Morning Chapel Prayer Playlist
Morning Chapel Prayer Today

Pastor Ken…

Good morning, everyone. Happy Monday. Hope you’re doing well.

This morning, can we just pray a prayer of agreement for our leadership of our nation? There’s just a whole lot transpiring right now globally including with America. And the Bible reads that we’re to pray, first of all, for those in authority, for presidents, for prime ministers, for people in decision-making positions nationally, globally, locally. Because the decisions they make affect us and our ability to do what God has assigned us to do in this time and in our lives.

So I want to start right there if we could and just pray a prayer of agreement for wisdom for our leadership, for strategy, for direction, for a good sense of timing for President Trump as he continues to endeavor to negotiate peace with what’s going on in the Ukraine.

There’s an old saying that says that all that is required for evil to prevail in our world is for good men, good women to do nothing. And as long as we’re in this body of flesh, as long as we’re in this realm, there is a need for us to contend, to fight the good fight of faith. There’s a need for us to resist evil.

Scripture reads that we’re to submit ourselves, therefore to God, resist the enemy, and he will flee from us. So, I know we’ve all had probably a busy weekend. We’ve had a busy week of meetings this last week at our For His Kingdom conference.

Wasn’t that good? Did anybody have a chance to be a part of those meetings? It was such an outstanding time, with all the different speakers that came and deposited some really rich and timely Word in us. So I know we’ve all been doing a lot and probably in our personal lives as well.

We are “in Christ…”

But I’m here to remind you this morning on this Monday, the 18th of August of 2025, that we are “in Christ” and that no matter what has occurred and what’s before us and how we feel and what it looks like and what the enemy’s trying to harass us with in a negative thought in some way, you’re “in Christ,” you’re in Him. And the fact that you’re “in Him” means you can do all things.

It means that we can step up and into our place of prayer today,
Into our place of authority today,
Into a place of contending for the faith today.

We go by faith today…

Regardless of what’s occurred and what the challenges look like today or even how we feel, we can go by faith today. We can step into the messy middleness of what is imperfect and broken and missing and not quite finished in our world. And we can say, “No, Devil, you’re not going to take things over. No, not today, Mr. Devil. You’re not going to have your way in my life. You’re not going to have your way in America.” Because we stand with God. And we’re here to echo what God desires for our nation, for our churches, for our families. Amen.

We live and move and have our being in Him…

So I just want to stir up that in your thinking, that regardless of whether or not anything has changed today, we can go by the way of faith today. We stand with God today. We’re in Him today. We can live and move and have our being in Him today and know that He’s with us, affecting change, producing answers, bringing breakthroughs, showing up in important meetings in your life, in my life, in our government, in the lives of our leaders with what is needed to bring about heaven on earth. The Bible reads, “Thy kingdom come” in the King James, “thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” So we just start with that. Can you agree with me?

Prayed…

Lord, we pray your kingdom has come and we just declare “let your will be done in America today, in the mighty name of Jesus.”
We declare, Lord, let your will be done in our lives, in our families in the mighty name of Jesus.
We declare victory over finances.
I declare victory over my finances, breakthroughs are being released unto me.
We declare victory over Minnesota.
We declare, Lord, surely you will have your way in Minnesota.
We declare a holy breakout of revival and awakening throughout this great state of Minnesota.
We declare the gospel is breaking forth in Minnesota and Minnesota shall be saved in Jesus’ name.

Prayer for leaders…
Now, Father, we lift up our leaders here in the United States, and we pray may you grant our leaders from President Trump to Vice President to cabinet members and chiefs of staff, administrators, advisors, those throughout the government.
We pray, Lord, grant them a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you. May the wisdom and the strategy of God the Holy Spirit for this generation, for this moment in history, be fully released and accessible to our president, to those in offices of decision making and authority today.
Lord, we pray, may the blood of Jesus be applied to Washington, DC today.
We declare over the Senate, the House of Representatives, the Supreme Court, the White House, the Executive Branch throughout in Jesus’ name… may the blood of Jesus be applied to all that concerns our nation today in Jesus’ name.

Prayer for America to be revived…
And we declare, Lord, may your will and your Gospel prosper in these United States of America to preach even unto the uttermost parts of the earth.
May this nation be raised up once again, be revived, and may a spirit of repentance flow into the hearts and souls of your people, those who profess your name, from the pastors in the pulpit, to the pray-ers in the prayer closet, from leaders in the marketplace to the teachers in the classrooms.
May the church in America, may your people, may your leaders be anointed with fresh oil. And may heaven be poured out upon this generation.
May heaven be poured out in America today.
We’re not backing off our strong stand of faith until the fullness of your glory and the fullness of your plan becomes established in America and rises to a place of prominence.
Yes, even revival. Yes, even the former and the latter rains.
Make America a glory unto heaven, a glory unto your name. Make America what it ought to be in accordance to your plan and what you had intended all along.
Not selfish or carnal or consumed with sin, but holy and separated and dedicated to a mission and a call that you have prearranged and intended in the eons long before.

