Well, good morning, everybody. Good to have you on a happy Friday again.
Let’s worship a few minutes before we get into prayer. He said praise stills the enemy or defeats the enemy. So let’s worship Him.
We were told this morning to pray for the elections, which we will.
I’m going to read 2nd Chronicles 20:20. “So they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.” And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who should sing to the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying: “Praise the Lord, for His mercy endures forever.” Now when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated.”
Look what He’s going to do for you today. This verse tells us what God is about to do for you and me today when we worship and praise Him. Is there an enemy in your life who’s harassing you? Is there cancer cells or disease bothering you? Or are there any issues going on with you today? We have an answer!
“As they began to sing praises to the Lord, He set ambushes against the man of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir,” three kings who were invading Judah. And they were defeated. There are three things in your life, God is about to defeat them when we worship Him. We give praise to the Lord. His love endures forever. Give thanks to the Lord for His love endures forever. I think that’ll be easy way to get enemy defeated and sickness to get out of your body. Without medication! Defeat or deaths, problems … just by us, praising and worshiping Him and thanking Him!
Another thing I read this morning in Joshua. The Lord said do not be afraid. The enemy you see, the sickness disease you see, the poverty you see, the problem which you see… you’ll see no more! The only thing you have to do is just go one day around and praise Me. Hallelujah! Oh, praise Him. Give thanks to the Lord for His goodness and love endures forever. And they walked 1, 2, 7 times around.

We thank you for this country for United States of America. We thank you, Lord. Thank you for our President Biden, his wife. Thank you for the Vice President.
Thank you for Living Word Christian Center. Thank you for our Pastors Mac and Lynne and the other pastors.
We’re going to continue praising and we will pray for elections which is in November.

DJ will get this because he has a restaurant. But that word waiting in that scripture is not like “I’m waiting, waiting for you.” It’s waiting as in like a server in a restaurant. So we’re waiting on the Lord. I go to DJ’s restaurant. They say, “Do you need some more water? Do you need something else?” He even sneaks me extra stuff too. “Hey, I got you this sample.” But that’s how we’re waiting on the Lord. It’s not like “When are you going to do something? I’m waiting, waiting, waiting.” No. It’s “What can I do for you, Lord? I’m here. I’m available. I’m ready. Use me.” And that just popped up in me and I thought you’d appreciate that.

What she just said about the restaurant, there’s a scripture that comes to me about how Jesus said, “I wish you were hot or cold. I do not like lukewarm.” Either you’re hot or cold. It means that you have made up your mind some day when I’m going to get healed and then another day “No, no.” He doesn’t want you to be double minded. A double minded man will receive nothing from the Lord.

Part of being in the game is just showing up. And I don’t know what I have. So I’m showing up. I thank you, Father, for our faith becoming effectual, the sharing of our faith becoming effectual through the acknowledging of every good thing that we have in Christ Jesus. So it’s just in the thanking you that you said that I am more than a conqueror, that you’ve given me your Spirit without measure, that I have an anointing and I know all things. The greater one is in me. So when I just step out and I’m like, “Okay, Lord, I don’t know what to say,” but, God, you have vast repositories of wisdom and knowledge and understanding. It’s like an equation, like a division, like our heart over our head. So we just always endeavor to know that you are in us and that you’re working to display yourself through us. As one of the ladies in our church would say “off with the head.” And then just kind of launched out in what you know in your heart. And God it’s like a river and it’s like you’re priming the pump when you step out. And all of a sudden there’s a trickle and then you start to flow. And you start to expect God to show up in those places.
Thank you, Lord. We just acknowledge you today and all our spaces and all our places, knowing that you have great things to say. And I thought of when you shared that scripture about the 10 lepers and the one came back to say thank you. He had a different spirit. And then it took me to the woman with the issue of blood who had spent all her money. And she had a lot of time and pain and suffering 12 years. But she’s like, I’m going to step out even though I don’t know this Jesus, but I know that people are getting healed and I need this and I’m hungry.” And she receded back into the crowd. She touched Him and received her healing. But she didn’t return to Him. But He wasn’t willing that she would recede into the crowd. For your goodness and mercy endures forever. Lord God, you lure us out of our place of hiding. You say “Daughter, come out. I want a relationship with you. I want you to know Me. I want you to know My goodness. I want you to know that I meant to heal you. It wasn’t an accident. It was my good pleasure.”

