Pastor Folu…
“These things have always been available, but your enemy, the Devil, has worked night and day to religiously cover these things and replaced them with the idea that My will could never be that you would walk free from sin, sickness, demons, and fear… that you’ll be free and completely free from poverty. But the idea that men have [?] up with religious thinking and with mental attempts to answer spiritual problems such as money problems. Poverty is not a money problem. Poverty is a problem with the curse. But you have been redeemed from the curse of the law. So rejoice and walk in it, saith the Lord. For your day and your hour has come. And things will walk now far more abundantly than they have ever have in the past.”
Saints, we do not have a money problem.
“If you’ll listen to Me, saith the Lord, I will show you where to give. I will say to you, “Help that person.” I will say to you, “It’s time for that person to receive a smile, but not just the smile but an amount of money to go with a smile. For this is that day, saith the Lord, for all the people on the street to look toward you. And they begin to say, “It’s those Holy Spirit Christians… it’s those believers. It seems like they always have money and right when I needed it. It’s their Jesus. That’s who it is.”
Saints, it’s “their Jesus.” The reason the money flows for you, for me, for those of us online, it’s because of our Jesus.
Last night I was watching a service. And the preacher said something to this effect. He said, “You know, I know some of you watch me online sometimes.” And a lady in the audience says, “Always!” He said, “Who said that? Who said always?” Then he went over to the lady and said, “Ma’am, from this day forward, a thousand dollars every month is coming to you till you leave this earth.” And somebody said, “Well, I said it too.” “A thousand dollars will be sent to you every single month until you leave this earth, he said.
Think about the impression that made. I was watching it online. I’m like, “Whoa!” The blessing of the Lord.
Let me read that part again. It says, “If you’ll listen to me, saith the Lord, “I will show you where to give. I will say to you, ‘help that person.’ I will say to you, ‘It’s time for that person to receive a smile but not just a smile, but an amount of money to go with the smile.’ For this is that day right now, saints, saith the Lord for all the people on the street to look toward you… to look toward us. And they begin to say, “It’s those Holy Spirit Christians.”
Holy Spirit Christians…
Did you notice how the Spirit of God differentiated “Christians” and “Holy Spirit Christians” there? Because we are the Holy Spirit Christians. We’re the ones that are led by the Spirit of the Living God. Not every Christian allows themself to be led. But you and I, we do. It’s those believers it seems they always have money. Saints, that’s what the people of the world are saying about you and I. It seems… It seems…
Why does it seem? Because we always do. To some people, they’re like, “What are you talking about? I don’t always have money.” Yes, we do. It seems like they always have money and right when I needed it. It’s their Jesus. That’s who it is.
We have a very giving church…
Saints, a lot of you know we have a very giving church… very, very giving church. When I think about some of the members that come here… I’m reminded of a lady that came to me back in December and handed me a check for $10,000 for the upcoming tent revival. I was blown away. She called me up and said, “Folu, will you be at church on Saturday night?” I said, “I will.” She said, “Okay. Can I meet you in the main lobby?” I said, “Sure.” And then she brought the check. And I’m looking at it and I’m like, “Whoa!” I’m like, “What is this for?” She said, “For the upcoming tent revival next year.” I said, “Wow.” God spoke to her. She knew where she needed to put that money.
I’m reminded of the gentleman… some of you know this. We give away a car every time we do the tent revival. And I remember that very first year, three years ago. The Lord put it very strong on my heart. That was in the middle of Covid and everything. And my wife and I decided, “Okay, we’ll do it.” About a month to the tent revival, we had already earmarked $10,000 for this.
But a month before the tent revival, one of my friends here at the church has a dealership. We serve together at guest services. I told him about the car situation. He said, “Well, how about this? How about if I go in with you and your wife, half in half. We split this up?” I said, “Sure.” We did $5,000. He did $5,000. So that was the first year, three years ago.
And then two years ago when we were talking about the tent revival, he said, “Folu, I don’t want you and your wife involved this time around. I want all the blessings.” So he sprang for the $10,000 himself. And so back in December, I called him up. I said, “No pressure now. We’re getting ready for another tent revival, and I just want to ask you if you want to donate a car again.” He responded and said, “Give me a couple days, I’ll get back to you.” Two days later, he responded and said, “Thank you for giving me an opportunity to obey God. Yes, I will.” When I read that, I’m like, “Whoa! Thank you for giving me an opportunity to obey God.”
Prosperity came to him…
So the vehicle that we’re going to be giving away next month, he’s footing the bill. But let me tell you about the blessings that is coming to this man’s business, into his house. Three years ago, he had three full-time employees. Just three years ago. Now he has six full-time employees and a half person. And then he moved from a relatively small location to a huge location. And just about every other week, somebody’s asking me, “Hey, Folu, can I get the contact number for your friend’s dealership?” Just this week, somebody else asked me. I said, “Sure, you need a car. Here’s his number.”
The way out of financial struggling is to give your way out…
“If you’ll listen to Me, says the Lord, I will show you where to give.” And I believe as we are on this track this morning, I believe the Spirit of God is speaking expressly to some of us… maybe some of us online, some of us in here, some folks that are going to watch this later on. Maybe you’ve been struggling financially, but you’ve not been endeavoring to hear that. Like, “Lord, I’m struggling. How can you be asking me to give to somebody else right now?” But you and I know this, saints, that sometimes your way out… my way out is to sow, is to give.
