Morning Prayer Summary for Tuesday, July 30, 2019

GPAN 7-30-19

Pastor Ray…

Thank You, Lord. Thank You for Your presence again this morning, Holy Spirit. We roll out the expectation, belief, the receiving. Something always happens in Your presence, we’re changed, things are changed, restored. Some things are made brand new and old things pass away in Your wonderful presence. Hallelujah, thank You for it this morning.

If there was a title for this morning it would be “We’re on a Steady March Toward More of God.”

We’re on a steady march. We’re not just marching in a circle. We’re not just turning around, going some other whatever… We’re marching toward more of God.

So, every day when we are calling, “we are hungry, we’re thirsty, we want more”, we open our hearts for more. We yield, speak over our yielders and say “hearts, be open, be yielded.”

Scripture focus…

(1) When Solomon had finished praying, the fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the Lord filled the house. (2)  The priests could not enter the house of the Lord, because the glory of the Lord had filled the Lord’s house. (3)  And when all the people of Israel saw how the fire came down and the glory of the Lord upon the house, they bowed with their faces upon the pavement and worshiped and praised the Lord, saying, For He is good, for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever

(12 And the Lord appeared to Solomon by night and said to him: I have heard your prayer and have chosen this place for Myself as a house of sacrifice.

(14) If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land. (15)  Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer offered in this place. 2 Chronicles 7:1–3, 12, 14–15 (AMPC)

In that place where people require as a necessity His presence and turn from every evil way, turn from sin.

Repentance is really a permanent change in direction. Let’s say there is a person walking one direction and he realizes (we’ve all done this) he’s going where he does not want or wish to go. So, what does he do? He turns around completely and goes in the opposite direction.

Every one of us, all of us, every man and woman born on the face of the earth start out going in the wrong direction. Isn’t that right? We’re not born “born again.” We’re not born saved.

Of course, we know there are decisions we have to make. I believe an ongoing heart is a heart just filled with repentance where we keep ourselves turned, or turned around and keep looking to heaven, looking to Him, His ways. That’s ongoing. It’s a lifestyle change. It’s a turnaround.

True Bible repentance is really when we set our face like a flint toward heaven. We have changed and we have turned around. We will not let temptation, the ways of the world, patterns of the world, thinking of the world, direct us. But we will stay steadfast; keep marching toward more of Him.

That’s where we want to be and I believe that’s where we’ve been called to be—in that continual state of more. And it goes along with our declaration a few weeks ago. We drew that line. Thank You, Father.

I know the blood protects us if we believe it, if we use it, if we declare it. It’s not just automatic. But we do overcome, we have overcome by the precious blood because Jesus did on the Cross and that blood is more than enough for us in these days.

Temptation—no way. We resist it in the name of Jesus. We’re covered in the blood but in that name and by that name we have overcome. Not us, not our strength, but His strength in us and working right on through us.

Scripture focus…

I John 2 it talks about the anointing. We’ve been anointed and we keep ourselves moving in that anointing, able to do what we’ve been called to do, by faith.

(20) But you have been anointed by [you hold a sacred appointment from, you have been given an unction from] the Holy One, and you all know [the Truth] or you know all things.

(21) I write to you not because you are ignorant and do not perceive and know the Truth, but because you do perceive and know it, and [know positively] that nothing false (no deception, no lie) is of the Truth.

(24) As for you, keep in your hearts what you have heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the first dwells and remains in you, then you will dwell in the Son and in the Father [always].

(25) And this is what He Himself has promised us—the life, the eternal [life].

(26) I write this to you with reference to those who would deceive you [seduce and lead you astray].

(27) But as for you, the anointing (the sacred appointment, the unction) which you received from Him abides [permanently] in you; [so] then you have no need that anyone should instruct you. But just as His anointing teaches you concerning everything and is true and is no falsehood, so you must abide in (live in, never depart from) Him [being [rooted in Him, knit to Him], just as [His anointing] has taught you [to do]. I John 2:20–21, 24–27 (AMPC)

Pastor Ray…

It’s not just a casual happenstance where we just say, “Oh, Lord, we want more of You.” It’s based on what the Word has said for us to do, to require the presence of God as an absolute necessity. We must have more.  When we keep that up, day after day after day… Remember yesterday I went by the sign outside which read “If you don’t quit, you win.” Well, if we don’t stop, we overcome.

