Prayer Summary for Tuesday, June 20, 2017

The following is a prayer for our nation by Pastor Lynne Hammond:

Father, in the name of Jesus, and according to your Word, we pray for those in authority in our nation. We lift up President Donald Trump, his family, his staff and cabinet members. Let Your Word cling to them and let them not depart from your plan. Strengthen them with mighty power by your Spirit to stand against wickedness, lies and deception. Guide President Trump’s decisions; let Your light shine upon his path and show him the path of reversal for every evil way. Continually surround him with godly men and women who impart wise counsel to him. Cause the way of the wicked to be set to confusion and come to nothing. Deliver us from the traps and snares the enemy has laid for us, and let the wicked be caught in their own devises and be brought to shame.

We take authority over the plots and plans of the enemy against this nation. Let prideful and lying lips be silenced in Jesus’ name. Slanderers will not be established in America. We pray for our Congress, our Supreme Court, our Military leaders and our intelligence agencies. Let the wisdom that is from above reign in this nation and be constantly speaking to our leaders. We exercise the authority you have given us to tread down all the power of the enemy. We cast down and demolish imaginations and arguments that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God, and we bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. We bind spirits of strife and division, civil wars and tumults, spirits of hostility, lawlessness and blasphemy, and fires from hell that have burned in our cities.

We speak grace and peace over America. We pray and believe for the voice of truth, salvation, revival and restoration to be proclaimed and heard across our land. Grant unto your servants everywhere that with all boldness we may speak your Word. We pray for a mighty outpouring of your Spirit with signs, wonders and miracles. We expect the wisdom of this world that is earthly, sensual and devilish to depart and vanish until Your, mighty work in America becomes a beacon of hope for all people everywhere. We expect the voice of rejoicing to be heard in our nation for your goodness, mercy and prosperity, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Prophecy delivered by Charles Capps Feb. 1, 1978 Honolulu, Hawaii

Financial inversions shall come forth from this that has been wrought tonight. So shall it be that even the smallest that has been set forth in motion here shall not be forgotten. It shall be multiplied. Financial inversion shall increase in these days. For you see, it is My desire to move in the realm of your financial prosperity. But release Me, saith the Lord, release Me that I may come in your behalf and move on your behalf.

For yes, yes, yes, there shall be in this hour financial distress here and there. The economy shall go up and it will go down; but those who learn to walk in the Word, they shall see the prosperity of the Word come forth in this hour in a way that has not been seen by men in days past.

Yes, there’s coming a financial inversion in the world’s system. It’s been held in reservoirs of wicked men for days on end. But the end is nigh. Those reservoirs shall be tapped and shall be drained into the gospel of Jesus Christ. It shall be done, saith the Lord. It shall be done in the time allotted and so shall it be that the word of the Lord shall come to pass that the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

Predominantly in two ways shall it be done in this hour. Those who have hoarded up and stored because of the inspiration of the evil one and held the money from the gospel shall be converted and drawn into the kingdom and then shall it release that reservoir into the kingdom. But many, many will not. They’ll not heed the voice of the Word of God. They’ll turn aside to this and they’ll turn to that and they’ll walk in their own ways; but their ways will not work in this hour. It’ll dwindle and it’ll slip away as though it were in bags with holes in them. It’ll go here and it’ll go there and they’ll wonder why it’s not working now. “It worked in days past,” they’ll say.

But it shall be, saith the Lord, that the word of the Lord shall rise within men—men of God, of low esteem in the financial world—who shall claim the Word of God to be their very own and walk in the light of it as it has been set forth in the Word and give. They’ll begin to give small at first because that’s all they have, but then it will increase; and through the hundredfold return, so shall it be that the reservoirs that have held the riches in days past so shall it return to the hands of the giver. Because of the hundredfold return shall the reservoirs be lost from the wicked and turned to the gospel. For it shall be, it shall be in this hour that you will see things that you’ve never dreamed come to pass. Oh, it’ll be strong at first in ways, then it will grow greater and greater until men will be astounded and the world will stand in awe because the ways of men have failed and the ways of God shall come forth.

