Morning Chapel Prayer Playlist
Morning Chapel Prayer Today

Pastor Ken…

Well, good morning, everyone. Happy Monday! Good to have you with us. Good to have you all here in the chapel today. My name is Ken Olson. I will be your flight attendant for this time of prayer this morning. We’re going to follow the leadership of the Holy Spirit as always, and let Him move through us, pray through us. We believe He’s going to grant us some things to pray out this morning. So be in agreement with me.

James 5:7–8 Amplified…

I want to read a passage of scripture found in James 5:7-8 in the Amplified Classic. It says, “So be patient, brethren as you wait till the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits expectantly for the precious harvest from the land.” That would be fundamentally “souls.” “The precious fruit of the earth” according to scripture are the souls of those that God has redeemed.

It goes on to say…

“See how he keeps up his patient vigil over it until it receives the early and the late rains. So you also must be patient. Establish your hearts and strengthen them in final certainty, for the coming of the Lord is very near.”

The coming of the Lord is so close…

I don’t think there’s any disputing that. The Coming of the Lord is “oh so close.” So we’re at a time and at a point in God’s timetable of end time events…

Where we cannot mail it in spiritually
Where we cannot rest on our laurels
Where we must be on our spiritual marks and given to the place of prayer

Since the ancient of days, God’s plan has been to give us a heart of flesh…

Watchful, discerning, but also obedient and responsive to the leadership of the Holy Spirit. Because what is going to come next in your life and mine, in America, and around the world will be the result of the Holy Spirit and His orchestration of end time events. As we pray, yes, but also as we respond to Him.

I’m reminded that in the book of Ezekiel, it talks about from a prophetic standpoint that God’s intent from the ancient of days was to remove the stony, indifferent, impervious heart of man or a woman. Impervious and hardened due to sin and the curse and the fall of man. His plan all along was to remove that heart of hardness and to put in us a heart of flesh. A heart that is tender, responsive, pliable, obedient to the promptings of His Spirit. If you don’t believe me, look that up in Ezekiel 11:19 in the Amplified Classic Version. That was His desire all along. And what we want in these coming days, in your household and in mine, in your church and in mine, is for the Holy Spirit to put on a display, for the Holy Spirit to have His way because we pray and because we obey. And as we read in the Book of Acts, there’s no telling, there’s no limit, there’s no end to what God the Holy Spirit can do through human agency…

If we’ll listen to Him
If we’ll be on our spiritual marks
If we’ll just be available

He’s asking us to be willing and obedient…

He’s not asking us to do some heavy lift in our lives. Today, and as every day, He’s just asking us to be aware of Him, that He’s doing something new. He’s asking us to be willing and obedient, as it says one place in Scripture. In fact, it says, “If you be willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.”

Anybody want to eat the good of the land? Come on now!

If we are obedient, we’ll experience His favor and goodness…

And if we’ll be willing and obedient, He’ll allow us to eat the good of the land. He’ll allow us to experience His favor, His goodness, His plans for increase, the results of the Holy Spirit in redeeming and saving our family members, our neighbors, those in our neighborhoods.

So God is putting on a big display. Things are beginning to happen. Things are beginning to unfold on a whole nother level and in a whole nother gear, we could say, than we have seen up to this point. Make no mistake about it. I feel like I’m prophesying.

“Well, go ahead, Ken.”

Okay, thank you, I will. Go ahead and prophesy that we’re in the days of unexpected outpouring. We’re in the days of unlimited resources and glory, where God is seeking to do a quick work, to wrap up things in a really quick fashion because He is about to catch us up to ever be with Him. But we’re still here. That means…

There’s time to work
There’s time to serve
There’s time to just be available to Him and responsive to Him.

Sharing from book, “The Smith Wigglesworth Prophecy and the Greatest Revival of All Time.”

Now let me read something to you found in a book entitled “The Smith Wigglesworth Prophecy and the Greatest Revival of All Time.” And that’s a reference to our day and what is yet to come. I don’t have time to go into it right now, but the author of this book talks about the great vision that, um… gosh, I’m forgetting who it was now. He was a part of the great revival in Argentina in 1952.

Tommy Hicks! Thank you.

Who experienced just a remarkable revival in Argentina in just a span of a short period of time where droves of people across the nation of Argentina came to faith in Jesus back then. And on a particular day, not in Argentina, I believe it was in Winnipeg, Canada, he had a vision of this great giant that had been laying prostrate on its back, on the ground. The Lord showed him a vision of this great giant, a.k.a. the church. And over a period of time, the giant began to awaken and the bands that kept it tied to the earth, ineffective, in the dirt so to speak, began to snap. The giant began to move and began to come together and began to rise. And that giant, the church, began to function as she was called to function, as the true giant in the earth. That’s us! Each and every one of us.

A time is coming when there will be a no-holds-barred display of the acts of the Holy Spirit…

And that that would be a precursor or a part of the greatest move of God the world has ever known. And Wigglesworth also had some prophetic things to say about it and really wished that he could be at this time. He was a part of some other great moves of God and, of course, witnessed remarkable things, including many people coming back to life from the dead. Yet he looked toward the future and the time before the coming of the Lord when there would be a no-holds-barred display of the acts of the Holy Spirit in the earth. Not just in the life of a particular minister, but in and through the lives of every one of us.

