Morning Prayer Summary for Wednesday, January 6, 2021

Ms. Peg led us singing His Love is Like the Mighty Ocean

Pastor Ray…

You are so good, Lord. Hallelujah.

Sometimes that’s what we need, to see His arms hold us, His love manifested. The more we fix our eyes on what we should have them fixed on, the more we are overcomers.

If you don’t quit, you win. Hallelujah.

Scripture focus…

And let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint. Galatians 6:9 (AMPC)

Pastor Ray…

The Church needs to be the Church and not quit.

Before the day of Pentecost when Jesus spoke to around 500 people, He didn’t just say to them, you could or you don’t have to go and wait for the outpouring. It was literally a command, “Go to the upper room.” But 380 people didn’t go or they either went but didn’t wait.

Wouldn’t you rather be the 120 that just stayed steadfast? They did not quit, kept pressing ahead. That’s the group I want to be with, not the ones that left.

Yes, sure they loved the Lord and all that. But as time went by, they went back to their daily deals.

That happened to us as a country after 911. The Churches were packed out. Our prayer meetings where in the sanctuary and were full because no one knew what was next. I just remember that intensity. But as time went by (tick tock) less and less. It is a natural thing, I guess you could say.

Scripture focus…

(8) Grant not, O Lord, the desires of the wicked; further not their wicked plot and device, lest they exalt themselves. (10) Let burning coals fall upon them; let them be cast into the fire, into floods of water or deep water pits, from which they shall not rise. Psalm 140:8,10 (AMPC)

Pastor Ray…

It’s true. We are not coming against flesh and blood. We’re coming against the plans of the enemy, wicked plans. What came to me this morning, when we have done all, what do we do then? We stand on the Word. We stand on what we know. We’re not going back, turning around, melting. Wherever fear comes in, we cast it out.

Scripture focus…

In conclusion be strong—not in yourselves but in the Lord, in the power of his boundless resource. Put on God’s complete armour so that you can successfully resist all the devil’s methods of attack. For our fight is not against any physical enemy: it is against organisations and powers that are spiritual. We are up against the unseen power that controls this dark world, and spiritual agents from the very headquarters of evil. Therefore you must wear the whole armour of God that you may be able to resist evil in its day of power, and that even when you have fought to a standstill you may still stand your ground. Take your stand then with truth as your belt, righteousness your breastplate, the Gospel of peace firmly on your feet, salvation as your helmet and in your hand the sword of the Spirit, the Word of God. Above all be sure you take faith as your shield, for it can quench every burning missile the enemy hurls at you. Pray at all times with every kind of spiritual prayer, keeping alert and persistent as you pray for all Christ’s men and women. Ephesians 6:10–18 (J.B. Phillips Translation)

Pastor Ray…

That’s just a summary of what we have been called to.

Watch what we say and hear, lifting our eyes to Him more and more. More of Him and less of the world’s way, plans, lies, deceits.

Ms. Jeani…

I keep hearing, “wisdom is crying out in the streets” and “the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.”

We are praying for safety in America and those who are standing for truth. And safety is correlated with wisdom.

For by wise guidance you will wage war, And in an abundance of counselors there is victory and safety. Proverbs 24:6

Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety. Leviticus 25:18

We claim that over America and our government, over people searching for truth. You shall hope and take your rest in safety. Thank You for wise councilors.

This country has never needed a majority, only a remnant standing for truth. And it shall continue.

And wisdom is heard throughout our land. The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord.

Father, we surrender to You, rely on Your mercy today. You, who sits in the heaven’s and laughs, this belongs to You.

Wisdom is heard and heeded in America.

Pastor Ray…

We watch for Your ways and alignment with Your Words. Every key, door, step, way, purpose. Pour out Your Spirit. You said You would. The former and latter rain. We worship You, honor, and magnify You, Messiah.

A marching into God, marching into Your plans, will, Father. Calling those things that are not, right now as though they are. Your body, Your body, steady, steady. Mounting up, moving ahead, and walking and moving, and things that must be exposed and shut down will be and drained out and moved away.

We command and declare what Your Word says. Undoing some things… No, in the name of Jesus. We use the blood. Thank You for the blood.

Changed, still moving, still turning. Operations from heaven, 777-breakthroughs, even in this day. In Your name that is above every other name open up those! We declare strength, power from heaven. Yes! Yes!

Ms. Peg led us singing in the Spirit

♪ I will stand, in the power of the Lord
I will stand, in the power of the Lord
I won’t faint, I won’t shrink, I won’t cower
I won’t faint, I won’t shrink, I won’t cower in His hand
Because I will stand in the power of His hand
I will stand in the power of His hand

Because His power is in this land, because His power is in our hand
So don’t shrink, so don’t cower, so don’t frown
Because the power is in His hand
And that’s where we’ll stand in the hand of the Lord

So I’ll stand, and I’ll shout, and I’ll see in His hand
And I will sing, and I will glow, and I will change in His hand
Because there is strength and there’s power and there’s love in His hand

So don’t cower, so don’t frown, so don’t shrink
Just stay in His hand ♪

Ms. Jeani…

(14) So then Jesus told them plainly, Lazarus is dead,
(15) And for your sake I am glad that I was not there; it will help you to believe (to trust and rely on Me). However, let us go to him.
(17) So when Jesus arrived, He found that he [Lazarus] had already been in the tomb four days. John 11:14–15, 17 (AMPC)

We know the ending of that story. And Jesus said, for your sake I am glad that I wasn’t there, for it will help you to believe, to trust, and rely on Me.

Father, we thank You that You help us to believe, to trust, and rely on You because You are the God of resurrection. You are the God of life. And we speak life over today, over those things where it looks like it’s finished.

But the only thing that’s finished is Your finished work.

