Prayer Summary for July 26

Scripture Focus…

(1) “When Jesus had finished His charge to His twelve disciples, He left there to teach and to preach in their [Galilean] cities. (2) Now when John in prison heard about the activities of Christ, he sent a message by his disciples (3) And asked Him, Are You the One Who was to come, or should we keep on expecting a different one? (4) And Jesus replied to them, Go and report to John what you hear and see: (5) The blind receive their sight and the lame walk, lepers are cleansed (by healing) and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up and the poor have good news (the Gospel) preached to them. (6) And blessed (happy, fortunate, and to be envied) is he who takes no offense at Me and finds no cause for stumbling in or through Me and is not hindered from seeing the Truth…(28) Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.] (29) Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls. (30) For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good—not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne.”
(Matt 11:1–6, 28–30 Amp.)

Prayed…

Lord, we pray that men would see and give thanks to You for Your goodness!
We pray that mighty works would be done among our children
That they would continually give thanks!
We pray for the youth and believe for the Spirit to pour out upon them in a new way!
It will bring about great change in families
We have been called to move out into the new
Calling things as though they were
Declaring a blessing over every ministry that teaches the Word of God!
Great expectancy rising in our hearts
There are natural and spiritual changes coming
Real demonstrations of the Spirit of God!
Seeing the external parts and steps lining up in their right way
But they must be birthed in the Spirit first!
Holy Ghost, help us to call them forth!
Lord, move in and revive the Church today
Eyes to see and ears to hear
Open up that way, Father!
Holy Spirit, we welcome You into every part of the plan
Calling for a newness of Your Spirit and miracles
People changing direction and beginning to walk in Your ways
We refuse to make even one move without knowing Your will!
Lord, we are thankful for Your goodness!
We set our eyes on You!
You show us great and mighty things in Your Spirit
As the body of Christ, we must spend time there again!
You must have the preeminent place in our hearts and lives!
