Morning Chapel Prayer Playlist
Morning Chapel Prayer Today

Worship leader…

Well, good morning, everyone. Thanks for joining us for prayer this morning. We’re so happy you’re here.

Psalms 121…

I’m just going to read a psalm real quick, something that just came to my heart.

“I will lift up my eyes to the hills—from whence comes my help?
2 My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
3 He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.
4 Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade at your right hand.
6 The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul.
8 The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.”

Thank you, Jesus. You are where our help comes from. We look to you, Jesus.

Pastor Folu…

Invitation to come to the altar…

Saints, the Spirit of the Lord is moving mightily in this place. We’re going to kind of change the flow a little bit this morning. I remember one of the things that I learned from my Spiritual Father. He said, “When you want to get some business done in the kingdom, it is good from time to time to go to the altar.”

So I invite you to the altar as we continue in this worship. I just got a 3-page email a few minutes ago. An email from one of our members in a very tough place. Last night, there was a father with a 5-year-old girl standing in the back there saying, “Oh, will you pray for my daughter to get delivered from this evil spirit that has been tormenting her for years?”

Let’s come to the altar, please, if you want to do business with the kingdom this morning. Let us continue in this deep worship. Hallelujah.

And as we come, your questions, the stuff that you are believing God for as you focus on Him, the things that you are believing God for, He will shock you. He will shock you. Hallelujah.

Sometimes you need to relocate yourself…

Those of you that are online, feel free to join us too. Feel free to relocate yourself. Sometimes you need to relocate yourself. Oh, we’re doing business with the kingdom this morning. We’re getting things done in the realm of the spirit. And the Lord is teaching us how to think of others more and more.

Testimony…

Oh, Saints, another thing that happened last night right here, you know, I just felt led to do this. I don’t usually do this. I don’t even remember the last time I did it quite like this. People came last night who were desperate for their own healing. And I said, “You know what? We’re not going to pray for your own healing right now. Forget about you personally. Pray for somebody else that you know that is in a tough place.”

And listen to what the Lord did afterwards. Miss Kathy was playing up there, and I just felt in my heart that as a result of what the people had done, praying for other people, forgetting about themselves, that God was Himself touching them. So I came back up here and I said, “You know what? I know you didn’t pray for yourself, or you didn’t pray for your own need. You prayed for other people. But I believe that there are people here tonight that as you prayed for other people, God was touching you.” I said, “Can I see by a raised hand how many people can sense the touch of the Lord upon you, even though you didn’t pray for yourself?” At least four hands went up.

They said, “As I prayed for others, the Lord was touching me, what was dear and near to my heart.”

A testimony of praise and worship…

Saints, the Lord has showing me some things about praise and worship. We just began this new series and a lady who is a long-time member came to me on Sunday and said, “Folu, this is what the Lord is doing. The Lord gave us this command to praise and worship Him, to tithe our time. You know, the other day I heard the word on Wednesday night, and Thursday morning I spent two hours in the presence of the Lord. And what the Lord said was, ‘I will shock you in your life what I will do.’ On Saturday, eight different people called me and said, ‘Hey, I want to go to your church with you.’ What is this? I’m usually the one calling them. But now they are calling me. Eight different people! Saying ‘I want to go with you to your church.’”

Was she shocked? Oh, you better believe she’s shocked. Let’s continue this. Let’s get some jobs done here.

Begin to thank the Lord for doing something spectacular in your life…

Those of you that came forward, thank you so much. Because you came forward, we’re getting to places we would not otherwise have been able to get to this morning. And just for being up here, our praise and worship has come before the throne of grace. And mark my word, especially for those of you that are upfront. Mark my words, because it’s the word of the Lord: Before the end of this week, God almighty will do something… Something spectacular in your life. Something spectacular in your family’s life. Begin to look for it. And begin to thank the Lord for it. Something spectacular. Hallelujah. Thank you so much for coming forward.

I’m not going to read this entire prophetic word about tithing our time. I’m just going to read this part because it’s conditional.

Worship testimony…

Praise and worship. I was speaking to someone that some of you might know, I believe his name is Nick. He’s a young man that spends a lot of time praising and worshiping the Lord. And his parents and I go way back. I actually met the father at a crusade years ago. And the father and the mom were telling me yesterday, “Folu, he doesn’t have to spend all this time in his room, because he knows the songs already. But he’s just there, just praising and worshiping the Lord.” And then the dad said, “Many times when we go by his room, we could just feel the presence of God.” That’s a young man.

We thank God for all the young… We’re all young. But I’m talking about folks in that 18 to 25-year-old, 30-year-old span that are members of Living Word that are on fire.

Prophetic word excerpt…

“So if you’ll give Me,” saith the Lord, “a tithe of your time, 2.4 hours a day or if you will just give Me a tithe of your daylight hours, 1.2 hours a day, to praise and worship.” Listen, listen, listen. “You will be shocked at what I’ll be able to do in your life. You’ll be shocked!”

I’m experiencing it right now. I’ve always known praise and worship were important. I never knew to this extent. I’m not going to read the whole thing, like I said. I want to jump to this part. Listen to this part.

Excerpt cont…

“And as you begin to do this [a condition] and as you give Me some time, as you give Me that tithe of your time, [listen now] then John 14:21 will go into operation.”

I’ll read John 14:21 in a second.

“I said it when I was here,” saith the Lord Jesus. “I said it! John 14:21. ‘He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he (or she) who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father.” Listen to this part. “And I will love him [or her] and manifest Myself to him.” Manifest myself to him!

One of the things we want to see more around here is the gifts and manifestations of the Spirit in operation. Listen to how it comes.

Excerpt cont…

“And then…” oh, another condition. This thing is full of conditions. “And then the gifts and the manifestations of the Spirit will begin to operate in your life. Whether you are in the ministry or whether you are in business, or whether you are a teacher in school or whatever I’ve called you to do, My gifts…” It’s His gifts. Not ours. We can’t brag about it. We can’t post about it no matter how much He uses us. “My gifts and manifestations are for you, not just on the church platform.” Saints, I love this part. “… not just on the church platform, but it will work even better in the workplace. You try Me and see if it’s not so,” saith the Spirit of grace.

Do you see the verbiage of this Word? “You try Me and see if it’s not true.” One lady that knows for sure it is true is that lady. She heard the word on Wednesday night. She gave herself two hours to the Lord the next morning. She is beyond shocked what’s going on in her life right now. Beyond shocked, when she was telling me about this.

I had a full agenda today. Full agenda. But we’re doing this agenda instead. Praise and worship. We’re going to continue, but for just a minute, I just want us to pray. Just pray about somebody that you know that is really either struggling… Valentine’s Day is coming up. A number of people have lost people. It’s challenging times for some people. So maybe you know people that maybe their wife, their husband, their child, something happened in their lives, and you know that they’re going to be missing that person coming up. Let’s pray with our heart for people like that right now, or whatever else the Lord gives you for the next five minutes. We’re just going to do that. But please don’t pray for yourself. Don’t even think about yourself this next five minutes. Just think about somebody else.

And I said this last night, think about somebody that is mad at you. You are not mad at them, but they’re angry with you. They almost hate you and you know about it. Pray for them! Let the Lord pray through you for that person, especially that person that has done you wrong. Let’s pray.

Prayed…

Lord, we thank you for this time.
As we pray for people that are going through a tough time right now, as Valentine’s Day is coming up.
Lord, somebody significant to them has moved on.
We just remember them right now.
Father, we pray for them. We lift them up that you will encourage them, you will see them through that.
Thank you, Lord.
