Yesterday, we prayed a little bit about the anointing. Erika read something about how prayer prepares a way in the future. Danny was playing so I asked him to sing a song he wrote based on Isaiah 40. It’s beautiful. I wanted to read that scripture this morning. Isaiah 40:3, “a voice of one who cries, prepare in the wilderness the way of the Lord. Clear away the obstacles, make straight and smooth in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be lifted up and filled up. And every mountain and hill shall be made low. And the crooked and the uneven shall be made straight and level. And the rough places a plain. And the glory and the majesty and the splendor of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it.”
Then I want to read Isaiah 40:28, “Have you not known, have you not heard the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not faint or grow weary. There is no searching of his understanding. He gives power to the faint and to the weary and to him who has no might, He increases strength, causing it to multiply and making it to abound. Even the youths shall faint and be weary and selected young men shall feebly stumble and fall exhausted.” V 31, “but those who wait for the Lord, who expect, who look for and hope in Him shall change and renew their strength and power. And they shall lift their wings and mount up close to God as eagles mount up to the sun. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and they’ll not faint or become tired.”
Isaiah 43: 18 Do not [earnestly] remember the former things; neither consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”
Our future is bright but we have to keep focused on what He said about our future in the Word; otherwise, when we start looking in the natural, we see things that could make us think differently. But we think based on what the Word says.
Then I want to read a couple paragraphs from Herald of His Coming. The title of this article is “Face the Future With Faith in God.”
Face Every Situation With Faith In God
In this darkening hour, face all problems in full reliance upon God’s faithfulness. No situation, no condition, no difficult, involved, unknown, untried, dark and dangerous circumstance or combination of circumstances–is too hard for God. He knows all things. And He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7; 1 John 3:20). Nothing is too hard for God (Jeremiah 32:17). With God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). It is impossible to please God without faith (Hebrews 11:6).
Instead of facing difficult situations, untried problems, intricate obstacles, obstinate hindrances, sorrowful testings, large demands, heavy responsibilities in fear and dread and trembling–rather, rejoice! God is bigger than it all put together, and He loves us and desires that we trust and obey Him always. God is greater than the Y2K crisis, which might be frightening you.
Rejoice when impossible duties lie directly across our paths, because such things make us to know right away that only by God’s help can we perform these duties in a way that will please God, glorify Him, and result in His will being done in earth as it is in heaven.
Never face difficult and involved tasks and circumstances in a fearful attitude of mind or heart, as though God had gone off and left us, as though He had lost His power and His wisdom and His Almightiness, as though He were not our Faithful Creator, who in His love, has already shown and manifested His compassion for us by giving His only begotten Son to die a cruel death for us (1 Peter 4:12-19; Romans 8:26-39).
Instead of “shying away” from difficult problems, like a frightened animal, let us eagerly face these hard things because it gives God a chance to manifest yet further His faithfulness and His supernatural might. Hallelujah!
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God” (Phil. 4:6).

The one thing we talked about yesterday a little bit was the anointing. And if we just keep ourselves stirred up and know that the anointing of God is within us, then the things that we’re looking at, the things that we’re coming upon, we’ll not be afraid of it or be in fear about it. We’ll not question how it will turn out. It will turn out right based on what the Word says.
Jesus said the anointing is upon Me, enabling Me to do what the Father has called me to do. He said it in different days. He said, the hand of the came upon me… the power of the Lord came upon… the anointing of the Spirit.
For me in prayer, I put big expectation and believe for the His presence, His anointing, to be present. Otherwise, our temptation is to pray out of our minds instead of praying from your hearts.
When the Bible says do not remember the former things and I’m doing a new thing, I believe we should not go back. We can remind ourselves about what He did do for us in years past and how we came through that and what He did for us. But we can’t live today based on our past. Our tomorrows can’t be, “You know what, I’m going to go back to the way it was then and receive that way.” That reminds me of a time when Pastor Lynne told us about a time many years ago when she went to the prayer room and lifted up her hands and the anointing of God came. So the next day, she did exactly the same thing. Do you think it worked the next day? Nope. That’s why the Bible says “Today is a new day.” I believe that God wants to do a new thing. So one of the things that Pastor Lynne was talking about was how this church has an apostolic call on it. We are to take not only this city but cities all over the earth. We have a huge call.
The anointing to me is the divine enabler to do the things He’s called us to do and we know we can’t do it in ourselves. Yesterday, Danny told me “I can write songs but I can’t always remember the words, but Miss Annie can go over words to a song in the morning before she comes and she remembers every word of a song.” And you go, “How do you do that?” She says, “It’s not me. It’s the Holy Spirit. It’s the anointing in me that enables me to do it.” So all the things we’re called to do that are not just involved in the church here but the things we’re called to do in the world, our jobs. The anointing enables us to do what God has called us to do, better than we could ever do it on our own.
