Morning Prayer Summary for Friday, March 20, 2020

Group entered worship…

Prayed…

Thank You for the protection of the blood… we’re surrounded by the blood covering today… You are a refuge… thank You, Lord… like Pastor Lynne said yesterday, You’re like a bomb shelter surrounding up in protection… we’re healed, whole, healthy, prosperous in every way… we have overcome because You overcame on the cross… what was done then for now… no weapon formed against us shall prosper…

Pastor Ray…

Annie sent me this, this morning. “God to ignore quarantine and continue being everywhere.” I love it. At first, I was like “Who is ignoring the quarantine?” Oh! Ha. Ha… He is everywhere.

I saw this on the news. There was a priest on and he was in the parking lot somewhere doing drive-through confessions. If you were never Catholic, you don’t… He said there were more cars than he could count. The main thing was the people just wanted to talk to somebody because they’re quarantined. It was in a larger city. Anyway, there’s discouragement out there. That goes along with a spirit of fear. I wrote out some scriptures that help us to be encouraged. We are encouraged. I want to read a few of these.

1 Thess. 5:11, “Therefore encourage (admonish, exhort) one another and edify (strengthen and build up) one another, just as you are doing. Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him for I shall yet praise Him who is the help of my countenance and my God.”

Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.”

Matthew 28:20, “I am with you all the days (perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion), to the [very] close and consummation of the age.”

Phil. 4:6–7, “Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God. And God’s peace [shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace] which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”

2 Tim. 1:7, “For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control.”

Ps. 37:4, “Delight thyself in the Lord and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”

Rom. 15:13, “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing that ye may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost.”

Prayed…

We welcome You, Holy Spirit… we yield to Your presence and receive an infusion today… more revelation about the power of Your presence working within us… it’s working right now… we humble ourselves before you and trust and receive and acknowledge… Holy Spirit, You are welcome in this place… fill us to overflowing so we can be that help… so we can be one that lifts others out of discouragement and doubt… thank You for a spirit of faith rising up, increasing minute by minute…

Psalm 34:4, “I sought the Lord and He heard me and delivered me from all my fears.”

John 16:33, “These things I’ve spoken unto you that in me you might have peace. In the world, ye shall have tribulation but be of good cheer, I’ve overcome the world.”

Prayed…

Things are moving and changing… we declare they’re moving in the right way… changing in the right way… a new story is being written in these days… a story of Your power… Your healing… the power that is in the blood that was shed… new stories written everywhere… symptoms, viruses, Go! Be gone! … by the blood and by the name… thank You for the name of Jesus…

Group begins to sing about the name of Jesus…

Prayed…

We love the name of Jesus… we magnify that name… corona, bow to the name of Jesus… it’s over… finished… it’s done… bow to the name of Jesus… for Jesus is Lord… not just here in the chapel this morning, but Jesus is Lord in our state of Minnesota, our cities, our suburbs… we declare Jesus is Lord all over America… more and more and more men and women and children too are coming into that name that is above every other name… revival… we call for it… we expect it… all over the earth, the world, Jesus is Lord…

Group continues to sing Jesus is Lord…

Pastor Ray…

I feel like we’re marching, calling on the name and declaring that Jesus is Lord. Corona is not Lord. The Devil is not Lord. Jesus is Lord! Every disease, all symptoms bow… death must bow in Jesus’ name. We declare an absolute turnaround… turning it around, a shift now in these days… answers, solutions, Holy Ghost ideas to equip the church to be a light that You intended her to be… we call on the church to rise up and take her place… we take our authority… when we say every knew shall bow, we have the authority to say it… when we say symptoms have to go, we have the authority to say “go” and it has to go… every mountain, come down… every low place, be smoothed out… for the church is coming through… power from heaven … the name, the blood…

Group sings about the blood of the Lamb…

Cont. Prayer…

The blood of Jesus… we apply it over hospitals, the medical staff… covered and protected by the blood… even directed… for discoveries… for the new… the blood of Jesus… thank You for the blood and the name…

Pastor Ray…

Every day, we’ve been praying and declaring Psalm 91. I’ll pray through this one. It’s the Contemporary English Version.

