Morning Prayer Summary for Tuesday, June 23, 2020

Ms. Annie led us singing in tongues…

Pastor Ray…

It seems like those notes are like steps. And they’re not going backwards. But there’s just an anointing to step ahead, step out, step through, step beyond what you and I can see in the natural. And step out and step into those things by the Spirit that we’ve seen, and we know by the words that have been spoken in the Word.

We’re on a mission, you know. There’s a plan and a purpose. Steps to take, ways to walk, words to declare, decisions to be made. Watch and pray. Watch and pray. Watch and pray. That’s what we’re to do. Watch…

Pastor Ray…

We’re watching to see what you say, to march, to watch, to say, to pray, to contend. Not to lean on our own understanding but going in the divine ways. And bring division down and bring division away. And declare restoration days and restoration times. Ooooopen, Open, Open up those ways. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Lord.

Second Corinthians 5:7 says, “we walk by faith.” So, we’re walking right now, walking in this room by the Spirit, in faith, by faith. [we regulate our lives and conduct ourselves by our conviction or belief respecting man’s relationship to God and divine things, with trust and holy fervor; thus we walk] not by sight or appearance.

We see things that other people don’t even see. We know things that other people do not know. For we’ve been given the spirit of knowing, of knowledge revelation in our hearts. The spirit of the living God in us, showing us as He said in His Word the things that are to come. And He’ll lead us always into the truth. Hallelujah!

First, I think I should just pray this prayer over our nation. Okay, let’s get our eyes off the scenery that we’ve seen, even in the last day or last night or this morning. Let’s take our eyes off that and get our eyes over onto Him.

Prayer for our Nation…

Father, in Jesus’ name and always, always, always, according to your Word, we watch, and we pray for those in authority in our nation. It’s not just our president but all those in positions of authority. But we do lift him up as the President of this nation of America, all of his family, all of the staff, all of the cabinet members. And we pray that your Word will continually just stick to them. Cling to them. And let them not depart from your plans.  Strengthen them with mighty power, by your Spirit to stand against wickedness, lies, and deception.

Guide President Trump’s decisions. Let Your light shine upon his path and show him the path of reversal for every evil way! It’s a turnaround. It’s a paradigm shift. It’s a reversal. Continually surround him with godly men and women that are speaking the Word. They’re speaking by what they’ve heard by the Spirit. They’re speaking life and not death. They’re speaking forth revelation, all concerning the future. Cause the way of every wicked…

Okay, thank you, Lord. We’re not coming against flesh and blood, but the Devil’s ways! So, cause all the way of the wicked to be set to confusion, and come to nothing, to come to nothing, and come to nothing, and come to nothing, In Jesus’ name! Cause all the way of the wicked to be confused.

What’s that look like? Get a picture – it’s all messed up! It’s all in confusion. They’ll go back to wherever they came from.  And we know behind the whole scene, it’s the Devil’s ways. The Devil’s plans. Get back, get out, you’ve been defeated! You are a defeated foe!

Deliver us of any kind of a trap or any kind of a snare that the enemy might have laid for us. Deliver us from it! And let the wicked be caught in their own devises. It means they get caught in the trap! It means they get caught in the snares!  Hallelujah!  Hallelujah! In their own devises and be brought to shame.

We take authority this morning. Not because we think we’re somebody so great! We take authority because God almighty, by the power of the Spirit, gave us authority on this earth. We take our authority over every plot, over every situation or plan of the enemy against our nation, any kind of planned terrorist attacks. We say NO! By the blood and through the name of Jesus, let all of the prideful and lying lips be silenced and shut down in Jesus’ name. Slanderers will not be established in America.

We pray for our Congress, our Supreme Court, our Military leaders and our intelligence agencies. Let the wisdom that is from above reign in this nation and be constantly speaking to our leaders. We exercise the authority you have given us to tread down all the power of the enemy. We cast down and demolish imaginations and arguments that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God, and we bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. We bind spirits of strife and division, civil wars and tumults, spirits of hostility, lawlessness and blasphemy, and fires from hell that have burned in our cities.

Pastor Ray…

I am seeing something in my spirit. Let’s say you checked into a hotel and they had cockroaches. You made some noise and threw your bags down and they scattered. They left but they’ll be back, in that case.

