Good morning, everyone. Welcome to prayer this morning. We want to thank those of you that are joining online as well.
A day of declarations…
I felt today would be a good day to do some declarations. And I feel like there is a lot of attacks. I mean, we do know we’re in the last days, so I feel like the enemy is trying to throw out all the fiery darts he can. We don’t have to be afraid of that. We just have to be aware of that and be in the center of what God has called us to do. Be fixing our eyes on Him. Be taking our authority, taking our place as the church, as the body of Christ. That’s our job here, right? To speak against evil, to be that presence here that’s holding back that evil. And so I wanted to start with Psalm 91, in the Amplified Classic. So if you want to say it along with me, you can. If you have your Bibles or those of you watching online, I’m reading out of the Amplified Classic.
Psalms 91…
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand].
2 I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I [confidently] trust!
3 For [then] He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.
4 [Then] He will cover you with His pinions, and under His wings shall you trust and find refuge; His truth and His faithfulness are a shield and a buckler.
5 You shall not be afraid of the terror of the night, nor of the arrow (the evil plots and slanders of the wicked) that flies by day,
6 Nor of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor of the destruction and sudden death that surprise and lay waste at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, but it shall not come near you.
8 Only a spectator shall you be [yourself inaccessible in the secret place of the Most High] as you witness the reward of the wicked.
9 Because you have made the Lord your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place,
10 There shall no evil befall you, nor any plague or calamity come near your tent.
11 For He will give His angels [especial] charge over you to accompany and defend and preserve you in all your ways [of obedience and service].
12 They shall bear you up on their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone.
13 You shall tread upon the lion and adder; the young lion and the serpent shall you trample underfoot.
14 Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him; I will set him on high, because he knows and understands My name [has a personal knowledge of My mercy, love, and kindness—trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never forsake him, no, never].
15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him My salvation.
Let those words wash over you…
So let’s just sit for a minute. Just let those words wash over you.
Thank you, Father, that you have angels around us, guarding us, going out before us so we don’t dash our foot against a stone.
Thank you, Father. We just make ourselves aware of that now.
We have angels around us.
We have His protection, the blood of Jesus surrounding us.
With long life He will satisfy us.
Thank you for these words, Father. Thank you for these promises.
We receive these promises this morning.
You deliver us. You set us on high.
When we call upon you, you answer us, Father. We thank you for that.
Thank you that your angels, you give them charge over us.
They accompany us, they defend us, they preserve us in all our ways.
They bear us up in their hands, so we will not dash our foot against a stone.
We thank you for that.
No evil befalls us. No plague or calamity comes near us.
We just declare and we receive that today because you are our refuge.
You are our secret place, our dwelling place, Father.
We thank you that we’re safe under the shadow of your wings.
No terror by night, no arrow by day can capture us. We thank you for that, Father.
I want to read Psalm 23 now as well, again in the Amplified Classic…
1 The Lord is my Shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me], I shall not lack.
2 He makes me lie down in [fresh, tender] green pastures; … Just picture that lying down in green pastures. He’s leading us besides still and restful waters. He leads me beside the still and restful waters.
3 He refreshes and restores my life (my self); He leads me in the paths of righteousness [uprightness and right standing with Him—not for my earning it, but] for His name’s sake. Thank you, Father, we don’t have to earn it.
4 Yes, though I walk through the [deep, sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I will fear or dread no evil… Remember, it’s a shadow. It’s a shadow of death. Sometimes I feel like the enemy wants us to feel like it is death itself but it’s a shadow. It’s trying to come near, but no. Even though we walk through the valley of the “shadow” of death, we don’t have to fear. It says I will fear or dread no evil… for You are with me; He’s always with us. Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. Just picture that. He prepares a table for you in the presence of your enemies. There is a moment in the presence of your enemies, an opportunity to feast with Him, to commune with Him, to fellowship with Him. He spreads a table that we could sit and eat and partake of His goodness right in the presence of our enemies. Right in the middle of that battle that we’re in. He’s also spreading a table for us to sit and to partake of His goodness. And so we have a choice. Do we focus on the battle? Or do we commune with Him? Do we receive His goodness? Do we sit and keep our eyes fixed on Him? You anoint my head with oil; my [brimming] cup runs over.
