The best part is to know the heart of the Father. And how do we know what that’s like? Right in here. You know how the opposite of that is if let’s say if you had a business or ministry, whatever. If you have people that are serving and we serve Him… If the people don’t really know the heart of the leader, we got a problem. Houston! We’ve got a problem! So, because if you don’t know the heart of the father and what Wis Word says and what we have in Him, we’re missing it big time. Maybe this will go along with it. I usually don’t do this, but just this first part of this prophecy from Kenneth Hagan concerning the last days. This morning, I looked at that again, just the first part of it and a couple of words there just really stood out in the beginning paragraph.
Thank you, Holy Spirit, for your presence here in this room. We know one word from you can change it all. So thank you for your presence here.
Kenneth Hagin said “The seers shall stand on the horizon of time.” That’s an interesting picture. “…and see that which God has planned and know its purpose, or know the heart of God. Standing on the horizon of time, He shall look back into the realm of time and see that which the enemy has planned. Yay saith the Lord of hosts, this is the time of restoration. This is the time of restoration. I found this, this morning. I Googled “What’s the Bible meaning of restoration.” And it said that the biblical meaning of the word restoration is to receive back more than has been lost to the point where the final state is greater than the original condition.” That’s the Bible type of restoration. “…not just where we were, but better. Better than the original condition. The main point is that someone or something is improved beyond measure.” Wow.
Unlike the regular dictionary meaning of restoration, which is to return something back to its original condition. You know, people restore homes, cars, whatever back to their original condition. The biblical definition of the word has greater connotations that go above and beyond the typical everyday usage. Repeatedly throughout the Bible, God blesses people for their faith and hardships by making up for their losses and giving them more than they previously had before.” Because He’s a God of more! More than enough. I just love that. It’s not just, “Oh, it’s going to be restored.” Well, it’s going to be better.
And so He said, “This is the time of restoration and this is the time of visitation. The time of a fresh renewing and an outpouring. And so the visitation of the Lord shall be greater.”
So we got restoration better than ever. We got visitation. It’ll be greater in these days than it was yesterday. And manifestation of His power and glory shall be 100-fold more than it was yesterday. That’s restoration right there. 100-fold more than it was yesterday. “Manifestation of supernatural miracles shall increase 100-fold also, more than we’ve known in the past. In Mark 10, it says ‘who will not receive a hundred fold? That’s the verse before that’s. If you’ve left your home, your brothers, your sisters… that familiar verse. “Who will not receive a hundred times as much.” And I have this circled “now.” “…now in this time.” Time is moving. It’s picking up speed. “And so now is the time.” Now is the time … houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, lands some prosecution and in the age to come, eternal life.”
And then just this other part… I want to reread this. “Yay, the power of God shall be in manifestation and your heart shall be rejoicing and you shall be glad.”
Father, thank you for the hundred-fold increase. Thank you for the visitations. Thank you for great manifestations of your precious Holy Spirit. And thank you that we’ll be sad, but we’ll be glad. Cause if when you restore things like we just read, it is better than ever before.
“And the work of God shall be consummated and many things that have been spoken even unto men of God who sit in this place and shake their heads and say, you know what? That cannot be so.” That’s interesting that it’s believers…It cannot be so. You know, the works of God coming into the spirits by women of God and men of God. And then they declared by human reasoning… that’s where the problem is… That it’s impossible. It cannot be so. But yes, sayeth the Lord of hosts, all things are possible to him that believes. I wish we could just adjust our believers.
So with me, all things are possible and the impossible shall become possible. That is a paradigm shift, for sure. “And even many have said, ‘well, okay, it’s possible, but it’s not really probable.” What’s happening there? Doubt.
“Yeah, even the probable shall come into manifestation and your heart shall be made to rejoice and your spirits shall be glad. And the work of God shall be enhanced and the kingdom of God shall be advanced.” And then just this last little part. “Sitting upon the horizon of times and looking not only in the realm of the spirit and seeing that which transpires in the spirit realm for the enemy goeth about us never before knowing that his time is short. Thou shalt know and thou shalt share and those who know how to pray will rise up in this hour. And then they’ll intercede and the forces of darkness shall be driven back and the evil spirits in the powers of the enemy that would encroach on the things of God and the people of God will be driven back.”
Thank you for the blood this morning. We push back with that blood. There’s such power in that blood. The blood of Jesus is all powerful. It’s working for us this morning. Like it worked yesterday. It’ll work tomorrow and day after day. The blood is working for us individually. The blood is working for us corporately as members of the body of Christ. And things are being restored better than they were before. And there will be great visitation and there shall be awesome manifestation of the powers of the Holy Spirit with supernatural, wonderful miracles and signs. And things that we’ve yearned for, for years and years and some things we’ve seen and some things we’ve not yet seen, but we will see. Our seers will begin to see it. Hallelujah.
Close your eyes for a minute. Hallelujah. Thank you, Father.
Let’s see that probable begin to come to pass. No, it’s not too big or great for the King of Kings, the Creator of the universe, the Lord of Lords, the healer, the provider, the way maker… Thank you, Lord. Whole families will come into God, come into the things of God. Come out of the darkness and into the light at once. Whole families will begin to turn. (tongues) Thank you, Father… turning, turning, turning… that’s where you can say ‘well, it’s possible, but I doubt if it’s probable now’ … probables are turning into possibles and coming to pass. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord. I was talking to a pastor friend of mine in France yesterday. Nice, France, is a beautiful city. Most of the people are unsaved, but they feel like they’re happy because the sun’s out all the time and that kind of thing. And so he said that just in the past few weeks, he’s had people call the ministry and ask for a pastor. And now, you know, less than 1% in France are actually saved. So if you’re out walking, most of those people are not saved. And he said one of the men that wanted to meet with the pastor, he set up an appointment with him. At first, he asked him, “What is it that you want?” He goes, “I need God.” Okay. So he set up an appointment and that man was an atheist. He never went to church. And all of a sudden, he began to yearn for God enough to call a church and ask to meet a pastor. And so when he came in, that man began to cry and weep. When Pastor Mark ministered to him and led him in a prayer of salvation, the man began to weep.
Since that, that particular man is born again, Spirit filled and in church every Sunday. And Pastor Mark said that’s not the only one. There’s been others that have come in. And he said something that we’ve prayed for, for years has begun to manifest in Nice, France. And many of the things that we’ve prayed here for years and years… shall begin to come to pass. For it’s restoration days. It’s visitation days. It’s manifestation times and those supernatural signs, wonderful things are beginning to take place.
I talked to Pastor Fulu yesterday and he’s on the staff here and he does a healing school. And he told me that they were almost finished with the meeting and he sensed and almost felt with his physical feelings, the wind of the Spirit began to blow in. And he wasn’t the only one that sensed it. And there were some people online that were watching. They sensed that in their homes, the wind of the Spirit. Oh, thank you, God.
I want it. We want it. Lord. We’re hungry. We’re thirsty. And we want more. We’re not willing to just settle for partial. We want it all. We want to see signs and beautiful, wonderful miracles, because we know that’s a bell that will ring and bring even more in to your kingdom, into the light. Thank you, Lord.