Psalm 91

Live under the protection of God Most High and stay in the shadow of God All-Powerful.
2 Then you will say to the Lord, “You are my fortress, my place of safety; you are my God, and I trust you.”
3 The Lord will keep you safe from secret traps and deadly diseases.
4 He will spread his wings over you and keep you secure. His faithfulness is like a shield or a city wall.
5 You won’t need to worry about dangers at night or arrows during the day.
6 And you won’t fear diseases that strike in the dark or sudden disaster at noon.
7 You will not be harmed, though thousands fall all around you.
8 And with your own eyes you will see the punishment of the wicked.
9 The Lord Most High is your fortress. Run to him for safety,
10 and no terrible disasters will strike you or your home.
11 God will command his angels to protect you wherever you go.
12 They will carry you in their arms, and you won’t hurt your feet on the stones.
13 You will overpower the strongest lions and the most deadly snakes.
14 The Lord says, “If you love me and truly know who I am, I will rescue you and keep you safe.
15 When you are in trouble, call out to me. I will answer and be there to protect and honor you.
16 You will live a long life and see my saving power.”

Cont. Prayer…

Thank You, Lord… we’re coming up on some new things… new territories… greater revelation… those things we’ve been assigned to do… moving up… we will not be quiet or timid… we will declare what You said in Your Word for us to declare… we have overcome because You overcame…

Father, in the name of Jesus and according to your Word, we pray for those in authority in our nation. We lift up President Donald Trump, his family, his staff, and cabinet members. Let Your Word cling to them, and let them not depart from Your plan. Strengthen them with mighty power by Your Spirit to stand against wickedness, lies, and deception. Guide President Trump’s decisions; let Your light shine upon his path and show him the path of reversal for every evil way. Continually surround him with godly men and women who impart wise counsel to him. Cause the way of the wicked to be set to confusion and come to nothing. Deliver us from the traps and snares the enemy has laid for us, and let the wicked be caught in their own devises and be brought to shame. We take authority over the plots and plans of the enemy against this nation. Let prideful and lying lips be silenced in Jesus’ name.

Slanderers will not be established in America. We pray for our congress, our supreme court, our military leaders, and our intelligence agencies. Let the wisdom that is from above reign in this nation and be constantly speaking to our leaders. We exercise the authority You have given us to tread down all the power of the enemy. We cast down and demolish imaginations and arguments that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God, and we bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. We bind spirits of strife and division, civil wars and tumults, spirits of hostility, lawlessness and blasphemy, and fires from hell that have burned in our cities.

We speak grace and peace over America. We pray and believe for the voice of truth, salvation, revival, and restoration to be proclaimed and heard across our land. Grant unto your servants everywhere that with all boldness we may speak your Word. We pray for a mighty outpouring of your Spirit with signs, wonders, and miracles. We expect the wisdom of this world that is earthly, sensual, and devilish to depart and vanish until Your mighty work in America becomes a beacon of hope for all people everywhere. We expect the voice of rejoicing to be heard in our nation for your goodness, mercy, and prosperity in Jesus’ name, Amen.

I woke up this morning with a scripture and it’s filling my heart. Jeremiah 33:3–11.

3 Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand).

4 For thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city and the houses of the kings of Judah which are torn down to make a defense against the siege mounds and before the sword:

5 They [the besieged Jews] are coming in to fight against the Chaldeans, and they [the houses] will be filled with the dead bodies of men whom I shall slay in My anger and My wrath; for I have hidden My face [in indignation] from this city because of all their wickedness.

6 Behold, [in the future restored Jerusalem] I will lay upon it health and healing, and I will cure them and will reveal to them the abundance of peace (prosperity, security, stability) and truth.

7 And I will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to be reversed and will rebuild them as they were at first.

8 And I will cleanse them from all the guilt and iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will forgive all their guilt and iniquities by which they have sinned and rebelled against Me.

9 And [Jerusalem] shall be to Me a name of joy, a praise and a glory before all the nations of the earth that hear of all the good I do for it, and they shall fear and tremble because of all the good and all the peace, prosperity, security, and stability I provide for it.

10 Thus says the Lord: Yet again there shall be heard in this place of which you say, It is a desolate waste, without man and without beast—even in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem that are desolate, without man and without inhabitant and without beast—

11 [There shall be heard again] the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voices of those who sing as they bring sacrifices of thanksgiving into the house of the Lord, Give praise and thanks to the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good; for His mercy and kindness and steadfast love endure forever! For I will cause the captivity of the land to be reversed and return to be as it was at first, says the Lord.
