Morning Prayer Summary for Friday, July 24, 2020

Pastor Ray…

We’re the head and not the tail. We have to tell ourselves these things all the time. There is pressure in the earth… pressure from the Devil. We’re not coming against people, but there is pressure to bow down or sit down. I want us to do this confession. We’ve done it before. It’s a confession that Kenneth Hagin gave in a service in 1975. We’re going to go through it. It’s based on Revelation 1:5–6, “And from Jesus Christ the faithful and trustworthy Witness, the Firstborn of the dead [first to be brought back to life] and the Prince (Ruler) of the kings of the earth. To Him Who [g]ever loves us and has [h]once [for all] loosed and freed us from our sins by His own blood, and formed us into a kingdom (a royal race), priests to His God and Father—to Him be the glory and the power and the majesty and the dominion throughout the ages and forever and ever. Amen (so be it).”

So he’s made us to be kings, priests unto Him. You got that? That’s who we are.

Pastor Tim led group in worship…

that’s who we are… and I’m loved by You… that’s who I am… You’re a good, good Father… that’s who You are… and I’m loved by You…

The righteousness of God in Christ Jesus… bought with the precious blood of the Lamb… redeemed from the curse… joint heirs with Jesus Christ… seated in the heavenlies, far above all powers and principalities and rulers of the dark places… that’s as Pastor Ray was sharing, who we are.

Pastor Ray…

The last part of this confession says, “I am what He says I am. And I can do what He says I can do.” Glory! We have to speak to ourselves. We’ll say this together.

A King’s Confession
Kenneth E. Hagin
I am a king, for Jesus made me the same.
I will not groan and complain, but I’ll speak of faith of His greatness and glory and power.
Yea, I’ll not walk in defeat from this very hour.
Failure and disease and sickness too no longer a part of me shall be.
But healing and victory and glory and grace belong to me,
Because I stand in His presence and His glorious face.
I’ll run the race and not be afraid, yea, fear and doubt are a thing of the past.
Joy and love now fill me at last.
So I walk in victory full of His grace.
The righteousness of God and we become a new race.
We’re not dominated by Satan or death, poverty, disease, sickness, or defeat.
But we walk on the top of every enemy, for in Him we are complete.
Kings to reign and rule and dominate.
And walk in life way above all this world and strife.
The name of Jesus has given me a new song.
I’ll sing of His power of His might and His grace.
Yea, I’ll rejoice and be glad in every hour.
And though Satan comes with tests and trials.
And though momentarily the sun seems darkened and the winds of adversity blow.
Yet, I know and am determined to show.
That in Him, I rule and reign and dominate.
So I’ll speak to the clouds, “Away you go.”
I’ll speak to the darkness, “You must dissipate and disappear now.”
I’ll speak to the sun and say, “Shine on sun.”
And the Son of God will shine through me.
And His light will drive away the darkness.
And His life shall be made real and full in me.
For you see, I’m a king!
And kings rule and dominate.
Their word is full of truth and majesty.
And when their word is spoken, then all will obey.
So I’ll use my dominion and power not only in my own life,
But to bless humanity and release those around about me.
And so it shall be said, “The kings are come to rule and to reign in this domain.”
So let it be known and shout with a voice that is loud and clear.
I am what He says I am, and I can do what He says I can do.
I will not accept a substitute for it all belongs to me.

Pastor Ray continues…

Isn’t that good? This is all the Word of God. This is not something Kenneth Hagin came up with. This is based on what the Word says about us. Let us not groan and complain. It’s so easy to complain. But we must be who God has created us to be… kings and priests. Let’s take our seats? Where is that? In heavenly places. Call those things forth in this hour that we’ve not yet seen come. We call them forth. And then watch them go. So this morning, we open up the gates of our hearts. We know You’ve anointed us. It’s not us. It’s all You. Thank You for the anointing that is in each one of us. We believe that is what will come out of our hearts. The anointing that will break every bondage and hindrance and every lack. In Jesus’ name. Pastor Tim, go ahead.

Hallelujah to the Lamb… I will sing hallelujah… You’re my strength…  Our God reigns

I can’t get away from that confession you read to us, Pastor Ray. I feel like the Holy Ghost is wanting to highlight that maybe a little bit more. I think more than ever before, we need to know exactly who we are, because it all begins there. If we know who we are in Christ, it’s a lot easier for us to trust Him, to believe Him, to stand on His word and to believe the promises and receive the promises of His Word. And to speak the Word and to know that we have power and all authority because of our position in Christ. So I need to sing this againg.

You are my champion… giants for when you stand undefeated… every battle you’ve won… I am who you say I am… You crown me with confidence… I am seated in the heavenly place… undefeated… by the power of Your name… when I lift my voice and shout every wall comes crashing down… I have the authority… Jesus has given me… when I open up my mouth, miracles come breaking out… I have the authority… Jesus has given me… when I lift my voice and shout… every wall comes crashing down…  ♪

Pastor Ray…

Who is it that has the victory? We do! We are kings! We are priests! He made us to be this way. To have victory every other day? No! Every day… all the time. In every way.

