Morning Prayer Summary for Friday, February 08, 2019

Pastor Ray shared…

I want to share with you a psalm that came from brother Hagin. I wanted to read the psalm he titled “Tomorrow.” But first, I wanted to share this with you. Sand and I were watching the Faith Conference in Sarasota this week. I was at prayer leaders, so I wasn’t able to watch all of it. I called Sandy and she sounded different. I asked her, “What’s going on?” She said “I’m like a mess because there’s a song they did during worship.” And the song “melted her.” Kenneth Copeland got up and ministered a couple things. He began to sing. Sandy said he started singing older hymns. That reminded her of her mom who also had an awesome singing voice. Then when brother Copeland finished, Keith Moore came up to him and talked about how he was grateful for his supply and then he started crying too. It’s all good crying.

I saw a part of the meeting. Keith Moore was talking about honoring those that you’re under. Like here, it’s Pastor Mac and Lynne. When we honor those that are over us, it does something in us. We’ve been here over 30 years. We’ve seen people that didn’t honor what our pastors were saying and doing. So they left. Some left for different reasons. Some left because they were called to go elsewhere. Those that left because they didn’t respect or honor the supply and gift in the pastors, it’s wrong in the eyes of God. It’s right to honor them.

Keith Moore was talking about the presence of God and wanting more. Who doesn’t want more of God? We know it’s not His problem that we don’t have more. It’s our problem. Keith asked the Lord, “What else can I do that would open up my heart to receive more of You?” The Lord spoke to him, “Have a thankful heart.” Keith started to thank Him for what He’s already done and for what He’s doing. He began to thank the Lord just for breathing. We’re to be thankful to God for what He’s done and what He’s doing and what He will do.

Here is brother Hagin’s psalm called, “Tomorrow.”

So many are worried and depressed
And some even almost driven to suicide—frustrated about tomorrow.
What will tomorrow bring?
Will tomorrow ever come?
What about tomorrow?
Will I be here?
What about tomorrow?
Will it bring fame or will it bring fortune?
Will it bring blessing?
Will it be bad or will it be good?

Yea, saith the Lord of hosts,
tomorrow belongs unto the saints.
Tomorrow can be filled,
and will be filled with victory
even as today—when you walk by faith.

So see tomorrow as a stepping stone
to greater success and achievement
in the realm of God.
Tomorrow is bright,
for tomorrow belongs to the saints
who walk in the light.

Tomorrow is good, for the Father of lights
Sendeth down always unto His own
that which is good.
For God is good; yea, His mercy endureth forever.

So do not feel any anxiety about tomorrow.
Trust in the Lord and leave it in His hands.
Walk by faith and shout above the turmoil.
All is right and all is bright
for we are children of light.

Darkness and gloom will overtake any
who will yield unto Satan
and walk in his way.
Darkness and bloom; negativism and doubt.
Fear, you see, dominates those
who do not know what it is all about.

But those who are enlightened by His Word,
knoweth that the trial of their faith
is more precious than gold.

So in the midst of the trial
and in the midst of the test
they sound forth the shout of victory and rejoice.
For they know that victory
belongs unto the children of God.

they know that there came out from heaven long ago
the Champion sent by the Father
to those who live down here below.

And in the world of darkness, He came and said,
“I am the Light of the world.
Follow Me and you will walk not in darkness.”

So darkness and gloom
are a thing of the past.
For now you are the light of the world.
Yea, now you walk in the fullness of God
and the glory of the Father.

and all that He has provided is thine.
So shout it above all the roar of the enemy.
Because, you see, all that God has said
and declared is sublime. (complete or absolute)

Word came forth…

Words, words, words… Words are directing our personal lives. And words are directing our corporate lives together. When we, as a company, speak words of faith and not doubt, we will begin to walk out the destiny and the plan that God has called for you and me. Words. Words bring about instruction about how our tomorrows will look. We’ll begin to walk in our tomorrow because we spoke it forth today.

Pastor Ray shared…

If any of us have any kind of anxiety about something, let it go! Let us do what He’d have us to do. Let go! Give to Him any kind of anxiety. We let that worry go right now, in Jesus’ name.

I was looking for a scripture in Romans, but I absentmindedly had Matthew in my search bar and I came to Matthew 11:29–30. This is what it said:

“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”

What He has done for us won’t be ill-fitting. The places that He’s called us to walk, they will fit. They’ll be right. They’ll move us in the right direction, into a greater light. Hallelujah! Thank You for it, Father.