As men walk in My Word, so shall they walk in the ways of the Lord. Oh, yes, there will be some who say, “Yes, but God’s ways are higher, surely higher than our ways and we can’t walk in those.” It’s true that the ways of God are higher. They are higher than your ways as the heavens are above the earth, but I’ll teach you to walk in My ways. I never did say you couldn’t walk in My ways.

Now learn to walk in it. Learn to give. So shall the inversion of the financial system revert and so shall it be that the gospel of the kingdom shall be preached to all the world and there shall be no lack in the kingdom.

Those who give shall walk in the ways of the supernatural and they shall be known abroad. My Word shall spread and the knowledge of the Lord shall fill all the earth in the day and the hour in which ye stand. Ye shall see it and know it for it is of Me and it shall come to pass, saith the Lord.

In your heart maybe there are things that the Lord told you that you would do, could do, will do but you didn’t know how you would do it. But we know that He is the one that puts it in us, puts the desire in us. He gives us His authority to carry it out. He has made a way where there was no way. Right now I am internally running around the chapel. Just think about it. Think on it.

You know whenever there is a discouraging word that comes, there is an encouraging word that comes from heaven. It lifts you up higher than you were before. So, the Devil is defeated and we are not warring against man. We are coming against the Devil and making sure he is under our feet. He is defeated. Hallelujah.

My husband and I were at Charis Business Summit last week and Paul Milligan who is the CEO of the organization talked about doing what’s in our hand. But coupled with that, not despising what’s in our hand. And along with that, as we do what is in our hand to do, it will lead to doing what’s in our heart to do. And the deception can be for us when we do what is in our hand to do, because it requires diligence, because it can be monotonous, it’s like the secret place, that it won’t lead to what’s in our heart. But to believe that it will lead to what’s in our heart to do.

So when you came up here and you were talking about the loaves and the fishes before we started, that was such a blessing Annie. Because that’s what Jesus did. So a small child came to him with a small seemingly insignificant portion and the disciples didn’t see it but Jesus’ didn’t despise it. And in not despising what was in His hands, He operated in a now authority, His now authority which is our authority and it multiplied immediately. And I am still unpacking this but what if that’s the authority He has for the Church right now. But the small things in our hand as we thank God for them, as we believe Him, as we trust Him with those things, that there is the now authority to cause multiplication, to change cultures, to change cities, to change education, to change it all, to occupy until He comes.

Ms. Annie responded…

“You give them something to eat.” That’s what Jesus said to them. “Well how are we going to feed all these people? There are so many people.” Jesus went “You give them something to eat.” “Me? How?”

Ms. Jeani replied…

That is so good because Dean Radtke, another one of the speakers that is also on his board said “Do not do for people what they can do for themselves.” He said don’t do it. Don’t rob them of the opportunity to know they can do it. That is our Daddy. Our Daddy is saying “I’m not going to rob you of that opportunity. I’ve already finished it, now go out and do it with Me. I want you to experience operating in My authority. I want you to experience success.” That’s why He doesn’t always do it for us because He wants us to know who we are in Him and to experience it right now, today. What if everything we prayed actually happened today? Let’s thank God for it!

Ms. Annie commented…

I’m reminded of last Summer when Reinhard Bonnke was here. The last night he ministered he talked about the loaves and the fishes. He called it “The 30 yards between.” When Jesus took the little lunch and thanked God for it and then He put it in the disciple’s hands. And that 30 yards between where He put it in the disciple’s hands, and then they distributed it, that was faith, the faith of God.

Well, when He puts it in our hands, we have the choice. We may say “Oh, my goodness. What am I going to do with this? 5/12 of a piece of bread and 1/6 of a piece of fish and I have 5000 plus people here. What am I going to do? Am I going to stand here and go ‘Whoa… I am a little hungry. Maybe I will just eat that myself.’ or ‘This is impossible.’” But Reinhard using it in the context of miracles of healing, he recounted a time when he was abandoned in a big healing meeting by the great healing revival guy. He said it was one of the most defining moments of his life. He just took the healing power of God and said “Now I am going to distribute it and You are going to do the miracles, God!” And that’s the faith we have to have, where we just decide whatever He puts in our hand, He said you are going to be a blessing with it.