But we say today to the tumults, the things that are happening in these days we are speaking the word of life and we’re declaring by the blood and through the name these things have to go be shut down and be stopped never back again.

I just keep seeing the dispersing! I don’t know where they’re going. I don’t know where they came from! But they’re going back from wherever they came from and they will not come back up and come back out again in Jesus’ name. That’s right, they’re confused. They are confused. Hallelujah. Thank You, Lord. Thank You, Father.

We can’t just be the same old way, every day. Many things we don’t understand or don’t know, but we do know some things. We do know the Word is true. We know it’s by faith in the Word. Hallelujah, thank you, Father, that You’re moving by Your Spirit. Thank You, Lord. Oh My! We begin to see the things the way You see them, not how the news might present them. But in Jesus’ name wholeness, health, restoration, a calmness in Jesus’ name Hallelujah.

Hallelujah. Thank you, Father. I keep hearing this, Miss Annie, the song Send the Rain Send the Fire. There is an anointing on this song. And we must see it. We have to see it from our hearts, see it not just in our natural eyesight ways but see it and it will come to pass. Believe it. Receive it. You know an outbreak of revivals, Your manifested presence, Lord. I know when that happens, eyes that were closed will be opened up and lives will be changed and decisions will be made to turn to You. Hallelujah.

Ms. Annie led us singing Send Your Fire, Send Your Rain

Pastor Ray…

There are different times and different seasons we can tend to let the fire go down, but we have the ability to stir it up when we begin to pray in the Holy Spirit, directed by the Spirit, and just begin to stir ourselves up. You know how it is, “Well, so and so, they’re really on fire for God.” Well, yes! That’s Pentecost days, that’s the upper room kind of way!

That’s the fire from heaven. When you are on fire, you will do and say things you never thought you would do or say. Bind things that need to be bound and loose things that need to be loosed. Speaking to all of the elements, things that need to be restored, be restored and made new! Let the wind of the Spirit blow, let the fire fall, let the rain come, and the oil of the precious Holy Spirit… restoration. Restoring things that were broken, mending things, making them new. Hallelujah. Thank You, Lord.

This morning I was coming down the hallway. I turned the corner and I heard in my spirit, “We are making progress as we pray every day.”

It’s like inch by inch by inch, progress is being made with all of the consistencies of prayers, contending, declaring, and moving. Progress has already been made but more progress will be made as we, not just us here in this Chapel or not just you that are tuning in, but all over America, where the Church begins to step ahead, or step up, rise up and get a picture of what the Word is telling us and keep moving. I believe just by the presence of God, the power of the Spirit, we will have that power, that joy inside of us to keep on keeping on and keeping on and keeping on! Hallelujah! And we keep on declaring – every day is getting better! Well what about? NO! Every day is getting better and better and better! Ha! Ha! Hallelujah! It’s getting better.

We’re getting stronger. We’re not getting weaker. The Church is not going down. We’re not shrinking back. The Church is coming up.

Word of the Lord came forth…

Watch and you shall see other leaders will come up… out of places maybe we’d never thought they would come out of, but they will begin to speak too. Oh, and it will line up with what the Word says about America. One Nation Under God!

I know it doesn’t say that in the Word, but it has been said over America and that’s how we’ve been founded: one nation under God and we are indivisible.

So, we contend, we call it forth, we believe we receive, and the joy will keep rising up. And what does that do for us? It brings strength within.

The following excerpt is taken from Don’t Limit God by Andrew Womack…

We have to change the way we think. We need to study the Word and imagine the truths God has given us, until they paint a picture on the inside of us—until we see ourselves healthy, righteous, and full of peace and joy. We can never see anything happen on the outside unless we see it happen on the inside first!

Many of you are praying for big things to happen—restoration of your marriage, healing in your body, or prosperity in your finances. You are praying for these things, but you can’t see them—and it’s frustrating. But if you’ll just meditate on the Word and allow it to paint a picture on the inside of you, it will come to pass. As a man thinks in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7).

