Pastor Ray…
Here in Minneapolis this morning, outside it’s bizarre. The wind’s blowing. The snow is falling. People are running in the ditches, but inside the chapel right now, the peace of God is present. And it’s to me, it’s a picture of the world. The things that are going on in the world in these days, but in Him, everything is okay. In Him. There’s peace, strength, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Thank you, Lord. You might be in Florida where it’s not snowing, but just that picture of how things are in the earth and how we must continually be in the peace of God, strong in Him. Hallelujah. So, thank you, Lord.
This morning, I just thought about this book by Patsy Camenetti. It’s called “For Such a Time as This.” And she said “We’re not called to complain. We’re called to reign.” That’d be a good word for today. Right? We’re not called to complain. We’re called to reign. And that’s a press for us to be living in that place where we can reign above the situations that are happening on the earth.
So she said we’re called to reign and not just until the situation is tolerable and then stop. We are to earnestly continue reigning so that more is brought about than just happiness and ease in our own personal lives. So you know how that can go. Yeah, well, it’s a little bit better and move on to something else. “With the Holy Spirit’s leading, we can be more precise, focused, and effectual in our praying, making tremendous power available for God’s plans to prevail in the earth in these last days.
Last evening, the prayer directors met together. We do that once a month to go over some things together. So, we know we’re basically on the same page and still filled and standing on the Word. So we were talking about how our prayers must be directed by the Holy Spirit. And one of the leaders said that a lot of times when he gets into his prayer group, his mind is like picturing all the things that, “Oh, I should be praying for that. I should be praying for this.” Almost like the devil is going, “Look, what’s happening over here.” But he said he does everything he can do to get himself into the spirit and begin to listen in his heart and then begin to pray out the things that the Holy Spirit would have them to pray out during that one hour. That’s the way we all want to be. Of course, we want to be directed by the Spirit led by the Holy Spirit all the time. It reminds me years and years and years ago, when we we’d pray in a group and we’d pray in other tongues and pray over situations and just move out and go. When we’d get done, there was one person that would say, “Father…” and they begin to pray out in English because he was in fear that we hadn’t covered something. I was like, wait a minute, if we’re praying by the Spirit in the Spirit, we’re covering everything that needs to be covered right now during this one hour. Is that true? I know he was doing his best and he just wanted to be sure things were covered, so I’m not coming against him, but it just was interesting.
And so in this, this book, there are three platforms of prayer that Patsy talked about. And, there’s there there’s some little diagrams in the book and the first one shows a person on earth standing on the ground, looking up at all of the different situations around them, you know, leaders and authorities and finances, just all of the things are like up here, but they’re unable to see God. They just see the situations. So they’re in a way they’re under the situations, even though they they’re saved. And so, we could say it like this, one of their prayers could be “God, if you really do exist and are real, do something.” That could be their prayer. If you’re real, if you’re there, do something. And Patsy said, God is so merciful. He’ll actually answer that prayer too, but it’s not the best place to be praying from. And so there are three platforms. That’s number one.
Number two, they’re still down or kind of up a little, but they can see all the situations that need to be prayed for and they do see God at the head, up above, but their prayers are motivated in… I mean, totally by all of the circumstances around. They’re not so moved by the Spirit. They’re moved by the situations. I don’t want to live there, do you? I don’t want to pray from there for sure. And in a way, it could be more like begging God. But we know that’s not a prayer in them in the Bible.
And number three is seated with Christ above every single situation. And so we work together with Him and we get an unction from the Holy Ghost to pray what needs to be prayed.
And so, I wrote this down on the back. There’s no higher position to pray from than seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. There’s no higher place. Patsy did this demonstration once… up, up, up and up here, we’re seated with Him. I’m seated with Him. And so we can work together. It’s the way He set it up for us to work together with Him from a higher place than all of the problems in this earth. Like I said, at the beginning, the storm is outside, but we’re inside and we’re in a safe, peaceful, restful place. And we can do the work of the ministry.
Jesus gave us authority. He gave each one of us authority as well as a position to speak from. And the best, best thing is to be seated with Him and speak from that position of high authority. And we know that the Word is true and we just stick with the Word, stay on it. Hallelujah.
