own strength, not in our own strength. We get it. Just in Your strength, Your strength.

Ms. Annie led us singing There is Power in the Name Jesus

Pastor Ray…

Lord, heathen peoples, those outside of covenant with You have thronged tumultuously together, coming against God’s plan for the church, for the body of Christ, the covenant people. They’ve plotted a vain and empty thing against You Lord and against Your anointed, that’s us. But you Lord, have said that the plots and the plans of the wicked, they shall come to nothing.

We believe your Word, Lord. So, we do not fear them. For, by your power and anointing, they are bread for us. Their defense and shadow that protects has departed from them but You are a God with us. And we are well able to go up and take the promised land.

We are well able. We will do it. We are doing it. It’s Your destiny for this country. The blessing from heaven. It’s your blessing. You Lord have covered our heads in the day of battle and You do not grant the desires of the wicked. You allow the evil of their own lips to cover them. And You do not allow a slanderer to be established in the earth.

Our eyes are upon You, oh God. And in You, we take refuge. Our strength is in You. We are anointed. Those things that need to be broken away are being broken away. Like we said the other day, those doors that need to be shut, are being shut. Those things that need to be stopped, they’re being stopped as we declare, stop in your maneuvers against us. Stop in your maneuvers against the church. Stop in your ways and in your plans that try to derail or stop this nation from being what it was destined to be. Hallelujah.

Thank You for the blood. We plead that blood this morning. We plead it from shore to shore, from the top of our country all the way down through, state by state, by state, by state.

The blood of the lamb, we plead it over all our leaders beginning with our president. We cover him this morning. We pray a blood line around him and every single person that’s speaking to him, all of those that are in the white house in Jesus name. We plead the blood of Jesus for protection from the enemy. We pray over their eyes that they see. We believe he sees. We believe he knows. We believe he’ll make the right decisions to take our country more and more in God’s right ways.

Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. Thank you for it, Lord. All those inaccuracies, all those lies will be and are being exposed. Hallelujah. Hallelujah, Lord!

You keep us, we know You do. You keep us from all of the snares that they’ve laid for us or any kind of traps

They will be exposed. They shall be exposed. They shall be uncovered for what they are. We will not fall into those traps in Jesus name. Hallelujah.

Let the wicked fall into their own traps, into their own nets while Your people escape safely in Jesus name. You set a guard over our mouth and keep us from practicing any wicked works with the man who works inequity. We refuse to eat of their so-called delicacy in Jesus’ name.

We will not take part in their counsel or what they’re saying or what they’re commanding to come forth. We take the authority. we rise up as the church and we get up in that position of the high tower and declare what’s Your Word declares, each day, every day all of the way through.

There is so much is at stake. Oh yeah. We use the blood. We declared that precious holy blood. We push back, pushed down, push away the opposition today those that would oppose Your Words, those that would oppose Your plans for for America in Jesus’ name.

Restored, made right, made new, strengthened from heaven.

We are singing over America for the days and the weeks that are to come.

Ms. Annie led us singing in the Spirit

Pastor Ray…

Just in my spirit, I keep hearing Him as if He was right here. And He is. I keep hearing Him say, “It’s going to be okay. It will be all right. It will turn. It will and is changing. It’s Me. It will be okay and it will turn and it will go and move in My ways. For My ways are higher than your ways. My thoughts, My plans. So, stay steadfast in My presence and watch Me move, remove, and bring the change that you’ve spoken about.”

Hallelujah. Hallelujah. In You, we receive it by faith. We receive the fullness of Your plan. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You, Lord. Thank You, father. Thank You.

We humble ourselves before You. Thank You for the blood. Thank You for Your power. Thank You for Your anointing that is working for us so that we can move forward, full and overflowing with Your great presence. Thank You for it in Jesus’ mighty name and everyone said. Amen.

Thank you for tuning in with us this morning and praying with us. We agree on these things, that they shall come to pass. Amen. God bless your day.