Spirit of the Living God, I thank you for not necessarily speaking to hearts here, but reminding folks that you’ve been speaking to about doing some things, giving in some areas.
It will never be convenient…
And, saints, you know this. It’s never going to be convenient. Three years ago when I went to my wife and said, “Honey, I feel like we should give away a car.” And she said, “Okay, how much are we talking about here?” I said, “10 grand.” She said, “Whoo… 10 grand!” It wasn’t convenient. But I tell you, the blessing of the Lord that has come to our lives as a result of stepping out that way… immense.
So I believe the Lord is speaking to many even now. And it doesn’t have to be $10,000; maybe just buying somebody’s coffee, sending somebody $20. There was almost 30 of us in this room last night at about 9:15 or so. One of the ladies gave my wife some money. We’re not asking for money. But she just felt in her heart to do that. It wasn’t big money. So when we got home, my wife said, “Oh, this particular person gave us this money.” I’m like, “Wow, that was nice.”
So thank you Spirit of the Living God for speaking to your people this morning.
Thank you, Lord, that even now… “It’s those Holy Spirit Christians. It’s those believers. It seems like they always have money and right… and right… and right when I needed it. Oh, it’s their Jesus.”
That’s what’s at stake, saints. It’s “their Jesus.” That’s what the enemy is after. It’s their Jesus. That’s what he doesn’t want people to be saying. It’s their Jesus. It’s their Jesus. It’s their Jesus. Hallelujah. That’s who it is. It’s their Jesus.
It’s our Jesus that is doing these things. Especially now when the people of the world are running helter-skelter and declare like the gentleman did last night, and he just stunned a whole bunch of people. Like from this day forward, a thousand dollars is coming into your house every single month until you go home to be with the Lord. It’s like, wow. It’s their Jesus.
And, saints, there might be some people in this room right now that the Lord has been speaking to you to give to other people that are in this room even right now. I would say to you by the Spirit of the Living God, that maybe right after the service today, that you would obey that. And it’s not the amount really. It’s just the obedience.
Laughing at famine and destruction…
For those that were at the service this weekend, you recall what the Lord had me do? I had the people laugh just like our God laughs at famine, laughs at destruction. So we’re going to do that. Those of you online, we’re going to do that. We’re just going to laugh at the face of the enemy.
Maybe he’s been saying to you, you don’t have enough. Maybe he’s been saying to you, you’re going to go under. Maybe he’s been saying this thing will never balance. So, saints, we just laugh… ha ha, ha!
Have you forgotten the God that we serve, Satan? Have you forgotten the God we serve?
Hahaha… We have more than enough! Much more than enough! That’s our confession, saints. It doesn’t matter what it looks like. That’s our confession. We have more than enough.
The Lord says if we will obey Him… Oh, saints, He will make us rich. A lot of religious people have problems with that. And our senior pastor has taught us well. That’s excess over need. That’s all that is. Rich means having much more than you need to do what He has called you to do, much more.
Poverty is a problem with the curse. But you have been redeemed from the curse of the law. So rejoice! That’s what we were doing a few seconds ago. So rejoice and walk in it. Walk in the blessing of God, my brothers, my sisters. Walk in it, saith the Lord. For your day and your hour has come. It’s not going to come, saints. It has already come! And things… and things… and things… and things will work now far more abundantly.
Do you see the choice of words of the Holy Spirit there, saints? Far more abundantly than they have ever have in the past.
So Father, I thank you for every person that is in here… rich… rich in the Lord… rich in substance. Everyone that is watching online, rich in the Lord… rich in substance. And, saints, some of us maybe we need to tweak a little bit in terms of our mindset, what we say about ourselves when it comes to money. Maybe some of us need to change a little things in those areas. Bless the Lord.

Thirty-five years ago, right at this church, brother Jerry Savelle gave a word and I just want to read part of it. And this is not just for Living Word. I believe it’s for the church of Jesus Christ in these last days. Yes, it’s 35 years old. But it’s so relevant for today. It goes like this.
Breakthrough prophecy…
Breakthroughs! Breakthroughs are on the horizon. Breakthroughs, saith the Lord of Grace. For in the field of technology, there have been breakthroughs. In the field of medicine, there have been breakthroughs. In the computer age, there have been breakthroughs. And now it’s time for a breakthrough in the spirit. It is time for you to go further than you have ever been before. It is time for you to experience My glory as you have never experienced before.
For I have said that you go from faith to faith and from glory to glory. And it’s time for a new dimension, saith the Lord. A breakthrough. If breakthroughs can be experienced in the natural realm, why not in the spirit? And this is the hour for breakthroughs. For I am going to enable you to experience a breakthrough in the spirit realm where subdued kingdoms are concerned. You’ll begin to understand spiritual warfare as you have not known it in in days past. Some have seen but a glimpse, but in the days to come, you will know it as a general. You will know it as a technician. You will know it as those who are experts in their fields.
For I am raising up a people that shall be experts in spiritual warfare. I am raising up people that shall be technicians in spiritual warfare. [And, saints, I love this part.] And they will not only know, but they will share and they will show and they will demonstrate and it shall be widespread. And many kingdoms shall fall, saith the Lord.
