Morning Chapel Prayer Today
Prayer Leader DJ…
Good morning, everybody. It’s a good, good Friday. Father, we thank you this morning.
Thank you, Father, for your love, your compassion, your goodness, your mercy.
All tiredness, weariness, negativity, sickness, disease, infirmity leave your body and the mind.
Let the blood of Jesus Christ cleanse us from all unrighteousness, all ungodliness, all contamination.
Worship stills the enemy…
When Paul and others started to worship the Lord, giving Him thanks in the midst of sickness, the midst of disease, the midst of chains, the Bible says not only their chains were broken, but others who were around, their chains came down.
You know what happened? Because those people started worshiping and thanking the Lord instead of complaining.
They knew they were in jail, in prison. They knew they had a problem.
They knew what they were facing, but they decided, “You know what? Let’s worship Him. Give thanks to Him.” And chains fell down.
Not only their chains fell down, but the people who were in the prison with them, their chain fell down.
So wherever we go, if we start thanking Him, worshiping Him, not only our chains will fall off, others around us will be out of the bondage too.
Suddenlies…
And suddenly the Bible said, the chains fell off.
So today, while we are worshiping, thanking, suddenly…
It could be today that suddenly, for you and I, whatever the issue is…
Suddenly! Disease leave.
Suddenly depression be gone.
Suddenly the answer of the Lord came in our minds.
Suddenly it can happen this morning.
Suddenly! Let’s call it. This is a suddenly day.
For many are here watching this morning.
One touch, one word from God, one thought can change the whole day and the night and the year and the life change.
He said one day in his court is rather 10,000 day. One day can change the whole thing.
This morning, let’s expect that this is the day.
It’s a suddenly. The day of suddenly.
They said, I was glad when they said unto me, let us go to the house of the Lord.
Like you and I decided to come here this morning.
Let’s watch what one day in His court will change everything.
Let us go to the house of the Lord. Hallelujah.
In the house of the Lord, King David said this one thing I desire that I gaze upon His beauty.
I think today is a suddenly.
Today is the day of deliverance.
Why today? Because this is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it.
How about tomorrow? No. Today is the day. We’ll think about tomorrow when we get there tomorrow.
Do not worry about tomorrow…
I was reading this morning in Matthew, Jesus said, “Do not worry about tomorrow.”
He said, “Is worry going to add any number of days into your life? Do not worry.”
But what should I do then?
There is the POW. What does the POW stand for? I found out it stands for “Prisoner of War.”
I found out some of us are POWs, Prisoner of Worry! Worry about this. Worry about that.
Oh yes, freedom. Prisoners of worries, worry about tomorrow, worry about health, worry about children, worry about the business, worry about the money.
But Jesus said, “Do not be a prisoner of worry POW.”
Let’s see if I can find the scripture here. Oh, let’s read it. “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat, what you will drink, what you wear, what you put on in this life, isn’t that life is more than food. The body more than clothing. Look at the birds and so forth. Are you not more than value than they? Which of you by worrying can add to your life.”
So you do not worry about clothing.
But I say to you even, now if God so clothed the grass of the field, how much more clothed He will give to you what you need. Therefore, do not worry.
Key word: “worry” will not add. It’ll make sick. Oppression. Depression.
He said, therefore, do not worry.
Now, He’s telling us by saying the words: Therefore do not worry saying, “What shall we eat? What shall we drink? What shall we wear? For all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows you need all these things.”
Now the answer: “But seek first…” First! Not second. “The kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you again.”
Again He said, “Do not worry about tomorrow. For tomorrow will worry about itself.”
There’s enough trouble for this day.
Do not worry about saying…
What we’re saying is all important.
What I’m going to eat, what I’m going to do, bring more concern.
Do not worry about tomorrow.
What we say is important…
I thank you, Lord, this morning we are saying the chains of worry fall off. Come down.
And we’re going to say, when God is for me, who can be against me.
We are going to say, my God shall supply all my need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
By the stripes of Jesus Christ, I’m healed.
Blessed is the Lord God, who carries my daily burdens.
My God shall supply all your need.
Bless the Lord of my soul.
Forget not all His benefits.
Who forgives all my sins.
Who heals all my disease.
He satisfies my mouth with good things.
