Morning Prayer Summary for Thursday, April 16, 2020

Pastor Ray…

Good morning from the chapel here in Minneapolis! It’s a pleasure to be able to join up with all of you. Streaming prayer out live is a different thing. It’s a good thing. I believe because of it, the standard is moving up. There are more and more people that are joining with us from all over. I heard from someone from Italy yesterday. They’re watching three mornings a week, 3:30 in the afternoon in Italy.

So today with all of the news which we try to watch as little as can, but enough so we stay current with things, I was thinking about today, the days we’re living in right now. The most unusual days we’ve ever experienced. Never! The earth has never seen such a thing. And so I was sitting at my desk and I was reminded of some psalms that Kenneth E. Hagin spoke several years ago… by the Spirit. He had the title for these psalms but he didn’t have the words. He just had to, by faith, speak the title. Maybe he had a couple words and then he let the Holy Spirit speak through him. There are two that I want to start out the morning with.

First of all, Holy Spirit, we thank You this morning for Your beautiful precious presence and whatever You want to say, how You want this meeting to go this morning, we yield to You. Pastor Tim and I and all of us, let’s all just yield to Him and open our hearts. We know the presence of God is everything in our lives. When He comes, by faith we receive this morning. A refreshing by the Holy Spirit… that always lifts us up. And we’re more able to see Him than we are able to see the things that are around us.

Thank You, we welcome Your presence. Thank You for a fresh touch from heaven. Thank You that we’re changing from one degree of glory. We’re moving up to another degree. We’re changing. Things are changing. But we believe to see what Your showing us, what You’re revealing to us, especially through Your written Word, but then too by Your precious Holy Spirit. Individually, each one of us, as members of the body of Christ. Thank You for opening our eyes and our ears so we can hear more clearly, see more clearly and walk out Your plan. Keep moving, keep stepping, and moving ahead. Keep covering the days and weeks ahead and the months and the times that are to come. Hallelujah! You’re good, Father!

I want to go through two things that Kenneth Hagin declared. One was for today, actually. He spoke some words about yesterday, today, tomorrow. So I want to read about today, what he said about today.

Kenneth Hagin

Today is not as dark as some men would have you believe. Today is not as desolate and desperate as the media often times would portray. Today is the day of the Lord and it’s a day of deliverance. This is a day of deliverance, a day of blessing, and a day of visitation. For you see, those who walk with the Lord walk in the light. And they walk by faith and not by sight. For those who walk in darkness cannot see. Yea, even the god of this world has darkened their minds. And all they see is desolation, darkness, and the end of time will surely come. But, remember, the Master said to us, we walk and live in this time. When these things begin to come to pass, lift up your heads and look up. And keep looking up heavenward where all of our help comes from. Rejoice for your redemption draweth nigh.

So today is not as dark. Today is bright. Today is light. Walk in the light and all of your pathways will forever be bright.

Now what about tomorrow?

So many are worried and depressed and some even almost driven to suicide, frustrated about tomorrow. And there are questions being asked: What will tomorrow bring? Will tomorrow ever come?” What about tomorrow? Will I be here? What about tomorrow? Will it bring fame or will it bring fortune? Will it bring blessing? Will it be bad? Or will it be good?

Yea, saith the Lord of hosts, tomorrow belongs unto the saints. Tomorrow can be filled and will be filled with victory even as today when you walk by faith. So see tomorrow as the stepping stone to greater success and achievement in the realm of God. Tomorrow is bright, for tomorrow belongs to the saints who walk in the light. Tomorrow is good. For the Father of lights sendeth down always unto His own that which is good. For God is good. Yea, His mercy endureth forever. So do not feel any anxiety about tomorrow. Trust in the Lord and leave it in His hands. Walk by faith and shout above all the turmoil. All is right! And all is bright! For we are children of the light.

Darkness and gloom, it will overtake any who will yield unto Satan and walk in his way. Darkness and gloom, negativism and doubt, fear, you see, dominates those who do not know what it’s all about. But those who are enlightened by His Word knoweth that the trial of their faith is more precious than gold. So in the midst of the trial and in the midst of the test, they sound forth a shout of victory and rejoice. For they know that victory belongs unto the children of God. They know that there came out from heaven long ago the champions sent by the Father to those who live down here below. And in the world of darkness, He came and said, “I am the light of the world. Follow Me and you will not walk in darkness.” So darkness and gloom are a thing of the past, for now in these days, you are the light of the world. Yea, now you walk in the fullness of God and the glory of the Father and all that He has provided is thine. So shout it above all the roar of the enemy!

Pastor Ray continued…

We’re children of the light… hallelujah! … things are getting brighter. ♪ we’re bright because of that light! Because all that God has said and declared is awesome. It’s all powerful… life changing. So if we just focus on just these words alone, which line up with the written Word, if we focus our attention on these words, then we will be a light unto those that are somehow locked into the darkness. Thank You for the ministry of the Holy Spirit this morning going out over the airwaves… all kinds of different ministry gifts speaking all over the earth words of edification, words of faith, words of goodness… of prosperity. Thank You, Lord. We know that in You all things are possible. So these are for us today. Yesterday is gone and should be forgotten. These are holy, prosperous days for the children of the light. We’ve been made righteous and we see the glass not just half full, but we see it overflowing! Rivers of life, health, wholeness, protection… all over the earth. Nation to nation…

Pastor Tim led in worship…

We look to You, Lord… eyes to see… Lord, we look to You… You are where our help comes from… so we look to You… You are where our help comes from… we put our eyes on You… we put our trust in You… You’re our strength… our salvation… our deliverance… our rock… our fortress…You’re out God our place of peace… we put all of our trust in You… we don’t look to man… don’t put our trust in princes or kings or presidents or governments or institutions, Lord… we put our trust, all of our hope in You, Lord…

Pastor Ray…

Thank You for the victory. Right now, I see New York victorious. While you were singing, Pastor Tim, I saw that. What was considered a hot spot in the nation, however many millions of people, we see victory, we see the charts that were at one point going up and up, completely and totally gone! We see it not just leveled out but we see it gone. Every virus, every attack of the enemy, we declare and see it by faith victory over New York city and every other place in the United States where there’s been a rise. We see it come down and down and gone! In Jesus’ name. Hallelujah!