Paul said, “We walk by faith, not by sight” (2 Corinthians 5:7). As a Christian our imagination should paint such a real picture that you live by what the Lord says more than you live by what you can see with your physical eyes. You can do that. Say “I can do that!” You have God Almighty living on the inside of you!

Are you picturing what God’s Word says about you? Can you see yourself healed? Can you see yourself prosperous? Can you see yourself doing miracles (yes!) like Jesus did? If not, you need to meditate on the Word of God until you can see yourself doing these things. You need to change the way you see yourself. You need to see yourself as God sees you. You need to take the limits off and engage your imagination in order to see God’s will for your life come to pass.

Pastor Ray…

Here is what the dictionary definition of imagination says:

  1. the faculty of imagining, or of forming mental images or concepts of what is not actually present to the senses.

The one thing that just hit me about what Andrew said because I worked in the art field. “You’ve got to paint a picture (or allow the Word to paint a picture) on the inside of you.” I love that. If we can see ourselves the way He sees us, then I’m telling you when we’re praying, we’re seeing it. It’s so much easier to declare things that you can see than not.

In some of the things, when I was in that field full time. I always, always.. even before I was born again. I always believed it will all work out right. It just was in me. And I don’t know how. Really, it was by the Spirit but I wasn’t even saved. I just thought, I have no idea how this is going to work out.

For years I made things, sculptures, and all that kind of stuff without a plan. But He had a plan. I was born again. I was Spirit filled then, and He had a plan. And so, I would just get the materials and begin to do something. I am just talking about imagination now, imagining things that are not, kind of as though they were. I would just begin to do something and let my imagination keep moving or let the Spirit keep showing and I would make something that I didn’t know I was going to make and then people would actually buy it (ha, ha, ha). Because it was God who created it anyways.

Same way here at Living Word. That was my responsibility many years ago in decorating the church. A lot of times it was the same way. I am saying all this to say, we’ve got to see that picture in us, but we wont always see the full… it’s not always going to be like a masterpiece painting. It’ll just sometimes be the beginning. And so, we just start moving ahead and He’ll continually show us as we use our faith. He’ll show us the complete total revelation of the picture, how He see it.

A lot of times here, I would do that too. I wouldn’t have a drawing, a plan but I had the material and the paint and whatever was needed. I would just start building. We must see the way He sees it based on His Word.

I Lay hands on myself. I want to see. I want to hear. I want to hear Him say what it is I am to do. I want to hear Him say to each one of you and all of you that are watching online. I want you to be able to have your ears wide open, your hearts open, and ready to be able to, in the place of prayer, go on out in the Spirit, not knowing exactly which way you will go or what words you will speak or how the songs will come out. Whatever He needs at the moment, that’s what we believe Him for.

So, we keep moving. Like He said this morning, “inch by inch by inch, progress is being made.” We take that by faith. Things are working out. Everything is going to work out. Everything… Hallelujah. Thank You, Father.

Do you think I have a great revelation right now about what to do? (ha, ha, ha). Just let us come before the Lord. I feel, just to bow before the Father, to bow before heaven this morning, yield to Him, open our hearts for great revelation, those things that we see in our hearts, those plans that He gave us. I just pray, Father, Holy spirit of the Living God, You would just fall fresh upon us, renew us, restore us, revive us, fill us to overflowing again. Hallelujah.

Ms. Annie led us singing I Worship You All Mighty God

Pastor Ray…

Hallelujah. I know that without a doubt, I promise you. You will look back. We will look back on these days in 2020, and we will see the changes that continually took place because of pressing ahead, calling the things that are not as though they were, just being faithful. Many times, being faithful is to show up and do everything you can do to get in the Spirit and get out of the natural. And beginning to see victory, help, restoration, changes that are God given changes. Hallelujah.

It’s working out (ha, ha, ha). It will work out. Things are changing. We thank You for it.

You get all of the glory for what You are doing, Lord. We know it’s not us. We lift up Your Word by faith and believe in it. And Know that it shall come to pass. You do the work. And we know You are working now. Your working in America. Your working in every state. We Thank You for it this morning in Jesus mighty name. And everybody said, Amen.

Thank you for tuning in this morning. We’re blessed. We’re going somewhere. We’re moving but we’re moving ahead, in Jesus’ name. Hallelujah.
