Morning Prayer Summary for Monday, March 9, 2020

Scripture focus…

(10) Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand of rightness and justice.
(11) Behold, all they who are enraged and inflamed against you shall be put to shame and confounded; they who strive against you shall be as nothing and shall perish.
(12) You shall seek those who contend with you but shall not find them; they who war against you shall be as nothing, as nothing at all.
(13) For I the Lord your God hold your right hand; I am the Lord, Who says to you, Fear not; I will help you!
(14) Fear not, you worm Jacob, you men of Israel! I will help you, says the Lord; your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.
(15) Behold, I will make you to be a new, sharp, threshing instrument which has teeth; you shall thresh the mountains and beat them small, and shall make the hills like chaff.
(16) You shall winnow them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the tempest or whirlwind shall scatter them. And you shall rejoice in the Lord, you shall glory in the Holy One of Israel. Isaiah 41:10-16 (AMPC)

Pastor Ray…

No matter what things we’ve heard, what things we’ve seen, no matter what, we have no fear. Like somebody said the other day, “the worse thing about the Corona virus is, fear.”

No weapon, no virus, no plan of the enemy shall have its way against us. We’re members of the body of Christ. Jesus is Lord. The blood of Jesus that was shed at Calvary covers us. It protects us. It surrounds us. Hallelujah.

We’ll just keep ourselves in that place of the covering and keep that blood around us so that no weapon formed against us, our country, or the body of Christ all over the earth—no weapon shall prosper in Jesus’ name.

Scripture focus…

(28) Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not faint or grow weary; there is no searching of His understanding.
(29) He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound].
(30) Even youths shall faint and be weary, and [selected] young men shall feebly stumble and fall exhausted;
(31) But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired. Isaiah 40:28-31 (AMPC)

Pastor Ray…

One time years ago we had this younger guy working with us in building décor. Every day he would come in and say “I am so tired.” Guess what? It was his confession so he was “so tired.” That was his true confession. You could count on it every morning. I don’t know what he was doing at night but he was sooooo tried (ha, ha, ha).

Our confession is “We’re not weary. We’re not tired. We’re not going to faint. We’re continually moving ahead. We will do what He has called us to do all the way through.”

That’s the deal. We’re going through and the enemy can’t stop us. We’ve already won. The blood was shed. What was done on the Cross, it is finished.

Alright Ms. Annie if you please… a one, and a two, and a three!

Ms. Annie…

I just finished a four day marathon with four little tiny people, four little tiny bundles of atomic energy (ha, ha, ha) exploding all over the house. So, of course that would be the focus of the morning prayer (ha, ha, ha).

I will just sing what just came up in my heart.

You are my strength oh God
You are my help oh God
You are the one in whom I call

You are my shield oh God
My life I yield oh God
For You will ever be my all in all

Pastor Ray…

What we just read from Isaiah, “But those who wait for the Lord…” We just wait on Him. And it’s not like we are waiting at a bus stop. We wait on Him, worship Him, lift Him, and we stay in a place of peace knowing that things will work. Things are working out. Things have worked out but they will continue to work out. So we stay in that peace place knowing, like the way it says it here:

those that wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.

I had a picture come to me when you started singing. Over the weekend I went to Costco which is probably the worst time. It was late morning and Sandy was like “you’re going to Costco now?”  If you have ever entered Costco where they return the carts they have those plastic pieces hanging where the doors are wide open. I pushed my way through and once you enter in, you’ve exited the outside and you have just entered into a spirit of Costco where huge carts are going by loaded to the top, way up high. I went back to the paper towel area and nothing was there! I was like “Did they move everything?” I asked a couple people and they were just as confused “we don’t know where it is?” I saw one employee come around the corner with a huge cart stacked with water shouting “I got more water but you can only buy two!” I was like “Do you have any toilet paper?” She replied “No!” (ha, ha, ha).

Any way my point is, when we enter into one of these back doors or side doors here in the chapel we can definitely feel the difference. When we come into this place, the presence of God is in here. He is already in here. He doesn’t just exit out and that’s it. It’s not just a natural place.

I felt that this morning. Just before I came in the doors I had a little “ewe.” I don’t know what it was and I don’t know how to describe it. But once I came in and we entered in, I don’t even remember what it was.

