Morning Chapel Prayer Playlist
Morning Chapel Prayer Today

Worship leader…

Good morning, everybody. Lately I have been taking a lot of walks outside. We have a beautiful park behind our house, and I have enjoyed walking and just thinking about how all of creation praises God in some way. And in Psalm 19, it says the heavens are telling the glory of God and their expanse is declaring the work of His hands. And in Psalm 95, it says something very similar. It says, “Come let us sing for joy to the Lord. Let us shout aloud to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before Him with thanksgiving and extol Him with music and song. For the Lord is the great God, the great king above all gods. In His hand are the depths of the earth and the mountain peaks belong to Him. The sea is His for He made it and His hands formed the dry land.”

Creation sings to God…

There’s a lot of scriptures that talk about how creation sings to God. And it’s interesting how science is starting to prove that. How funny that science is starting to prove what the Bible keeps telling us over and over and over again. But what I love is that someday… we can’t hear it right now, but someday we will hear that song. We’ll hear it, right? And we will hear the song creation has been singing since the beginning. And our song will fit into that. And it’s all about how great He is and how worthy He is and how holy He is.

Pastor Ken prayed…

We contend and intercede for the saving of America, for the salvation of our land, and whatever nation you’re joined with us from.
This morning, we set ourselves in agreement that America shall be saved. Israel shall be saved.
Lord, may there come a clearing out of every obstacle and every demonic intention and every strategy and falsehood and deception.
Lord, we speak light over our nation today, over your nation today.
We speak life and light over your household and your situation today.
We declare angels be released on assignment to clear a path and make a way for the plan of God to travel and prosper and be fulfilled in the coming days, in Jesus’ name… in the coming days, not even years, but the coming days where things are speeding along, now things are picking up. Now there’s a rapid advancement in the plan and pursuits and glory of God. It is acceleration time. It’s revival time.
We declare it’s revival time in America. Once again, it’s revival time in the earth in Jesus’ name.

We praise you, Father, that you’re having your way.
You’re having your way in our hearts.
You’re having your way in our nation, in our churches, in our families, in the body of Christ.
Globally, we declare a forceful advancement of the plan of God, like no other time nor generation in Jesus’ mighty name

Somebody might be saying, “Oh, Pastor Ken, how can you be so bold to say such things?”

Because the Spirit of God is in me, just like He’s in you. And He is seeking to say some things every day. He’s seeking to declare and decree some things throughout the 24-hour period each and every day. He’s seeking to insert Himself in the affairs of humanity in the circumstances that you’re dealing with, in the bad break that you were dealt maybe by the enemy’s pathetic plan. God inserts Himself when His people open their mouths under the inspiration and animation of God the Holy Spirit…

So that transformation can come.
So that the prophetic can be given the release or the supply of your faith.
So then God can utilize that to create the reality of His promise and the reality of full-fledged permanent change.

We’ve been sent as an occupational army…

We’ve not been sent here to just occupy some little lowly place of religious fulfillment. We’ve been sent here as an occupational army. In other words, to enforce! We’ve been sent here to be the army that makes sure that law and order of the redemptive work of Jesus stays in place. Because where we don’t insert ourselves, where we don’t open our mouths and proclaim and intercede and step into the messiness through obedience and take up the mantle of God’s assignment, chaos thrives. The enemy advances and takes over.

But when the Church arises, when the Church wakes up, steps in, and says, “No! Not on my watch, Devil. No, it’s not going to continue down this negative spiral of chaos and doubt and unbelief and fear and problems.” We put a stop to it.

We’re here to occupy…

Just like in World War II. There were two armies. There was an army that went in to fight and win the battle, but then there was an army secondarily that went into Europe and went into the Pacific to occupy, to restore the rule of order, to bring food and help and healing to people, to rebuild the transportation routes, to make sure the enemy didn’t rear his ugly head again.

And so this is true for us; we’re here to occupy until He comes. That’s our assignment. To pull out your sword and use it, to use your prayer language actively not just at morning prayer, but at lunch today, when you’re out walking through your yard chasing the rabbits away. You’re using your prayer language. You’re using your authority. You’re doing life from your seat of authority.

“What did he just say, Myrtle? He said we had a seat of authority?”

Yes, you have a seat of authority. According to my Bible, it says it’s at the right hand of the throne of God, where we jointly are seated with Jesus… in a spiritual sense, of course, at this moment. So see yourself seated from a place of authority.

You still have to leverage your will or choose…

I know it can be challenging at times when symptoms flare up in your body or a situation seems to remain the same. But glory to God, you still have the privilege to leverage your will or choose to say what God has said about that situation, about that symptom, about that insufficiency, about that loved one that has been stubborn to turn to Christ. You can still say “This too will change. And God’s will, will surely come to pass.” Amen.

Jesus came to be the ultimate game changer…

Because Jesus didn’t come to just be a nice little, comforting thing we could acknowledge in our lives. Jesus came to be the ultimate game changer. He came to array us and endow us with weaponry of spiritual warfare that enables us to win every single time—not just once in a while.

“Well, Ken, I didn’t win yesterday.”

Well, that’s okay. Today is a new day! We’re taking it one day at a time. His grace is sufficient and amply supplied to you for today. So today we’re going to dust ourselves off, pull up our bootstraps, and we’re going to march into God with a fresh attitude and outlook. The Bible says every day adopt a fresh attitude of faith or intention. You have to choose…

What you’re going to see today.
What you’re going to think today.
What you’re going to say today.

