Morning Chapel Prayer Playlist
Morning Chapel Prayer Today

Prayer leader Cindy…

Welcome to Morning Prayer. I’m Cindy. I’m a prayer leader here, and I’m with Barb Tafoya, also a prayer leader. And we welcome you and thank you for joining us online and here in the chapel. And we want to come together and wait on our Father and let Him blow through our houses today together. That He has a plan and a purpose for this hour of prayer.

Prayer…

We consecrate ourselves to your will and purpose and gather together in your name that your will would be on display through us your speaking spirits who have been endowed with authority and fashioned and fitted to be your image bearers on the earth. We thank you for this divine privilege.
Lord, make yourself known, reveal, disclose, declare, and transmit your good pleasure, your will, your ways.
Father, we mount up to know you more, that you would lift us in your presence and show and reveal things that previously we did not know.
We are developing in your presence, Lord, that means we do not lean to our own understanding, but in all our ways, we acknowledge you and you reveal fresh and new the things that today holds.
And we do rejoice that we’ve been saved. The joy of our salvation, let it be fresh and new in us.
The seed that you have placed within us… The Word of God, the incorruptible seed, that we would grow up every day and crowd out all the old ways.
For you are God. You have saved us to the utter most.
You have made your ways known to us.
You have filled our hearts that they would cry, Abba, Father.
Let God arise and let all His enemies be scattered.
We rise to the occasion, for today holds from the foundation, your plans, your purposes, and your pursuits.
And we will not be distracted by all of the show of the enemy.
So all that he would try to distract for the delay, putting off the Day of the Lord.
But, God, you are rising in the earth through your church, your living body.
We stretch out our hands to lay hands on those who need life, the salvation of the Lord, the Gospel.
Grace is the power of God unto salvation for His body was broken, His blood was shed.
And He took that blood to the mercy seat that we would be able to boldly come in and obtain mercy.
We have no sense of fear or lack, but our God has already provided abundantly for everything.
Through mercy obtained and grace found.
Father, we thank you for the eyes to see that you’ve planted grace abundantly for every moment.
We have authority over the devils, but we rejoice that our names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
He took mercy upon us and saved us and drew us out of dark waters.
He set our feet upon a stone.
And so here we stand, Lord.

Cindy shared…

One time the Lord prompted me with a question. He goes, “Who are you, Cindy?” And I go, “I’m yours. You do whatever you want.”

We are bought with a price. We are not our own. Isn’t it wonderful? We are saved from our self-effort, our self-resolution, our will. But we’ve been broken of that.

And I thank you, Lord, that you have revealed to us how that is not the way to go, that it leads not to life, but we are mindful of the things of your Spirit. Life and peace is what the world is looking for. The bottom line.

DJ would put his hand on his head and say, “They just need peace.” And they’ll tell you that. We need to show them what that means.

God’s wisdom from above…

It is your eternal purpose that through us that you would speak forth wisdom that would confound the wisdom of the ages, that the earthly, devilish sensual that kind of appears like it’s right but it’s not.

Lord, your ways are higher. We thank you, Father, for your wisdom, which is, first of all, pure and peaceable, easy to be entreated, full of good fruit with without partiality and without hypocrisy.

What is a mature Christian?

Once I was taking a class on a book written by Kenneth E. Hagin, called “Growing Up Spiritually.” I was reading and studying the book, and then I was going to go to class the next day. And I heard the Lord prompt me with the question. He goes, “What is a mature Christian?” And then right away He answered, “No respecter of persons.” He’s like, “I can use a donkey. I can use anybody. And I gave gifts unto man. I will use anybody. Will you value people? Will you love people? Because people are like flowers. And if you love and value them, no matter what they look like, they’ll open up like a flower in the sun. They’ll open up and emit a fragrance and there’ll be gifts there for you.”

I think Pastor Ken said this the other day. I don’t know how he said it, but how I would say it was, “Thank God, I didn’t just pass by and fail to recognize something you had for me.” Because we lean sometimes to our own understanding and naturally speaking, we wouldn’t consider it. Our schedule. We got to go. This isn’t important.

But the things that God deems as important, they don’t naturally come in a package we would consider… So we have to break up our ways of seeing and ways of our understanding.