We take a deep breath. It’s the presence of God in this place and in that presence, we’re changed. Our bodies change. Internally, things line up. Things are rearranged in our minds, in our souls, they change. And there is no fear here, just faith and grace. Faith, believing we receive what we say or what we ask for based on His Word.

Ms. Annie leads us singing Blessed Be the Name of the Lord

The following excerpt is from the Living Word Prayer Petition:

Lord, the heathen peoples, those outside of covenant with You, have thronged tumultuously together. They have plotted a vain and empty thing against You, Lord, and against Your Anointed. But You, Lord, have said that the plots and plans of the wicked shall come to nothing. We believe Your Word, Lord, so we do not fear them, for by Your power and anointing they are bread for us. Their defense and shadow of protection has departed from them; but You, our God, are with us, and we are well able to go up and take the Promised Land, which You have destined for Your Blessing. You, Lord, have covered our heads in the day of battle, and You do not grant the desires of the wicked. You allow the evil of their own lips to cover them, and You do not allow a slanderer to be established in the earth. Our eyes are upon You, oh God the Lord, and in You we take refuge. You keep us from the snares they have laid for us, and from the traps of the workers of iniquity. You let the wicked fall into their own nets, while Your people escape safely. You set a guard, Oh Lord, over our mouths and keep us from practicing wicked works with men who work iniquity. We refuse to eat of their so-called “delicacies” or to take part in their counsel.

We make no friendships with angry men, and we do not learn their ways. We do not envy the violent, and we choose none of their ways. For the way of the wicked is as deep darkness, and they do not know at what they stumble. But the path of the just is as the shining light, that grows brighter and brighter; and by Your Word our path is well-lit, plain and straight before us. We will set nothing wicked before our eyes. We hate the work of those who fall away from Your ways and Your Word, and it shall not cling to us. A perverse heart will depart from us, and we refuse to know or be acquainted with wickedness. We choose to behave wisely in a perfect way, in Your perfect way, oh God. When will You come to us?

We learn Your ways, Father God, and we choose Your thoughts. For Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts. We choose Your wisdom and Your words. For the so-called “wisdom” of this world is vanishing away and coming to nothing, but the Word of our God will stand forever.

Pastor Ray…

Limitations, get out of the way, be removed. We press on, press in, look up. Healing, wholeness, restoration, complete wellness, abundance, an abundance, increase, more, and more, and more, and more. Yea we do. We keep running into the high tower, the name of Jesus. We lift up that name, Jesus.

We do not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor do we stand in the way of sinners, nor do we sit in the seat of the mockers. We delight ourselves in You and Your Word, Father, and in Your Laws we do meditate day and night. For You, Father, watch over the way of the godly, but the way of the wicked will vanish and come to nothing. Righteous Father, the foolish things that You have chosen are wiser than the wisest wisdom of this world. And the weak things that You have chosen are stronger than the strongest things of this world. Your gentle, two-edged tongue of Truth will break a bone. You break the shields of the wicked and You cause the wars they incite to cease. Your Word, oh Lord, is settled forever in the heavens. There is none who can deliver out of Your hand, Lord, for You will work, and who will reverse it? So, Lord, we decide and decree the things You have declared in Your Word, and those things will be established for us. Your light will shine upon our pathway.

Pastor Ray…

Something’s are restored as we go. So, we step out in faith, step ahead in faith, by faith! Ohoooooh! Ha, ha, ha, hallelujah, hallelujah, Lord. Thank You, Father. Thank You, Lord.

Before we go we lift up our president. In all this we declared, the attacks, the lies, inaccuracies, plans of the enemy, all these things shall not prosper against President Trump, his family, those in the White House, those that are surrounding him, leaders, positions of authority. We stand firm on the Word and we stand firm by the blood of the Lamb and the name that is above every other name.

We know, Father, You’ve given us by Your Spirit the authority on this earth and we take our authority and plead the blood over him, over his family, over all those in positions of authority over America and declare this nation is one nation under You. We’re coming together more and more. Things in this country are moving in the right way. No virus can stop it. No plans of the enemy can stop it. No media words can stop it. Man can’t stop it. For we’ve overcome by that precious holy blood of the Lamb. Thank You for it.

Ms. Annie led us out singing about the blood

Pastor Ray…

We’re protected under that blood covering. Our pastors are protected. This ministry is. Thank You for it in Jesus’ name. Amen.