Miriam shared…

We are carriers of the anointing. This morning I walked by a gentleman outside my apartment. I said “Good morning.” He said “It’s not for me.” And I thought “wait a minute” I could walk by and say “well it will get better” and just keep walking on. I stopped and I said “Can I pray for you then?” I just stopped what I was doing. This is what we have, the little we have in our hand. We have the anointing of God. So I stopped and I prayed for him and all of sudden this guy is sobbing. I was just praying, just me.

Jeani responded…

I love that because when we are fighting the good fight of faith, we are fighting a fight that’s already been won. And it’s time for the Church to expect to win every time and to win right now, quick because it’s always now. Now, faith is the substance. That is our winning substance.

Pastor Ray shared…

I remember Lester Sumrall said that normally in his life, pretty much all the way through his life, God never called him to do what he could do, what Lester Sumrall could do. He called him to only what God could do and that’s how he walked out his life. If you read some of his life, remember how when he was in some foreign country and the Devil started shaking the bed around in that room and he just turned over to the Devil and said “Put it back where it was.” That kind of strength in him. But I like that concept. He doesn’t just call us to do what we can do naturally. Well we have that gift, well fine. He calls us to do what we cannot do and we have to use our faith in Him, step out in it and watch Him move. Whoo!

Ms. Annie responded…

And the eyes of the Lord roam to and from though out the whole earth seeking those whose hearts are perfect toward Him that He may show Himself strong on their behalf. He’s looking. His eyes are going to and fro, He’s looking for someone who will just believe Him. We think oh I have to be perfect though first. Well, wait a minute. You just saw how imperfect I am, Lord. You just saw… Well I guess Your eyes aren’t going to be looking for me today. No, He’s just looking for someone who will believe Him, who will believe that it’s Him and not me. And oh, I just want that.

Ms. Annie shared…

This came to my mind when I was singing. I don’t know if you have heard of Heidi Baker but she and her husband work in Mozambique. When they started out there, they took over this big orphanage and there started an outpouring of the Holy Ghost among the children. The Holy Spirit was being poured out on these little street orphans from the garbage dump and they were worshiping Jesus for hours and having miracles. The government shut them down and said we will keep this orphanage, we will keep it going but we forbid you to pray and have the move of God. So, they had to exit out of there and they had just put all this money into buying beds. I mean when they took it over the kids were all sleeping on filthy concrete floors. The children said we are not going to stay if they couldn’t worship Jesus. So, all the children from the orphanage exited and followed them. They ended up staying in this little one room office. Hundreds of children had followed them into this town. They didn’t know what to do and their own children were crying because they were so hungry. One of their friends from the city came and brought them a meal, rice and beans. They thought at least Heidi and her family would have something to eat. The way she put it was she opened the door to this room where there was hundreds of children and said “I have a very large family.” (ha, ha, ha). And she just decided, made the decision to start serving up rice and beans. It was enough for a family of four when it arrived. And there was a multiplication, a supernatural multiplication where everybody ate until they were satisfied. But see that’s the faith of God, isn’t it?

Now I am remembering another story where… You know you get weary and the Devil is always hammering you. All of us have stories like that. But then every day you have to remind yourself of those stories and keep on trucking, keep on believing. So, she had gone through a dark time where she was like “I just can’t do this anymore.” And she had a supernatural visitation of Jesus where she was standing on the top of this garbage dump where all these orphans where that she would collect. And there were thousands and millions of them all coming at her you know “Feed me! Feed me!” And she was just going “Stop! I can’t. I can’t do this anymore!” And all of sudden Jesus was standing in front of her and He took a piece of His body and He broke it off and He gave it to her. And then He gave her a cup of His blood to drink and He said “Because I died there will always be enough.” Isn’t that awesome? Because He died there will always be enough. So He is more than enough.

Ms. Jeani responded…

Because it is His Kingdom and there is no end to His Kingdom, those orphans now lay hands on the sick and they are healed. The orphans, the deaf hear, the blind see, and that province is now a Christian province. And she is building a university to create world changers. It expands, it’s ever increasing constantly all the time.

Prayed…

So make us Your hands, Lord
Make us Your life-giving food
Make us the loaves and the fishes to feed people with You, Lord
Every day is a new day and He is more than enough
Thank you for coming today