We have to value people…

So today’s a new day, full of new flowers, full of people. He answers prayer and He puts the answer in people. But we have to value them. We have to value them no matter what the package looks like, because He gave gifts unto men. And they come out when you love the package. Unwrap the gifts in those that are around you. Because they’re there and you’ll be surprised how many people are sitting in pews that are just bound up. And they’re there as our answers.

Prayed…

We thank you, Father, for the rains of your spirit. The rains that gently fall on everyone in the congregation, wherever we are… out in the marketplace, in our daily lives, coming and going.
You gave gifts and how great is it when somebody values you and pulls on the gift in you.
Whatsoever you desire others to do to and for you, do also to and for them.

Cindy shared…

Right now, I’m seeing like the desert, when it rains, it just looks dark and dusty. But there’s a thing called the super bloom. And when the rain comes, the flowers come out and the desert becomes full of colors and beautiful flowers.

Continued praying…

So we’re praying for that, Father, we’re praying for every one that you have given gifts to that they wouldn’t sit dormant and locked up. But that they would be released.

So we let go of our control over the environment. We just thank you, Father, for the atmospheric shift that causes the dew point or whatever it is, Father, that the atmosphere would be conducive to super bloom life.
We’re crying out for people to come out of their comfort zones or their places of stagnation.
We’re making a demand on everyone by your Spirit.

Prayer leader Barb…

Like Cindy was talking about this morning, I woke up and I said, “Lord, I’m so excited to see what you’re going to do today, because I know you’re going to do something amazing.” We have great expectation for what the Lord is doing in our lives, and we are grateful.

Prayed…

I thank you, Lord, that you’ve set everything in our path that we would require for this life.
I thank you that we don’t have to struggle and we don’t have to strive.
Just like those grapes, Lord, you just set it in motion that, that sugar would come up at the right time, that it would sustain that fruit.
I thank you, Father God, that we bear fruit that remains in Jesus’ name.
It is not destroyed, it is not ruined by the enemy, but it remains in Jesus’ name.
We thank you for the gifts and the callings that you placed in your body, Father, in each person.
And we lift those up in Jesus’ mighty name and we call them forth for this time and this hour.
Lord, that those gifts that you placed in your body would come forth now.
Everyone working together in unity, in the body, bringing forth your plan, Father.
Father, that you make it easy for us. We lean in on you.
And I thank you that that brings ease as we walk out of the things that you put in our heart.
And I thank you, Father, for that peace and that joy that comes in response to your Spirit.
That we’re not dragging around, Father, but we have a spring in our step by the Holy Ghost.
We have a joy that cannot be destroyed.
We have a joy that flows from the river of life. We have that joy that bubbles up on the inside.
And we yield to that because the joy of the Lord is our strength.
For there is much to do, much to accomplish in the days ahead.
And so we lean in. We rest upon the grace and mercy of your Spirit.
That strength of the Spirit that comes, Lord, to assist.
We thank you, Father, for the angels that you sent to assist us.
I thank you, Father, it’s not just one, it’s not just two, but you have thousands of angels at our disposal.
And they’re being dispatched in the name of Jesus by the words we speak and by the spirit of grace.
We thank you for an increase in Jesus’ name.
Evangelic activity and that people begin to see, they begin to recognize that participation.
We call it in… assistance from every side in the name of Jesus.
That that calling would be sure on the inside of you as they come to assist and bring aid to you.
That you will begin to see those supernatural occurrences in your life.

Prayed radical miracles, resurrection power…

As we have read in the scriptures all those miracles that God performed in the Old Testament, what Jesus performed in the New Testament, Lord, that we begin to see radical things in the body of Christ.
Radical miracles, instantaneous miracles, radical joy, prophecy, tongues and interpretation.
And things that cannot be explained in the natural.
Signs and wonders that cannot be explained in Jesus’ name.
We put off the former things and we look forward today in the name of Jesus Christ.
We put away everything that would try to contain us, anything that would try to hinder us.
This is the day and hour for a mighty move of God in all of His power, all of His grace.
For He’s given us the keys to death, hell and the grave.
So He’s given us power over death.
I thank you, Father, that we begin to see the dead being raised up, the dead coming back to life.
The power of God, that resurrection power moving, flowing through the hands of your people.
For the earth cries out for justice.
The land, the soil cries out for justice.
Justice for your church. Justice for the body. Justice for this nation.