Pastor Tim, there are three words that stood out to me when you were speaking about the Word. But you said it louder than the other words: speak the Word. Guess who I thought of? Pastor Randy Morrison [pastor of the Speak the Word church]. Let’s pray over that church. Let’s lift it up.

Father, we pray the blood covering over Speak the Word church. In Jesus’ name we pray over Pastor Randy and all of the staff there and the people in that ministry. We cover it from one side to the other. And we declare what that church what that part of the body has been predesigned to do…it shall do in fullness! Victory. And we loose ministering spirits and say, “Today, go! Bring what they need. Minister on their behalf. For the things that are necessary… right now. In Jesus’ name. We plead the blood and lift every part of their ministry. Every staff member. We plead the blood over that church and speak increase and victory over them.

Let’s sing that blessing song and bless them.

Pastor Tim…

♪ Lord bless you and keep you… make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you… the Lord turn His face toward you… and give you peace… ♪

Think about that. The God of the universe, when He hears us when we cry out to Him, He actually turns towards us. He bends down low so He can hear us. He hears us from heaven. And He’s hearing us this morning.

Lord bless you and keep you… make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you… the Lord turn His face toward you… and give you peace… ♪

Pastor Ray…

Just lifting that ministry up… a church here in Minneapolis. It reminded me when years ago, Pastor Mac was on vacation and they were getting before the Lord. For us as a church we didn’t have enough finances to pay off our building. We were in our other building. But we didn’t have the finances to pay it off and we had an option of a couple things we could do. Either increase the size of the sanctuary, turn the sanctuary sideways…whatever. So by the Spirit, our pastor got that we should pay off other churches buildings. At first, I was like, “What?” Our staff members would go to these ministries with a check to pay off their building. So we sowed to those churches. That’s what we’re doing now… about every church that is tuning in right now. But what we sow, it comes right back. Many times even greater. That seems so right to do that today.

I just had this thought. This is an older saying, but if you had a test to take, they’d say, “You better get your thinking cap on.” I never could figure out what that meant. What’s a thinking cap? What I heard was “I’ll tell you something that you need to get on and that is “put on God’s whole armor.” That’s the helmet we should put on today. So let’s look at Ephesians 6:10, “In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides]. 11 Put on God’s whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil. 12 For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere. 13 Therefore put on God’s complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place]. 14 Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God, 15 And having shod your feet in preparation [to face the enemy with the firm-footed stability, the promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news] of the Gospel of peace. 16 Lift up over all the [covering] shield of saving faith, upon which you can quench all the flaming missiles of the wicked [one]. 17 And take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the Spirit wields, which is the Word of God.”

Then it just says, “Pray at all times. And on every occasion.” But you beloved, build yourselves up founded on your most holy faith. Make progress, rise like an edifice, higher and higher, praying in the Holy Spirit.

We’re going to do that for a while. There are so many unknown things. But we can pray in the spirit and take care of some things. We have 12 minutes to do that. If you’ve never been filled with the Holy Spirit but you are born again, just ask Him. Say, “Holy Spirit, fill me with Your precious presence today. Come in and baptize me in the Holy Ghost.” Then go ahead and pray out in another tongue. Not in English, just pray with us as we pray in other tongues for a while.

Word…

For the finish shall be even greater than the beginning. And the final phase in the final days and the final ways will be even greater than the old ways. Ha, ha, ha…

I keep getting this: whatever needed to be shaken off, it’s being shaken off. For the church was created to be absolutely free, to walk around day after day after week after month, after year in victory! Defeat was never part of the plan. But victory was always My plan. My plan for My church. For My body… to walk in absolute and total victory. I declare this morning some things are turning upside down. Some things are absolutely shifting and turning completely and totally around. You’ll see it. You’ll say it because you want to receive it. For these are days of great breaking through. We can call them breakthrough days. Ohhh breakthroughs…

Jeannie…

Because He’s our waymaker, even if we struggle believing it, He’ll help us believe it. We just have to get His help. Then we’ll believe it.

Pastor Ray…

Close your eyes. Something will come up in your heart right now that you have been absolutely standing strong in faith, believing for it to change. Okay, right now… believe it! It’s God’s will based on His Word. Believe it! Number two: receive it. Number three: walk in the fullness of it. All of it! When? Now! Things are getting better. Okay, Pastor Tim.

Pastor Tim…

Everything is sweeter… every day is better…

Pastor Ray…

Stand up on your toes. When I say to our little dog, Louie, “Would you like a treat?” He’ll come from wherever he is and stand up in great expectation for the treat. So this morning, we’re standing up on our tiptoes and we’re believing every day is sweeter. It doesn’t matter who we are, where we are, where we live, what about our past. No, that doesn’t matter. We are expecting every day to be better. We’re on our tiptoes with great expectation. We believe it and therefore we shall receive it.

Thank you for joining to today.
