Ms. Jeani…

Transitions, when they are in Him, every time result in greater glory. And we are in transition.

Dr. James Gillis is a believer and a man in his fifties who was able to complete a double triathlon, not one time but six times. When asked how he did it, he gave the best advice I’ve ever heard.

He said, “I’ve learned to talk to myself instead of listen to myself.”

He continued. “If I listened to myself, I hear all the reasons why I should give up. I hear that I’m too tired, too old, too weak to make it.”

Do you know what I love about that? He knew that was a lie.

“But if I talk to myself, I can give myself the encouragement and the words I need to hear to keep running and finish the race.”

Are we all relating to him right now? This is what we do!

We’re finishing our race! Today, we talk to ourselves. We do not listen to ourselves.

But we co-labor with the Holy Spirit and give ourselves the encouragement. Because the Holy Spirit gives us what we need to talk to ourselves to keep running and finish the race.

But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.  Isaiah 40:31 (AMPC)

Why would we need to renew our strength and power? Because we have a race to finish! Because there are good things ahead of us!

And as we wait on God, we start to talk to ourselves.

It’s the same with life. When we listen to ourselves and hear all the complaints, the self-doubt and fear, we choose to feed on those words. How about the trauma of what the enemy’s done?

But in the Kingdom, when the enemy does something, God’s vengeance kicks in. And the enemy has to return seven times. And that is already beginning.

A massive great awakening is coming upon the earth!

“We can fuel up with words! Thoughts and phrases, scripture, and beliefs, the strength and power to overcome challenges and create an extraordinary life!”

You have it within you, for you and your city.

I have been contending with a friend of mine for her child in the hospital to recover. She took a sudden turn and flatlined. I lifted my voice and said, “NO! Not today.” The enemy doesn’t even get a fingernail. Only life. Only Victory. And the doctor called her back and said, “Yes. She did flatline but it didn’t take much to bring her back.”

That’s the Church! We might have been laid out flat, but it doesn’t take much to wake up the sleeping giant! Selah.

We are being awakened to Your goodness and what You are doing. We are being awakened to the awakening in the Twin Cities and in our families! Today, we talk to ourselves with the Word in us!

Holy Spirit, we speak to those things as though they were, and they show up! Freedom is getting its way in the Church, in the government, in the schools, in the youth! It’s time to shine freedom!

Okay, so I’m going to talk a little bit about transition.

Definition of transition: a period of phase in which such a change or shift is happening.

Shall I bring to the [moment of] birth and not cause to bring forth? says the Lord. Shall I Who causes to bring forth shut the womb? says your God. Isaiah 66:9 (AMPC)

We are in a place of transition and things are happening.

  1. a change or shift from one state, subject, place, etc. to another
  2. a period or phase in which such a change or shift is happening

This is what transition means in terms of labor and giving birth.

Transition is the storm before the calm. It is the pushing stage. It is by far the hardest part but also the shortest. It is here that a mother’s focus could falter (we have a lot of word to help us through). They may worry about how long it will last and how much more intense it will become. Mothers become suggestible at this time and are the most vulnerable to accepting interventions they previously did not want.

Interventions like accepting delay! There are a few more but that one comes to my mind (ha, ha, ha).

But transition is actually the “shortest” part.

It is this stage that the birth companion must be vigilant to her emotional needs and to be her voice of reason (but I wrote down—of faith, hope, and the finished work!) should a cascade of interventions be suggested.

Shall I bring to the [moment of] birth and not cause to bring forth? says the Lord. Shall I Who causes to bring forth shut the womb? says your God. Isaiah 66:9 (AMPC)

If the womb is not shut, there’s more to come. And if He’s already brought us to the point of birth, it’s already happening… and there is more to come!

And if you’ve been in the hardest part and have been wondering how much longer, it’s the “shortest” phase. It’s just the transition.

