Morning Chapel Prayer Today
Sister Jeannie…
Good morning. Thanks for coming to Corporate Prayer.
Father, I thank you for today. We’re so glad about today.
Lately He’s been talking to me about rest. And there’s one area where the Word tells us to strive. Just one. And that’s to strive to enter into rest. Jesus slept in the middle of the storm because He always operated from rest. And when the Word says that the enemy wants to wear out the saints, he can’t wear us out if we’ve entered into rest. And if joy is our strength.
Dutch Sheets “Give Him 15”—The Fast-Forward Button…
We’re going to start from Dutch Sheets, “Give Him 15.” It’s titled “The Fast Forward Button.” He’s talking about his friend, Gina.
“I received the following word from our friend, Gina Goldstein, and thought it was a good follow up from yesterday’s post, ‘Hang in There.’ Holy Spirit is moving in ways we cannot see and are about to see. We truly are about to see the manifested evidence of His goodness. In Isaiah when it talks about the year of His favor and the day of His vengeance, that comforts those who mourn. Think about that. The day, the concentrated time of God’s vengeance and God’s vengeance comforts those who mourn.”
Do you see that? So we’re not talking about the violent, icky, stupid vengeance. We’re talking about the vengeance that comforts those who mourn. I’m thanking God for that. And that truly is the time we’re in. And in reading this post, keep that in mind.
This is from Gina Goldston.
“Recently I felt a sudden urgency in my spirit and heard the Lord say ‘Another push in prayer will be required in the days ahead.’ I am calling My watchman warriors to go up again. We do it with strength. We do it with joy. We do it laughing. We do it crying in the Holy Spirit. Well, I do not yet know everything that will necessitate this push in prayer. I strongly felt the Lord was instructing me to encourage intercessors. He’s saying to us, “Arise, regain your footing. Stand in a readiness to advance.” Because once the advancement begins to manifest, which it already has, then we are going to be taking ground and then taking more ground while keeping the ground that we had previously taken.”
I mean, even if you consider the Olympics with that ridiculous opening, gross, disgusting ceremony, how many athletes were praising God? Think about that. The kingdom of God is not going to be shaken. So even those athletes, I think I heard too, they were advised not to do that. Oh, well! Here we go. Think about that.
A readiness to advance…
“Arise and regain your footing. That also infers that you already have a footing. You already know what to do. We just need to keep moving. Stand in a readiness to advance.”
Do you hear that? Not in a readiness to hunker down for the worst that’s coming. A readiness to advance.
Vengeance that comforts those who mourn…
“Lift up your heads. Ascend and enter into My presence. Hear and declare My Word, My verdict, My will. His verdict, which is always goodness, righteousness, judgment. His kind of judgment. The year of His favor. And the day of His vengeance that comforts those who mourn.”
So with all the exposure we see, we declare His vengeance that comforts those who mourn, not the kind of vengeance that brings destruction. The kind of vengeance that comforts those who mourn, that brings freedom, that brings liberty. Think about our children. The hour is late. The hour is sober. And the hour is joyful. It’s joyful! Hear and declare My Word, My verdict, and My will. The past season has left many in a state of weariness and hope deferred.”
Suddenlies…
Hey, we’re in good company. Remember when Jacob heard from Joseph’s brothers that Joseph was still alive? And the Word says he didn’t believe it at first because of hope deferred. The one that wrestled with God, the one that said, ‘I won’t let you go till you bless me.’ That gives me massive comfort. And then he said, “Where would I be had I not known I would see the goodness of God in the land of the living.” Do you see that? Suddenlies are everywhere in the Word. And today we have the authority to declare and enforce those suddenlies, the goodness of God in Minnesota.
Minnesota on the national stage…
Isn’t it amazing that we’re on the national stage now? I don’t know, I think I heard a word about that… that we would be on the national stage and the nation’s eyes would be looking at us. Haa! And that where I35 and the Mississippi intersected, massive revival would come out of that area. Did the bridge go down during that time? Were the riots going on and the semi go through and the press say, “Wow, I’m so surprised nobody died.” And here we are again on the national stage.
Is He up to something?
Yes, He is. Yes He is.
Repent from our wicked ways…
Father, I thank you that your Word says that when your people that are called by your name, when we hear from heaven and we humble ourselves, when we repent from our wicked ways of not standing in our authority… you will hear from heaven and heal our land.
So today, as we stand in the authority you gave us today, as we use the name that is never once lost, our land is being healed. We already have the precedence of the Word. And so many great people of God were hoped deferred got to them. That would be me!
Are you a great person of God?
Yes, you are.
Don’t discard your courage…
“The past season has left many in a state of weariness and hope deferred. But I heard the Lord saying ‘this is a divine moment. Don’t be entrapped by your emotions. Don’t relax your stand on what I have said. My Word stands. Do not allow weariness to rob you of your due season.’”
We repent of weariness. We repent of allowing weariness to rob us of standing in our authority and being enforcers of your goodness. And we repent for forgetting the last part of that passage that you heal our land. We believe the entire Word of God. Don’t lose hope.
