Morning Chapel Prayer Today
Brother DJ…
Good morning, everybody.
Announcement…
This coming Monday is Labor Day weekend. So the church will be closed, and there will be no prayer in the chapel.
His mercies are new every morning…
His mercies are new every morning. So we can start any time, any day of the year—new! Thank you, Father. Let’s say “All things are passed away, all things become new.” We have four months to go this year, 2024. His mercies are new every morning. So we can start new things. Say, “Oh, I missed out the eight months of last year,” or “I missed out last month or this week.” Nothing. It’s all things become new.
He’s doing a new thing…
He said, “I’m doing a new thing.” Behold, the Lord God said I am doing a new thing. Do you not perceive it? It’s springtime. We got springtime all the time. He said anytime you want, it’s springtime. Forget the former thing. God says, “I am doing a new thing.” New things.
Isaiah 43:18–19…
“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” (KJV)
Amplified, “Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”
We can start new…
We receive it from you, Lord. We can start new. He said the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us. Wash us, make us whole so we can start all over new. All the mistakes… all the failures… all the whatever…nothing can stop us from starting over new—on this Labor Day weekend!
This Labor Day weekend, we are starting new—new businesses, new jobs, new clothes, new cars, new homes, new vacations, new ideas. His mercies are new every morning. Great is thy faithfulness. If God says, “I’m doing a new thing,” let’s get involved with Him for the new things. Hallelujah!
Father, I thank you. This morning, we are going to believe almighty God in the name of Jesus that He’ll open the new doors, new windows, new directions, new…
It’s the last quarter comback…
It’s the fourth quarter. This is our fourth quarter of the year, so the game is not over yet. Actually, the game is just starting. The last quarter comeback. You remember we talked about that. It’s the last quarter of this year. Last quarter comeback for you and I. We have seen a number of games, basketball and the NFL. The fourth quarter is a quarter people come back. When they were losing, no more losing. New thing. New idea comes. Fourth quarter comeback.
Father, I thank you these last four months, last quarter, of the Living Word church people who are here and you’re watching, Living Word church congregation, the last quarter will be more fruitful, more profitable. I say profitable. Not losses. All to recover from last eight months to recovery time. It’s the last quarter. It’s not time to give up. It’s time to get up! It’s the fourth quarter.
The third day…
It’s a good Friday. The same thing happen is the third day. Jesus says, “Not so. Behold I was dead but I am alive.” The same Spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead on the third day is a fourth quarter! Living Word church, as a church body, all the people who come here, their children, their grandchildren, all the pastors, all the people will have fourth quarter! Fruitful. Hallelujah. Love, joy, peace, kindness, and gentleness. All the fruits and profitable last quarter with good health. How about the last quarter of the year good health! All the people healthy—no sickness, no disease, no oppression, no depression. Joy. Joy of the Lord. Will release joy for September, October, November, December. It’s the number four months left.
The people will rise up…
The people of Living Word Christian Center in Brooklyn Park will rise up in the last four months, last quarter. They say “Enough is enough. We are going after the blessing, after good health, after a good relationship, after our children.”
Why? His mercies are new every morning! Great is your faithfulness! And all the angel cry, “Holy is the Lord God.”
Are you a fourth quarter comeback?
Are you fourth quarter comeback? We declared it on this liberty weekend.
“But you don’t know what happened to me three months ago.”
It doesn’t make a difference. It’s all new. Behold! All things become new in Christ Jesus. What devil is there? Let’s see what God can do in the next four months. Through us. In us. By His Spirit.
He said greater is He that is in us than he that is in this world. He is your faithfulness. His mercy is new every morning. Hallelujah! By faith, we believe and receive for next four months abundance. Abundance! Thank you, Father.
We declare Psalm 91…
As we get into this holiday weekend, we declare Psalm 91 as we worship the Lord and declaring the last four months of resurrection power of Christ flowing through our bodies. Ideas! New things happening! We’ll continue praying and worshiping, but we can pray Psalm 91. We going to speak Psalm 91.
Father, I thank you, we dwell in the secret place of the most high God. We abide under the shadow of the Almighty God. We are saying the Lord is our refuge. He’s our fortress, our redeemer, our healer, protector. God, we trust you. Thank you, Father. You rescue us from the trap of the enemy, the snare of the fowler, from the deadly pestilence, sickness, disease.
You covered us with your mighty feathers; under your wings, we have found refuge. Your great faithfulness is as our shield and rampart. We shall not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrows that fly by day, nor the pestilence in the darkness, nor the sickness that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall on this side. Tens of thousands fall on the right hand. It shall not come near you. It shall not come near me. It shall not come near your children and children’s children. Because we have made Jesus the Lord and Savior and God, that no evil shall befall us. No plague! Zero.
Father, I thank you that you’ve commanded special angel charge over us, to guide us in the way we should go. So we’ll not dash our foot against the stone. We tread upon the lion, the cobra. The great lion and the serpent, sickness disease are under our feet.
The blood of Jesus…
Psalm 91, hedge of protection. We cover your cars in the blood of Jesus. We cover your houses in the blood of Jesus. We cover your wallets in the blood of Jesus. We plead the blood of Jesus Christ on your cellphone. We plead the blood of Jesus Christ on your cars, your keys, your cell phones, checking account, debit card.
Pleading the blood of Jesus on this Labor Day weekend. Therefore, no evil shall befall us, no plague, no virus, no accidents. Why? Because we have made Jesus Christ the Lord and our Savior.