Ms. Jeani…

Father, we intercede right now for those in the body where trauma, the memory of delay, the lies that the enemy has told them, keep getting in the way.

Today is a new day! The day you take your matt and get up and walk away, move forward and run the race! Holy Spirit, You minister the race while You heal the broken hearted.

I see the Church running the race and their broken hearts being healed all at the same time. And their hearts is able to support that race.

You have to have a strong heart to run a race!

Holy Spirit ministers the blood to stony hearts that have been hardened by trauma and things taking too long. And now they draw near to You and see that the day of vengeance, indeed, comforts those who mourn.

We lean into that place right now where the heart of the Church is whole. Because it’s out of the heart that the issues of life flow.

The Stony heart of the Church is becoming a heart of flesh—tender to promises, tender to receiving promises, tender to letting go, and knowing that You are God.

We just watch over this right now.

Holy Spirit, You minister to the broken hearted and You call them out. We call out those that have been called out. We call you out to be loved, to belong to Him, and to take your place.

Ms. Peg led us singing in the Spirit…

Ms. Jeani…

We sing over those that are flat lined right now, because of a broken heart. We sing over them. We speak life into them—purpose, vision, their future is bright!

Your heart matters to God. It’s out of your heart that the issues of life flow.

He doesn’t want you to gut it out. He doesn’t want you running the race wounded with a heart condition. If you have a heart condition, running the race is not a good idea.

The love of God, the love of the Father makes strong hearts, tender hearts, hearts that hear, hearts that believe, hearts that receive.

Ms. Peg…

Thank You, God, that you see every trauma, You see every broken heart. We apply the blood of Jesus over anyone that’s had trauma, anyone that’s had a broken heart. We thank You for your blood permeating and fixing and healing it. Thank You for the healing power of the blood of Jesus over heartbreak.

Thank You, God. Thank You, Jesus. For freedom.

Ms. Jeani…

We declare freedom over the broken-hearted, freedom over those who have had trauma, freedom, freedom, freedom, freedom to go forth and do that which You have called them to do. Freedom in the name of Jesus.

Healed hearts, a quick work that never ends.

Jesus is the finished work that never ended. And we declare that over the heart of the Church.

Genesis 12, we can see how God continued to minister over Abraham when He called him out. And he ended up in transition. What is transition? The shortest part.

if you’re running a race and you think it’s going to take forever, you’re going to slow down. But if you’re running a race and you see the finish line, you’re going to speed up.

Do you see it? When your heart is whole, you see it. But if you can’t see it, just let Holy Spirit minister to your heart.

Now [in Haran] the Lord said to Abram, Go for yourself [for your own advantage] away from your country, from your relatives and your father’s house, to the land that I will show you. Genesis 12:1 (AMPC)

Isn’t that amazing that God will tell you to go and it’s to your advantage? Let the heart of the Church hear that when He tells you to go, it’s for your own advantage!

That makes me glad cause going is transition. And it’s itchy scratchy.

First, we’re going to go and then it’s going to show up. Welcome to walking by faith.

He knows our hearts. The Word says that Jesus knew what was in the Pharisees’ hearts. So, He knows our hearts—when they’re stony, when they’re tender, when they’re hurting,

So, He knew Abraham was probably, “What?” And then He said, “This is transition.”

And this is what comes with transition. Are you ready?

And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you [with abundant increase of favors] and make your name famous and distinguished, and you will be a blessing [dispensing good to others].  Genesis 12:1 (AMPC)

That’s what comes with transition.

Here’s what else comes to transition?

3) And I will bless those who bless you [who confer prosperity or happiness upon you] and curse him who curses or uses insolent language toward you; in you will all the families and kindred of the earth be blessed [and by you they will bless themselves]. Genesis 12:3 (AMPC)

So, you know what I think is interesting, the next verse says Abram departed. He didn’t depart until God told, “Look, here is what is going to come with you leaning into transition.” And then he went.

But even throughout the whole thing, he still needed assurance.