In First Kings 18, it says “After many days, the word of the Lord came to Elijah in the third year saying, go show yourself to Ahab and I will send rain upon the earth. So Elijah went to show himself to Ahab. Now the famine was severe in Samaria. Now the famine was severe.”
Right now, the famine is severe, but that’s not the point. It’s never the point. So, Father, even right now, we thank you that the church does not make the famine the point. The church does not make the severity of the famine the point. So, once again, “after many days, the word of the Lord came to Elijah in the third year saying, go show yourself to Ahab. And I will send rain upon the earth. So Elijah went to show himself to Ahab. Now the famine was severe in Samaria.”
So God said I’m sending rain in the middle of a famine and a severe famine. And so when I got here this morning, He was talking to me about the cloud the size of a man’s hand. And then, when Ray was talking about what would seem impossible, becomes probable and then it happens. Well, let’s keep reading.
In verse 41, this was a lot of verses later. “So God told Alijah, Go show yourself. The famine was severe. Verse 41, “And Elijah said to Ahab, go up, eat and drink for there is the sound of the abundance of rain.” So the rain hadn’t come yet, but there was the sound of the abundance of rain. I mean, this speaks to us on so many levels. There was a severe famine in Samaria. So there wasn’t just a famine. There was a severe famine in Samaria, which would indicate it’d been going on for a while. And some things have been going on for a while. Yet, God said I’m sending rain. He’s not just sending rain. R A I N. He sending rain. R E I G N. The kingdom is here. The kingdom is upon us. And this is what He’s up to. In the middle of not just a dry place, but a dry place that’s been happening for a while. And we could apply this to all things, so many things. But all we do… Let’s just read it in verse 41: “And Elijah said to Ahab, go up, eat and drink for there is the sound of the abundance of rain. So Ahab went up to eat and drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel and he bowed himself down upon the earth. He got low and he put his face between his knees.”
He got low and he travailed because he heard the sound of the abundance of rain. And before that, God said I’m sending rain and then he could hear the sound of rain.

