Morning Chapel Prayer Playlist
Morning Chapel Prayer Today

Prayer leader Jeannie…

Good morning and welcome to Thursday Morning Prayer. I’m Jeannie. And per usual, I have the honor of being amongst the most powerful people on the planet. I’m so thankful.

“Jeannie, don’t let the battle lie to you.”

On Monday when I was here at corporate prayer with Pastor Lynne, who established the foundation of prayer at Living Word, the Lord said to me, “Jeanie…” Don’t you love it when He calls you by your name? He said, “Jeanie, don’t let the battle lie to you. Just continue to remind Me of all that I have said about our country, about our state, about myself personally and how every promise in Him is yes and amen.”

We are co-laborers with Him…

And so even today, we declare that the battle has no voice other than us to speak His voice over the battle and into the battle. Because it’s already been won! And we have the honor to co-labor with Him, being enforcers of the kingdom while remaining His children.

As His children, we need Him every moment!

You know, children are needy. They need constant attendance and guidance even when they don’t like it. I’m one of His children. And we may as well just learn to love the neediness of belonging to Him. You need Him every moment. Every moment! And what is the result? Just like we were just singing, I said, “Holy Spirit, what’s the point of you having your way in us?” And the first thing I saw was a big smile on His face and sensing His pleasure, relationship, intimacy with the Father. You know that relationship and intimacy with the Father is something you will carry into eternity. But the only time we have opportunity to walk out the purpose of Him having His way on the earth is to speak over the war. We’re only going to have one opportunity and that’s why we’re here—for victory!

When we’re up there, it’s going to be a constant creating expansion of the kingdom. But all without the battle. Down here is massive opportunity that we’ll never experience again.

Prayed…

So, God, I thank you right now that you convict Holy Spirit and convince us the privilege and the honor of co-laboring in the victory.
The privilege and the honor we have to co-labor in enforcing kingdom victory here on the earth.
Victory. Victory. It’s not partial victory. It’s full victory. Body, spirit, soul.
We come at this from the Spirit where there’s never been a failure, just a complete and perfect sacrifice that of Jesus.
The perfect testimony of a man rightly related to God. We have the perfect example in Him.

We have been given ridiculous privilege to co-labor with Him…

I’m going to read from Dutch Sheets post yesterday. It is really impressing upon me that ridiculous privilege we have to co-labor in the victory. We have been given such a gift to enforce His goodness. And the enemy hates that.

The Father always brings you to fullness…

And so just like when I came into prayer on Monday, I’d been listening to the battle. And then I come here to prayer, expecting to pray corporately. And He ends up out of His ridiculous goodness ministering to me personally. He knows what you must have. He knows what you need to co-labor. He never leaves you halfway, even a little bit empty. He always brings you to fullness.

Don’t listen to the lie, “You’re not worthy of victory.”

So even when I came here on Monday (and this is for all of us) expecting to make it about corporate prayer because that’s why we’re here. He knew me, His daughter, needed to hear, “Don’t let the battle lie to you.” And then He said, “It’s telling you you’re not worthy of victory.” Sometimes when we look at the happenings around us, we can forget or give into what we see with our eyes or how we experience it in our emotions, our bodies, our families. Just whatever the battle is tempting you to believe or that you’re experiencing because we’re in a world of war, He is saying, “Be of good cheer for I have overcome the world. Greater am I that is in you than he that is in the world.”

Jeannie had a quick testimony…

Because what can man do to you? Did you know even with witchcraft, the thing that witchcraft counts on is you believing it. That’s it. Nothing else. In fact, let’s do a quick testimony. In my business, one of the things that I do, I happened upon a client that is a witch. And walking into her home, I started to laugh because I thought she’s going to love me. She still doesn’t know that it’s Jesus in me. I’m a spy! And at the right time she’ll find out.

We were made to be one with Him…

But here’s what happened the last time we were with her and helping her. She said, “You must hug everyone because everyone likes you.” Someone who practices witchcraft. Do you know why? Because we were all made to commune and be one with Him. And when you bring that into the atmosphere, when you have the freedom to… there are times God’s like “don’t go there.” There are other times He’s like, “Yep, you’ve got authority in this place.” Right? So you walk in and the favor of God fills the place. And guess who benefits? The lost! The lost benefit from the favor of God on your life.

The lost is crying out for His favor…

We have a mandate to walk in that favor. When Goke opened up with that song, that Holy Spirit utterance, it is a proclamation to us that the favor we walk in has purpose here on the earth. Yes, we experience it, but guess who else is crying out for it and not even knowing it yet? The lost! They’ve got to have it. They’ve got to have it.

