Morning Chapel Prayer Playlist

Brother DJ…

Proverbs 3:5 says, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

In all our ways, we acknowledge Him and He directs our path. And we put all our trust in you. You are my redeemer, my healer, my provider.

We’re like a tree planted by the living water…

Somebody asked, “Why do we swing like this?” You want the answer, right? I have the answer. I’m going to give it in a minute.

Okay, why do we swing left or swing right? It’s biblical. I found in Psalms that we are like palm trees. When the storm comes, the palm trees goes left or goes right. Even you can probably drive on it. But it swing up, straighten up. All through the storm. But we are like a palm tree planted by the river of living water. And then we swing left, we swing right, come back and lead straight. Storm passes away. Sickness passes away. Disease passes away. We get stronger. We go left, we go right. Swing. Palm tree left swing. Hallelujah.

We found our trust in you. There is no one else like you. He said whoever puts their trust in Me, they’re like a palm trees. Hallelujah! Now you can worship Him all the time in church. Left swing. Like a palm tree.

Psalms 27…

When the 27th come, automatically my mind goes to Psalms 27:1. “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 2 When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.”

They fell. Thou a thousand may fall on this side, tens of thousands on the right hand, it shall not come near us. Why? Because we have made the Lord our refuge, our fortress… in whom I put my trust in you.

Verse 3 “Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear:”

We will not fear for God has not given a spirit of fear, but love, power and sound mind.

One thing I desire…

One thing I have desired of the Lord that I will seek that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life… to behold the beauty of the Lord and inquire in his temple … in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion in the secret place of his tabernacle, he shall hide me, he shall set me high upon a rock. Then my head will be lifted up.

The Lord is my light and my salvation… the strength of my life. So I will not be afraid.

Agreement in prayer…

We’re seeking Him this morning, the 27th, a good Friday. Anything that you need, we’ll be agreeing with you, whatever it is. Matthew 18:19 says, “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

There are a lot more here than just two or three… it shall be done on earth as it is in heaven. In His name, sickness and disease leave our bodies. Pain, get out from the bones in His name. They shall recover in His name.

The Believer’s Authority” by Kenneth E. Hagin…

I was reading this morning the book, “The Believers Authority” by Kenneth Hagin. On the very first page, he goes… He prayed those prayers for this reason. “I kneel before the Father.” He said he prayed these two prayers at least 2,000 times. He told his wife, “I’m going next door. Don’t bother me unless it’s very important, urgent.” He stayed sometime two or three days and she will bring him food and leave him. But he said he opened his Bible and left his Bible open to these prayers and he prayed the same prayer over and over again. He said after that, he started seeing different result when he read the Bible. He told his wife “What have I been preaching!” His eyes were opened… eyes of understanding shall be enlightened.

He prayed, “For this reason, I kneel before the Father from whom all families are named. I pray out of your glorious riches, you strengthen us by your Spirit in our inner man. That Christ shall dwell in our hearts through faith. We pray you will be rooted and established in His love with power together with all the saints. How wide, how long, how deep is the love of Christ? To know this love… oh yes, we’re rooted… to know this love that surpasses knowledge, now we are filled with the fullness of God.”

And now unto Him who’s able to do exceedingly abundantly what we can ask or think according to His mighty power that is working within us. His power is within us. So what we ask or think, His power is working through us. His power… mighty power! It’s the same power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead and dwells in us.

Another prayer he prayed was, “Since I heard your faith in Christ, I have not stopped praying for you.” He keeps praying. We keep praying for them.

Sister Cindy prayed…

Father, we thank you for your presence… we are leaning into you this morning to gather… endeavoring, Father, to trust you more and more… let you condition us by your goodness… where the world has conditioned us in times past… to flinch and cower. Father, you condition us to launch out because you’re so good and your merciful kindness has made the way for us ….

So every day we have great expectation… your goodness showing up in suddenlies… our experience of you, Father, is conditioning us… even now, years and years of being conditioned by the world is falling off.

Allured by your grace… distracted from the fray that’s going on around us … to look intently and deeply into your eyes here… to be strengthened from within…

We speak to trust to rise up right now as we draw dear to you… Father, the creator who strengthens and provides us… daily with understanding as we walk out… emboldened by the love of God that our roots go down deep in because we’re planted by those rivers of life … fully supplied from within, we grow up like the palm tree … declaring that because we’re rooted and grounded in love Himself that we are full of life… of trust and contentedness and we are a long lived. We shall live out all the days that are written of us by your hand. Long live… stately… upright… useful and fruitful for your purpose here on earth. I just trust you, Lord, which is the greatest expression of love.

Shared…

There was a time when I thought I trusted God. My enemies came to seek and devour me, but I cried unto the Lord, and He came down and pulled back a curtain and showed me areas where my trust was weak. And He encouraged me by His goodness and sweet voice that strengthens trust in me. And I did. And I saw the destruction of my enemy. He goes, “I’ve prepared a table before you in the presence of your enemy.” That’s a privilege that He’s given to us in Christ.

So sometimes we just have to be still and inquire, “Is there something that’s eating my lunch, Father? It feels like it?” And He’ll show you and then He’ll turn the tables.

So when I was sitting there, I heard this in my spirit. So I looked it up. And DJ is going to love this because… I heard “The generation of the upright will be blessed.” So I looked it up and it’s Psalm 112. I’m just going to read the whole thing. Praise the Lord.

Psalms 112: Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who delights greatly in His commandments. 2

His descendants will be mighty on earth; the generation of the upright will be blessed. 3 Wealth and riches will be in his house, and his righteousness endures forever. 4 Unto the upright there arises light in the darkness; He is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous. 5 A good man deals graciously and lends; He will guide his affairs with discretion. 6 Surely he will never be shaken; The righteous will be in everlasting remembrance. 7 He will not be afraid of evil tidings; His heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord. 8 His heart is established; He will not be afraid,

Until he sees his desire upon his enemies. 9 He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever; His horn will be exalted with honor. 10 The wicked will see it and be grieved; He will gnash his teeth and melt away; The desire of the wicked shall perish.”
