Morning Chapel Prayer Playlist
Morning Chapel Prayer Today

Pastor Ken…

Happy Wednesday y’all! Our friends and family are joining us from across the US and around the world online on social media, Facebook, YouTube, our online church channel. Good to have you with us. Good to gather, once again, on the 10th of September of 2025. We’re cruising through September already here. My name is Ken Olson, if you don’t already know. And we have our minstrel, Miss Kathy, leading us in worship here in just a bit.

Announcements…

This morning, I want to convey a friendly reminder that tonight is our Wednesday night service here at Living Word. You can join us in person here in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, or online for Mr. Bill Horn, who will be guest speaking. From my understanding, he’s an important leader in the Chariots of Light organization. And he’ll be guest ministering tonight at our 7 p.m. Central Standard Time Wednesday night service. So be a part of that if you can.

And then secondly…

Don’t forget that we’ve got Miss Billye Brim live and in person here at Living Word and streaming out through our channels this coming weekend. And I guarantee it’s going to be a timely word that she has for us. Ms. Billye is known for being in some respects a reporter for what God is doing in the earth. She’s an observer. She’s a watcher, both in the spirit through prayer but also with her natural perspective and many years of experience and learning regarding biblical eschatology and end time prophecy. And what exactly God is doing at this moment in time in history. So you better expect that she’s going to deliver a timely word to us this weekend that we all need to hear. So grab someone, come to church, tag someone in our content, or share an invite, and be a part of the weekend services this coming weekend, both Saturday and Sunday.

Sharing an entry from personal journal…

Let me just read something quick to you. Aren’t you glad that we can see things and know things by the Spirit and in the natural that we know aren’t right, that maybe we’re frustrated about or look to be in chaos or not what they ought to be circumstances wise or in the world or in our lives. And as pray-ers, we can target those things that are upside down, those things that are unjust, those things that don’t align with what God’s intention or what His Word states. We can target those things with our prayers and our intercessions and our faith. And we can bring about change, God-ordained change.

God is looking for someone to intercede…

God has in mind that change would come to your life. And my life. To our nation. To your nation today. But He looks for someone who will step into the middle, an intercessor, in other words, to take up the cause of heaven, the cause of His Word. And that’s why it’s so important for us to be people of the Book, because the more we become imbibed with His Word and the truth and the reality from His perspective… and that’s what the Bible is, reality from God’s perspective. The more that becomes a part of who we are, our makeup as sons and daughters of the most high God, the more our hearts will beat for that truth, for that reality. And we can intercede, and we can pray. And we can contend for it to become so in the earth realm.

Make no mistake about it…

Our Father today more than ever desires that heaven would invade earth. That healing would invade your physical being in your household or your loved one that you’re standing for, who’s suffering from symptoms.

Make no mistake about it…

God’s desire is for life and truth to invade our hearts, our communities, our families, that all would call upon the name of the Lord. So you can take up a pretty strong cause in prayer with His Word. Prayer starts by reminding God of His promises, of His Word, of what He stated publicly and is recorded in His Book. To do that, to restate that, to remind Him of that is to pray, is to release faith so that He can go to work to create the reality of His promise and His Word. But I wanted to read this really quick to you, something I jotted down some time ago.

And I said this…

“If you will take time to pray about what God puts on or in your heart, to spend time with Him, in other words, things will change for you. Healing in every area of your life will result. Can I just prophesy at the beginning of this Wednesday morning, healing will result. Things will begin to fall into place for you, and blessing will knock on your door. Not prioritizing your prayer life will eventually leave you outside of God’s will and potentially expose to the enemy’s attacks. Prayer is not a work to get God on your side or a means to convince Him that He should bless you. Instead, it’s an act of obedience that unlocks His unlimited reservoirs of abundance, purpose, and blessing.

So, as we enter into a time of prayer this morning, recognize you and I aren’t here to get convince God or cajole or manipulate Him into blessing us. He’s already chosen through Jesus to bless you. If you’ve professed His name and trust in His redemptive work, He’s already pronounced you forgiven.

Somebody needs to hear that…

So just receive that this morning. Somebody needs to receive that. You’re forgiven. You are forgiven! It’s time to let go of your works’ mentality and program and accept the fullness and the completeness of the redemptive work of Jesus. You’re forgiven. You’re set free. Every accusation, every failure, every sin, every misstep, and mistake according to my Bible, was nailed on the cross and paid for “in full” that we might come without reservation, without hesitation, boldly to the very throne of grace. With the knowledge that He accepts us, that He loves us, that you’re forgiven once again. That, in fact, as the Bible states entirely pleasing to Him. That when He looks down upon your life, He sees you as lovely and beautiful and pleasing. And the very apple of His eye. So why, of course, He’s already in a posture to bless you. The Bible actually pronounces that He’s blessed you, that you might be a blessing to the world.

He’s smiling on you right now…

So understand today. We come under favorable conditions to the throne of God this morning as intercessors, as pray-ers, as sons and daughters of the most high God. He’s smiling on you right now. Oh, you may have made a mistake the other day and you may have been at fault regarding something, but freely receive the blood of Jesus. Freely receive His love and grace and mercy and endowment that crowns you with favor and honor and a position in the throne room or the courtroom of heaven as an intercessor, as a beloved one, as a forgiven one, as someone He’s called out in the midst of a wicked and perverse generation. And He’s called us and assigned us to stand upright in the righteousness of Christ.

We are “in Him”

He who knew no sin became sin that we might be transformed or become the righteousness of God or the rightness of God in Him. As pray-ers, we’ve got to choose to not look at what’s wrong with us or where we messed up, but rather focus on all that is right with us in Him. You’re “in Him.” That’s the mystery of the Gospel. That’s the beauty of us being able to pray boldly is that we’re in Him. You’re not in your little old self. You’re in Christ. You’ve been “in Christ-ed.” With His authority, with His dominion, with His favor, with His Words of release, His Words over you are release and abundance and blessing and supernatural empowerment.

He says, “Come unto me all you that are weary and burdened and troubled. Come to me. I’ll give you rest. I’ll give you freedom. I’ll give you a fresh perspective.” The Gospel is a fresh and alternative perspective on life and on what’s possible compared to the world.

So this morning we can come boldly right up into His presence. We can take hold of His hand despite our weaknesses. The Bible calls it our infirmities. That means our inability to produce results. You have an inability in yourself to produce prayer results, to produce the fruitfulness of God’s plan by yourself. But joined up with Him in conjunction, or partnership, with God the Holy Spirit… That’s why we say, “Holy Spirit, good morning and welcome and thank you for being with us today collectively.” Whether we’re online or in this chapel, God the Holy Spirit partners with us. And His righteousness speaks and His blood speaks that we are equipped and called to bring change.