14) …Lift up now your eyes and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward;
15) For all the land which you see I will give to you and to your posterity forever.

So, we have to be able to see from the place where we are. But He’s calling us out from the place where we are. And He is saying, whatever you can see. And if you can’t see, just get with God. Get someone to pray for you. Do what you have to do to see. Let the Holy Spirit heal your heart. Because the heart sees. The heart believes.

Let’s just keep praying over the hearts.

There to my heart was the blood applied. Glory to His name

The heart pumps the blood to the brain and to every part of the body. If your heart is broken, you’re not going to think right.

So, if you’re not thinking right, maybe God wants to heal your heart.

We speak over hearts today, broken hearts in the hospital, broken hearts that supposedly need surgery, broken hearts that need medication, broken hearts that aren’t thinking right. Broken hearts that are gutting it out right.

I know what that’s like to gut it out. That’s not what He wants us to do.

We run our race in rest. But we run it. We run it with hope. We see that finish line because He already finished it. And we speak to hearts today. We call them healed, we call them whole, and we call the healing process finished and just getting started. Because there’s a birthing that’s already taken place, but the womb hasn’t been shut—there’s more to come. Thank You, Jesus.

A light heartedness to heavy hearts. The confident expectation of good today right now.

Ms. Norise…

God wants to heal our hearts through intimacy with Him. He wants to heal our hearts by coming to Him. He wants to do it rather than us trying to work to heal our hearts.

A lot of times, we try to work to heal our hearts. We come to God and say, “What do I have to do more?”

28) Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.]
29) Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls.
30) For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good—not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne. Matt 11:29 (KVJ)

When He says, “take my yoke,” I always thought a yoke ties us to somebody. And a lot of times it refers to us working. And I am thinking, that doesn’t make sense. But as I meditated on this, the yoke is “His” yoke. He’s tied to the Father. It’s the yolk of sonship. It’s the yolk of just being in His presence and being His daughter and being His son and letting Him lavish over you His love and how much He has done for you.

You talked about our hearts pumping, and we can’t run a race without a strong heart. That hit me so hard. We have to have strong hearts. But that strong heart comes from us depending upon our relationship with the Lord.

Ms. Jeani…

Opening those places of intimacy. It takes courage to let Him heal you because you have to be vulnerable to let Him in. But if you’re going to let anyone in, let it be Him.

You’re not going to get the desires of your heart without letting Him in.

Your heart’s desires are all plugged up in a stony broken heart. A whole heart can receive the desires. If you break down that word “desire,” it means “of the King.”

Those King desires are in your heart. They are put there by Him. And they come out and they come forth by relationship with Him. But what does the enemy do? He goes after intimacy. He goes after sonship. He goes after belonging and it plugs up those desires. And you start listening to the lies: “It’s never going to happen, too old, too young…”

Those desires have a calling.

Ms. Norise…

Father, we pray over hearts right now and release them to You. Woo them into relationship with You. It’s a love affair with You, Father. It’s a place of love.

Lord, we just ask You to help us receive Your love, help us to wait for You, help us to respond to Your wooing, that place that You have, that You want us to enter and never leave.

Father, that place of walking with you in intimacy—intimacy, intimacy, intimacy. Father, open up those places of intimacy. Open up, open up. Restore, restore those places that have been broken, restore them!

There’s a place of restoration. Restore it. Those places that the Devil has stolen. Those places, those places in God that the Devil has worked so hard to keep you from. I pray for restoration in those places. I pray for them to be put back in place, put back in your place, put back, put back, put back in your place.

draw, draw, draw that in.

I speak to hopelessness. People that have given up. I speak to that father. No, no, no, no more giving up, no more.

I see the Father wants it more than you want it—that place with you! More than you even know. He’s looking to you. He’s saying, “Come on, come on, come on. I want you. I want you. I love you. I love you. I paid the price for that place. I’ve paid the price for that place.