We each have a part to play…

Because how many of you know, that giant had not only a torso, it had a head, and it had appendages, and it had arms, and it had legs, and it had toes. And so each and every one of us are a part of the great body of Christ, the giant that’s in the earth. And every one of us has a role to play and a part to function in when it comes to what God wants to do in these coming days.

You’re here for a reason…

If you’re here, then you’re here on a mission. You’re here for a reason. You’re here to be a part of what God is doing in this hour. We don’t have to figure out how God is going to do it or how it’s going to unfold exactly. All we need to know is that we’re going to be a part of it. And we’re a part of it today as we give ourselves to prayer.

But in the eighth chapter of this book, entitled “From Here to Eternity,” the author writes…

“Many believe that we are in a lull before the storm. While some expect the coming of the Lord will be preceded by a great falling away, ‘Because iniquity shall abound, the love of many will wax cold.’ Most Pentecostals are looking ahead for the greatest last days revival that will sweep the gospel to every nook and cranny of the earth, as is described in this vision,” the vision given to Tommy Hicks. “As the case will probably be, we will see both a great divide forming between believers and non-believers so that the differences are evident, and the final choice of either accepting or rejecting the gospel is clear and conscious. Everyone of accountable age will have had a chance to hear and decide for themselves whether Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior, raised from the dead by the Father or not. This is the work of our day and our time. And as we said in the beginning, God is not through with us yet.”

I’ve said that before. I’ll say it again—GOD IS NOT THROUGH WITH YOU YET!

There is hope. Yes, you can say “no” today to the discouragement and despair and the feeling like, “Well, I don’t have nothing to offer.” Just say no to it. Just go ahead and say, “No, no.” No fear, no trauma, no to that trigger, no to that shame, no to whatever the enemy is insinuating and harassing you with. Say no to it.

You’re a part of the great giant…

You’re a part of the chosen, the royal priesthood, the holy nation. You’re a part of the great end times church and move of God. There’s something about you God saw fit to redeem. There’s something about who He’s wired and created you to be and put in you that is useful to reap the precious fruit of the earth, that’s useful to advancing the Gospel into every nook and cranny around the globe.

And, oh, we’re going to be so glad that we obeyed. We’re going to be so glad that we prayed in the not-too-distant future as we stand with the great hosts of the heavenly rank and file and ever live to worship Him.

And guess what?

We’ll be reassigned in the heavenly realm to… who knows? The far corners of the cosmos to, once again, rule and reign with Christ in His administration, in His great army. In fact, I’ve heard some, and I believe it could be true, that you’ll be given a uniform or a robe of some kind that’ll have patches on it that maybe will describe what you overcame here, what qualified you for the eternal realm to do what you’ll do there, which will be of great purpose and bring great glory even in the eternities to our Lord.

Pastor Ken says, “I’m going to overcome and so are you!”

I don’t know about you, but I am declaring today’s going to be a really good day because I’m going to set the Devil on the run. I’m going to overcome and so are you. Even if it’s just to go through today…

Resisting the temptation to yield to the status quo
Resisting the temptation to give place to my flesh
Resisting the temptation to let some problem take me down

No! Not in any way.

For this is the victory that overcomes the world, overcomes the enemy of our soul, overcomes any obstacle that stands before us, even our faith. And it must be in our heart, our faith, and it must be in our mouth. Paul said, “This is the word of faith which we preach.”

The Word is your firm foundation…

So as a pray-er, make no mistake about it. It’s not a matter of just kind of bouncing off one spiritual bubble to another. It’s a matter of grounding yourself in the Word each day, putting that Word in your heart, praying the Word of God out. Standing on the Word. It is your firm foundation. It is your first calling as a pray-er to stand on the promise of the Word. To use and wield the Word effectively and accurately and forcefully as your weapon to overcome. We bring God glory when we overcome. We earn patches, perhaps, for the heavenly realm when we overcome. We’ll have something to lay down before Him in worship in the next realm when we overcome. We become ambassadors, examples in this life to those who are looking for answers, who are searching for hope, who are hungry for the real, the bona fide, the authentic love of God when we overcome.

This chapter goes on to say…

“Unfortunately, the talk of end-time prophecy has left many looking for what you might call a spiritual ejection seat. It is as if we were flying around in the most powerfully equipped aircraft doing incredible stunts and aerobatics every Sunday morning, but when an old World War I biplane of the Devil flies onto our radar, we are not ready for the attack. We are instead shouting, ‘Lord, rapture us.’ We look at world events and look for deliverance from the earth rather than letting it inspire us to offer deliverance to the earth. We are looking for our own escape instead of making sure that when that escape finally comes, we save as many with us as possible. It doesn’t take a great spiritual discernment to see that the great giant in Tommy Hicks’ vision that turns into thousands of people who spread throughout the earth is the church. Not a church, not a denomination, not a nation, but the entire body of Christ spread throughout the earth. Christ, the head of that giant, enters the picture to stretch forth His hand to save and to endue with power. Yet many pull back from this rather than embracing it. This prophecy is for us in our time. Will we be among those embracing the call on our lives, accepting His power to fulfill it, or will we be among those pulling back from Christ’s hands reaching out to us?

