Pastor Ray shared a word…
I keep sensing that as we lifted Him up, He turned it around and is calling unto us saying, “Come on up.” In the natural, we come up a step after another step up into a better place or a more clear place of seeing and understanding of what He’s calling us to do. He is calling us as members of the church to not stay at the same level, but He is calling each of us up into positions or places or areas that we’ve never been to before. Just by faith this morning, we say “yes” to You, Lord. We say yes to Your glory. We say yes to Your power, strength and the anointing. If we’ve taken it for granted, we repent. We come again, this morning, before You to exalt who You are and say again, “Thank You for all the things You’ve already done for us. Thank You that you’ve gotten us to this place in our race, that by Your power and Spirit, we can continue to contend and move further on the upward march. From one degree of glory to another degree of glory… upward. So we shall never go back or stay the same, for God is calling us up step after step. And the anointing of the Spirit will continually work within us to transform us, change us, rearrange, open, make a way for us to do what He’s called us to do. Hallelujah!
I have something I wanted to read from Brother Hagin which mentions power. This is an older prophecy. We need to understand it’s His power, not our power.
Prophecy given by Brother Hagin
October 14, 1970
Walk not in your own strength nor be strong in your own power. For the strength of man is as nothing. And the power of man is even as the grass that withereth and falleth away. But be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His power. [pause prophecy]
Pastor Ray interjected…
For us to declare the things we need to declare over things locally as well as nationally and everything that is happening… The things that have been happening need to be covered and that’s why we continually cover them. We’ll continue to cover our country and leaders and authority. We have a command to do that. But to continually speak that by faith, we need His power. I went through a couple different translations for “be strong in the Lord.” The NIV says, “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.” The New Living says, “A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. The Berean Literal says, “Henceforth be empowered in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Weymouth says “In conclusion, strengthen yourselves in the Lord and in the power which His supreme might imparts.”
Remember how in John, He transmits things to us. He’s continually changing us. In this time, each one of us individually can receive change. We’ve come to give, but when we give, He turns it around and gives to us.
The New International says, “Guide me in your truth all the day.”
So there is power, you therefore, (this is 2nd Tim.) “My child be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.” There is more than enough power through Him to do everything we’ve been called to do. Once again, Brother Hagin says…
[Prophecy continues]
But be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His power. For the Lord is the Almighty One. Yea, He is the One that brought into being out of nothing, the earth on which you stand. He is the One that brought into being out of nothing, the sun, and the moon, and the stars. Yea, He is the One that delivered His people from the hand of Pharaoh. He is the One that divided the Red Sea. Yea, He is the Mighty One! Be strong in Him and in the power of His might. So He’ll rise up in thee and show forth Himself mighty to work on your behalf. Yea, ye shall find that there shall be strength within you that you never knew you had. Ye shall find that there shall be wisdom on the inside that shall rise up out of your inner most being and pervade your mind. Until you’ll know the right course to take, and the correct steps to make the right decision. And ye shall be guided in all the affairs of life.
For the Lord is thy guide. And He is thy portion forevermore. So bring your thinking into captivity. Every thought and let your mind be stayed on Him. And in the midst of stress and in the midst of strife when all the world around about runneth rife. Ye shall live in the God life. Yea, ye shall rise up in the strength of the Lord and speak the Word of faith, and it shall come to pass. Ye shall even speak unto the heavenly messengers. Even the angels, and say, “Go ministering spirits.” And they shall go and minister on your behalf. For power and authority is given unto the individual member of the body of Christ. For what belongs to the whole body belongs to the least member of that body. [end]

Ministering spirits, we speak to you to go work on behalf of the saints of God to bring strength and stability to every part of the body of Christ in the name of Jesus. Strengthen them in their inner man and in their minds and in their bodies to all the will of God in the name of Jesus.
Pastor Ray continued…
So what do they do? We speak. They go. We receive it by the blood and believe His Word is true. We’re not down under but up over. By faith, we take our seat in heavenly places and sit in that position of authority.

We’re taking our place and call things to line up that concern our individual races
And the things God has put within us for each of us to do
We declare we are going forth and moving ahead and calling things that are not as though they were
We believe to see a continual change all around us
We’re changing too
Some things are changing in the natural… as a reflection of what is changing in the spirit

In my spirit, I sense Him saying “Shake out of those old ways. Shake yourself up and step up and into the new that I’m calling you to.” Pastor Mac declared 2017 to be a year of change. There have been changes. There are changes happening right now. There are changes happening every day. But there will be many more changes that will come our way. We open ourselves up to be changed, to be transformed, to be rearranged, to be stirred and on fire. Like never before. That we might take our places and fulfill our races. But reach out and pull others up into their race.