The church is to be on the forefront, I believe, in music, creativity. The church should mimic what the world does. The would should be looking to the church to see what to do. That’s the way it was way back and that’s the way it should be now in these days. So how can we do that? By the anointing. We need to expect it.
I want to go over the prayer for America again. I believe that the prayers of the church are working for the United States and they’re working to help the President to do what he’s called to do in this hour. It’s a daily thing. I believe that’s why the Bible says “first of all, pray for those in positions of authority.” Not just for the President, but for all those in authority. Our spiritual authorities too.
Prayer for President and America…
We pray for those in authority… over the President… we plead the blood over him… heart, mind, and body… what he puts his hands to shall prosper… he has a strong, clear mind… his body is healthy… no plan from the enemy will derail him… we plead the blood over his family, his staff, and cabinet members… we pray Your Word would cling to them… we declare today that they will not depart from Your plan… thank You for Your plan for this nation… we pray they’ll be at the right place at the right time with a word in season that will assist our President… we ask that You strengthen all these leaders with power by Your spirit to stand against wickedness, lies, deception… we ask You guide President Trump’s decisions and that Your light would shine upon his path and show him the path of reversal for every evil way… evil ways, we declare a turnaround… some things will be turned upside down… moving in the right way… surround him with godly men and women who impart wise counsel… way of wicked set to confusion… and come to nothing… deliver us as a country from the traps and snares of the enemy… let the wicked be caught in their own devices and be brought to shame… that the devil would be called out and brought to shame… we hold the blood against every evil plan and devise… putting an end to some things and opening up another way… close doors and open new doors… new ideas, steps, understandings about the way this nation should go… lining the future in the right way…
Prayer for church to lose barriers and taking off limits…
We loose the past and anything that would hold us back from moving forward into that place… we thank You, Father, for that anointing that propels us… it delivers us… in our minds, our bodies so nothing can hold us back… from walking in that place… because every day is a new day in You… full of possibility… full of abundance… full of peace… yesterday is gone and we release it in Jesus’ name… any negative thing, strongholds, in the name of Jesus, any encumbrance, any barrier … we step out today as the body of Christ… walking in the new… looking forward… we choose by faith to step into these new times… out of the boundaries… in that limitless place… taking off those limits… pressing in by the Spirit of God… moving into the place where we begin to see things so the reaper overtakes the sower… that place of miracles… signs… wonders… now in this day… every single day… we’re looking and expecting it to happen… shake this place up, Father… no more walking in the middle but stepping into the deep… into the anointing… no more lukewarm Christianity… full of fire and power…
We make a deliberate move today… we make a choice today… to lean on over… we can’t hold back anymore… we got to let loose… it’s time to step out… yielding… we move with You, Lord… thank You for directing us… showing us the way to go… thank You for the strength of Your Spirit… the joy internal that brings that strength… it’s working in us right now… working in pastors right now… a marked difference… increase of momentum… greater, greater… from one degree of glory to another… up, up, and up… we shake out of those old things that try to hold us down and back… no status quo… stepping into the new… open, open these ways, these steps… change, change… it’s time… to come up as a body… into our place… a mighty moving force… that will not be denied… the enemy runs at our very presence… he gets out of our way… because he fears us… he fears Who is on the inside of you… the greater one on the inside driving the enemy out of the way… the fire of God… we come against fear and timidity of any kind in the name of Jesus Christ… boldness to speak… to step out… to push out… further than ever before… new opportunities, new locations… new areas, new regions, new realms, new authority… momentum in the church… busting out… taking territory… angels, angels… we call… we call for you in the name of Jesus… come and assist the heirs of salvation… come and do your work… hoo hoo!… right now, you’re moving and working… you come to assist us… help from heaven… You’re sending help from every direction… assistance from heaven… everything we need, Father, is being supplied by You… supernatural ways… we receive that assistance today in the name of Jesus… go ahead and do it… move in this place, move thru this body, this church… Go, do the work… operate… breakthroughs… these are different days… times… breakthrough through into these openings… no more delays… every wall broken down… you will not hold us back or down…
Recover those… they’re steps… pieces… they’re positions… these are coming together… where there was a separation, they’ll not be one… but it’s coming together… it’s some kind of a move of the Holy Spirit… by the power of the Holy Spirit and through the fire from heaven, it’ll being these things together again… connections that were never made but other connections that had been and they’ve been severed… they shall be restored… they are coming together again… one… one… names… all the names… Father, You know the names… we lift up these names… they’re leaders but have not been on the forefront… we lift them up… we cover leaders we don’t know about… we plead the blood over them… we make a way for them where there was no way… You are the way maker, Lord… low places brought up… hindrances, get out of the way… be removed… there is a way… the big plan, the big picture… changed and brought into the new…