That’s manifestation. You know, and that’s what I just read. Manifestation. And manifestation in Corinthians 12, it says “To each is given the manifestation of the spirit for the common good.” In Acts one, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you” or in other words, “manifestation of the Holy Spirit upon you and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria and all over the earth.” And then Romans eight. “For the creation waits with eager, longing for the revealing of the sons of man.” And then in John one says, “In the beginning was the word and the word was with God. And the word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him. And without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life and the life was the light of men and the light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it.”

And it never will because it has no opposite. That light has no opposite. What’s in us has no opposite. God’s Word to Elijah had no opposite. His word was not the opposite of the famine. It was not the opposite of the severe famine. It wasn’t the opposite. It completely overcame the famine. It completely overcame the severe famine. And Elijah participated in the word. We participate in His Word. We have His Word in us. We co-labor with His Word. But what I absolutely love about God is He trusts us so much that He first… He’ll first bring a word and it just makes me giggle how He’ll do it in the middle of impossibilities. He does that a lot. But then the probable happened. The sound of the abundance of rain. He leaned in, he travailed, he got low and then his servant had to go back. Not one time, seven times. But he did. He kept going back. And he saw the probable. The cloud the size of a man’s hand. Praise God, we have the brightest happening right now. What happened with the guy in France of being able to identify what was going on with him, that he needed God. That’s just the cloud the size of a man’s hand. Things that are happening in America, the church waking up. I’m telling you right now, that is just this… what God is about to do, we can’t be in a bad mood. We can’t! Whatever small, tiny sliver of a breakthrough that you’ve received, even though you’ve been in travail, I’m telling you, it is just that tiny, tiny breakthrough you received, it is the size of a man’s hand compared to what’s about to come to pass.
And all that travailing wasn’t for the cloud the size of a man’s hand; it was to enlarge you on the inside so you could carry that breakthrough. It was so that it wouldn’t stop there, so that we would continue to go further. So what’s happening right now is not the severe famine. That is not what’s happening. We don’t say it’s the end times because of what the enemy’s doing. We say it’s the end times because of what God is doing. (tongues)
I thank you right now that the body is encouraged when they see the cloud the size of a man’s hand. That they’re encouraged by that. And we thank you for revelation that what we are actually seeing with our eyes right now is just a taste of what is upon us. (tongues) We stay low. We stay low. And in the boldness of the humility of knowing who we are… false humility has to leave the church because in actuality, false humility is pride. Humility! Humility that makes you rise up. I don’t know if you noticed this when it says that God draws near to the humble. But when you drive near to Him, you end up doing things you would never do. You become bold! Bill Johnson said once, faith looks like arrogance to those that maybe need to get with God just a little bit more. So, Father, we thank you for your Word. We thank you that you are sending your reign. The kingdom of God that is in the church. The church rising up… the sleeping beauty of America is awake! She’s awake. And what we are seeing now is simply the cloud the size of a man’s hand.

That’s like that giant that Tommy Hicks saw three times in a dream. The giant, which was the church filled with debris and junk, began to rise up and shake off and become manifested in this earth in these days. Can you see it? Annie, I want to hear that song, “send the fire, send the rain.” Let’s begin to see it in our country be manifested like Pastor Folu sensed the wind come here into the chapel and blow through.

You encourage us today… that we really and truly are and always have been the answer for every situation, not because we’re the answer, but because the answer lives in us. And we declare today that we’re never in a situation where we don’t know what to do because our eyes are on you. And you have never once… you are the all-knowing… You’re never stingy with wisdom. You’re always abundant in wisdom. You’re always abundant in answers… abundant in provision, abundant in relationship, abundance, abundance… because the famine was severe but for you, you are bringing rain, abundant rain … So when the famine severe we’re encourage, because we hear the sound of the abundance of rain. Do you hear the sound? Do you hear the sound in your home? Do you hear the sounds in your body? Do you hear the sounds in your city? Do you hear the sound in your business, in your job, in your office? Do you hear the sound? We get low and we hear the sound. And if we hear the sound, here comes the cloud… a taste of what is upon us… goodness of the Father. We’re just in a preparation time, being prepared for more and more and more… you will be my witnesses. Holy Spirit, you minister power to us today. Power, the power of the spoken word, the power of call this person, pray for that person, do this, do that, don’t do this, don’t do that… Our steps are ordered by you.
I just feel like Sunday… Sunday, you hear from God and Sunday it’s your fun day. Your fun day is upon you… with those things that He has told you and the tough places are bringing the fun places… massive joy… manifestation upon you today… as He ministers His goodness and His promises being ministered to you. His promises being ministered through you… through every cell, through every organ, through every thought. … this stage truly is ready for your fun day… Holy Spirit, we give you permission to let yourself go in Minneapolis… people in Minnesota, people in America, people in France, people in Africa… fully surrendered to you… bold as lions and gentle as doves.
