Morning Chapel Prayer Today
Worship leader…
Good morning. Welcome to Morning Prayer. It’s Thursday, second day of October. Do you realize we’re in the last quarter of the year. And God has been faithful. Do I have a witness that God has been faithful? Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus.
Somebody said, “Every day when you wake up, look for eight things to be thankful for. Just eight. Thank you, Lord. The simple things. The things we don’t tend to think of… breath in my nostrils, strength in my arms, food on my table, a roof over my head, clothes, family, a good church where the Word of God is preached with boldness and utterance, and the Holy Ghost is in operation. Living in a nation where we are free to worship. We can gather anywhere and praise the name of the Lord. Many things to be thankful for. Anybody thankful this morning?
Yes, Lord, we are grateful. And we thank you for your presence. Thank you for the wonderful Holy Spirit, the Greater One who lives on our inside, the same power that raised Jesus from the dead are work in us. Hallelujah. The heaven of the heavens cannot contain you, Lord, but you still choose to dwell inside of us. What a privilege. What an honor. Thank you for your presence. Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.
Pastor Heather prayed…
A greater surrender, a greater surrender.
Let it be on earth as it is in heaven.
Let your glory fall… Your presence. That’s what the glory is. It’s your presence.
Oh, spiritual realms. Open our eyes now to the spiritual realms.
That our heads would not be hanging down, looking at our feet and where we’re walking around.
Oh, that our eyes would be open to the spiritual realms.
Oh, the things that you’re doing, the ways that you’re moving.
So much bigger than what we see. So much bigger than what we know.
Let go and go into the flow. What a beautiful flow.
We go where you go. We go where you go…
So much higher. So much higher are your ways.
So we open our eyes now, our spiritual eyes.
Yeah, we tune our ear to what the Spirit is saying.
The world is loud, but He’s speaking. He’s always speaking.
If we just tune our ear now, tune our ear now… What is the Spirit saying?
Open our eyes. What is the Spirit doing?
Speak. Speak. Speak. Speak Spirit. Speak all the voices.
Now listen, listen, listen. Listen to what the Spirit says.
He has much to say. But are we listening?
Show us spiritual realms, spiritual realms.
Where heaven meets earth, through that veil now… through that veil… lift that veil.
Lift the veil on our eyes that we see.
Oh, glory, glory, glory, glory. Your beautiful presence.
Heavy, heavy, heavy presence… every need is met in your presence.
Nothing is too difficult in your presence.
Yeah, so go there now. Go there now. Go there now.
He says, “Come, come, come into My presence. Oh, come see the view from here.”
Oh. What a view. What a view it is.
Come up higher now. Come up closer now. Let me show you how. We go into your presence now.
Filling, filling, filling to overflow.
Yeah, just like a sponge. Just absorb that presence, that power.
Oh, there’s nothing like your presence. Temples of the living, God. Yes, we are temples of the living God.
Fill the temple with your glory.
Yeah. We make room. We make room for you to move how you want to move.
Do what you want to do. We surrender to the Holy Spirit.
Dynamite power. There’s nothing’s too difficult for you.
Fresh breath. Fresh breath of the Spirit.
Now let it blow. Let it blow. Let it take us where He wants us to go.
We surrender. Let it blow through.
Release, release, release those things that are holding you back.
You’re held in his grasp. So take it now. Surrender it to Him now.
Oh, the Great Surgeon is here. Removing all fear. Everything that’s holding us.
Chains fall in His presence.
Oh yeah, yeah. Freedom. Freedom. Freedom to move and to be who He called you to be.
So step into that now.
He’ll show you how, but you must surrender everything that’s holding you back.
We lay it all at your feet.
It’s all at your feet so, Holy Spirit, blow, blow, blow.
Oh, winds of the Spirit. Blowing in, blowing in, blowing in.
A change of the wind blowing away the chaff, blowing away the chaff.
Blowing away the dust, the debris. Oh yeah.
That, that is built up around our hearts. Come in now and blow, blow, blow, blow, blow it away.
Make us new today. Fresh starts.
I hear fresh starts. Fresh starts, fresh starts.
Let that shame go. Shame is not a ministry of the Holy Spirit, so let it go.
That shame is from the enemy. So you release it now.
For surely the power of the Holy Spirit is big enough and strong enough to take that away.
So release it today. Release it today. No more shame. No more shame in Jesus’ name.
Daughters and sons. The most high God…
Chosen ones, chosen ones, chosen ones. That’s who you are.
So no more partnering with lies of the devil. Don’t even listen. Don’t give him your attention.
But put your eyes on the heavenly things now… spiritual things, the things that I’m calling you to today.
Higher, higher, higher. Oh, My ways are so much higher.
So we lift our eyes to you now, Father. You are the lifter of our head.
All the Earth is waiting to see what you’ll do.
Eyes on you. Eyes off of me. Eyes off of self. Eyes on you. So we do, Lord, we put our eyes on you.
Holy Spirit, do what you want to do. We say yes. We surrender. We obey.
We don’t get in the way. Your way is higher than our way.
So we surrender today. We say, have your way.
You are the way, the truth, the light.
So we surrender to that today.
You just continue to open our eyes to the spirit realm, to the things that you’re doing.
We’re not distracted by earthly things, by distractions, by strife, by selfish motives.
Thank you, Father. You remind us we are walking a spiritual walk.
We are not of this world. We are in this world, but we are not of this world.
We are of a heavenly world, a spiritual world.
You made us spirit beings, and so thank you, Father.
You open the eyes of our spirit and as we walk, we’re not distracted.
We’re not pulled away.
We’re not downcast.
We’re not anxious.
We’re not fearful.
We’re not depressed because we are spirit beings filled with the power of a living God.
The all-powerful God, the most high God.
The beginning and the end.
The creator of all the universe lives inside of us.
If you are for us, who could be against us?
No one and nothing can hold us back when we keep our eyes on you.
Shift our focus today to your spirit realm, what you want to do.
Eternal matters. We put our mind on eternal matters and we say, let it be on earth as it is in heaven.
And we cooperate with the Holy Spirit. We choose to cooperate.
Thank you, Father. Thank you for this time in your presence.
So beautiful. There’s nothing like it.
Thank you for giving us just a glimpse of your glory.
And we know we can come boldly anytime.
And so we carry that presence with us today, wherever we go, whatever we do, tuning our ear to what you’re saying and how you want to move.
We give you all the honor, all the glory, all the praise in Jesus’ name.