We have overcome because the blood did. And so today, Lord, from our hearts we believe to live this way, totally turned around and looking to heaven. Thank You, Father. Thank You, Lord.

I know, I am sure each one of us can remember the day that we took that turn and said, “Jesus, I ask You to come in my heart, be my Lord, be my Savior.” We asked Him to come in. I know where I was. I know who I was with. I know I was standing and not sitting. I had already made some decisions to get out of religion, but I didn’t know where to go. But when Sandy told me, way back then about being born again, first I was “I cannot believe that.” No one had ever told me. I was looking but I couldn’t find it. But she showed it to me.

And so I made a decision that day and believe me I needed to turn around. Like that person we said was walking one way and he turned around, repented, and turnaround forever. Are there mistakes made? Yes, yes, yes, but we are covered in the precious blood of the Lamb.

Thank You for forgiveness. Thank You for the power from heaven that moves in us and begins to change us, permanent change in our hearts.

Thank You, Lord. Thank You for the plans, for the strength, for the unction, for the anointing from heaven.

Say this after me: “I am anointed. I am anointed. I am anointed.”

It’s not that we necessarily feel it. We just know it based on what the Word has said. Just like every other good thing from heaven, we don’t have to necessarily see it, but we know it. Our knowers know it. Hallelujah. Thank You, Father. For we have overcome because You did. You overcame on the Cross at Calvary. Thank You.

Restore, restorations, things that were stolen – be restored seven times greater in Jesus’ name. Wholeness, wealth, prosperity, thank You, Lord.

Show, showing, You’re showing us, Lord. You are revealing unto us details, plans, and changes that we’re to walk into. Staying stable, staying fixed on what You’ve said.

Some things that have not yet turned, we command it today to turn in Jesus’ name. Turn around, stop in your maneuvers against us Devil in Jesus’ name. For we have by faith “Turned!” We have by faith stepped up. By faith, we have stepped into more and more and more! And we’re walking in greater stability, walking in more of the joy that’s internal. And that joy continually brings a supernatural power within enabling us to go and go and go and go on! And march ahead and move up or move out or move in or stop or turn or go! Ooooooohhh! Holy, Holy, Holy are You, Lord! Holy are You, Lord!

Thank You for that seeing and that revealing and that knowing in our hearts, who You really are, really truly are and what You truly want us to be.

Ms. Jeani…

When David approached Ziklag, the enemy had taken it all. And he had not only taken it all, he’d taken from all those that were associated with David, all of their families and possessions, everything. And so then what happened? The leader gets pummeled!

Those that were with David are now against him. But what did David do? He got away with God and he encouraged himself in the Lord. And out of encouraging himself in the Lord came the question. Not “What are you going to do about these people against me?” No! That was not David’s question! Out of encouraging himself in the Lord came the question, “God, did you do this?” No! That’s not the question that came out of his heart.

David got away, he encouraged himself in the Lord and David’s question was “Should I go in and recover all?”

When we encourage ourselves in the Lord, we see the possibilities of going in and recovering all! When we encourage ourselves in the Lord, we see the possibility despite who is against us! Despite those that were for us, those that fought with us that are now against us! It doesn’t matter when we are encouraged in the Lord! He asked the question because he knew God was with Him.

So, Father, right now we come to You and say, “Should we go in and recover all?” And You say, “Yes. Go in and recover all because I am with you.”

And what happened? When David got the revelation, those that were against him, were with him. And he went in and recovered all and more—the land of more than enough! But it didn’t look good until he encouraged himself in the Lord and then God went in before him and with him and recovered all.

Pastor Ray…

Today, we go in and recover all in the name of Jesus and by the blood of the Lamb. We see a recovery over on the left, over on the right of things that were stolen way back a long time ago. We see recoveries, complete restoration, wholeness, health, prosperity, new, a gaining! We come with expectation for the great recovery! It’s almost like a second chance, a chance to go back and get it, a chance to go and receive it, a chance to expect for more restoration!

Shalom! Nothing broken, everything right, everything restored, and made right! Oh, thank You, Lord.

Pastor Folu…

Are you in a battle? Praise Him. Are you going through a trial? Worship Him. Is times great for you? Lift up your voice and worship our great God!

Hallelujah. Saints, I just want to testify about the goodness of our God. He said in the last days there would be a financial inversion. Pastor Ray used the word “expectation” and I hold on to that word. Saints, if you have not been of this mindset up until now, begin to expect financially every day that God would begin supernaturally bringing money your way.

