Morning Prayer Summary for Tuesday, June 2, 2020

Pastor Ray…

I want to read an email I received. It’s nice to hear from other people and what they are getting and how they are connecting. This is from England.

Hello,

Thank you for the ministry from the chapel. God ministers through you every day. We have been watching the live shows from England, my sister and I, before the pandemic and have not missed a day and have seen our lives get better and better and sweeter and sweeter and really, really love and appreciate your faith to Lynne, Mac, Living Word.

Yesterday, you said the words I felt coming to me “Calm down.” It didn’t make sense as it’s not the usual thing you say. But to us, it did, as we got into a fluster about finances and disappointing situations because of our unsaved family members.

I thought to email this to assure you that it was God. I laughed and knew it was by the Holy Spirit telling us to “Calm down.” Many times you’ve spoken direct things which have been exact answers to needs as we say, “it’s getting better, doors completely shut, angels to bring in our finances, healing for the skin, for me too and my four-year-old daughter at the time had dry skin. We prayed for her skin by faith to heal and healing came. All this and more has been accurate to confess or pray. Thank you.

Both my children watch and get excited to remind me, “Pastor Ray is on!” We all appreciate the team, Annie, Tim on the keyboards. It’s so peaceful and brings my family together with harmony. During my daughter’s online school, we set time aside for chapel. We’ve seen the anointing carry on into her work and nice words from her teachers. We’re so grateful for all of this. I was thanking the Lord for the day I saw you flash through my thoughts in the chapel holding the mic. Then a picture of a very fierce lion and I thought “What does that mean?” And I said “BOLD!” I believe bold as a lion for Jesus. I said thank You, Lord, for the prayer.

Pastor Ray…

It’s not about me. It’s about Him. We’re just doing what we know to do in Him, by the Spirit.

This keeps coming up in my heart: “How Great Thou Art.” Instead of singing it, I want to read the lyrics.

O Lord, my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the worlds Thy Hands have made
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder
Thy power throughout the universe displayed

Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art

And when I think of God, His Son not sparing
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in
That on the Cross, my burden gladly bearing
He bled and died to take away my sin

Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art

When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation
And lead me home, what joy shall fill my heart
Then I shall bow with humble adoration
And then proclaim, my God, how great Thou art

Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art

It’s so good to lift up our eyes and begin to see how He sees things, how He knows what’s going on, how He knows things need to turn and change and be rearranged. It’s so beautiful, so wonderful—the Master, Saviour, Holy Spirit of the Living God, living within us, moving through us. Hallelujah.

So, we can say, “How good, how great You are, Lord.”

Ms. Annie led us singing You Are Great, There Is No One Else Like You

Pastor Ray…

It’s true. There is no one like You, Lord. While Ms. Annie was singing that, I am just reminded that sometimes people say, “I just want to stay in the bed and pull the covers right over my head.” But that’s not what we are to do in these days.

Of all times, it’s time for the Church to speak, get out of bed, stand up, rise up, and begin to declare like never before what the Word of God says, keep our heads lifted up, our eyes looking up. In these days. Things are changing but we must stay the same and do it that way because He is so great and He’s working on our behalf now, right now.

That’s what our little dog does. He gets in the bed and he goes right down underneath the blanket. You can’t even tell he’s there. He’ll just find a way to burrow himself down there. He can’t even see anything until he thinks there’s some stirring and he’s going to get some food. Then he’s out of that bed in two seconds.

That’s the way we need to be, up and out and into the realm of the Spirit more and more and more and more and again and again and again and keep ourselves in that place covered, protected by the blood of the Lamb.

Thank You so much today for the protection of that blood. Thank You for it again. Thank You for Your Word, Your place of refuge for us. Thank You, Lord.

I heard one of the news commentators last evening say to the next person that was going to come on and have their next hour. She said to that person, “When you go home, before you go to bed tonight, read Psalm 91.” He was like, “What?” She said, “Read Psalm 91.”

That’s what I want to hear more and more.

The following is A Prayer for Our Nation by Kenneth Copeland:

Heavenly Father, I come before You in the Name of Jesus on behalf of the United States of America. I pray for a shield of divine protection over this country and for insight and uncovering of all terrorist activity. I rebuke the spirit of fear and terror. It has no place here.