We lift up pastors all over the earth… opening up these new ways… new steps… utterance… that is the fire… there is an utterance with fire… limits, get out of the way… there is no room for poverty… ministering spirits, we loose you to go get the finances and bring them in… supernatural way… new ways… new bank accounts… increase… of finances… a breaking loose… some things were hidden… come forth in Jesus’ name… this church, Living Word, our finances are on the increase… they’re moving up… not leveling off… they’re continuing upward… the Spanish church… the church in St. Paul… new churches not yet started… we prepare the way… the finances… we call them forth in Jesus’ name… more and more and more… a loosing of those dollars… transfers… lands… buildings… Father, thank You… it shall not be cut off or derailed… [joy is coming forth] … wide open… it’s enormous… it’s walking into the new… new details… the way has been prepared… calling for all hands on deck… everyone participating… every pastor… every minister… every missionary… evangelists… wherever you are… on the foreign field… we command you to come up and participate… in the financial inversion and in the harvest… thank You for mercy for those not in faith… that that blessing comes on them anyway… your mercy … to get the work done… that seed has been watered and watered and watered… it’s coming up… everywhere… all over… yes, eyes open to see it, Father… receiving it from everywhere… our expectation is up… money is coming… poured out… it’s coming into the bank accounts…
Yes, Father, even those treasures… the treasures… in the name of Jesus, all over the earth… You cause Your people to come upon them… the gold, the silver… oh, precious gems, Father… time to step out of our natural mind… and begin to think above… so many ways, Father… You have so many ways… we open ourselves up to those ways… for we are the chosen… we are Your chosen ones… anointed and appointed for such a time as this… I thank You that we are fully supplied… in abundance… not just enough… not a little bit more than enough but an exceeding abundant lifestyle of living… that when a need is presented, Father, we are able to meet that need… whatever it is… at any time, Father… for the sake of this nation and the nations… it’s time, Father… change now…

Father, God, I believe You. I am your child. I serve You. I belong to You and I believe You. And I’m the seed of Abraham. And I’m fully persuaded that what You have said to me, You are well able to perform.
I am persuaded that every good thing You have begun in me, You will complete it, You will finish it until the end. You are the author and the finisher of my faith.
I believe You. It shall be in my life and over all mine, just like You have said. Just like You have told me. I will serve You, I will run my whole race. I will finish my whole course with joy. I will overcome every trial. I will be more than a conqueror.
Things are changing in my life. The perfect will of God, the complete plan of God is unfolding in my life. The Lord is causing me to see. I am seeing. I am knowing. I am understanding the will of God, the plans of God, the ways of God. Revelation is flowing in my life. I will see things I have not seen. I will understand great things I have not understood. I will grow. I am growing and I will grow mighty in spirit, in faith, in grace, in truth., in power, in victory. Hallelujah!
My finances are getting stronger. I’m coming out of debt. I’m getting stronger. Money flows to me in great abundance. I always have more than enough. I lack for no good thing. I want for no good thing.
My body is kept by the power of God. Every system, every organ, every part is kept by the anointing of God, by the strength of God. No disease can live in my body. No disease can operate in me. I’m strong in the Lord and the power of his might.
My children, my grandchildren, are growing up in the nurture, in the instruction, in the protection, in the care of the Most High. Everyone will live free. Everyone will serve God. Everyone will be fruitful in the things of God. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
NO weapon formed against me shall prosper. NO work of the enemy, NO purpose of his will stand, but the purpose of God, the plan of God WILL stand, WILL be completed, WILL be fulfilled in my life. Hallelujah! Praise God for it! Thank you Lord! Hallelujah!
Some ministers need to say this. Everybody can say it out loud because we all have a ministry even though you may not be called to five-fold. Say it out loud.
My ministry will not be held down. My ministry will not be suppressed. It will not be restricted. It will not be stopped. But all that the Lord has called me to do shall come up, shall come out, shall come forth. Every word of God He’s spoken concerning me shall come to pass.
No devil, no world problem, no country government, no city situation can hold it back, can narrow it down. It’ll break forth. It’ll break out as the flood of God and the glory of God will be fully shown and the will of God will be fully done. I decree it. I say it. In Jesus’ Name. Hallelujah! Thank Him for it. Thank you Lord!
We’re glad cause we know how it is. We’re glad cause we know how it turns out. We’re glad, glad, glad. Thank you, Lord, thank you, Lord, thank you, Lord.
We need to say this too. Decree it. Now, this is serious business. We’re not playing here. Say it out loud.
Money will never be a problem for me. I will not be stopped or held back for a lack of money. I will have all the resources, all the equipment, all the personnel, all the favor, all the open doors that I need, that I desire to fulfill the word of God. Hallelujah! Glory to God!
We decreed it. We say it. We rule and reign in life as kings under our Lord Jesus Christ.
Glory! Glory to God! Glory to God! How’s it going to turn out? How’s this going to end? How’s this going to wind up? Say it out loud.
We know. We know. You can say this throughout the day. Just look at somebody and say, We know!