The change agents authorized to go in Your name to do the works of Jesus
In the power of the Spirit… going about doing good and healing all that are oppressed of the Devil
Change agents… marked by and with the Spirit bringing forth the gifts of the Spirit
Greater operations, manifestations, demonstrations of the power of God
Each day, listen, hear, and obey My leading for that day
Limits! Get out of the way… be removed today!
Limitations that hold us back, we reject it and call it down
Limits, be removed today in Jesus’ name
We declare we’re strong in You, Lord
We’ll stay steady in our words, then those things in heaven will materialize and come our way
We enter in my faith and speak and declare and watch what shall come to pass
We lean not on our own understanding but trust in Him
Some things are ending and some things are beginning
The things that are ending need to end but the things that are beginning, they are moving us out and over into the new
We yield ourselves to the Holy Spirit… to the power from heaven

Pastor Ray asked Mary to sing the prayer for President Trump…
♪ Father, in the name of Jesus and according to your Word, we pray for those in authority in our nation. We lift up President Donald Trump, his family, his staff, and cabinet members. Let Your Word cling to them, and let them not depart from Your plan. Strengthen them with mighty power by Your Spirit to stand against wickedness, lies, and deception. Guide President Trump’s decisions; let Your light shine upon his path and show him the path of reversal for every evil way. Continually surround him with godly men and women who impart wise counsel to him. Cause the way of the wicked to be set to confusion and come to nothing. Deliver us from the traps and snares the enemy has laid for us, and let the wicked be caught in their own devises and be brought to shame. We take authority over the plots and plans of the enemy against this nation. Let prideful and lying lips be silenced in Jesus’ name. Slanderers will not be established in America. We pray for our congress, our supreme court, our military leaders, and our intelligence agencies. Let the wisdom that is from above reign in this nation and be constantly speaking to our leaders. We exercise the authority You have given us to tread down all the power of the enemy. We cast down and demolish imaginations and arguments that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God, and we bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. We bind spirits of strife and division, civil wars and tumults, spirits of hostility, lawlessness and blasphemy, and fires from hell that have burned in our cities.
We speak grace and peace over America. We pray and believe for the voice of truth, salvation, revival, and restoration to be proclaimed and heard across our land. Grant unto your servants everywhere that with all boldness we may speak your Word. We pray for a mighty outpouring of your Spirit with signs, wonders, and miracles. We expect the wisdom of this world that is earthly, sensual, and devilish to depart and vanish until Your mighty work in America becomes a beacon of hope for all people everywhere. We expect the voice of rejoicing to be heard in our nation for your goodness, mercy, and prosperity in Jesus’ name, Amen. ♪

On Friday evening, we had Dr. James Tan here. It was a powerful meeting. At about 9 p.m. Dr. Tan asked people to raise up their hands and close their eyes and start praying in the Spirit. I did while I was sitting with my wife toward the back. As I raised up my hands and closed my eyes, this thought came to me. It’s from a book that I read from brother Hagin. In this book, brother Hagin talked about when he was a pastor. At that particular church, he hardly had any problems with his members because he would always tell them “If you have any problems, just go to the altar and do business there.” So he didn’t do much counseling. He just told his members to go to the altar. As I was standing there raising up my hand, that thought came to me. “You want to do business with Me? Go to the altar.” So I went to the front of the sanctuary and got on my knees, raised up my hands, closed my eyes. I was in that place. And, saints, it did not take five minutes. I’m sure I’m not the only one that felt this. This wind just blew into that sanctuary. As I was in that place… You know how the Bible talks about a mighty rushing wind? Saints, I have a better understanding of that scenario because as I was there with my hands raised up, this wind just blew. I mean, it was swirling all around where I knelt. I felt like I was going to get blown away. It was that strong. Dr. Tan was speaking, but I could hardly hear what he was saying. This went on for a good 40 minutes. So about 9:45 or so is when I finally just stood up. I’m like, “Whoa!” I just thank God for that because I know that for me personally, He blew things out and He blew things in. Ha, ha, ha! We had a residue of that on Sunday night during the congregational prayer. It was just amazing. Most of the people were up front doing business with the Father. There was a time we said, “Who can sense this wind?” All kinds of hands went up about this wind. So there is something going on. There’s going to be more of this supernatural showing up. Be ready. It’s time. It’s show time! In Jesus’ name. Amen.