Okay, go ahead, Pastor Tim.

Pastor Tim continues in worship…

Pastor Ray…

I sense such joy! If you think about the last time you went to a grocery store and you look around, do you see a lot of victory? No! You see a lot of fear. But we’re not to walk in fear. We’re to walk in faith which brings about victory! Maybe we should stand out in front of a store and keep smiling. I don’t know… maybe they would take us away. Ha, ha, ha. The Joy of the Lord is our strength! It brings strength to us. It’s not just laughter. It’s a sense of absolute strength to call things that are not as though they are…

Pastor Tim…

We call it done… victory is coming… on every side… coming to you and me and it’s coming to us… victory oh, such victory… as we wait on You, Lord… You said You would renew our strength… we mount up with wings like an eagle… we will not be weary… So we receive that right now in Jesus’ name…

Pastor Ray…

Pastor Tim, let me read from Jeremiah 11, “For I know the thoughts and the plans that I have for you, saith the Lord. Thoughts…” Aren’t you glad He’s thinking about us? Like you said, He never leaves us here alone. “Thoughts and plans for welfare, for peace.” That’s the peace that passes all understanding. “and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.” Who could not say I need some hope for my final outcome. It’s from heaven. Then verse 12, “You will call upon me and you will come and pray to me and I will hear and heed you, then you will seek Me, inquire for and require Me as a vital necessity and finally when you search for Me with all your heart…” As long as we follow our hearts, … the heartfelt prayer of a righteous man, woman… what happens? It avails much! So He has those thoughts for us. Good things. Great plans. The future is bright. But when we come unto Him and lift up our voices and connect with heaven, prayer is connecting to Him. Thank You, Father.

Whatever kind of doubt about how it will turn out comes, it has to leave. Leave! Be gone, doubt! Anxieties of any kind, about how the future will be… Go! Be gone. Poverty, you have to leave. We declare, like Pastor Tim declared before, doors are opening that were not opened before. And then doors are closing that were not closed before. So we declare prosperity this morning—spirit, soul, and body. And we speak to bank accounts right now, in Jesus’ name, we speak to the financial realm and say, “Come up!”  We lift it up and declare “Increase from heaven.” For all our needs are met in Him. Our future is bright and it will turn out right. We’re going all the way through in victory. Victorious in every way. It is turning. Things are changing. So we hold fast to what the Word has said about us. We’re above and not beneath. We’re looking up and not looking down. We’re not walking around with a big frown or question marks. We know the King of Kings and Lord of Lords so we can say everything is going to be all right.

Pastor Tim…

♪ Everything is going to be all right… every situation… the church is going to be all right… families are going to be all right… our health is going to be all right… our finances are going to be all right… our jobs, our vocations are going to be all right… our relationships are going to be all right… our children… we declare it… every area of our lives… we’re going to be all right… everything is going to be all right… cuz You’re in charge… Your plans are good… our hope is in You… trust is in You… so can say with all confidence, everything is going to be all right… ♪

It’s not just a phrase… it’s not just a flippant hope… cuz our hope is not in circumstances… our hope is in the Lord our God. So because of that, we can declare “we’re calling those things that be not as though they were this morning… that’s the promise of God to us… He didn’t say it was going to be easy… that we would never go through challenges… or hard times… He said He would always be there with us… He will take us through… so just see yourself this morning, just holding onto His hand as you walk through, whatever you’re going through this morning, He’s right there. He’s holding on to you. He’s not going to let go. He’s got you in the palm of His hands…

♪ He’s not going to let you go…you just speak it out of your mouth… everything is going to be all right… cuz I put my trust in the Lord my God… He’s walking thru with me… taking me through… things are changing… turning… we know that You provide everything we need according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus… You said that’s what You do but we also know that You’ve done that for us, Father… You’ve got an awesome track record. You’re our provider… You meet our needs according to Your riches in glory… we thank You that You are our Jehovah Jireh, our provider…

Pastor Ray…

I saw this in my heart right now. There’s a restaurant that’s close by our house. It’s new. They put out signs all along by the street, “Open for Drive Through.” So the people would see it, take the exit and go over there. I saw this, just in my spirit, right now, when you were singing about “more” that all along our pathway the road that we’ve been called to walk out, there are these signs… there was one little post and a sign on it and they were all along the roadway, or pathway, and every sign said, “There’s more.” It was like however far we went, there was still more. Then I saw in the ditch, the signs were all kind of messed up and they were saying, “I doubt if there was any more.” “There can’t be more.” “What about the future?” this and that. Question marks, in other words. But we stay over on the highway of God. Tim said it this morning, those low places, be smoothed out. Those high places, come down. For as members of the church, we see that today. No matter how far we go, there will still be that sign of the spirit: there is more.
