Jesus is Lord over our cities; Jesus is Lord over our state and nation!
Jesus is Lord over all the peoples of this earth and over my life
We take authority over every enemy that is trying to come against us
Yes, Jesus, You are Lord over our nation!

You are seated on the throne; You have made Your glory known
You are all powerful, and Your love and mercy You have shown
Father, You are the ruler over strife, division, and over racism

Scripture Focus…
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God [set aside self-righteous pride], so that He may exalt you [to a place of honor in His service] at the appropriate time, (7) casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully]. But He gives us more and more grace (power of the Holy Spirit, to meet this evil tendency and all others fully). That is why He says, God sets Himself against the proud and haughty, but gives grace [continually] to the lowly (those who are humble enough to receive it). (7) So be subject to God. Resist the devil [stand firm against him], and he will flee from you.

But he continues to pour out more and more grace upon us. For it says, “God resists you when you are proud but continually pours out grace when you are humble.” (7) So then, surrender to God. Stand up to the devil and resist him and he will flee in agony.

Portland Vision
He could not sleep so he walked in the shadows of the tall trees in Mount Tabor Park.
“Through the park is a foot-path coming down through the trees that leads out to the street where we live, and in my vision I was seemingly out in the street, at the foot of this foot-path, and as I looked up in the park I was attracted by a quite brilliant light far up in the park. It was very slowly coming down the pathway to the street. I stood somewhat surprised, supposing it was some night man on some duty in the park, probably searching for something or somebody. As it approached I discovered that, instead, it was an angel presence, and the brilliance was an illumination surrounding him. He stood a few feet from me, and said to me, ‘I have come to answer your prayers. Come with me.’”
Portland: Church at Portland: “To my amazement, on approaching the building, high in the atmosphere a half a mile or more, I discerned millions of demons, organized as a modern army. There were those who apparently acted as shock troops. They would charge with great ferocity, followed by a wave, and yet another wave, and yet another wave. After a little while I observed there operated a restraining influence that constituted a barrier through which they could not force themselves. With all the ingenuity of humans at war, this multitude of demons seemed to endeavor to break the barrier or to go further, but were utterly restrained. In amazement, I said to the angel, ‘What does it mean?’ He said to me ‘Such is the care of God for those that strive in unselfishness for His best.’”
He discerned the heart of the Angel was overburdened. In answer to this the Angel said, “Human selfishness and human pride have consumed and dissipated the very glory and heavenly power that God once gave from heaven to this movement as you have beheld tonight.”
We were now at the foot of the pathway again. He took a step or two away, and in a sort of despair my heart cried out, “Angel, these are all struggling for want of an ideal. What constitutes real Pentecost? What ideal should be held before the minds of men as the will of God exhibited through a movement like this?”
During all this time I had carried my Bible in my hand. Reaching for the Bible, he opened to the Book of Acts, ran his finger down over the second page, that portion where the Spirit of God came down from heaven. Proceeding through the Book of Acts to its great outstanding revelations and phenomena, he said, “This is Pentecost as God gave it through the heart of Jesus. STRIVE FOR THIS. CONTEND FOR THIS. TEACH THE PEOPLE TO PRAY FOR THIS. For this, and this alone will have the power to overcome the forces of darkness.”
When the Angel was departing he said, “Pray. Pray. Pray. Teach the people to pray. Prayer and prayer alone, much prayer, persistent prayer, is the door of entrance into the heart of God.”

We say stop, turn around to the spirit of racism in our land
We declare stop, turn around to a spirit of false justice and injustice
We declare stop, turn around to a spirit of slumber, apathy, and complacency
We declare stop, turn around to the spirit of babel—unrighteous unity, a mob mentality, and cancel culture
We declare stop, turn around to the spirit of accusation
We declare stop, turn around to the spirit of fear and intimidation
And we declare over this city and over the United States of America, we move into the season of judgment against God’s enemies and all ten of Haman’s sons WILL BE HUNG.
Father, we declare that no weapon formed against our land will prosper in Jesus’ name!
No weapon formed against America or our state will prosper!
Every voice of accusation and deception and harassment will be exposed in the name of Jesus
We declare a stop today over this family, we declare a stop to every work of darkness
Casting down all sickness, every disease, you must stop in your maneuvers
Stop all mental illness, thoughts of suicide, and giving up in any way—stop it now in Jesus’ name!
No, your days are over and we come against you, and we pray for the fire of God to be stirred up
We pray for a turning up of spiritual intensity, stop demonic spirits!
Praying over relationships, we hold the blood of Jesus over them
Pleading the blood of Jesus over families and teenagers today
Declaring that every plan of wickedness would be cast down
We pray over this school year, and we pray that the children would be covered in the blood
Depression you must stop, be cast down in Jesus’ name
Father, we push away the darkness, and we call more and more light to come in
We declare a turn in Jesus’ name, that they would turn back to God
Calling for a shift in these days; yes we fuel the plan of God with our prayers
Wake up! We command the church to wake up
Those that have fallen away, we call you back into the kingdom
We open up the way today, the Spirit is calling and there is a sound of heaven going out
Yes, the nations are tuning in now, the day of visitation is here, it is now!
No, it is not for another day, but it is for us and for our children
We pray for a harmonizing in the church, a coming together in the church
There is a harvest that is being brought forth in this day and in this hour
You are making a way where there seems to be no other way
We pray for a shaking, that they would see and understand that You are alive and well
Declaring that Your Spirit would go forth and we pray for those to come back into Your kingdom
Thank You for an increase of Your Spirit in these last days
There is a bending now, bend the church, Father
Bend us away from the world and from self-concern
There is a turning of our hearts in a new direction and in a God direction
Thank You, Jesus, You are so good and so worthy
We need You; we call out and humble ourselves before You
Yes, we repent for our disobedience, and we repent for our indifference
Father, we pray for more grace for Your people
Thank You for the blood of Jesus today, and we humble ourselves before You, Father
Yes, we yield more and more to Your will and plan
Calling for healing and restoration in these last days, Lord
Father, we lift up those hearts that are in need of healing
Open up their hearts, and we ask for You to come in and replenish them
Thank You for empowering us to do Your will and plan
Calling for those broken places to be made new