Your finished work is being played out in America. And even in the waiting, we are learning to trust and rely on You, press into You. We arise, we stand up because this is our hour. This is our moment. And even You said You were glad. And if You’re glad, we’re glad because You’re helping us to trust and rely on You.

It’s not over until truth prevails. Truth is prevailing right now. Truth got this whole thing started and truth is prevailing.

Pastor Ray…

That’s right. Truth started it and truth will finish it.

Scripture focus…

(9) But Saul, who is also called Paul, filled with and controlled by the Holy Spirit, looked steadily at [Elymas]
(10) And said, You master in every form of deception and recklessness, unscrupulousness, and wickedness, you son of the devil, you enemy of everything that is upright and good, will you never stop perverting and making crooked the straight paths of the Lord and plotting against His saving purposes?
(11) And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon you, and you will be blind, [so blind that you will be] unable to see the sun for a time. Instantly there fell upon him a mist and a darkness, and he groped about seeking persons who would lead him by the hand. Acts 13: 9–11 (AMPC)

Pastor Ray…

In the name of Jesus, we see it and we say it, “Every lie, every form of wickedness in this land, in this hour right now shall be BLIND!

We plead the precious holy blood of the Lamb this morning. We push back with that precious blood that was shed at Calvary working on our behalf here in this day today. Thank you for the blood.

Thank you for revealing and opening and in some ways closing and shutting but moving and moving and moving and moving the Church first to up rise.

Thank you, Lord! We just call the church of the Lord Jesus Christ to wake up.

Ms. Peg led us calling the Church to Rise Up

We get to see Your goodness. We get to see You work. We are thankful.

Scripture focus…

You’ve gone into my future to prepare the way,  Psalm 139:5a (TPT)

(1) O God, You are my God, earnestly will I seek You; my inner self thirsts for You, my flesh longs and is faint for You, in a dry and weary land where no water is.
(2) So I have looked upon You in the sanctuary to see Your power and Your glory.
(3) Because Your loving-kindness is better than life, my lips shall praise You.
(4) So will I bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.
(5) My whole being shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips
(6) When I remember You upon my bed and meditate on You in the night watches.
(7) For You have been my help, and in the shadow of Your wings will I rejoice
(8) My whole being follows hard after You and clings closely to You; Your right hand upholds me.
(11) But the king shall rejoice in God; everyone who swears by Him [that is, who binds himself by God’s authority, acknowledging His supremacy, and devoting himself to His glory and service alone; every such one] shall glory, for the mouths of those who speak lies shall be stopped. Psalm 63:1–8, 11 (AMPC)

Selah! Shut down, revealed in Jesus’ name. Thank You Lord.

(11) You crown the year with Your bounty and goodness, and the tracks of Your [chariot wheels] drip with fatness.  Psalm 65:11 (AMPC)

Pastor Ray…

We are full but we want more, Lord. You put it within to call and expect, to just believe that we would receive this increase of Your great presence that lifts us and transforms and changes us. That we might be the ones that stayed in Your upper room, waited for Your glorious outpouring, waited for the fire. Hallelujah.

And that fire shall not be extinguished in 2021 in Jesus’ name. For it is a fire that will burn brighter and hotter, and brighter and hotter! For the Church will burn bright and shine with Your light! We shall overcome. Ha! Ha! Hallelujah!

Ms. Peg led us singing All Honor, All Glory, All Power to You

Ms. Jeani…

There are many that are about to come forward, even today and in the days ahead. Many that are standing for truth. In Psalm 24, Lord, You said You are their light and salvation.

Scripture focus…

(1) The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
(2) When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.
(3) Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.
(4) One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.
(5) For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. Psalm 27:1–5 (AMPC)

Thank You, Father, for courageous leadership that rises up. Thank You for protection. Thank You that ways are being made where there seems there was no way.

Thank You that these are the times You absolutely love. Your Church gets to see how You do this. What an honor and privilege to be here in this time and see You work! We’re thankful!

Pastor Ray…

Watch and see. Be diligent to look, to expect, to believe. Hallelujah.

(17) As it is written, I have made you the father of many nations. [He was appointed our father] in the sight of God in Whom he believed, Who gives life to the dead and speaks of the nonexistent things that [He has foretold and promised] as if they [already] existed.
(18) [For Abraham, human reason for] hope being gone, hoped in faith that he should become the father of many nations, as he had been promised, So [numberless] shall your descendants be.
(19) He did not weaken in faith when he considered the [utter] impotence of his own body, which was as good as dead because he was about a hundred years old, or [when he considered] the barrenness of Sarah’s [deadened] womb.
(20) No unbelief or distrust made him waver (doubtingly question) concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong and was empowered by faith as he gave praise and glory to God,
(21) Fully satisfied and assured that God was able and mighty to keep His word and to do what He had promised. Romans 4:17–21 (AMPC)

(37) For with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment. Luke 1:37 (AMPC)

That’s final and it’s happening now.

Hallelujah, Lord. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. All glory and all thanksgiving.

Ms. Peg led us out singing Praise His Name Forever More

Pastor Ray…

As we move ahead, we grow stronger just like Abraham.

We give praise to You, Your beautiful name and presence. We are fully satisfied, without a doubt, sure that You are well able and mighty to keep Your Word and do everything that You have promised to each one of us.

Thank You so much, Lord, for all of Your strength, joy that brings that strength, for Your power from Holy Spirit. Thank You, Holy Spirit, for working through us, and for us. For changing, renewing, and restoring us. Thank You for it.

Today, we purpose, desire, believe to stay in faith, watching what You will do and You promised to do, and never quit. But stay steadfast, believing in faith that it shall all come to pass. Thank You for it in Jesus’ name. Amen. So be it. Thank You for coming, tuning in this morning.