Prayer for breaking up fallow ground…
Breaking up, breaking up in Jesus’ name. Break up the fallow ground together, united in prayer this morning. We declare, let the fallow ground of our nation, let the fallow ground of America be broken up spiritually speaking. Let every hard place taken over by sin and a spirit of the world and a spirit of depravity and even lawlessness that we hear about on the news so often, Lord, may your grace and anointing, even your angels, be dispatched on assignment to break up the fallow ground, to break up and to plow straight through all those places the enemy has consumed or dominated.
We pray and agree today for some shifts to occur, even on this Monday the 18th of August, 2025, we decree let shifts occur in our nation today.
May there be a holy breakout in the prayer meeting in the White House today, in the Senate house today, in the House of Representatives today, in the Supreme Court today.
We pray grant solutions for peace and not war. Grant solutions, Lord, for change that paves the way for revival to come in this day all over the nation.
Higher, higher, higher, Church, come up higher to a place of holy fire up, up.

The cloak is coming off…

I just hear this phrase, “The cloak is coming off in Jesus’ name. The cloak is coming off. The burden is being removed. The yolk is being destroyed. Just only be brave and look up and see the power of God coming from on high. Be brave and stand and refuse to bend. Refuse to be moved. Refuse to bow to this world’s false doctrine.

Just soak Him up this morning. Receive like a sponge His fresh outpouring.

His promise to you is sure and you can take it to the bank. In other words, what He’s speaking to you is truth. What He’s impressing upon your heart is His way. You can trust it. You can follow His leading and know that it will come to pass. Yes, it will come to pass in Jesus’ name. Refuse to be denied. Refuse to relent.

Only choose to go with God today, to continue in His way. Continue to know Him. Continue to let your life flow with His, for in Him, you can do all things. In Him…

You will realize the answer.
You will realize the breakthrough.
You will realize the fulfillment of His plan that He had penned long ago for you and yours.

Refuse to back off…

Refuse to put up with. Refuse to just cope with the status quo. Only contend. That means “stand strong.” Be revitalized by the promise of His Word, by the remembrance moment by moment daily of His promise to you. And know that He is faithful and He will see you and that promise through.

Don’t be shaken. Instead laugh in the face of doubt. I mean, literally laugh in the face of adversity.

Or what the enemy tries to throw in your way today, including the kitchen sink. Laugh. Let your heart be given permission to rejoice. Give yourself permission to rejoice and laugh and shout and say out loud the way it’s going to be from here on out.

The old is gone. The new has come.

His Word even resounds with the truth, that you’ve been transformed into a new creature. Yes, even as a new species that never existed before, because you’re in Him and maybe what you couldn’t do before. What you didn’t do before was by you only, but now you’re in Him. Now you’re in Christ. So that means He’s with you every step of the way. That means today and every day, you can do all that He’s assigned and put your hand to do in Jesus’ name.

So be glad. Learn to shout. Give your heart permission to rejoice and be filled with joy. Oh, hallelujah. Hallelujah. Glory to God.

We’ve received that today, Father.
We receive answers today.
We receive breakthroughs today.
We confirm that we will have your promised Word to us.
We confirm that your will for us is that we would prosper and do well in every way from our soul to our exterior or outer life.
We declare prosperity, we declare blessing, we declare increase, we declare promotion.

We shall serve the Lord all the full length of our days in Jesus’ name.
We declare today new things are breaking forth on the horizon.
We declare in our finances, in our relationships, in our assignment in faith, we declare a breaking out.
We declare a moving out of the old and an establishing of the new.
We declare to what has been hard and what has been difficult.
We say, you cannot stay and you cannot remain. You must go now in Jesus’ name.
For what has been hard and what has been difficult, even arduous to our mind and to our flesh, we say now, grace flows now and ease comes now.
There’ll be a new rhythm and cadence and joy and freedom.
In Jesus’ name, I declare freedom over you today.

Freedom over the plan of God today.
Freedom over your ability to express your heart to the Father.
Freedom over your prayer language.
Freedom over your heart to rejoice and celebrate and see things from the standpoint of faith in Jesus’ name.

A word came forth…

Somebody needs to receive that today: “He who the Son sets free is free indeed.” So I declare freedom in Jesus’ name.

Freedom over your soul today.
Freedom over this church today.
Freedom over that situation that is still there before your eyes today.

It may be before your eyes, but from God’s perspective, you are released. God’s perspective is being moved out of the way. And you’re being promoted to a new place and a new space because…

It’s a new day.
It’s a new time.
It’s a new season.

Make no mistake about it! Only rejoice. Only shout. Only learn to enjoy your freedom in Me, says the Spirit of God.

A word for someone with recurring illness…

Somebody perhaps is suffering from some recurring issue. Maybe it’s an injury. Maybe it’s a pain. Maybe it’s a sickness. Maybe it’s a disease of some form. If that’s you, whether you’re online or in the chapel, I want to encourage you to take the spirit of this with you into your day, into your week, into your life, and in the face of opposition, in the face of symptoms, in the face of pain.

Perhaps begin to speak the opposite. Begin to speak and begin to rejoice and begin to celebrate before you feel anything. Before you see anything, the answer, the promise. In other words, let the promise of healing and the promise of deliverance and the promise of wholeness take root in your heart and let it inform what you think and what you say.

And as you go about your day, even if nothing has changed, just begin to say, “Lord, I want to thank you. I believe after all the Bible says, when you pray, believe that you receive.”

So declare, “I believe I receive that healing. I believe I receive freedom from pain. I believe I receive a clear report from the doctor of no more disease and no more injury and no more issues.”

And don’t be moved. If it doesn’t change in a day or a week or a month, just let your heart be set and let your voice be heard in the realm of the spirit declaring what God has said. Freedom! Victory! Breakthrough! Healing over that situation. And you’re going to see it fully come to pass in every way, in Jesus’ name.