It can come in diverse way. It can be a rebate. It can be unexpected income. It could be so many ways the Lord will bring. It could be discounts. It could be things you did not expect. It does not necessarily have to be money physically coming into your hand. It could be so many ways. But you know, as we expect this thing, it will continue.

For those of us where it has not yet begun, it will begin. And for those of us that are already on this, it will intensify because we are living in the land of more than enough. At the end of June, the Spirit started dealing with me. He said, “Son, from July to the end of this year, begin to watch what I will begin to do.” It started right on July 2. I got this unexpected international call about a debt somebody owed me from four years ago. It was a significant amount of money. I just kind of washed my hands of that money. It was four years ago, and I thought it is not probably going to happen. And the person called me and started asking for my account number.

That was the beginning. It looks like every day something is coming in, even if it’s small. I got a rebate check for twelve dollars. I was like “Where did this come from?” I went to go fix my car and the boss that was over the store manager just happen to be there. He said, “You don’t have to wait around here. We have loaner cars.” So, then I could go and do something more productive than sitting there for the next two hours.

Sometimes He impresses on you to continue to sow, to give. I was at an event last night. It was a gentleman that I support. He is doing a great work in Africa. The Lord said, “You know, you have been supporting this man for some time. I want you to increase your monthly giving to 3-fold.” I said, “okay” and wrote out the check. You know the more you give, especially when the Spirit of the Lord prompts you, expect Him to bring more in.

Favors, things that you did not even expect, God will just begin to flood your house with them. Why? Because He knows that He can trust you. He knows you are not going to consume it upon your lusts. He knows you are going to be a resource for the Kingdom.

So, please, for those of you that have been expecting, continue. And for those of you who have not, begin to expect, actually on a daily basis.

Father, today is a brand new day. I just expect something. Something is going to come from your hand that at the end of the day you will say, “Look what the Lord has done!” And you will have a testimony.

Friday, I spend all day with the Lord. Saturday, I spent all day with the Lord. My wife and I had some plans downtown.  Even when she got home on Saturday at 6 p.m. and asked if I was ready. I said, “Do we have to. I am having this great time with the Lord.” She said, “You’ve been with the Lord all day!” I said, “I know, sure, let’s go.” But some of the things the Lord was dealing with me all day Friday and all day Saturday. He was saying, “Son, I just want you to be with me more and more.” Fellowship, relationship, because out of that is born everything you are looking for, out of that.  Just come aside from all this distraction, all this noise. And saints, I was touched.

So on Friday He is dealing with me just about time with Him. He starts talking to me about North Minneapolis. I said okay. He started putting some things in my heart because I used to minister there quite a bit years ago. But I have not been there in a long time. And so my wife gets home and says, “Let’s go to the stone arch bridge in Minneapolis.” It’s a little ways from our house. And I did not tell her anything about North Minneapolis. She said, “There is a new North Market that just opened up about a year ago. Do you mind if we take a pit stop there?” I said, “Sure, let’s go.” So now we are in North Minneapolis. She didn’t know about my conversation with the Lord.

Saints, the anointing that is on us is so significant. So, we get into this grocery store and looking around. Then I see this lady with a cane. My heart just went out to her. I remembered Acts 10:38 “How Jesus…” And Jesus is not here right now. I am here right now. So, I went to her “Ma’am, is it alright if we pray for you?” She said, “Would you please, would you please?” I was not expecting that. I tell you it was not even 30 seconds of my laying hands on her and this lady starts balling, crying. And then afterward she said “Thank you so much.”

On our way out, one of the cashiers comes around and starts talking to us. The Lord gave us an opportunity to invite her to church. But then we go outside and there is gentleman just standing there. He reminds me of Pastor Jamey. And guess what, his name is Jamey. I start talking to him about the Lord. He actually attended Living Word as a child but then moved away. But he did not know the Lord. He didn’t know where he would spend eternity. He was not sure. He gave his life to Jesus.

What am I saying? It’s just amazing how the Lord set all that stuff up. He had me thinking about North Minneapolis. You know we never did make to the Stone Arch bridge. But we were where we were supposed to be. And just touching people for Him. In these last days, I believe the Lord will use you and I to really make a difference. A lot of people are suffering out there. And Living Word has been called by God as a place of refuge in the last days.