Father, You said the heart of the king is in Your hand, and You turn it whichever way You choose. So I ask You to direct the heart and mind of President Trump and Vice President Pence. I pray for the wisdom of God, that he makes the right decisions. I also pray for his divine strength and health. I set myself in agreement with him that we receive these things, in Jesus’ Name.

I give thanks that our government is upon Jesus’ shoulder, and I hold up in prayer all the men and women in positions of authority over us in any way. I pray that the Spirit of the Lord rests upon them and a hedge of protection surrounds them.

I believe skillful and godly wisdom has entered into their hearts, and knowledge is pleasant to them. Discretion watches over them. Understanding keeps them and delivers them from the way of evil and from evil men. Lord, I believe You give them revelation of Your perfect will, and all their decisions are divinely directed by You.

I thank You, Lord, for bringing change to the politics of our nation. Thank You for changing the voices of influence to speak in agreement with Your Word. I ask You to send laborers, filled with the spirit of wisdom and might, to surround our leaders with godly counsel and insight. I also ask You to remove from positions of authority those who stubbornly oppose righteousness, and replace them with men and women who will follow You and Your appointed course for America.

Your Word declares that “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” I receive Your blessing and declare with my mouth that Your people dwell safely in this land and they prosper abundantly.

Revealed and uncovered today! Stopped in your maneuvers, your tracks in Jesus’ name!

You said in Your Word that if Your people would turn from their wicked ways and pray, You would heal the land. So, Lord, I repent for the sins of this nation. I ask that You would cleanse us and forgive us for idolatry, witchcraft and every kind of disobedience. Grant this nation a spirit of repentance and cover us with Your mercy. As we turn back to You, Lord, I believe the land is being healed.

Lord, we believe our land is being healed. By the stripes of Jesus, our nation is healed! We declare Jesus is Lord over every state, over our country. In Jesus’ name, we bow our hearts and lives to you. No matter what we see! We call the things that are not – they are true and they shall come to pass.

As we enter the final hours of the last days, I ask for the spirit of faith, the working of miracles, for signs, wonders, gifts, and demonstrations of the Holy Spirit and power to be in strong operation. Let believers in the United States and in every land be unified to stand strong by faith in Jesus, the Anointed One and His Anointing, that Your glory may be revealed in all the earth.

I thank You that the good news of the gospel is published in our land, and Your Word prevails and grows mightily in the hearts and lives of the people. I declare that Jesus is Lord over these United States!

Pastor Ray…

Jesus Lord All Over America! Over Our Cities in Jesus’ name!

Opening things that need opening. Revealing things that need to be revealed! Restoration! Restored! Restoration today in the name of Jesus! Healed Restored in the name of Jesus

I see a paintbrush. The picture that is being painted is health, complete and total restoration from all the enemy has been trying to paint – fear and terrorism of every kind! But absolute restoration where the people of God are standing and saying, “Devil, you are defeated! Things are turning completely around, and the blood is what the people beginning to see is an absolute turnaround!

No! No! No to that but yes to You! The picture of health, prosperity, and restoration! We say yes to Your plans and will, Lord!

Ms. Annie led us singing We Say Yes to You, Lord

Ms. Annie…

In Matthew when Jesus’ mother said, “Do whatever He says” and the water was turned to wine. We need Your new wine. So, we say yes to You to do what You want us to do.

Jesus commanded them, “get in the boat now and go to the other side.” And then immediately after that it talks about two people. It’s seemed like they were saying I’m going to follow you. I am going to say yes. I am going to do what You say. It’s kind of weird that it’s there. It’s right in-between there. It’s the first time I ever saw that. He said, “get in the boat now and go to the other side.” And the very next verse this man said, “Lord, I’ll follow You wherever You go.” But Jesus must have seen in the Spirit that there were conditions on it. Why else would He say what He said next. He said, “Foxes have holes, birds of the air have nests, but the Son of man has nowhere to lay His head.”

He was basically saying, “Well, you said you would follow me wherever I go but this is what that is going to mean.”

Right away it says another guy came and said, “Lord, I’ll follow you wherever You go but first let me go and bury my Father. In other words, I can’t leave my family. And Jesus said something pretty hard, “Follow Me and let the dead bury the dead.” Whoa!