“We must follow the same steps of David Duplessis…” He’s also called Mr. Pentecost. “what he did to fulfill the prophecy given to him in order to fulfill this vision given to Tommy Hicks. We must meditate on, pray over, and ponder the vision.”

I would also say meditate on, pray over, and ponder the vision God has put in your heart. And what might be popping up in your heart as you go through your day today.

To call so and so
To declare such and such
To go a particular direction

Make no mistake about it…

The Holy Spirit has been sent into the earth to be the great orchestrator, the great quarterback you could say, of what God wants to do in us and through us. Let’s wake up to His leadership. Let’s be fully awake to His presence and understand that He wants to work miracles through our hands, through our feet, through our prayers, through our obedience, through our churches in our time and generation. But it will be an act of the Holy Spirit as we cooperate with Him, as we pray in line with Him.

This chapter goes on to say…

“We must see how the vision aligns with Scripture and follow that pattern, taking heed to how we behave and what we teach. We must follow God with all our hearts and obey immediately when He tells us to do something. We must lift up Christ in all that we say and do. We must stir up the gifts within us for the profit of all. We must walk in faithfulness and humility as well as love and forgiveness. We must give ourselves wholly to that vision and calling so that we can accomplish all God has for us to accomplish. Fighting the good fight of faith, finishing the race, keeping the faith. Then when God finally does hit the rapture button to take us home, we will go with many, many new friends who will remember what we shared with them for eternity. All indications are that God is in the process of gathering His body on the earth for a final assault. And the great revival of all time is in the very near future. It is our prayer that will take your place in it just as God directs.”

Prayed…

So Father, we thank you this morning for your faithfulness.
We thank you for the privilege to be born into this time and this day.
We thank you, Father, that we can lift up the holy name of Jesus and proclaim it and worship in that name and in your presence here today.
We honor you, Father. We bow our hearts before you, and we say Lord, stir within us this day.
I pray may the Spirit of the living God begin to percolate within us.
May there come a rising tide in the church now that says, “I’m not going to sit idly by. I’m not going to look for an escape hatch,” but instead says, “Lord, here am I, send me. Here am I, grant prayers and great faith decrees that I would be a part of the Father’s next move and what is coming to the earth even now as we speak.”

Word for the came forth …

Church, it’s time to come up higher. You’ve got to come up higher, Church. Yeah, yeah. Stop looking down low. Look up. Look away from what would distract unto Jesus, the author and the finisher of your faith. Yes, look up. Look up, Church. Lift up your eyes. Your salvation is nearer than when you first believed. Look up, Church. See it. Behold it. Open eyes.

Lord, we pray open our eyes in Jesus’ name.

Oh, we confront that spirit of lethargy, that spirit of the status quo, that spirit of blindness and chaos and lawlessness and deception. We say in the name of Jesus, we bind you wherever you’re operating, in the church, outside of the church. We say now, “Your time is up.” Now that blindness, that deception be broken, be exposed, be sent on the run and out of here and out of this nation, out of our government, out of the church.

It’s time to arise and see fully. It’s time to discern. It’s time to recognize your time of visitation has come, America, Minnesota, Living Word. It’s time.

It’s time.
Will you not see it?
Will you not be aware of it?

Prayed…

Yes, you will. Open up, open up now. Open up and become a great brigade. A new calibration of sorts.
It’s opening. Opportunities are coming your way, Church. Opportunities.
Throughout the nation, opportunities.
Doors are swinging open, we say.
We declare that today. Doors for purpose. Doors for resources. Doors for newly deployed strategies. Doors to reap the precious fruit. Doors to allow the Holy Spirit to be put on full display.
Yes, in the church, but outside of the church as well.
Yes, in the everydayness of our lives.
Look for doors. Look for opportunities. Set your reticular activating system to see and seize what the Lord is bringing your way.
Open up. Open up and see. America, open up and witness the glory of God.
We declare and we decree that crisis may be present, may be future. We say that crisis is turned into the glory of God. We say that coming crisis is transformed and redeemed into something that brings glory and produces entrance and produces new audiences to receive the Gospel, to receive healing, to receive the visitation that has been planned for all along.
We declare that over the White House, over our government, over current events that they’re processing and endeavoring to lead the nation through.
We declare, Lord, may that crisis, may those things, including what’s going on in Iran, may they be diverted and redirected by the hand of God into the plan of God.
We loose angels, we loose ministering spirits.
We stand with those believers in the Middle East, in particular in Iran.
Even tonight and today in Iran, those who are endeavoring to take up positions in public places and in the public square to occupy, to take back their nation from Muslim rule.
We pray, Father, may you grant them a great victory. May the Spirit of God rise up to turn what has been chaotic and lawless and horrific, especially to those Iranians, Lord, many of them who’ve died and have been injured and have been stolen from.
We pray, Lord, turn it into a great revival.