I just wanted to take what Cindy started with this. This is what the Holy Ghost gave me. She talked about the woman with the issue of blood, and a lot of times we put ourselves on the wrong side of the examples in scripture. Because you can see yourself as “Oh, I’m the woman with the issue of blood and I’m ever reaching for the hem of Jesus.” It’s like, “Oh, I just missed it. Oh, I just missed it. Oh, I got to push my way through the crowd and get to Jesus.” No, you don’t. We’re one with Christ. Jesus is in us. He is the vine. We are the branch. And literally, if you want to touch the hem of His garment … so when you read through the scriptures, put yourself on the side of Jesus. The sinner comes to you to receive because you’re one with Christ. They come to touch the hem of your garment because Jesus is in you. I am crucified with Christ. It’s no longer I that live but Christ who lives in me. So we don’t have to strive for healing. We just reach out to the one on the inside of us, the mighty Holy Spirit, full of power and strength and peace. And we say I receive from the vine, that great flow of the anointed one on the inside of me, the healer lives in me. Healing is in me. The anointing is flowing in me in every cell of my body, in my blood cells, in my bone cells, in my organs, in every system of my body, in my brain cells today. Today that redemptive work is established in me because I am in Christ. He is in me. We are one together, glory to God. There is no weapon of the enemy formed against me that can prosper because I stand redeemed in the blood of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah.
The number one plot against you is fear…
That’s the number one thing the enemy uses to move you off of your faith. If he can get you to fear, then you go into doubt. It’s like, “That’s not going to happen. My rent is due. What if I can’t pay that bill?” Fear! “I have this symptom in my body. What if it’s this?” Fear! You got to nip that in the bud as soon as that comes. That’s just a thought the enemy’s trying to bring against you. He can’t kill you. He can’t destroy you. He doesn’t have that power over you. Don’t let him convince you that he can. He’s a liar. He is a liar. So when those symptoms, when those thoughts come… I heard someone say this, that just as we resist the enemy with a thought that’s a temptation to do something, some kind of sin and we go, “Oh, I’m not doing that. You’re stupid, Devil. I’m not going to do that.” The same way that sickness comes to you is a thought. It’s like, “Oh, there’s a pain!” But we don’t resist it like we would… you know, “Go get drunk.” I’m not doing that. But the enemy says, “Oh, you got a pain in your shoulder. I think maybe you got arthritis.” Oh, you know what? Maybe I do. No! Why would we treat it the same way? That’s ridiculous. It’s just a thought or fear he’s trying to bring into you. The same way we resist with those temptations is the same way we resist those pains and those thoughts that he brings for sickness and disease. It’s the same thing. You resist, you resist, you resist and it has to go. It has to flee. It doesn’t matter if it’s a thought, doesn’t matter if it’s a symptom, it has to stop.

So thank you, Father. I thank you for your Word. I thank you for your truth. I thank you that eyes are open today that we are the body of Christ. We are one with you, Jesus. We have the power and authority in this earth. Glory to God. The enemy is under our feet. He is under our feet and he’s going to stay under our feet. We’re going to make sure that he doesn’t rise up in Jesus’ name, that he has no place in our lives. He has no place in the body of Christ, in the church of Jesus Christ. We keep him in his place in the name of Jesus. Thank you, Father. Thank you for giving us that authority. Thank you, Father. I ask for revelation today of your truth, your truth of our authority in you, that we would walk in it the way that you created us to walk in it, that we would understand it fully and thoroughly, Lord, so that we would speak to a thing and believe that it would go.
We pray for the elections. Father, we lift up this country election in the State of Minnesota. So Father, we are going to ask you in the name of Jesus for this elections. Many are called, but few are chosen. We ask you to choose those, Father, the governor and senators, and the others. We asking in the name of Jesus, take over this election…