Then it goes on to say, “Then they got in the boat and went on to the other side.” The people who said yes.

We can’t put conditions on our “Yes.” When He says, “Follow Me.” We’re going to follow You and trust You, that we will find rest where You found rest when you bowed Your head and said, “It is finished.” You found rest when You finished Your Father’s work.

Lord, we’re going to find rest when we do what You tell us to do and say “Yes.” That’s where we find rest, rest, rest, rest!

We’re not going to look back. We’re going to put our hand to the plow! And say, “Yes!” to You! Hallelujah, Lord. We’re going to follow You. We’re not going to follow what’s spiritually dead.

In our Yes, we find rest

Ms. Jeani…

The scripture that He pointed out to me this morning had a completely different meaning but it’s for right now.

We have had so many words regarding our country, regarding awakening, what God is about to do, and in the middle of all this, it doesn’t look like it. Yet we know that the enemy fights us on it. And so in Song of Solomon 2:10 Jesus comes over the mountains, coming after His beloved.

(10) My beloved spoke, and said to me: “Rise up, my love, my fair one, And come away. (11) For lo, the winter is past, The rain is over and gone. (12) The flowers appear on the earth; The time of singing has come,

Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. Then the Word says that the Church rises up and she comes away. And then she gets in the cleft of the rock. And in the cleft of the rock, Jesus says to her, “I want to hear your voice.” What do you have to say to Me?

So, here Jesus is telling the Church to rise up because the time of singing is come. She rises up. She gets in the safe place. But God knows that what she is going to say to Him needs to be said because He will respond to what she says.

Here is what she says to Him.

(15) [My heart was touched and I fervently sang to him my desire] Take for us the foxes, the little foxes that spoil the vineyards [of our love], for our vineyards are in blossom.

So, while the time of fruitfulness is happening, there are little foxes to spoil what God is doing. But she’s in the cleft of the rock and God is saying, “I want to hear what You have to say.”

Father, right now we say to You, “You’ve said the time of fruitfulness has come.” You said, “It’s time to rise up.” Because the time of fruitfulness has come. And then You say to us, “Cry out of Your fervent desire and ask Me and thank Me that I am taking for you the little foxes that are spoiling fruitfulness!”

Father, I thank You that You hear our prayers. You hear our voice and we thank You that You are taking these things. And to You they are little foxes. To You the terror of the night is a little fox! To You this is small. And Father, You are taking those things, You are taking those things as the Church rises up and cries out to You, You’re taking the little foxes that are spoiling the fruitfulness.

Pastor Ray…

That is a good picture for today. Rise up! That’s what we are hearing. Get up, rise up, speak out of your hearts and the Father above will hear those words and do the work. And the work is being done and changes have come. Let’s put it like that. They are not just coming but changes have COME!

And many things have already been revealed and uncovered but many more things are about to be seen even on the networks. They will not be able to deny it! But the Word is working. He is the Word. Hallelujah! There is power in the Words that we speak. Otherwise why would we speak them. It’s called prayer.

I want to read this declaration as a prayer over our cities. If you are from another city, pray this over your own cities.

A Declaration Patsy Camenti gave in 2004 in the Chapel:

It is a chosen place. Aha, yeah, this city is a chosen place. And this place is a chosen place to influence the city that has been destined by God’s grace.

We believe that for every city in America. We can see how the enemy has tried to derail this, but he can’t. He’s like that little fox. And what do we say to that? Get out of here in Jesus’ name.

And so the trends of darkness, the trends that would seem to characterize place, are to be changed. New trends, new trends.

Coming in like the flood, the enemy has come, come in this way and come in that way to weaken. And cause a decadence that has almost (tongues) that would weaken, weaken the city. But, oh, where the enemy comes in like a flood (tongues) enter this way, and enter that way and enter through this way and enter through that way to weaken, to weaken, to weaken. Ohhhh the Spirit of the Lord raises up a standard. And the standard is none other than His own image, His own will that He has ordained in heaven and He has ordained that that will be carried out on the earth. And it is to be carried out here.