I had a word that just came up my heart. Suddenlies… suddenlies… Sudden change, sudden moves. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Father. Thank you for your wisdom for the power of your Holy Spirit, working within us. That we’re able to use that power and authority and make a difference on this earth. Oh, thank you, Lord. We get it. We understand it. It’s not all about us or me or my family, or even my church. Although we pray for all of these, of course. It’s all about the earth and the biggest, highest to me plan or purpose is to move this earth more in your ways and your ways, Lord, and not the opposite. Hallelujah. So suddenly situations might change all around us where we thought it was going this way. But then sometimes there’s a sudden change and it can tend to change our thoughts and change how we’re looking at things. But as Patsy said, we’re not called to complain, but we’re called to reign with Him. So this morning, we purpose in our own hearts to look ahead and expect suddenlies … look like it would never work out and then suddenly something happened and turned it around. Look like it would never leave and suddenly it was gone. Thank you, Father. So we choose to get up, move up, look up, get into our heavenly place where many things look so small from up high above… and watch them disappear as we pray in your authority that’s in us… (tongues)
Surely you’ve not positioned us down below… surely you’ve made us the head and absolutely not the tail … surely you’ve made a way and you said you would lead us and guide us into all truth… so we expect sudden turnarounds… sudden breakthroughs… and when we look around outside, Lord, at the earth and what’s happening every day, we are drawn more toward you and your ways of peace, your ways of joy, your ways of strength, that your joy brings for us and into it. Thank you, Father. Suddenly impossibilities will turn around. So we hold fast. We’ll not give up. Will not stop. We shall proceed and we shall contend, and we will move with you by your Spirit in us, moving through us… we’ll enter into different ways we never thought of… thank you, Lord. We worship you.
Let’s worship Him a little bit. For those of you tuning in, just move a little more into our hearts and begin to hear and let our hearts direct our prayers that we speak. Heartfelt prayers. We worship you, Lord. Hallelujah.

I keep seeing in my spirit a step or steps. And it seemed like as pray-ers we take us one step up, but then we look around and we’d wonder, should we really be here? Am I called to be in this position? Am I called to be on this step? And the Holy Spirit kept saying onto me, “I’ve called you higher than one step, two steps. I’ve called you all the way up with Me to take your place on this earth in these days and contend for what I’ve directed My Church to contend for. For this has been prophesied as the year of the local church. And My Church has been called up higher because I’m calling you beyond what you ever dreamed you could be, because it’s Me working through you. And I’m calling you to a position of more glory. I’m calling you to a position of greater power, and I’m calling you to move up and out through opportunities, doors, walk ways, pathways and stay in the position I’ve called you to be in and declare, ‘This is the way it is. This is what the Word has said it would be like’ and never quit, never back down. So do not ever question what I’ve called you to do. Just do what I’ve given you to do. And on the other side of that, there will be even more. Yield to My presence, saith the Lord. Yield to the power of My presence operating through you. And you shall be changed, but you shall be changed so that you will change others and bring them up to… many others are waiting on you to speak, waiting on you to pray, waiting on you to lead… thank you, Father. you have the authority… yes, you have my name, use the authority I placed within you. call those things forth now in Jesus’ name… we do, Lord. Oh my, oh my, we haven’t seen that yet, but we declare it is coming to pass in Jesus’ name… we know it’s your plan… we know it’s your will … so we speak over the body of Christ this morning and we call forth divine unity in Jesus’ name… Oh, no, stop. stop the division. We stop the division. We stop the division in the name of Jesus. We take authority over it. Division, deception… Oh no. Get out. Pastors… you know the ones, Lord, you know the names, Father… we lift them up… we pray over them. You know their names, you know where they are, you know what the needs are… we get in agreement with you, Lord, we take that place high above and we call for those things to come to pass… Now! Suddenly in Jesus’ name, a complete and total turnaround… lifting up, an increase momentum in those ministries in Jesus’ name … we break patterns, patterns that have been brought by the Devil… we break those patterns of depression… we break them off in the name of Jesus, now! Oh, and we say “be free, be set free in Jesus’ name” … I can hear in my spirit a pastor right now saying “it’ll never work out. It hasn’t worked out. I may as well give up, get out.” No! saith the Lord. No! Get up. Rise up. Take your place. Call on Me. Declare My Word to be true and keep pressing and keep contending, for suddenlies are about to break loose for you. And what you thought would never happen, it will come to pass…
I can see signs right now. Signs that say, go, go forward. Keep going, keep moving. Keep contending, keep declaring. Keep believing. Keep receiving… it’s not time to pull over… you can pull over into Me, if you need to pull over… pull over and get filled up… it can’t be, it will not be the same old way. It’ll never be the way it was… restored, made new…
A new set of keys… yeah, a whole new set of keys now… for those pastors, for those churches, for those pray-ers… a re- equipping, a reinvigorating, a re-reinventing… for a new time and a new season now… for the calling of God is calling. And don’t you hear it now? It’s sounding abroad far and wide from the east to the west, from the north or south… the call of God to step up now, to step in now, to be revived now… opened up now… open it up now… don’t you back now… that place which the Word proclaims that we truly live and move and have our being, for that is where He has called us… that is where the Spirit of God is beckoning and motioning and sounding saying, “come forth, come up here, come over here.” Here I am. The Spirit of God is eagerly and joyously in this hour, this time, in this church and in churches across this nation and around the world, motioning, saying “come over here now, and step in this place that I have proclaimed… step in this place that I have prophesied… step into this place that I have prepared and be with Me, simply be with Me and you will start to see, and you will start to operate and function and proclaim and move in Me in ways you have not up until now. Lord, we call free for transformation and a transmission… new, new, new… if we speak to that place in the spirit, we say you are open in Jesus’ name… we speak to the eyes of pastors… we speak to the eyes of pray-ers…
