Good morning, everybody.
The Lord said, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (2Chron. 7:14)
Let’s start thanking Him before the answer comes. Let’s praise and worship Him. Keep thanking Him and He will make the way.
Thank you, Father, for the healing we’re looking for.
Thank you, Lord, for the money, the finances we’re looking for.
Thank you, Lord, for the peace.
Thank you for the joy.
We have victory in the name of Jesus.
Healing in the name of Jesus.
Health in the name of Jesus.
“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases” (Ps. 103:2–3).
“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer” (Ps. 19:14). There is power in our words. Wonder working power.
God is for me. Who can be against me?
“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed” (Isa. 53:5). By the stripes of Jesus we are healed. You are healed. I am healed.
“I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust” (Ps. 91:2).
There’s power in the tongue…
I was reading a Kenneth Hagin book. He said, “If you have loose tongues, pray in tongues more so you have control on your tongue. When the Holy Ghost came upon them, they all spoke in tongues.” The first thing the Holy Spirit did was get hold of the tongue. There’s death and life in the power of the tongue.
Speak the right words…
So this morning, we’ll be praying in tongues. We’ll be speaking the right words. We are going to cancel the word spoken over you by the power of His Word. What the enemy said, we are going to cancel this morning. What is the word spoken against your body? Is the word spoken against your finances? Is the word spoken against a relationship?
But we have the Word of God, which cancels, dissolves demonic words. He said, “Pray like this. Our Father, who art in heaven. Holy is your name.”
Father, we pray people will come to know you. If they didn’t have an earthly Father or they were not there or whatever it happened, we ask you in the name of Jesus, they will know our Father. Our Father in heaven.
Therefore, no evil shall befall thee. No plague, no virus, sickness, disease, infirmity. Accidents will not come near you and I, because God has commanded his special angel charge over you and I. They will lift us up.
The Lord is my shepherd. We going to say that: “The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not lack. I shall not want. He makes us to lay down on green pasture. He restores my soul.
Restore! I was listening to somebody. When you say “restore my soul.” Emotional. Mind. Will He restore?
God wants to restore your soul…
You know, when you say restore, that means people have a broken soul. Remember, Jerry Savelle? He used to restore cars. He would take broken cars and restore them. So when I read this morning about Psalm 23 how He restored my soul, I wondered how many people in the world have a broken soul? Broken soul. Can’t think right? Emotionally. But Jesus said, “I’m a good shepherd. I will restore your soul.” He wants to restore the broken soul. So we have mind thinking well, restored this morning.
He said, what good is it to man to gain the whole world. We’re talking about soul. What good it is the man to gain all the world and lose his own soul! What’s so important to the soul? He restore my soul. He’s going to restore you and I soul this morning. So we can live right, think right. Broken soul. I didn’t know that until this morning when I read, He restores our soul, the broken soul.
I remember Jesus say, “Come unto me.” It’s okay to watch TV and watch all kind of evangelists and preachers and listen to them. But you know what? Just get away from TV and go in the corner, shut your door and pray and read His Word. Eat His Word. There’s nothing like that. And when we get in the corner of our room, wherever you have the place to pray… get away from this TV. Even if there is a preacher preaching a good message, but get away from the TV. Get alone, separate. He says to shut your door and pray and seek.
When we pray in secretly, He will reward us openly. Hallelujah.

They raised Jesus from the dead. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us. I went a different way this morning. I usually come in this way, but I came in this way, so I got to see the sign. “The power of His Word.” And that word jumped out and slapped me across the face. And I go, “YES!” Hallelujah. Thank you, Father. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.
So yesterday I was in my prayer group, and this has been kind of rolling around in me for a while. And I shared it with my group and I said… How does that scripture go? God has not given us a spirit of fear. And then they’re like, everybody knows that. But I noticed that DJ said it today. We sing it sometimes, and they say “Love, power, and a sound mind.” And I had to look it up because it’s not. It’s power, love, and a sound mind. A well-balanced, disciplined sound mind.
We’re not going off with every wind of doctrine. Our minds are stable and fixed because we have this sandwich of power and well-balanced mind. And in the middle is the love of God, which upholds and maintains and keeps. It’s like the glue that makes everything work. Because in this we know that His love has caused our faith to work. And we don’t have a form of godliness and denying the power thereof. Because He’s given us His Word. So that’s filled with power and we step out on the Word and we fully expect there to be a demonstration of power.
So I looked up the word and it’s dunamis power. And that’s miracle-working power. That’s testimony to those outside power. That’s the Word of God that is not void… devoid of power. But it accomplishes that for which God sent it. I’m also in the purpose. It doesn’t return to Him void.
He sent His Word and He healed us. We do not deny the power of God. It’s the same power that raised Jesus from the dead. Very same power.
So God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound, well balanced, mind, disciplined. That is why I remind you to stir up, rekindle the embers, fan the flame of, and keep burning the gracious gift of God, the inner fire that is in you by means of the laying on of my hands. With those of the elders.
Life is just practicing the power that He’s invested in you, the gift that He’s invested in you, the desires… because we delight ourselves in Him.
Father, all you require is that we look to you.
We are delighting ourselves in you and you’re giving us those desires.
They are the direction, the instruction, how we should go in the way that we should go.
Because Jesus is our magnificent obsession.
He is the way, the truth, and the life.
There’s no other that can come to the Father, but through Him.
And we have free access, boldness to enter into the presence of our Father.
He went away and said none of you are asking me where I’m going.
So I love that because I was meditating on that the other day. And sometimes, in the Bible, you see that God is trying to prompt or provoke certain people to get them to ask the right questions. And when they don’t ask the right questions, He, like on the Sea of Galilee when He was walking on the water, He would just pass by unless they were “Hello.” So anyways, He prompted the. When He prompts me with the right question, it’s life.
Because sometimes when we have the wrong question, we just keep going around the same circle over and over again because we don’t have the right question. And so when He said that to the disciples, He was not willing to leave them without the right question.
I just saw the passion of God and He’s like, “None of you have asked Me where I’m going. Would you please ask Me because I’m going to the Father. Where I am there you may also be, so rejoice. Don’t be sad.” They were so sad that He was leaving, but it was for their sake that He would be able to send them His Holy Spirit, that that spirit would be with them forever. Never leave them or forsake them. To be their counselor, their advocate, their intercessor, their standby, to take hold together with against anything that would come against the knowledge of who God is in the earth and how He wants to display Himself through you.
The power of God.
The mighty Holy Spirit.
So we thank you, Father, that you have given us your Spirit without measure.
And He is the Almighty God.