There’s a place in Him. In scripture it says, Jesus goes to prepare a house. It’s a place in him, a dwelling place.

For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.  Romans 8:15 (KJV)

Could it be that is the solution for fear? Perfect love that casts out all fear. The love of the Father?

If you’re going to be adopted, you have to participate (at least right now you do. Maybe when you’re a baby).

We participate. We co-labor for the adoptions to be finalized in the hearts of the people! Because it is out of the spirit of adoption that there is no fear and there is boldness.

It’s the cry to the Father as an adopted one. It’s the cry to the Father knowing that you are the son, you’re the daughter. He hears you as a Father.

He’s a good daddy.

He’s good. He’s good. He’s a daddy. A daddy only wants good for you!

Even the woman with the issue of blood, Jesus was determined to get to her in the middle of the crowd when she broke the law to receive healing. And the first thing He did was call her daughter in front of everyone.

Father, You know how to get to people.

Ms. Norise…

The Word says He sings over us.

Ms. Peg led us singing in the Spirit

Ms. Jeani…

Finding out who we are is the answer to the earth’s crying out. Let’s not resist. Father, we call out, “Abba Father!”

It began with His only Son. The covenant of adoption began with a SON!

He’s got more for you. Never apologize for asking for more.

That’s what a dad says to a son or daughter! Never apologize for asking for more!

Ms. Norise…

Sometimes the work is just getting to Him. We just have to get to that place where we can hear Him, we can worship Him, and be in His presence. And then allow Him to do the work, allow Him to do the ministry, allow Him to do the preparing of the heart.

Ms. Jeani…

Like the woman with the issue of blood, it had been forever. She was broke. She was broken. She was exhausted.

Father, we thank You that she got to Him. And it only took Him and it only took the hem. She got to Him and then He got to her. Because then the crowd closed in and she kind of hid away because she was afraid. But He got to her.

Ms. Norise…

We need our hearts repaired, but we have to let Him sometimes do it as a surgery. It’s not us doing something. It’s a surgery. Let’s let Him do it.

Father, we come to You and allow You to do Your work. We humble ourselves before you. But we’re expecting like a daughter saying, “Daddy, I thank You that you do it! You do the work. You do it.”

Ms. Jeani…

When I was a teenager, my dad told me, “No man would ever love me. And even if they did, I’d screw it up.”

So, nobody gets to believe that lie. Because I don’t believe it. Do you hear what I’m saying? I’m a testimony!

And I bet some of you would think, “Oh, she’s never this or that because she was just born bold.”

What I’m telling you is there’s no getting around the truth about how good He is! Stop fighting it. Just lean into His goodness. Just do it! I get trying to be independent! Man did I want to be independent! I didn’t want to count on anybody. Are you kidding me?

But He knew how to get to me.

And I know now, it was the enemy that was operating in my dad, that he hated my boldness, that would call out a lie. But I don’t fault him for that. I’m going to see him in heaven. I mean, even in him, there are the coolest things I’m going to get to experience him the way God made him!

I declare right now… just stop resisting Him. Because when you resist Him, it’s a hard truth, you let the enemy in. You do.

You’re really hurting yourself by resisting Him. And I’m telling you when you let Him in, He knows how to do it in a way that it doesn’t hurt so much, because He knows you.

Thank You, Father. Thank You, Jesus.

Father, as your bold daughter, I am declaring that You are getting to people like you got to the woman with the issue of blood. Even those around You said, “What? There’s so many people. We don’t know who touched You.” But He wouldn’t let it go. He had to get to her.

He has to get you. He’s not going to let it go.

Might as well just get it over with and start having a really good life with the desires of your heart fulfilled.

Hey, He even loves to motivate you with reward! (ha, ha, ha)

We declared today, you’re moving toward running the race and it’s the beginning of something that’s never going to end… your heart closer and closer to the one that loves you, your Dad, your ABBBA. Thank you.