And a way is made. Many will walk in that way. Many saying Oh there is hope, there is hope. I was so confused but in His will, His way, His image there is much light. And that light will drive away oh no, not you using your efforts to drive away, the light drives away the darkness. And as the light becomes greater and the light becomes more intense, because there is no confusion about the will of God. And as that will becomes more defined upon the earth, that darkness (should be light) like laser will drive and will cut impenetrable as it would seem, darkness. Those things that have seemed to be barriers over whole groups of what is to be the harvest will be cut by the light. The light will do the work. And oh great intensity it will cut through things that have brought people into bondage in their minds. Walls, barriers that have kept out the light will be broken by the light. And the light will flood in not just to an individual here or there, the light will flood into whole groups of people.

For the light is growing lighter in these days and He’s ordained it and it is so and He is causing us to come up into the full image of Christ so we will not just stand as Christ on the earth, we will walk and we will move and we will operate as the Body of Christ in the earth.

And the gates of hell will not be able to hold out against it. And so in days of old as it were people took cities, yeah, that is that that God has ordained to happen in this day and time. Cities are to be taken. Cities are to be taken. (Tongues) the name of Christ to be spoken and to be worshipped and to be glorified in a city. And from a city, a voice calling to God as one and God responding to that voice. Not like in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah when He heard a cry from that city that cried for judgment but a cry from the city and a voice from the city that cries out for blessing and cries out for glory and God will glorify a place and His presence will be known, not just in places designated for His presence in the city but oh in the city.

And know your asking has been in His will. Ask (ha ha) for He has a way and it is His way. And so these things will be for His glory and so that His name will be glorified and not defamed through man but will be glorified and His name will be NAMED and CLAIMED through man. So this is a day to rejoice in the work of the cross, in the work of redemption for in that work, the image of God, the purpose of God, the way of God and the very image of God is made available and restored to man. So man will walk up in it, mankind will walk up in it. Each fulfilling what they are ordained to do and working with the Holy Ghost to bring to pass the will of God and the purpose of God not only in the church but in the world around.

Then she began to speak over Minnesota. This is for you too.

There’s a strong state right here. A strong state right here. This church, this church (tongues) and reverberating out from this place, a voice from this place (tongues) oh yes to the world. And strong places in the world, but Minneapolis-St. Paul. I lift up Minneapolis-St. Paul and the principle men of the city, we’ll just pray for a few more minutes. (Congregation praying)

Where every you are, we lift up here because we are here, Minneapolis and St Paul. You lift up wherever you are. Broken things restored! Make new, made better, quickly in Jesus’ name.  Answers, help, direction, the anointing, the glory, the presence of God in our cities. (singing in tongues) Hallelujah.

It is phenomenal. It is phenomenal. Yeah grace upon them. Ha hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Minneapolis, Minneapolis, Minneapolis, Minneapolis, a strong city. Hallelujah.

Your city, your city, your city, a strong city and cities! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

Here is this chapel we will say this and you say this wherever you are. We’ll name our city and you name your city.

Let’s say that, “Minneapolis is a strong city for God. Minneapolis is a strong instrument in the hand of God.” Hallelujah. Let’s just thank Him for it. (Praise and thanks)

Grace abounding in this city.  A light. This church is a light in the city. This city is a light in the state. Amen. Hallelujah.

It’s a strong light, a strong light.

Of course, when we are singing (or saying) “Amen,” we are saying, “so be it.” Let it come to pass. Let it be so.

I hear in my spirit right now a rebuilding like you would hear, like a sound of construction. It sounds like that, visuals like that, a rebuilding. I sense it. It’s beginning to take place even in the face of what we can see in the natural, a rebuilding has begun to take place. And we say it and we get ourselves in agreement about it and we’ll not speak in another way but watch what we say. We’ll watch what we hear, and we’ll watch what we see.

We see You, Lord. And we’ve made it clear that we can today. We say, “Yes, Lord, to Your will and to Your ways in these days. Thank You for it, Father. You get all the glory for the things that You’ve done, the things that are happening, that will happen, beginning to take place. Thank You. We worship You. We give honor and praise unto You. You are good and Your mercies are new today. You’ve given us a peace that passes all understanding. A place of rest in You and a place of protection through You. We thank You for it in Jesus’ name. Amen. Thank you for tuning in and coming this morning. Hallelujah.