The two scriptures that I was looking for in Romans were Romans 11:29 and Romans 12:2–3.

Romans 11:29 says, “for God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable.” He never withdraws them once they are given. He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call. Hallelujah! So then let’s read Romans 12:2–3. “Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you]. 3 For by the grace (unmerited favor of God) given to me I warn everyone among you not to estimate and think of himself more highly than he ought [not to have an exaggerated opinion of his own importance], but to rate his ability with sober judgment, each according to the degree of faith apportioned by God to him” (Amp.).

His gifts are irrevocable. They will not be taken away. What He’s given to us individually and corporately. The things He’s called you personally to do, the gifts you know are within you, you must continually believe God for those things to come forth. They will come forth. The things you’ve been called to do, you will do. But like these two verses say in chapter 12, do not think so highly of yourself, meaning it is not what we can do. It is what He does through me and you. He does it.

This morning there are things about our nation that need to be lifted up, lifting up the leaders in authority. If we don’t pray for them, then how do you think it will turn out. Who do we blame? Brother Hagin said that a lot of the rebellion of the 60s never would have happened if the Church had been faithful to pray for the nation.

Prayer for America…

Father, in the name of Jesus and according to your Word, we pray for those in authority in our nation. We lift up President Donald Trump, his family, his staff, and cabinet members. Let Your Word cling to them, and let them not depart from Your plan. Strengthen them with mighty power by Your Spirit to stand against wickedness, lies, and deception. Guide President Trump’s decisions; let Your light shine upon his path and show him the path of reversal for every evil way. Continually surround him with godly men and women who impart wise counsel to him. Cause the way of the wicked to be set to confusion and come to nothing. Deliver us from the traps and snares the enemy has laid for us, and let the wicked be caught in their own devises and be brought to shame. We take authority over the plots and plans of the enemy against this nation. Let prideful and lying lips be silenced in Jesus’ name.

Slanderers will not be established in America. We pray for our congress, our supreme court, our military leaders, and our intelligence agencies. Let the wisdom that is from above reign in this nation and be constantly speaking to our leaders. We exercise the authority You have given us to tread down all the power of the enemy. We cast down and demolish imaginations and arguments that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God, and we bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. We bind spirits of strife and division, civil wars and tumults, spirits of hostility, lawlessness and blasphemy, and fires from hell that have burned in our cities.

We speak grace and peace over America. We pray and believe for the voice of truth, salvation, revival, and restoration to be proclaimed and heard across our land. Grant unto your servants everywhere that with all boldness we may speak your Word. We pray for a mighty outpouring of your Spirit with signs, wonders, and miracles. We expect the wisdom of this world that is earthly, sensual, and devilish to depart and vanish until Your mighty work in America becomes a beacon of hope for all people everywhere. We expect the voice of rejoicing to be heard in our nation for your goodness, mercy, and prosperity in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Continued praying…

Thank You, Father, for Living Word. Thank You for the perseverance of our pastors. We pray the blood over Pastor Mac and Lynne. We lift them up in prayer. We believe they are directed and led by You. Holy Spirit, be big in them. We agree they have ears to hear and they are quick to obey. We cover their natural bodies and pray for wholeness and wellness over them. No weapon formed against them will prosper. We pray for their family members and cover them with the blood. We pray over the church in St. Paul and the one in Rogers. All the details concerning the ministry, we will overcome obstacles…

We pray for all those in positions of authority in America… the police forces, those on the borders… we hold up every branch of the military…

We lift up those that have left this church but are called to this church and should have never left the church… we call them back, in Jesus’ name… Holy Spirit, bring them back… making a way… opening up avenues for them to come back… families are welcomed back in Jesus’ name… we believe they’ll step back into the place where they should have been before they left… many will return and put right back in the front lines and will do their part… we roll out the red carpet and welcome them back… for they must come forth in Jesus’ name.

We thank You for the finances to do what You’ve called us to do… we declare “increase” of every kind… personally… corporately… it’s coming forth… be loosed…

(Let’s pray in the spirit for America.) Stop it! Some things have to stopped and cut off… some things need to be completely turned around in Jesus’ name… we speak life and peace over America…put a stop to words of strife… to words of division… to words filled with lies… No! No way. No longer… get out, get away, leave in Jesus’ name… we take authority over every plot or plan the enemy has against our nation… we hold the blood against every plot of the enemy… lying lips are silenced…