One of the things the Lord said last year concerning this church “a lot of people will come here because they are looking for a financial solution. And while they are here looking for their finances to change… Yes, their motive might be wrong but while they are here, the Lord will touch their hearts, arrest them.”

Finally, one of the things the Lord said about in the last days this church (I am very emphatic about His church now), He said the churches that have a praying ministry will experience the glory, the anointing first in these last days. I tell you we are in the midst of a revival. We are in the midst of an awakening. Some of you may not know it yet but we are in it. We are right smack dab in it right now in the name of Jesus.

Father, I thank You. I thank You for what You are doing in this house. I thank You, Lord, that we have entered a new chapter of more than enough in every area of our lives, financially, relationally, materially—in every area of our lives. In our health, we are prospering. In all the relationships that maybe for whatever reason we have let it drop, but You are encouraging us: “Call that person again. Reach out to that one again.”

Father, the house of God is full again, full again, and people are coming from the north, south, east to the west, coming to the house of God. They are coming to Living Word Christian Center. I prophesy right now that as you step out, as you invite people to this house, that the Lord will show you the right people to invite and as you invite them, some of them will say “You know what? I have been looking for a church a long time. Yes, I will come.” In the name of Jesus’ I decree it and declare it right now that from this day forward as you and I continue to open our mouths and invite people to this house, that your prosperity will even spring up in a higher level. It has already sprung up but it will even go another level as you give heed to this word to invite much people to this house. Because then as they come here, they will get solutions to their problems, they will get answers to their questions, and they will be able to get that financial problem that they have been in for all these years, in this house that situation will completely over time change. And this house will be known as a house of refuge. This house will continually be known as a house of prayer. And this house will continually be known as a place to come and get your needs met, even natural needs in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

Ms. Gale…

Just recently my phone was stolen. And I am believing God that it is coming back. But I was thinking, “Okay, Devil, I am going to give you a black eye.” And somebody actually gave me a phone, praise God. But I was out looking for a screen for it. I went to the Mall and here is this kid standing right next to me. I shared the Gospel with him and led him right to the Lord. We can lead anybody to the Lord anywhere you are because people are hungry. They want the Word of God. They want Jesus. They want something. Anywhere you go, in supermarkets standing in line. You can start a conversation. I tell you what, it’s the most rewarding thing in the world, to lead another soul to Jesus, just snatch them out of the Devil’s hands.

I don’t care about that phone. I am more concerned about taking people to heaven with me! Amen. That’s the truth.

Pastor Ray…

Hallelujah, thank You, Lord.  We do take our place, our position because we are in a race. We’re not just barely getting along. Because now we’ve made a decision where we’re over into that land, the land of more. But we know, Father, that You’ve set us here in this place like Pastor Folu said “We are in it now.” And it’s increase but it’s more than what we’ve thought it would be. It’s increase of the lost, increase in numbers of people coming back to the church, this church, that left for one reason or another. They are coming back. I have physically seen them back! They are back. And people are messaging about it. Get back. Come back. Come back to your family.

I know, Father, that You have a bigger picture than what we maybe see. But we are getting some glimpses, we’re getting some things that we have seen concerning that increase that we’ve stepped into in these day.

So, we put no limitation on it, or limitations. We believe to be where we need to be on time we’ll be there. We show up at the right time. The favor of God is going before us. Hallelujah.

It may be little like Pastor Folu said but let’s not make light of the little things, big things, all of the things that He is doing.

Whatever You want to do, Lord, I know You are working for us, working in us, and You are working through us even when we don’t even say anything, Your presence goes with us and brings change. It is miraculous. So, we thank You for this day. We personally call it blessed. But we corporately call it blessed for this ministry, and we hold us and pray over our Pastors Mac and Lynne. Thank You they led us, they are leading us, and they will not quit. But we are supporting them, lift them up, and call forth every blessing from heaven upon them to get them into a greater, higher place, or even a better position to speak forth words of life, words of change, words of new in Jesus’ name.

Thank You, Father, they are covered, this ministry is covered. Thank You, Father, these things are coming to pass. We will see them but before we see them, we believe that we will see them because of faith operating in us and Your anointing is working. So, it will work and work and work all the way through. Thank You for it, give You all of the glory, honor, and praise for this day, a beautiful day in Him in Jesus’ name, Amen.