You were created to be a speaking spirit…

You are a human being created in the image of your Heavenly Father as a speaking spirit. That means you have a choice unlike the animal kingdom, unlike the plant kingdom. You have the ability to choose what you think and what you say.

And that’s the power to change.
And that’s the power to transform.
And that’s the power to walk with God and realize what He had envisioned for you.
What He had envisioned for your family.
What He had always envisioned and planned in the dateless past for the earth in this time.

Jesus is turning things back to where it was meant to be…

Oh, the enemy comes to try to mess things up and try to divert and detour things, but Jesus came as an announcement from the throne of heaven.

That He is returning things back to where it was meant to be, like it was in the garden.
That we would thrive.
That we would prosper.
That we would rule and reign in the earth.

The enemy couldn’t take Jesus out…

You don’t have to go by how you feel or how your life up until this point has been as rotten as it has been. We acknowledge that. I am empathetic towards that. So is the Lord! He’s touched by the feelings of your infirmities. That’s why He walked the walk that He walked in His earthly ministry and gave up His last breath and bled blood and water and was swallowed up into the belly of the earth to encounter the demonic entities of hell who wanted to take Him out. But they couldn’t.

Jesus took back the keys of death and hell…

He took back the keys of death, hell, and the grave and ascended from the belly of the earth, from the pit of hell to declare and announce victory… not for Himself because He already was victorious. But for all of us that we would ever live to not just survive, not just get by, but that we in our earthly lives would live to thrive and triumph and rule within our given domain and fulfill all of the plan of God.

Declare—give your faith a target…

Can I just declare over you today that you will live and you will thrive and you will fulfill all of the will of God, all the days of your lives? Amen. You and your household. Glory to God. Start declaring what the Word promises, what the Word declares. Start declaring what you want to see in your future. Give your faith a target.

Don’t confuse your heart…

That’s part of the problem, is that our faith doesn’t know what to do because one moment we’re saying the scripture, and the next moment we’re throwing up at the mouth—complaining, speaking fear, confusing our hearts by what we say.

Take the reigns of your heart…

The Bible says that some defeat themselves within themselves. You need to take the reins of your heart above all that you guard and watch over and tend to, guard, watch over and tend to and garden your heart. Because out of it flows your words and your thoughts and your future. Because what you’re saying, what you’re praying is prophetic and it puts a target out there a day, a month, a year, five years, ten years. It puts a target out there for your faith to go to.

Your faith and words create your reality…

Your faith creates the reality of what you’re declaring and what you’re praying. That’s why the Bible says so much about prayer. That’s why Jesus invites us into this great and profound ministry of intercession. It really is our very breath and life. It’s how we breathe as believers, through conversation with our Heavenly Father.

Dutch Sheets quote…

I love what Dutch Sheets recently said. He said, “Let’s stay the course and continue to appeal to heaven for a third great awakening.” Oh my goodness! You know, I speak specifically about words and prayers because we must be intentional now. We can’t just sit idly by and take whatever the enemy’s sending our way. We can’t just cope or surrender or acquiesce to the difficulties of the day-to-day.

We must use our will and bend it and say, “Lord, this is what you intended. I see this in your Word. How come I’m not seeing it?” Well, I’m going to change that. You are in partnership with God to transform and bring change to the earth that we might have awakening for all those who are far from Christ, that we might have a revival for all those who’ve called upon His name once upon a time. We don’t realize just how game changing revival is going to be and is already.

Be intentional and cognizant of opportunities to say what God says…

So today, be intentional, be cognizant of opportunities to say what God would have you say, to pray what He would have you pray.

Be like the prophet Daniel…

I was thinking of Daniel the other day. There’s an account when the people of God were in bondage to the Babylonians for 70 years. And one day, Daniel’s reading through the scriptures and he comes to this one place where it says that at the end of 70 years, God would deliver His people. (Dan. 9:1–2) Daniel’s like, “Wait, I’m not experiencing deliverance right now. I’m still pretty beaten down and barely getting by, and we’re enslaved.”

The Bible says with fasting, sackcloth and ashes, Daniel began to pray. He began to seek God. He began to reflect what God’s Word said back to his God. “Lord, it says here, I’m not seeing it.” I want to see this what you have declared, what you have prophesied for every situation and problem that we have globally, nationally, individually.

There’s a divine flow from heaven…

There is a solution in His Word. There is a strategy in the heart of His Spirit. And we need to get ahold of that. Prayer begins by just walking with God in friendship and fellowship and connection. You were created by your creator for connection. Because in that, there’s this divine dialogue and divine flow that inspires you to say things oftentimes without you even realizing the significance of what you’re saying. But it comes from the heart of God because you’re seeking the heart of God and He’s in you, and you’re in Him. And as a result, you speak forth things that are in His Word, things that are in His heart. He loves that. He loves hearing His children say what He has said. It makes Him smile and it causes all of the supernatural machinery of heaven to go into motion to bring that to pass.

So Daniel prayed and he sought God about deliverance from captivity. And don’t you know in a matter of time, God moved, all of heaven moved. The courts of heaven responded. And the people of God were delivered and set free supernaturally.

Daniel didn’t just wait around…

But Daniel didn’t just wait around for a blinking sign in the dark to get his attention. He took it upon himself to say, “Lord, these circumstances aren’t matching up what I see your promise or your prophetic or your Word says.” So he began to pray. He began to dialogue with God.