What is hope? It’s the confident expectation of good. Don’t lose the confident expectation of good. Don’t discard your courage.
Being uncomfortable is the order of the day…
I love that one. I already told you the reason why I’m wearing this dress was the only thing that wasn’t wrinkled in my closet today. And so on my way, I was having a fit with God in the car. I know it’s not a big deal, but it was to me. And you know what He said to me? He said, “Jeannie, being uncomfortable is the order of the day.”
You know, being courageous requires us to be uncomfortable. And by the way, if we are going to see victory, we’re going to look at those things that make us uncomfortable and there are times we’re going to declare His goodness being uncomfortable.
Okay, what about the persecuted church?
“Don’t lose hope. Don’t discard your courage. Shake off distractions. Shake off disappointment. Remember My Word. Do not doubt it.”
Father, we remember your Word and we do not doubt it. We declare it again. We remember what you said about Minnesota. We remember that you called the Capitol St. Paul, and we do not doubt it.
“The Lord reminded me of a vision I had a few years ago in which He revealed the necessity of focus and undaunted resolve to keep moving forward with Him. In that vision, I saw a line of people moving toward something. They were working as they moved the something. The something they were moving toward seemed to be far away.”
Isn’t that always the case? It’s a deception. Because He already finished it. And really what’s happening right now is we are just developing strength and fortitude and being prepared to steward victory. That’s really what’s happening. And it’s uncomfortable.
“It seemed far away and some began to get weary. They stopped where they were and built a house. The others kept moving, but eventually some of them got weary and they stopped. The rest kept going. They reached a point where even though the thing they were moving toward still seemed far away…” “seemed” far away. “It was as if a fast-forward button had been pushed. And they were just suddenly there!”
Isn’t that how the suddenlies are in the Word? Long time. Long time. Long time. Suddenly! That’s where we’re at.
Father, I thank you for the grace to receive your suddenlies when we pray, to receive your suddenlies when we say to receive your suddenlies when we see what’s going on, that even when we hear and see what the enemy’s doing, we see what you are doing. And we declare and decree what you’re doing. Those suddenlies of the most high God.
“Then the Lord said, ‘Many have grown weary while waiting for My promises to be fulfilled.’”
Okay, how much do we love that God knows what we’re experiencing? You know, the whole thing. People don’t care. Oh, what is it? Until they know how much you care. People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Just the mere fact that God is constantly telling us not to be afraid, it’s in the Word 365 days, Do not fear. One time for every day. Right? Right there is inferred. “Hey, I know you deal with fear. I’m just here to tell you, I’m here to help you.” We have a God that knows us.
“Many have grown weary while waiting for My promises to be fulfilled because I didn’t move in their timing. They thought I wasn’t moving at all. They have grown weary and built their own thing to compensate for My thing. Sadly, they stopped short.”
That’s not what we’re going to do. And if you’ve done it, just repent. Just turn and get on board. Let’s go. Keep moving. That’s all. That’s all we have to do. He set it up that way because He knows us.
“But to those who have continued to advance and remain focused on Me, I say, you are coming into a fast-forward season.” Isn’t that yummy? We’re not only in a forward season, we’re in a fast-forward season. We’re not only in a fast season, we’re in a fast-forward season.
Why?
Because we have been declaring. Not because we’ve earned it. But because we’re being prepared. Because with victory, we will not relax our hold. We will keep moving forward. Because He is redeeming time. Remember that now when these victories start to manifest, which they already are, time is being redeemed. Stay in the “time redeemed thinking.” Okay, I am redeeming time. Let’s keep moving. Let’s keep moving. While at rest. No panic. I’ll let rest. Stay focused.
“And I’m anointing your feet to run forward.” I love that. “To run forward.” “All you have done in the past as you have obeyed Me, even when you didn’t understand, has led you to this moment and prepared you for this fast-forward launching.”
Okay, let’s camp there for a minute.
Father, I thank you right now, all we have done in the past, even times when we messed up, times when we were really focused, everything, all of it is preparing the body of Christ right now for what’s coming. The victories, things that we’ve never seen before. You have told so many of us that you are up to something that’s never been done before. Have we seen things that have never been done before? Oh, yeah. Now is time for the goodness of God on a level that we’ve never seen, never experienced. And has never been done before… the former and the latter reign. That’s us.
“Put on the uniform and get in the game.” Here we go. “And though it will unfold quickly in the days ahead, it is not a new thing. It’s so the fulfillment of an old promise that kept you moving. It is not a new thing. It’s the fulfillment of an old promise that kept you moving… moving toward because you refused to settle.”
Haven’t you gone through that? I have. I have tried to stay cynical for a long period of time and just to get ready for just everything to end. But Holy Spirit in me just continues to minister victory. I’m one of the crazy ones. I believe Him! Because of Holy Spirit, I literally am incapable of leaving it alone. Yes, I have my moments. I mean, ask my husband, Mike, over here. But I can’t leave it alone. Because Holy Spirit ministers victory to us. He ministers His Word to us. You know, just like the woman with the issue of blood and so many in the Word, they had to experience what God said. That’s where we’re at.