6 Surely or only goodness, mercy, and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my life, Let’s say that again. Only goodness, mercy, and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my life. All the days. …and through the length of my days the house of the Lord [and His presence] shall be my dwelling place.
So we picture that now with our holy imagination. Goodness, mercy, unfailing love. It surrounds us. It follows us. We thank you for that today, Father. Thank you for your mercy, goodness and your unfailing love.

So we’re going to do the “We Decree.” Basically, I will say the declaration and then all together we will say, “Stop.” And this is something that I like to do from time to time, and it’s basically like we are speaking against those principalities and powers that are trying to be active in our communities and our families and this church. So I’m going to speak that out and then together we’ll say, “Stop.”
We decree…
We decree against the spirit of religion and we say STOP.
Against the spirit of Antichrist, we say STOP.
Against the spirit of witchcraft and the occult, we say STOP.
Against the spirit of perversion, we say STOP.
Against the political spirit, we say STOP.
Against racism, we say STOP.
Against false justice and injustice, we say STOP.
Against the spirit of slumber, apathy, and complacency, we say STOP.
Against the spirit of Babel, result of unrighteous unity and a mob mentality and cancel culture, we say STOP.
Against accusation, we say STOP.
Against fear and intimidation, we say STOP.
And we declare over this city, Brooklyn Park (and you declare over your city that you live in or where your church is) and the State of Minnesota and over the United States of America, we move into the season of judgment against God’s enemies and all ten of Haman’s sons will be hung in the name of Jesus Christ.

Hallelujah! All right. And then we’re going to do the Keith Moore faith confession. And then we’re going to go into prayer. And again, these are on the lwcc.org/confessions if you want to do these in your own time. I’ll have you repeat.
Confession of faith…
Father God, I thank you that I am your child.
I thank you for giving me the name of Jesus.
And the authority that goes with it.
Thank you for giving me the Holy Spirit, the Greater One, the mighty power of God.
In Jesus’ name, I have authority over all demons, over all disease, to move obstacles, to stop problems, to calm storms, and to rebuke sickness.
I have authority, I have power in Jesus’ name.
Now put your hands on your head…
In Jesus’ name, fear and doubt, leave me, be gone.
Confusion and deception, be gone.
Heaviness, be gone.
Depression, be gone in Jesus’ name.
Mind, be strong, think clear, be bright and sharp.
Now put your hands on your chest…
Soul, be strong, have peace, be at rest, be free and loose.
Body, be strong.
Tumors and growths and anything that ought not to be in my body, I speak against you. I command you in Jesus’ name to die, dry up, be gone, and leave me.
Heart, be clear, be strong.
Lungs, be clear, be strong.
Stomach and intestines, be healed, be whole, be free, and work right.
Every organ and every gland, be right, be normal, be healthy, be strong.
Every bone and every muscle and every ligament, all my nerves, all my skin, be healthy, be whole, be right, be strong, in Jesus’ name.
Satan, in Jesus’ name, I command you take your hands off my money, off my finances, off my investments, off my business, and off my job.
In Jesus’ name, stop in your operations, cease in your maneuvers against me and my family.
Ministering spirits, angels, Go! Cause financial prosperity to come to me and my family.
Work, influence, cause it to come. In Jesus’ name. And if there’s a specific amount you’re believing for, you tell him right now.
In Jesus’ name, Satan, stop in your operations, your maneuvers against our marriages, against our families, and against our children, we forbid it. We bind you. You cannot continue. We stop it in Jesus’ name. Our marriages are strong. Our families are strong and free and right in Jesus’ name.
So be it.
