Prayer Summary for Friday, November 11, 2016

Jerre led in worship…

Intense group worship flowed into praying in the Spirit…

Pastor Ray interjected…

I wanted to tell you something. I was just sitting here and when Jerre started to sing, I heard my name. I heard, “Ray!” Yes, Lord? It was so clear. Ray!

Pastor Paul shared…

I want to share about names being called in the Bible. When the Lord wanted to speak to Paul, he went to Ananias and He called his name—“Ananias!” He said, “I am here, Lord.” That means he was expecting an assignment. When you said, “Yes, Lord,” you were saying you were present. “I’m attentive. I’m present. I’m locked in.” Brother, God has not called your name without an assignment in mind.

Group starts to pray about “assignment” and “equipping” while they pray over Pastor Ray…

Pastor Paul gave word…

Come inside the door. Come inside the door. In the name of Jesus, you are not going out with a whimper. You are going out with a shout, a shout of victory! In the name of Jesus, your assignment is tied to your obedience. Yes, I hear that. Vision. Vision of not what you’re called to do or what you have known you were called to do. You will fulfill it. In the name of Jesus. God says He has respect unto you. He thinks highly of you. He loves you. Hallelujah. Yes, I can see that. (prayer continues)

Group continues praying about assignment and birthing assignments…

A greater supply
A deeper, deeper… into the bottomless things of God
Scooping it up

Pastor Paul shared…

The spirit of wisdom and the spirit of revelation and how to know them and how to reveal them and how to draw men to know Him and how to draw men to reveal Him and how to show men who He is, that they can approach unto Him and they can hear His voice for themselves and they can delight in Him. The counsel of the Lord, may it be with you. And may it be ministered through you. There’s something that the Lord has put in you and you will see it. Men have not known it. Women have not known it. But the Lord will make it known through you, that there’s a place in God that men and women can reach, that is spectacular. In the name of Jesus.

Father, I thank You for calling his name. When You call someone’s name, there was an assignment attached to it. When You called Ananias’ name, there was an assignment attached to it. When you called Paul’s name, there was an assignment attached to it. When you called “Jesus, this is My beloved Son,” there was an assignment attached to it. So, Father, I’m asking that he will fulfill his assignment, that he’ll be focused on what You have called him to do, that he will have the power, he will have the tenacity, he will have the zeal, he will have the joy, he will have the grace, he will have the strength, he will have the understanding, he will have the wisdom to walk in what You have called him to do. He will fulfill it in the name of Jesus. It will not end with him but men shall press into it. Women shall press into it. And it shall be the joy and it shall be the rejoicing of His heart. In the name of Jesus. Jeremiah said, “I have found your words and I did eat them and they were unto me the joy and the rejoicing of my heart.” And he said, “And I am called by thy name, O Lord God of Hosts.”

Father, I thank You for it. I thank You that it will be the joy and the rejoicing of his heart and as a result of walking in this Word and fulfilling his assignment, he will be transformed in the name of Jesus. He will see himself surnamed after God. I am called by His name in the name of Jesus.

A word came through Jerre…

I bet you’re wondering who this is? I was there when your ministry was birthed in the closet. Remember? Remember how your ministry was birthed in the closet? It was literally in a closet. And now there’s a new anointing coming down from the throne, says the Lord, to carry you into the new. You know about the new. You know the new. And do you remember how good it was when you came out of the closet and stepped into your place? How good it was? And so, says the Lord, this too will be good. So good that you can’t even imagine it in your head.

Father, we’re thanking You for the anointing to carry it through from the throne right now.

I’m going to share what I saw in the spirit as we were praying. I don’t know what it means. But hopefully somebody will. I saw geese up in the air flying in a perfect V formation. They flew a great distance, keeping that perfect V formation. Going forth very fast. This is what I saw as they went. There was the lead… they fly by following the leader. He has the direction. And the others (?) so the ones in the middle are sheltered and they can go together at the same speed. But as they go the distance, I saw them changing positions because as they flew the distance, they were getting tired. I don’t know if it was because of the wind, but they were getting tired. So they weren’t going as fast as they needed to go. So there was a shift of positioning of the birds and so as they continued to shift, they gained more power, more strength and they started going and flying the distance again in perfect V formation. I don’t know what that means.

Group continued worshiping…

I like what our sister shared. We know that Jesus is the leader, but here on the earth, we have leaders. And Ray is our leader in here. Today, the Holy Spirit allowed us to step out and deflect resistance to take that and to push it away from him. I know in cycling, they have teams and we’re a team here. When one person gets tired, they let him drop to the back, just like the geese she was talking about. But this is the difference. When that person gets rested, they’ll get in that draft and they will slingshot out of that place into the front. I mean way ahead. And I believe that today because of what we prayed and we spoke over our leader here, the Holy Ghost has put into him and now he’s going to slingshot forward, out into his place in Jesus’ name. It’s not by coincidence. It’s not by happenstance. It’s an appointment of God today.

Pastor Paul shared again…

I just see more situations and incidences in the Bible where the Lord calls His servants by name. I was going through the scripture and noticed there were certain things in there that were indicative of the call and instrumental to them to feeling what God had called them to do. And you’re right about the slingshot because when the Lord encountered Elijah, he went 40 days in that word that he heard without food. When the Lord encountered Moses, he went 40 days in that food. And one thing that was peculiar about Moses, he was seeking after the Lord, “Lord, what’s my purpose?” People saw the burning bush but they didn’t join unto it for fear. But Moses saw it and his curiosity drove him near. When the Lord say that he had turned toward the bush, God called him and gave him an assignment. The Bible says the eyes of the Lord move to and fro that He may show Himself strong on the behalf of Him. The eyes of the Lord are all over the place, but because you are seeking and waiting on Him, now He’s calling you out. I’m believing that through your prayers that the lame will walk, the blind will see, the deaf will hear, those who have been given up to die will be raised from the bed of affliction when they encounter the word of prayer through you. In the name of Jesus. I believe this will be such a joy and the rejoicing of your heart to see how the Word of God has given you is now transforming lives around you. It’s like a slingshot. Yes, that’s right.

Barb continued…

And as the leader gets shot forth, the followers go after. What happens to him, will be the same for us because he’s leading.

Pastor Ray shared…

You know how you’re walking along and you drop something that you didn’t know you dropped it until you missed it. Then you go back and look for it to pick it up. I felt like I picked something back up again, that has to do with the compassion of God. When we operate in that, it’s His love. Not only are we melted but who we come in contact with will be melted too. That’s all I can say. I’m glad He called my name this morning. He knows what we need when we need it. He knows how to get it to us.