Prayed…

Father, I thank you right now that you minister sonship to us. And sonship with the privilege of responsibility and accountability. And that if you make us accountable to something, if you hand over a responsibility to us, you never do it without being fully equipped. And your fully equipping us is the overflow equipping. There is no striving. It’s an equipping of rest and dominion. And I thank you for that. And we fully surrender to the rest, to the dominion of who you are and who you’ve made us and called us to be.

Dutch Sheets’ post from yesterday…

Dutch’s Post from yesterday is titled, “I Must Have America.” Now, as I read this, think about and consider that co-laboring role and the way the Father sees you as an individual. Right now in this time.

“In October of 2000, just before the national elections…” Isn’t that interesting just before the elections. “I had a life-changing encounter with the Lord. I was pastoring in Colorado at the time. During a Wednesday night service, I walked onto the podium to begin a message. Suddenly a strange feeling overtook me. I felt a wave of heaviness and disorientation. I paused, trying to discern what was happening. Within seconds…”

Okay, isn’t that interesting? He pauses trying to discern, meaning he’s consulting with Holy Spirit. What’s going on here?

“Within seconds I was weeping uncontrollably.” Remember how Pastor Lynne has said there are times when she will just weep because she can see what God’s about to do or what He wants to do?

“I was so overcome that I couldn’t speak. I simply laid my head on the podium and began sobbing.” You know, when you consult with a friend about something ridiculously vulnerable, that’s someone you greatly trust. Could I propose to you that God does and wants to greatly trust us?

“No one present knew what was happening, but Cece and my staff [Cece is his wife] were aware by now that this was the Lord at work in me, and it wasn’t stopping.” It wasn’t stopping. Do you know why? He was fully submitted to God in that moment.

“She and my associates quickly decided that the best thing to do was send everyone home. They put some worship music on a loop and lock me in the building alone with the Lord. God began imparting His heart for America to me. It was overwhelming.” You know, there are times when God imparts His heart to us. It will overwhelm us. But we stay in that place, and we let Him do what He wants to do. Because He won’t leave you there.

“I did not feel angered, though I’m sure we as a nation have angered Him, but instead felt His great love. I began to feel His grief as well, the grief of a Father for a prodigal. We have a God that’s intimate with His children. For three and a half hours, I wept over America so hard at times that as strange as it sounds, I was afraid I might die. It felt as though my heart was literally breaking. I did not know it was possible to cry from so deep within.” What I love so much about this is that Dutch was willing to go there with God.

Leo Pascal on finding “most caring child”

Author and lecturer, Leo Pascal, once talked about a contest he was asked to judge. The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child. The winner was a 4-year-old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife. Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman’s yard, climbed into his lap, and just sat there. When his mother asked him what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said ‘Nothing. I just helped him cry.’

That’s what Pastor Lynne does. Of course, there are other things going on, but there are times when she’s with Him, she’s just with Him. That’s for all of us. And the thing is, it gets things done. It enforces the goodness of God, and it touches our Father’s heart.

Dutch continues…

“At one point, as I lay on the floor holding and weeping over a US flag, Father God spoke the following to me. ‘I must have this nation. For what I am going to do on the earth during this season of time, I must have America.’ And I knew that from that moment forward, my purpose in life was to help Him get her back.”

Do you see the honor in that statement?

When a trusted friend comes to you with something ridiculously intimate, don’t you feel honored that they trust you? God has given us His Word about Minnesota, about Living Word, about the Church. He is trusting us with that word.

“My love and prayers for America are always filtered through this visitation.”

Okay, now think about that. That was in 2000. There are things that God has spoken to you that He has entrusted to you, and perhaps there are times when the battle has lied to you and tried to talk you out of what God told you. We’re not going to do that.

“My love and prayers for America are always filtered through this visitation. The massive impression that God imprinted on his heart in the year 2000 is still the consistent, steady filter with which he has been able to filter everything that’s been happening. My interest in government is motivated by it. My heart is not aligned with the particular party. I’m aligned with the purpose turning our nation back to God through a Third Great Awakening.” That was also what was proclaimed right before an election at Prayer Mountain and through Billye Brim’s ministry. It is not who’s going to be elected. It is an awakening to God. And He trusts us with it.

Prayed…

Father, we receive the mystery of co-laboring with you.
We lay down our hearts, our thoughts, every experience we’ve ever had that would try to contradict what you’ve already said.
And we keep moving forward with your Word, with your heart.
And we continue to be the glorious Church with a disruptive glory that preaches the good news.
